I love meeting new people willing to let me in and share their “lemon to lemonade” experience!

This story is about Austin and in 2019 he was living the best life and had just gotten married, was training for triathlons, and Ironman races. In August 2019 he was training on his bike and got hit by a car, he was instantly paralyzed from his ribs down. He had to learn everything again. And he learned it was ok to ask for help. He knows this was all part of a plan for his life. Now Austin inspires others by brightening their day with his hope and positivity. And he still does triathlons! What message do you get from this interview?

ABOUT the LemonAid Stand: Heidi started hosting the LemonAid Stand live radio talk show, over 20 years ago, in 1999! It all came about when Heidi was dealing with thoughts of suicide, inadequacy, and dealing with infertility. She realized as she reached out to others and heard their stories, she would be uplifted and inspired no matter what she was going through.
