How to delegate effectively? As a restaurant manager, how do you delegate tasks among your team members, and how do you make it comfortably?

In this episode, I'll be giving you three tips on delegation of tasks and how you can be very comfortable asking people to do different things. Delegating work is a skill you must develop to achieve proper team task management. We know that managing a restaurant can be very stressful and overwhelming, and the key to getting things done is to delegate. Follow these three simple steps if you want to delegate effectively:

  1. Help them help the team and customers. 

  2. Ask questions

  3. Be courteous
