This story is about Todd who was in a depression and learned he had to love himself and change his negative self talk. Now Todd is a happiness coach and he teaches how to change the way you view the world and yourself, don't focus on things in the past, don't fear the future, and appreciate what you have. He has developed a 12 week program to being happy and written a book! What message do you get from this interview?

ABOUT the LemonAid Stand: Heidi started hosting the LemonAid Stand live radio talk show, over 20 years ago, in 1999! It all came about when Heidi was dealing with thoughts of suicide, inadequacy, and dealing with infertility. She realized as she reached out to others and heard their stories, she would be uplifted and inspired no matter what she was going through.
