I love meeting new people willing to share their “lemon to lemonade” experience!

This story is about Patricia, while in her youth, was sexually assaulted by her mothers friend and boyfriend. Her mother was an alcoholic and didn't protect her. Patricia became empty, insecure and angry. She kept silent for 30 years, then she took yoga training and learned how to stop feeling guilty about her mothers choices. She got help with her healing through EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Now she encourages parents and teaches them how to listen to their children and be aware of sexual abuse. ABOUT the LemonAid Stand: Heidi started hosting the LemonAid Stand live radio talk show, over 20 years ago, in 1999!
