This story is about Tricia who is an emotional eater which means she doesn't have an off switch when it comes to eating. She struggled with her body image and weight! Now she has written a book, started a podcast, is a speaker and coach to help others find peace around food! Tricia helps women who feel shame about food when it's used as a pain killer, or escape, or punishment for guilt. She tells you that you are worth it! What message do you get from this interview?

ABOUT the LemonAid Stand: Heidi started hosting the LemonAid Stand live radio talk show, over 20 years ago, in 1999!
