**Dr. Maya Huber's **background in occupational therapy made it clear to her that our workplace suffers from misused parameters for acquiring top talent.
She and her co-founder Mor came up with the idea of devising simulations to test employee capability rather than using dated methods.
Initially focusing their efforts in the handicapped space to help those with disabilities gain entry into relevant workplaces, Skillset has moved on to general simulations for all peoples and the sky's the limit!
