What could be the best social media strategy in these trying times?

A fellow restaurant owner asked if they still need to continue posting on social media even if they have to shut down due to this pandemic crisis.

My answer is a BIG YES.

We need to stay connected with our customers. If you want to come back strong and regain customer's loyalty, then don't lose it.

Remember that those who come back strong are those who never left. Just because your restaurant is close does not mean you also stop engaging with your customers. Use social media platforms to your advantage, stay active, and continue to show up!
