This session is designed to help you relax, we'll be introducing the triangle shape. So imagine drawing the breath through your nose to the top of the triangle and out your mouth to the bottom. With a pause at the base of the triangle, we'll start with a count of three, up, three down, and three holds. Try and make it so that everything flows.
