and having found everything that you desire within yourself body appears to flow naturally effortlessly as all these things that the individual once desired are naturally added onto them what this is pointing to is that reality is perfect as it is now

as it was in the beginning and ever shall be as only god alone exists and only god alone appears as all in harmony the individual that experiences reality without conditions thus remains in their flow acknowledges that the source of peace love

happiness, bliss, and fulfillment are within. And by that I mean specifically, that still I am presence is the love, the happiness, the peace, the bliss, the fulfillment that the individual might have been seeking externally for. The individual may have placed conditions in mind

that generates the illusion that if a condition is met, then they can experience peace or then they can experience love. As in, if a person appears a particular way, then they can experience love, then they can experience peace. But if that same person, be it a friend, a business partner, a client, appears in a different way,

then they cannot experience peace. They cannot experience love. They have placed a condition upon consciousness in mind. And if it goes one way, they say, that is love, that is peace. If it goes in another way, then they say, there is lack of love, there is lack of peace. And that is an illusion.

It is an illusion to suggest lack of peace, lack of love. That is the illusory world that is to be renounced. This was inspired by an interesting conversation I had with someone about renouncing the world that has lost the way. Consider, I am the way. So the illusory world appears to have lost the way, but the illusory world is an illusion.

It is generated by conditions. The individual, considering the illusory world to be real, experiences suffering if the conditions are not met. Renounce that illusory world to acknowledge that only God alone exists as love, as happiness, as peace, as bliss, as fulfillment.

we exist together in perfect love in perfect happiness in perfect bliss in perfect peace in perfect fulfilment to prove the point at any moment the individual is about to identify with a thought of lack thought of not-being access that still i am presence and love

permeates the body permeates the mind appears to permeate all peace permeates the body peace permeates the mind peace permeates all what is real then the individual was about to become identified with an illusory thought yet they did not identify with it that i am not this illusory thought that suggests i am not peace the individual does nothing

to abide as that still i am presence and they experience peace they did not need a condition to be met externally to experience peace they we can say experience peace for no reason not because of this appearance or that appearance all of those appearances transcendent to all of these appearances that is you

And to prove the point that it is you, access now that still I am presence. Still I am beyond appearances. Still I am regardless of appearances. And that sweet peace, love, happiness, fulfillment, bliss permeates the body. Maybe they did not know thyself, thy true nature.

And so then maybe they would replace one condition with another condition and another condition in an attempt, no shame, no condemnation, to experience love, happiness, peace, bliss, fulfillment, whatsoever things he desire to experience this externally. They place conditions upon consciousness. And if the conditions are not met, suffering. If the conditions are met, then they say happiness. But then if something shifts or the appearance has changed, not happiness,

And it's this, we could say, yo-yo effect. Happiness, not happiness. Peace, not peace. Peace, not peace. And that can be confusing for the individual. How is it that the individual seeks for everlasting love, happiness, peace, bliss, fulfillment, yet this world appears to not provide that love, happiness, peace, bliss, fulfillment, if ultimately only God alone exists appearing as perfect harmony?

what brings people, environments, relationships together, that love, that happiness, that peace, that bliss, that brings everything together, if that is reality, if that is the reality spoken about in scriptures, if that is the reality spoken about through the various sages, why is it that I don't experience it in this world?

Well, seek ye first the kingdom, and all these things are added unto you. That I AM Presence is the kingdom. In other words, the individual might say, wait, are you saying to me, Joseph, are you saying that regardless of how it appears here, I can be at peace, I can experience love, I can be happy, I can experience bliss, I can be fulfilled? What's in it for me? What about all these things that I desire?

and i say from personal experience what had occurred for me is all these things added on to me ideal harmonious relationships ideal harmonious business ideal harmonious lifestyle they are added on to me effortlessly peacefully lovingly i have found that i am still yet i appear to flow i have found that i am still because i know mind has gone inward to acknowledge

That existence consciousness bliss, existence consciousness happiness, existence consciousness peace. Existence is everything that the individual was seeking for and existence is love, is happiness, is peace. All these things added on to you. What has happened is, practically speaking, the definite chief aims, the visions have been actualized.

Yet they have been actualized, they have been manifested in an effortless, fun, joyous, flow-based way rather than one of stress, frustration. Why? Why was it manifested in a flow-based way?

instead of a force-based way or a stress-based way. Because the force and stress that was generating the illusions of flow restrictors represent the world to be renounced. That's the illusory world. That is not real. And by renouncing that world, by not identifying it,

with those conditions placed upon consciousness as pure consciousness is perfect as it is now that means you are perfect as you are now i am perfect as i am now we are perfect as we are now and this is a play of god only god alone exists so how can there be i versus you this versus that it's

myself with you. I am with you as you are with me. It is this and that. Thus there is no confusion in mind. No confusion suggesting, should I do this? Should I do that? That confusion is gone. Everything reconciles. Mind appears to flow. Body appears to flow. Everything appears to flow. Yet I am still because I have seeked and found the kingdom within. And you could do the same.

By acknowledging that still I am presence as the source of love, happiness, peace, bliss, fulfillment. Everything that the individual desires to experience in this life, in whatever shape or form, yet they think that they need to place conditions upon consciousness in order to experience, which is representing the illusory world. I renounce that world, that illusory world.

And having renounced that illusory world, I abide in eternal peace, eternal love, eternal happiness, eternal bliss, eternal fulfillment. You do the same as well. You have renounced the illusory world. You clearly know it's illusory because you can see that these conditions result in suffering. Maybe you didn't know before. So you release these conditions and you experience unconditional love, unconditional peace, unconditional bliss,

not because of this or that reason and all these things are added on to by accessing that still i am presence we acknowledge that everything appears yet it does not affect the being i am thus peace is not based on condition love is not based on condition i found you found everything that we were ever looking for in the being we are there's only being

And as we acknowledge there's only being, everything and everyone appears to be in harmony. I don't see you to be in conflict with me. You don't see me to be in conflict with you. That's illusory. That represents the illusory world that has lost its way because it does not know. I am the way. No shame, no condemnation. Each individual that appears to be entangled with the illusory world

can at any moment release that identification and appearances are anything that physically appears environments people circumstances information let it be those are appearances the thoughts the emotions mind phenomena of mind appearances what remains

the still i am presence that transcends all beyond i that can think this beyond i that could emotionally relate that way beyond i that can identify with i am beyond identification and as we are beyond identification we are unaffected by these appearances so what happens what happens to this world that appears well reality is experience

Everything appears to flow, body appears to flow, people appear to flow, environments appear to flow, everything appears to flow to be in harmony because there is no condition in mind or less and less conditions in mind. And as an individual is about to identify with these conditions, they can not identify with any of these conditions

As they may have placed these conditions in mind in order to experience happiness, peace, love, etc., they now know that the source of love, happiness, peace, bliss, fulfillment is in being itself. And so they say, no, that is not me. That does not represent me. I am pure consciousness, perfect as I am now.

We are perfect as we are now, not for this or that reason. Yet, all these things are harmoniously added onto. As you know, you may know, I've mentioned it over the years. In 2017, I made flow a priority. So lately I've been saying, absolutely, I have made flow a priority as I am still, or I may say it in different ways. And what that is pointing to is that knowing that I am love, happiness, peace, bliss, fulfillment,

There is no flow restriction because these flow restrictors were the result of the illusory world that is to be renounced, which is made up of conditions, which is made up of programming. If a condition is not met, then flow restriction. It appears that way, although the flow restrictor is illusory because it represents the world that appears to have lost the way, which is an illusory world.

that suggests lack of love, happiness, peace, bliss, fulfillment, that conditions need to be met in order to experience love, happiness, peace, bliss, fulfillment, that you are separate from me. So it is me versus you, us versus them, this versus that. If individuals release identification to this programming, what happens?

Well, everything happens perfectly as it does, as this is a play of God. And to experience what is referred to in Romans 12.2, do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you'll be able to test and approve what God's will is, His good, perfect, and pleasing will. To experience the perfect, good, pleasing will of God, thus everything appearing to be in harmony,

return back to that still I am presence. Abide as that still I am presence. And even though body may appear to flow and the individual is not sitting perfectly still, the body is not perfectly still, I am still because there's no restlessness seeking for external or a condition to be met in order to experience love, happiness, peace, bliss, fulfillment, which belongs to the illusory world.

the illusory world to be renounced and what happens practically speaking reality is experience perfect as it is now you are perfect as you are now i am perfect as i am now i don't see any more interestingly i don't see how i can be in conflict with you as only god alone exists so there is no me versus you that's so obviously illusory to the individual that has transcended

the illusory world as they have acknowledged the i am presence to represent the real world and so reality is experienced now that which i speak of here can sound very philosophical and i like to include spiritual sounding language although we must transcend

these words or more specifically any identification that belongs to the world that is to be renounced which is an illusory world not real not the real world the illusory world the must transcend that programming to acknowledge what these words point to i am the way so experience it for yourself abide as that still i am presence

often. And then you notice that you have transcended the illusory world. You notice that you experience that you are no longer identified with the illusory world that has lost the way, as the way is always here. I am the way. Only God alone exists. So the way is flow. The way, or we could say the Tao, that's how I like to relate to it, the Tao is

is to be experienced. The way of life is flow. So everything appears to flow. You appear to flow, I appear to flow, body appears to flow, yet I am still. I still meditate and be still in meditation where if you observe me, you see, oh, Joseph is still physically. Yet I am still as I flow in conversation with you because I don't need this condition to be met

I need to sit in a meditation in order to be still. I also don't need to be in flow. Body needs to move in order to be still. I am still. What is being pointed to is the I am still presence that is eternally at peace. You are eternally at peace. You are eternally at love. You are eternally love. You are eternally peace. You are eternally bliss. Not because of this or that reason.

not because a condition needs to be met in order for you to experience peace prove it access that still i am presence now as i've been saying lately i can do nothing what do i appear to do to access this still i am presence other than access that still i am presence and everything is taken care of ideas may emerge in mind as to what to do body moves naturally

things appear to change on their own. Interesting. We can describe it as miraculous. All of a sudden, things are appearing to change. As I have released that resistance, I no longer identify with this illusory world that has lost the way, as the way is beyond the illusory world. The way is the way of life, to represent reality, perfect as it is now. And having transcended that, it

can appear as miraculous now all of a sudden business deals seem to flow naturally i perform if i am in the performing arts if i am an artist i paint without the perfectionism thus i value nuance what i mean by that is rather than identifying with the illusory world the world that appears to have lost its way

where the individual identified with that world, the individual may put out a painting or whatever, and then it's never good enough for them. They look at this painting and they say, it's not as good as this other person's painting. It's not as good as this. They're always seeking for, if identified with, in this illusory world, the world that is to be renounced. They're identifying with, we could say always or very often, this belief that,

that belongs to the illusory world, which is not real. That this painting is never good enough or what I put out is never good enough because of this, because of that condition. You see it. Yet, as the individual transcends that, abiding as that still I am presence, experiencing love, happiness, peace, bliss, fulfillment as reality, it appears as body appearing to flow, to paint, and they enjoy it. They enjoy the painting.

After they have painted, they look at the painting and they feel inspired. They value nuance. They may say, wow, next painting, I'll add a little bit more white to the sky. Yet they don't shame and condemn that painting. There's no one to shame and condemn because ultimately only God alone exists. So it's not I versus the painting, the painting versus me. It's I am with this painting. This painting is with me.

I am this painting, this painting is me. We are in love, happiness, peace, bliss, fulfillment together. That is true also for relationships. And as mind is purified, and mind purifies mind at a particular point, as mind has gone inward to acknowledge that existence is everything that the individual was seeking for. Love, happiness, peace, bliss, fulfillment. It is found within us.

that i am presence go within and abide as that i am presence that is my refuge that is where i go to for peace that is where i go to for love that is where i go to for happiness that is where i go to for bliss that is where i go to for fulfillment and then all these things that i once desired

Ideal harmonious business if you're a creative the books you write the paintings you put out are naturally Spontaneously added on to you without the conditions. So as mentioned you may paint this today great if you painted it this way great if you painted it that way great for the entrepreneur they do a Conversation with the prospect if the prospect moves forward with the deal great if they don't move forward with the deal great it does not mean that

that the business success won't happen so as i had made flow a priority i noticed mind purifying mind as in naturally if there was about to be a seeking for external love happiness peace bliss fulfillment condition to be met in order to experience love happiness peace bliss fulfillment thus if identified with would result in an illusory flow restrictor which represents the illusory world to be renounced

naturally, automatically, spontaneously, I feel at peace for no reason. A person may say, well, Joseph, you have all the reason to not be at peace here. Well, it could appear that way. I genuinely feel at peace here. So I'm not going to force myself to not be at peace here if I genuinely feel at peace here. They may say, how is it? How is it that you feel at peace here? Because I don't identify with a condition that it needs to be this way or that way to experience peace.

And all of this is the result of returning to that still I am presence and abiding as that still I am presence. And then the mind goes inward to acknowledge that everything that the individual desires, that I am.

i am that love i am that happiness i am that peace i am that bliss i am that fulfilment thus we are that love we are that happiness we are that peace we are that bliss as ultimately only god alone exists
