This story is about Jan who is a registered nurse and an Optimal Health Coach! She is mom of 8 children. She has been through divorce and challenges with re- marriage and blending families, and from those challenges were born the wonderful gift she can offer people today-That of a thriving, optimally healthy life in all areas! She had her own weight loss journey and now helps others improve their health but it's not about weight loss, it's about life gain! What message do you get from this interview?

Heidi's personal side note: I actually started using Jan as my health coach after this interview!! What?! I have never used a coach before! I started doing the program on November 7 and to date on January 9 I have lost 18 pounds (all of that in just 9 weeks-and through 3 major holidays)! I feel amazing. I had gained weight after using a medication two years ago and nothing could get rid of that weight! I was so discouraged about it. Now I can fit into my clothes again! I no longer suffer with daily terrible stomach pains and food sensitivities. My skin and hair are improved. My energy is so much better because I'm eating all the time. And just last week I even started weight lifting which I have never done in my life! I'm so glad I listened to Jan, she came in my life at the perfect time!

ABOUT the LemonAid Stand: Heidi started hosting the LemonAid Stand live radio talk show, over 20 years ago, in 1999! It all came about when Heidi was dealing with thoughts of suicide, inadequacy, and dealing with infertility. She realized as she reached out to others and heard their stories, she would be uplifted and inspired no matter what she was going through. So this podcast has old "Original" shows from that time period. It also has "New" shows that are currently being recorded with new guests. And it has "Update" shows where Heidi reached out to original radio show guests to find out how the past 20 years have been!
