And now, a next-level moment from AT&T business. Say you've sent out a gigantic shipment of pillows, and they need to be there in time for International Sleep Day. You've got AT&T 5G, so you're fully confident. But you don't have to worry about it.
Today's conversation mind map is titled From Resistance to Flow. From Resistance to Flow.
Today we explore building a successful business with confidence, clarity, and consistency. Confidence, clarity, and consistency. Now I have been an entrepreneur full-time since 2009, and since then I have built three successful businesses.
on this new channel that i have created here which you're witnessing this video right here and we've done a number of videos some of them have gone over an hour long and it is information dense we could say based on personal experience 16 plus years of personal experience not just
in my business, but also working with thousands of businesses as from my other YouTube channel and also my consulting practice. I have worked with thousands of entrepreneurs. So everything that we discuss is built on the foundation of personal experience. Today we are exploring generating qualified visitors to your website, social media and offers.
Number two, generating qualified leads from those qualified visitors. Number three, acquiring clients from the qualified leads, client acquisition. And number four, engaging in ongoing business from existing clients. Now, consider this for a moment. I have made many millions of dollars by keeping what we are discussing here into consideration.
And what I found along the way is that going about these initiatives from your, let's say, authentic way of being, true confidence, true clarity, and going about it in a consistent way, what ends up happening is you discover your natural and authentic way.
That stated, everything that we discuss on these videos here, having worked with thousands of businesses and having built three successful businesses my style and working with thousands of entrepreneurs who have built their businesses their style and also being involved to facilitate their innovation, sales, marketing, operation, finance, not in a way that's restrictive, but rather their style.
I have discovered that your style is the best style. That's where you experience fun, joy, bliss, and ease. And that is how you can experience a wonderful journey to actualizing whatever that business goal is for you. Particular amount of monthly income, end result, service, etc.,
Whatever that end result is, you can experience what I call a flow-based journey. You can release the resistance along the way. Now, this video is also inspired by a question that I received. If you're interested in me responding to your questions in the upcoming videos, you can leave a comment below and I'll be happy to explore in upcoming videos your questions.
And also, as mentioned in the previous videos, if you would like a copy of this mind map and you would like to be notified of my book release, which by next week I'll have a date as to when I will be releasing the book. If you would like to be notified of the book release and also have access to all our mind maps that we share here, I'll put a link in the description where you can download.
And as mentioned, if you feel inspired to do so, ask questions about what we've discussed thus far, whatever you'd like pertaining to entrepreneurship. That's what this channel is focused exclusively on. You could leave a comment below. So the question is, I want to ask, how do you handle self-concept resistance and imposter syndrome? Or we could say, how can we release the resistance?
When I want to do the work and take inspired action, I often feel this huge emotion in my body that makes me think, this isn't for me or I'll never succeed. I was curious how you dealt with that feeling. Last, I'm currently not working and not making money. My logical mind and society tell me to go to work a 9-5 job.
But deep down, I know I won't be fulfilled by that and I would rather focus on building my online business. However, I get worried and overwhelmed about not having money, which makes me give up on my online business. It feels like a cycle where I try to find a 9-to-5 job, work on my business for a bit, but then give up.
How can I stop feeling worried and stressed out while staying patient, flowing on the journey, and being consistent? Well, thank you for inspiring today's conversation. Let's explore. So I see entrepreneurship as a spiritual catalyst. If you're a viewer or listener of my other channel, then you know that I acknowledge that existence is love, happiness, peace, bliss, fulfillment.
That means you exist as love, happiness, peace, bliss, fulfillment. And entrepreneurship provides what I call mind purification opportunities in relation to, for example, generating qualified visitors to your website, social media, and offers in relation to generating qualified leads from your qualified visitors.
in relation to acquiring clients from qualified leads, and in relation to engaging in ongoing business from clients, there may be particular beliefs in the subconscious mind. We can call them beliefs of limitation, beliefs of restriction, beliefs of condition that seem to generate resistance to doing the things that we genuinely desire to do. This could be
Moving forward with the various business initiatives, although we're focusing today on these four areas. So there can be resistance appearing. This resistance is generated by beliefs in mind. So beliefs of, let's say, imposter syndrome. The person thinks that they are not good enough because of X or Y external condition. So what we could do is we could release these beliefs from
as we go about the day-to-day initiatives and also not just the day-to-day initiatives in business in relation to these high leverage revenue generating activities. These are the revenue generating activities. You know, the way I segment a business is as follows. If you're a student of my entrepreneurial program, then you know this. It's innovation, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and leadership.
So we could see clearly that marketing, innovation, and sales is where we bring in the business. That's where money or crypto or whatever barter is where we bring in the compensation or fair value exchange in some shape or form through innovation, sales, and marketing.
Now, everything else we could say is part of supporting that. Your operations, your leadership, your finances, etc. As a matter of fact, your finances, and I'm a fan of tracking everything and KPIs, allow you to see clearly where you can optimize. So if your sales, let's say, or your revenues are not where you'd like them to be, well, that's okay.
You can bring in more visitors. You can bring in more leads. You can acquire more clients. You can do more business in some shape or form with your existing clients. And then the numbers go up.
And that is done through sales, marketing, and also innovation. Innovating as in creating new products or services. We can call that invention as well. Or innovating, customizing your offers, products, services, even discovering new products or services or offers, or even partnering, or even as an affiliate or a referral partner, referring business to grow your business and then also innovation.
during the journey generate multiple streams of income. See, all of this, these revenue-enhancing activities can be done from a state of flow, which is your natural way of being. You are bliss, as I say on the other channel. You exist as love, happiness, peace, bliss, fulfillment. So you are not an imposter. You have real concrete value to offer to
product, service, combination, product, service, et cetera, in the areas of whatever, whatever your area of expertise is. So although let's say, as you articulated perfectly, you understand this logically, you understand this, let's say, conceptually, it is embodied as we take the steps. So as I take the steps, I release the emotions. I transmute the emotions.
And Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi in his wonderful book, Flow, I recommend reading it. He talks about how there's an access point to access the flow, to be in flow, where challenge meets skill. So we could say resistance presents challenge. There's not a problem with resistance. We can transmute that resistance. We could release that resistance. Relaxing into the step and taking the step. So resistance is not truth.
We could say it's a safety mechanism that maybe these beliefs in mind are suggesting to not take these steps because let's say the person in mind does not want to experience rejection or criticism. And that's okay. Nothing wrong with you. We can release. And literally, I mean, there's nothing wrong with you. You exist beyond the resistance, beyond these beliefs of condition or limitation. Thus, you are not these beliefs.
And entrepreneurship and these activities here on the revenue enhancing side provide ample opportunity, we could say, to release that resistance, release the beliefs. Personal example, as part of my revenue generating activities and partnership deals, I was involved with speed reading workshops back in the days.
And prior to teaching these workshops on behalf of a company called Iris Reading, we ended up doing some partnerships after, and it is a wonderful relationship that we have. What I experienced prior to teaching these workshops was anxiety. And part of that anxiety was a result of identification to a particular belief that suggested that I was an imposter. Even though clearly I know how to teach these workshops,
Even though clearly I have already received the benefits since 2005 of applying speed reading, yet there was this untrue belief in mind suggesting that I'm an imposter, which is an illusion. It's not real. It's just a belief in mind that is, we could say, looking to be released. So what did I do then? I took the step anyways. Again, repetition.
consistency, consistency, and consistency. Maybe it's challenging in the earlier stages. That's okay. Consistency, consistency, consistency. And what happens is the emotions were not suppressed or repressed. They were transmuted. And by that I mean very specifically,
I experience excitement. So what started off as experiencing, let's say, anxiety leading up to the days of teaching the workshop, five or 10 minutes while I was teaching the workshop, I no longer experienced anxiety. I experienced excitement. And not only that,
Through the course, repetition again and again and again, consistency, consistency, consistency, what ended up happening was eventually I no longer experience resistance prior to public speaking, prior to teaching workshops, prior to doing events, prior to making these videos, you name it. Instead, I experience excitement. So resistance is not truth.
Resistance arises from a particular belief. In this case, we could say imposter syndrome, and you can release it. So we can say imposter syndrome occurs because the personal identity, which is made up of beliefs, has not caught up to the true identity, which is you existing as love, happiness, peace, bliss, fulfillment. And entrepreneurship, and specifically we're focusing on generating qualified visitors to the website, social media, or offers and or offers,
Generating qualified leads from qualified visitors, acquiring clients, consultative sales, in other words, and engaging in ongoing business from clients, existing clients. These kinds of opportunities may trigger these beliefs to be released. So you can remain as you are in flow.
as you release these beliefs. So challenge is an opportunity. I don't run away from challenge. I don't avoid it. I don't pretend like it's not there. I don't try to ignore it. I embrace the challenge. I step into it. And I taught what we're talking about here to thousands of entrepreneurs and they too have released the resistance along their way to grow their business. And that is what I've done to build three successful businesses as well. So
So that this isn't for me, I'm not good enough, which is an illusion, as I say. It's just old conditioning in mind or untrue conditioning in mind. It doesn't actually mean that you're not meant to do this or that you're not good enough. You are good enough. You have real concrete value to offer someone. And there are people out there
that would love to offer you compensation for your product, service, product and or service, or if you're a sales rep, what you're offering, etc. So ways to overcome it is we shift the identity gradually. And by that I mean exactly like how I did when I taught those speed reading workshop. I acknowledged that I am love, happiness, peace, bliss, fulfillment, and release the conditions bit by bit by bit by bit by bit.
If you would like to go deeper into this, I created a very extensive subconscious mind program built on the foundation of applying everything that I've learned over the years since I came across this information back in 2004 about the subconscious mind, these particular beliefs that are generating resistance, that are part of the personal identity, which is not you.
So by shift identity, I mean you be you. So you can be you on the journey to actualizing your vision, entrepreneurial vision. And that is experienced as a flow-based journey. And you can take the opportunities as they present themselves to shift your identity. I go very in-depth into this in my Subconscious Mind program. And that is if you want to go into it very extensively.
There have been many entrepreneurs that have gone through the program. It's part of my consulting and coaching.
and they have all released these beliefs that generate the resistance, and they experience what we call a shift in identity, which means the false identity is released, and true identity is embodied. Love, happiness, peace, bliss, fulfillment. True identity is embodied. You are love, happiness, peace, bliss, fulfillment, and thus you experience that flow,
On the journey, you experience it while generating qualified visitors, while generating qualified leads, while acquiring clients during the presentations, sale conversations, et cetera, while generating ongoing business from existing clients. We also practice detach from the outcome. Although, let's say, the individual genuinely desires to experience whatever it is, $10,000 a month, $20,000 a month,
a million dollar a year business, whatever it is, we detach from the conditioning that is conditioning of limitation or restriction, which generates the resistance in relation to the outcome. So that's what it means specifically. Specifically, I refer to the resistance that is generated by the conditioning of
of limitation beliefs, the beliefs essentially in the subconscious mind that's generating the resistance. If those beliefs were not there in the subconscious mind, you would be present to each step. You would enjoy each step. You would experience flow and you would flow to actualizing your vision rather than stress, frustration, or force. Also, I recommend reframing
or actually we could even say if you prefer not to use reframe see it for what it truly is see failure as optimization data collection so when you're out prospecting when you're having conversations with clients when you're sending out emails when you're creating content and you put it out there whatever kind of responses you get from there
you can see clearly what to optimize. And it could be optimize your positioning, optimize your message, include another story in there. It provides plenty of insight. Every step you take in entrepreneurship provides plenty of insight for optimization, automation, delegation, and or elimination could be a combination of these or one of these.
And in the revenue enhancing side, it provides optimization for sales, marketing, and innovation. Every step, every prospecting session, every client acquisition conversation, every email. And you can have a lot of fun because there's no limit to the degree you can optimize. And you don't have to optimize it to, let's say, 10 million, 15 million, 20 million, whatever you'd like.
I work with many entrepreneurs. They're not interested in making $10 million a year. They would like to make
a few hundred thousand dollars a year or enough so that they can live the kind of lifestyle that they would like to live. And some entrepreneurs would like to continue to build businesses. I actually have a few clients. They want to continue to expand and build. Nothing wrong with that. One way is not better than the other. As mentioned earlier, your way is the best way. Yet, if we look at failure as optimization data, then failure is not really failure. It is an opportunity point.
So daily self-concept recalibration, we could say, or shifting the identity in relation to every task, opportunity, project, conversation that you have with any task. I've been doing this for years. And then you know what happens? Is once you release that conditioning, it no longer appears in mind and you flow. You naturally flow. So repetition and exposure. Exposure and repetition, repetition, repetition.
Exposure, repeat exposure to initiatives related to generating qualified visitors, which we're going to explore soon. Repeat exposure to generating qualified leads from qualified visitors, which we're going to explore. Repeat exposure to acquiring clients, client acquisition, sales presentations. Repeat exposure for any initiatives related to engaging in ongoing business from existing clients.
repetition, repetition, shifting the identity gradually and sometimes radically. You could do whatever you'd like. But I find that entrepreneurship provides ample opportunity as a spiritual catalyst to be as you are, to be perfectly as you are. So here we are. And so again, thank you very much for the question. It was a great question.
And let's talk about now and relate this over to the four areas. Now, why I teach this specifically like this for entrepreneurship is based on my experience, I find that these are the ways to segment and we can optimize each of these areas. So generally speaking, if you bring in more visitors, qualified visitors, so if you're focusing on industry specific or particular audience that you're interested in, then you're interested in
those visitors over, those particular visitors over to your offers, website, social media, etc. And so if you optimize that,
then you have more opportunities to generate leads. If you optimize that, you generate more leads, you have more opportunities for sales presentations. Or if you don't do sales presentation and you have a sales rep that does it, then you have more opportunities. If you acquire clients and you also have wonderful relationships with your clients, then you have more opportunities for ongoing business from existing clients.
And consider as well, if you would like me to explore this further, I'm happy to do so. You can leave a comment, which I would like to relate this over to a question as well. Thank you for the questions that have been submitted. Awesome video. The question is, I would love to know the thought process behind your having lower ticket courses for years. I've always confused about why you charge $47, talking about my home study programs, for such depth of information.
Great question. So when I put together those programs, I specifically charged it at that price point so that it would reach a broader audience all throughout the world, which it did. I have students of the programs from all countries of the world, and they benefited greatly from the programs and were very happy that the price point was accordingly. I still sold volumes of those and also sold
The front-end sale of the $47 offers resulted in what we can call back-end sale, or here as we say, engage in ongoing business from existing clients. Consulting deals, partnership deals.
individuals that came to the live events that I did. Also, I ended up buying the bundle, upgrading to the bundle. As you know, the bundle of the five programs is $147 and also have become members of Flow Based Prosperity, my group coaching and mastermind service, which is $147 a month.
So it not only helps a large volume of people, like books, for example. You can go to a store and get a book for $20 or $30, and that could be enough to build a business to success. Great books like The E-Myth Revisited by Michael Gerber or Getting Everything You Can Out of All You Got by Jay Abraham, powerful books that just those books alone
are enough to build a very successful business and make millions of dollars. Because back in the days when I was growing up, I didn't have thousands of dollars to invest. And so what happens is many people benefit greatly. And not only that, based on the volume, because my other channel has over 400 and something thousand subscribers on there. So the volume and also the reach of people and that they actually benefit greatly from it.
And then they grow their business. And sometimes years later, they come back to me having produced results to invest in coaching, in consulting, in other offers. And so not only does it benefit individuals at a grand scale, it also, we could say, is a very astute business strategy. Because generally speaking, the more people that know you, like you, trust you, and have benefited greatly from you, the more people generally
the more opportunities you have for business deals, partnerships. If I started a new business, for example, or if I started a new initiative, I can call out particular groups of individuals that I've worked with in the past that I know that can benefit greatly from whatever it is, the product or service that I create, and I could make an offer.
And a lot of times I find is that kickstarts the offer. Like for example, I got to capacity within the first month of what I was looking for with Flow Based Prosperity just by applying this. Again, Flow Based Prosperity is my group coaching and mastermind service. If you're interested in that, I'll link in the description to it. So now let's talk about generating qualified visitors to the website, social media, and our offers. This can be done through, and what I'm sharing here is based on personal experience, content marketing.
Publishing high quality, keyword rich content, videos, blog posts, guides that rank in the search engine and social media. This is what I did with my YouTube channel. I did about 45 minutes or an hour long at times video discussions on particular books that were helpful for me.
And I've done so many of them. I actually took a number of them down because they were getting flagged for copyright, even though they weren't violating copyright. But rather than keep them up and constantly going through that hassle of as they go down, bringing them up, filing, etc., I just took them down. But at that particular point, many people were benefiting greatly from those book discussions. And over the years, I did that. I had lengthy discussions. Those lengthy discussions...
were attracting people who were searching for those particular keywords. And it was based on personal experience. I shared stories, insights, perspectives. And what ended up happening is it brought qualified visitors over to my websites, josephrodriguez.com and onlinetrainingforentrepreneurs.com. Then we have partnerships and collaborations.
So I've generated a significant amount of revenue over the years through collaborations. I mentioned Iris Reading. I would teach the speed reading workshops for them, but we also created a number of programs together. We also did a number of events that I was able to bring people into those events where we worked a deal together.
And because Iris Reading owns the intellectual property of what they teach, I taught the workshops, got a cut out of the deal, got paid to do it, plus revenue split, and everyone benefited greatly. We even did a partnership one time with Iris Reading and another company called Ace Reader, and we connected together to offer back-end upsells.
When Iris Reading students bought their programs, they were presented with an offer to be able to add on Ace Reader, which is a speed reading software. And those that bought Ace Reader were then notified about Iris Reading programs, and a number of them took that offer. And I did a partnership with them on some programs that I did alongside with Iris Reading. The next is email or newsletter marketing.
So what I did with the YouTube channel was there was an offer at the end of each video that said, if you would like to download a copy of this mind map, the link is in the description. So at a particular point, I had over 15,000 people on my email list. And so when I put out an offer to a new program, et cetera, a number of people, because they had relationships with me,
from the wonderful content that I was sharing with them, and also the mind maps that I was offering, because that was the download, download a copy of the mind map. I also put it in PDF and I linked to it, and they were benefiting greatly from what I was sharing with them. They got the copy of the mind map, they got the follow along with the video, they got a copy of the PDF even, and that built relationships.
So in order to bring qualified visitors over to my website, which we could say the YouTube channel was a place where people would find me, what I said was if you would like to have a copy of the mind map, the link is in the description, and a whole bunch of people ended up joining. The next is community and group engagement.
So I've been involved with a number of communities. I wasn't doing this as much because between the content marketing and the email list, that was ample for the numbers that I was looking to achieve. Now, you can also do this. Some people set up Facebook groups and they bring people into the Facebook groups from YouTube, from TikTok, from wherever, or different kinds of groups. Anywhere you can create a group online and you can engage with the group.
What's happening is you're building relationships. Consider all of this works perfectly as you build relationships. Relationships is key. And as mentioned, if there's resistance or imposter syndrome for doing this, we can take it step by step and release it along the way. If you have any questions about releasing resistance or step by step, what I mean by that, you can leave a question below and I'm happy to explore with you in an upcoming video.
Next we have generate qualified leads from the qualified visitors. So we got visitors over via content marketing, emails, community. We're building relationships over. They're checking out our social media, our website, our offers. They're engaging in some shape or form. Now we may put out some call to action if they're interested in working with us. I may say, oh, I've got a new program or I'm offering this or I'm offering that. Is anyone interested?
Then what happens is these visitors become leads. They reach out. They say, I would like to work with you or I'm interested in this. And it could be a reply to an email. There has been a number of business deals that have happened as a result of the emails going out when I would send out the new release of the video, link to the video on my YouTube channel, as well as the mind maps. People would reach out and say, do you have consulting?
Can you work with our organization in some shape or form? Do you offer coaching? Or I have a question about your program. Would it be helpful for this? Or would it be helpful for that? And I would answer them, and then I would acquire the client because it was a mutual harmony, and it was a mutual match. Very effortless. Flow-based, as I mentioned. It could be flow-based, or it could be stress-based. I recommend flow-based way. So...
Some ways we can generate qualified leads. And we're just exploring some of the ways. There are infinity ways. There are many ways that I've played around with. These are some of the ways that I have found that work for me. And being exposed to thousands of businesses, I have found many ways that work for these businesses. And I would like to share. If you're interested, you can leave a question below on specific areas you'd like me to explore. And I'm happy to share with you.
I enjoy making these videos and I enjoy having conversations about entrepreneurship. It's one of my favorite topics actually to discuss, entrepreneurship and the nuances. And having been an entrepreneur now full-time since 2009 and having built three successful businesses as mentioned and worked with thousands of entrepreneurs, you get access to a lot of real-world results, proven results that
And I'm happy to share in a way that benefits you because my goal with this channel is for you to succeed in entrepreneurship if that is what you desire. So as mentioned, the opt-in form, download a copy of the mind maps. If you're interested in downloading a copy of this mind map, the link is in the description. You can have an ebook or a report or a video series, checklists, et cetera, or access to a webinar. Join us this Thursday for a webinar or join us this Thursday for a live webinar
You can join our email list, get notified about this live that we're doing. We're going to have a number of guest speakers over there. We're going to get really specific about, you name it, relationships, remaining in flow, etc. Speaking of which, in relation to that, webinars, live conversations. I find that nowadays, I'm noticing this more so, that people really enjoy webinars.
Being around other individuals who we could say think or relate and harmoniously are this particular way. That is the way that that is related to what it is that you're offering or sharing. Essentially community and relationships.
So we could see then if you mentioned that there's going to be a group discussion or a live conversation and a chance to collaborate with others, connect with others. There are many that are looking for that. There are many that, let's say, might be looking for that more than they're looking for a copy of the mind maps. But not to say one way is better than the other. This is where testing comes in to find the way that is ideal for you.
Next, we have acquire clients from the qualified leads. So if you do some of these things here and feel free to customize it,
To be inspired by this, that's actually what I recommend. It's not to say you have to do these things. You should do these things. You need to do these things. You must do these things. Personally, I recommend the fun, joyous, flow-based way. These conversations are there for inspiration based on my experience yet. Yet I found that my style in entrepreneurship over the years naturally emerged as I allow it to emerge.
And then I discovered my authentic natural ways. I don't do things that are force-based and stress-based. I actually find I get way more results. Numbers go up when I do the things that I love to do. You know, I used to listen to the Steve Jobs commencement speech when I was building my IT business over and over again. And he said, follow your heart and intuition. Everything else is secondary. And I just followed my heart and intuition. One could say, is it because Steve Jobs said it? Well, it actually worked.
Yet I knew intuitively, deeply, that my style is the best style. It doesn't mean my style is better than your style or your style is better than another person's style. It means your style is the best style. Their style is the best style. So as I share this, be inspired. Maybe it stimulates some ideas. I recommend playing with some curiosity because I found ways and variations of what we're talking about here that work perfectly. Yet there were ways that I've never seen anyone talk about.
And that's totally fine. So acquiring clients from qualified leads, this is essentially where we reach out to them. You maybe send an email. You might say, we have this offer. Are you interested? Reply back to this email. Or let's jump on a Zoom call. Or here's a link to my Calendly where you can book a session with me and we can explore, exploratory session or something like that. I like doing that.
So automated email sequences, I do have these, not very extensive, yet one doesn't need to be extensive, I found, to be super effective at this. But in automated emails, they opt in, maybe they get a few videos, some content, and then a call to action to reach out to you to say, hey, if you're interested in exploring further, or if you'd like to book a call to discuss, or if you would like to do a session with me, here's a link to my Calendly.
That's the way I like to do it. And again, if there's resistance to doing this, you can release the resistance by chunking it down into steps and taking one step at a time, one step at a time. Entrepreneurship success for me has been a series of steps, one step, two step, three step, four step, next step, results happen.
So what also helps with acquiring clients is discussing testimonials, reviews, and credentials to establish trust. Now, this is where I have a lot of fun. So you may have seen case studies. You may have seen testimonials. My style of doing it is also demonstrating what it's like to work with me. So it's not just about the results. It's also the experience. I learned this when I was building my IT business.
Because clients would bring me on not just for the results, but the experience of working with me. So what I did, and I'll link in the description to three videos, three videos that we can call them case studies or we can call them testimonials that I did with clients. And they're lengthy discussions where we're discussing what it was like to work together. They share their wisdom, their insights and perspectives.
And we go through conversations together. Like, for example, Ed and I were driving in a car. Danielle Lynn and I were on the beach walking. Ruben, we're hanging out in his living room because this is what's going on behind the scenes. So that's my style of doing it. My style is testimonials, credentials, and reviews, case studies infused in a video.
That is storytelling. That is demonstrating what it's like to work with me. And I found those to be very effective because what I notice is that clients, when we acquire clients, they say, I too would like to have an experience like that. I don't just want to work with a coach or a consultant. I want to have a wonderful experience and have the results. And the same was when I built my IT business.
So you can acquire clients from your qualified leads, which you've generated from your qualified visitors by putting call to actions every now and then in your emails, in your social media, in the description of your videos. And it could be something like strategy calls, depending on your industry, you might not call it strategy calls or strategy sessions.
We can call it exploratory conversation. Or you could just say, if you would like someone to talk to about this, here's a link to my calendar, 20-minute conversations, et cetera. That way they get to know you. And we did a discussion on deep dive sessions. If you're interested in that, I'll link in the description. It's kind of like a mini deep dive. We could say 20 minutes. You can cover a lot actually in 20 minutes.
You can help them tremendously. You can benefit them greatly. And also they can get a feel for what it's like to work with you and your style of whatever it is that you offer because your style is the best style. And then from there they say, you know what? I would love to work with you. And then you can make an offer at the end. But if we don't put out the call to actions, if we don't ask, then we might be missing out on the opportunities.
So I recommend, and I don't do it in a force-based way, I recommend putting enough in there. Yet consider this, if you present online and you share your lifestyles, as mentioned, the way I go about entrepreneurship, flow-based way, and then you make these videos where you're with your clients, sharing your experiences, et cetera, then people get a feel for what it's like to experience what it is that you're discussing.
So on my other YouTube channel, I go for walks with my camera. I talk about my experiences. And what's happening is individuals that are interested in working with someone who is, let's say, my style of doing things, the flow-based style, reach out to me. So what happens is they naturally reach out to you. They someway somehow find you. The DMs, they'll DM me. They'll email me, fill out my contact form. Yet it's also helpful.
To mention it, as a matter of fact, when Ed became a client, again, I'll link in the description to the conversation I had with Ed. So you can check out the style of how I do these videos, which we can call case study videos or testimonial videos. Yet it's also valuable. So it's not like the sales pitch. It's very valuable for the audience. It's a lot of fun, actually. He responded to an email that I sent out that said, I'm interested in acquiring, I'm interested now in working with five individuals or something like that.
I'm interested in working with five new coaching clients. I just sent a quick email out like that. This was back in 2019. And he responded because I made the offer. That's it. Sometimes it's as simple as making the offer. So again, what results in a hesitation, let's say, of the individual making the offer, even though they intuitively know that offers are to be made,
is the resistance to making the offer, which is generated by those beliefs in mind. As those beliefs are released, you naturally take the step. You naturally make the offer. And by chunking it down step by step, what happens is it gets easier and easier and easier. The release of the resistance happens naturally.
And where challenge meets skill, you relax into the flow. And then the beliefs dissolve in mind. And there's no longer those thoughts of imposter syndrome because you know certainly that you benefit them greatly and they can benefit greatly. And then there's wonderful compensation being exchanged. Benefit for you, benefit for them. And as I used to say in my previous videos, benefit for divine and evolution. Everyone benefits greatly.
engaging in ongoing business from existing clients. So there are many ways that you can engage in ongoing business with existing clients. You can create additional products or services. You can partner with other businesses to create additional products or services. You can partner with businesses to offer their products or services. You can become an affiliate. Many ways of engaging in ongoing business with existing clients because what we find is that when clients have wonderful relationships with you,
they're more likely to take you up on another offer because not only do they enjoy working with you, but they have established with you, you have established with them like, trust, credibility, and they have gotten results and they may benefit from more results in whatever shape or form. So here are some ways that we can go about doing it. VIP offers exclusive content or special discounts for existing clients.
providing education and support for the product or service that they have purchased.
email updates, providing webinars. Example would be for my five programs, I have revised them over the years with new examples, more precise, etc. Workbooks. And I offer it for students of my programs. They don't need to pay to upgrade. Anyone that buys my five programs gets access to all future revisions of the programs. So that's one way of doing it. And as a result of that,
What happened is I generated more clients to work with me in consulting. Community and private groups, Facebook groups, as mentioned, different kinds of groups you could set up. Personalized check-ins, account management, sometimes just a text message. Hey, how's it going? We haven't spoken in a while. Or a quick email. Touch points, nurture the relationships.
And here's another fun one. We did a number of events like this. We did one in New York. We did one in California. Danielle Lynn and I, who she was a client of mine, as mentioned, we then got involved with some partnership deals. She's also one of the videos that I had mentioned just now, which we can say was a testimonial case study video. Yet to me, it was having a conversation, having a lot of fun. She was sharing her wisdom and expertise in there as well.
I'll link a description to it. We did a collaboration together where we had 35 people, a number from her channel, a number from my channel. We wanted 35 at a time. We got together at a wonderful location in Los Angeles and everyone connected with each other. Another wonderful location in New York and everyone connected together. It was a lot of fun. Not only was that ongoing business, but that also resulted in further ongoing business.
There was a number of people that wanted to work one-on-one. There was a few that became members of Flow Based Prosperity. So we could see how much fun this is by considering the following. Revenue enhancing side, generating qualified visitors to your website, social media, and offers. Number two, generating qualified leads from the qualified visitors. And number three, acquiring clients from the qualified leads, client acquisition.
And number four, engaging in ongoing business from clients. From resistance to flow, as in entrepreneurship is a spiritual catalyst to transmute this resistance, not suppressing, repressing, or denying the emotions, but rather transmuting them into flow, thus resulting in building a successful business with confidence, clarity, and consistency.
