At the age of thirty-seven, on the verge of finally roofing their marital home, Tariro's husband was involved in an accident that left his life prognosis uncertain, and sent all their hopes and dreams scattering into the wind.

One day, he was a maths teacher, the next, he was fighting for his next breath.

Tariro is a published author of “That Audacious Hope”: A Daily Devotional, amongst other books, reveals the musings of a young wife and mother, and her constant conversations with God and herself in search of answers and hope, through a life and death battle for her husband. The devotion attempts to take the reader through a journey of love, loss and restoration, all the while holding on to faith and the audacious hope that helped her pick herself up, trust God and leap into the unknown, undaunted.

Born in Harare, Zimbabwe, and raised across Southern Africa, Tariro Matibiri is an evolving author whose heart for God has seen her writing talent grow in the world of fiction, poetry and motivational pieces as she searches for her own voice and life purpose. Tariro is a Christian and

devoted worshipper whose heart bleeds for widows and orphans.

She is a public speaker, teaching assistant, and law graduate with a Masters in Intellectual Property law. A Toastmaster and avid coffee connoisseur, she has also been found back to basics in the world of martial arts.
