Here is a tutorial Melissa created using the new screen recording feature in iOS: ”Change Apple’s Podcasts Default Settings to Save on Your Data Plan” — TheMacMommy Go to Settings > Podcasts > switch Cellular Data: OFF if you want to be sure you’re not using your data plan when you leave Wi-Fi. Change Refresh Every to: Manually so podcasts are not downloading in the background. You’ll have more control over when you want to get them to your phone. Change Download Episodes: OFF to save data, or ON if you know you want to download podcasts for listening to them later or while traveling, then only download them while on Wi-Fi.
