「番茄鐘工作法」最近在台灣很流行，台灣也有政府官員使用這個方法來工作。番茄鐘工作法是以「25分鐘」作為一個基準，在這25分鐘內，你需要把手機、電腦的通知關閉，也要把臉書或Youtube的視窗關閉，讓自己非常專心、不分心。25分鐘一到，就休息5分鐘，這5分鐘不思考，好好地閉目養神一下。身體有充分的休息後，會讓自己比較放鬆，也能繼續專心、繼續挑戰工作。「25分鐘工作，5分鐘休息」這樣不斷地循環，工作就會慢慢地完成了...

通知 tōngzhī: notification

關閉 guān bì: to close

視窗 shìchuāng: window (computing)

閉目養神 bì mù yǎngshén: to relax with one's eyes closed

充分 chōngfèn: adequate; enough
