As humans, we can take things so personally. Even things that are petty, innocuous, or not personal at all.

In this episode of EVOLUTION, I share some ideas for how to begin taking things less personally so you can maintain your inner peace, sanity, and well-being. (And improve your relationships with other humans!)

I also talk about how it's your EGO that takes things personally, gets offended, gets defensive, and wants you to prove you're right. An important antidote to this is to stay aligned, as much as you can, with the perspective and energy of your Higher Self.
