This story is about McKenna and how she spiraled to a dark hole after having children. She ended up at a Behavioral Hospital where she learned to allow herself grace. She has found that through telling her story she is able to connect with other women. When we find vulnerability by sharing our stories we can learn to trust ourselves, love ourselves, and have 'wonder women' moments to celebrate! What message do you get from this interview?

ABOUT the LemonAid Stand: Heidi started hosting the LemonAid Stand live radio talk show, over 20 years ago, in 1999! It all came about when Heidi was dealing with thoughts of suicide, inadequacy, and dealing with infertility. She realized as she reached out to others and heard their stories, she would be uplifted and inspired no matter what she was going through.
