Rory: 我做任何事情都会列清单，包括购物。我通常有一个固定的购物清单，因为我每周都买差不多的东西。虽然这些东西很容易记住，但我还是会随身携带清单，以防万一。我根据不同的情况选择在手机上或者纸上记录。购物的时候，我更喜欢用手机，因为我需要空出手来拿东西。但是如果是旅行，我更喜欢用手写在日记本上，这样方便我随时查看，也更容易记住。工作上，我会写备课计划，这其实就是一个我需要记住的事情的清单，帮助我更好地工作。 Maria: 我也做清单，比如购物清单。我通常会把清单写在手机上，这样比较方便。有时候我也会把清单写在纸上，或者写在我的日记本里。我为我的工作准备不同的清单，或者为一周的每一天准备一个清单，这些清单可以帮助我跟踪我的工作。
