This story is about Hazel who struggled with an eating disorder for 35 years starting at the age of 9. She was also an alcoholic for 17 years. She has now been sober for 11 years. Hazel has worked as a Substance Use Disorder Counselor and recently transitioned into private coaching. Now she hosts retreats, workshops, and coaches women to rewrite the story they tell themselves, and disrupt the patterns that hold them back from their true potential so they can reconnect with their authentic self , improve their interpersonal relationships, and align their values with their purpose to increase wealth in all areas of life. ABOUT the LemonAid Stand: Heidi started hosting the LemonAid Stand live radio talk show, over 20 years ago, in 1999! It all came about when Heidi was dealing with thoughts of suicide, inadequacy, and dealing with infertility. She realized as she reached out to others and heard their stories, she would be uplifted and inspired no matter what she was going through.
