Ellie Lemons was among the first breed of Australia’s health and fitness influencers.

But her life as she knew it completely changed when she fell pregnant with her daughter. Then, not long after Rocky was born, Ellie became a single mum at the age of just 23.

However, instead of letting the breakdown of the relationship turn toxic, she used it as an opportunity to expand her perception of what defines a family, with both Ellie and her ex partner embarking on a journey of collaborative coparenting.

Suddenly, Ellie found a new purpose for her platform, and she’s been inspiring separated parents everywhere to follow her and her ex partner’s incredible lead when it comes to raising a child ever since.
