Find presence. Enjoying the small moments. The present moments. Finding gratitude for the things that are already happening instead of always yearning for these big events.

Can small decisions and moments add up to big things? instead of getting overwhelmed with the big things.

Are you taking life to seriously sometimes?

How can you create new small moments? Of things you want more of. In small bite size pieces.

Want to create more, spend a few minutes everyday creating (painting, writing)

Want to spend more time with your kids - spend a few minutes everyday - playing a game, chatting, crafting.

It doesn't always have to be in these big uninterrupted chunks of time. Find the pockets and do something that brings you joy.
