Enjoying Our Fear

Fear can take us to a lot of interesting places. Learning how not to be afraid of our fear can help us to wake up and simply enjoy living in the moment. It can enable us to slow down and have fun with those around us exactly where we are right now. We can lead and inspire others to move in a positive direction by simply being more present. Fear is like gravity, it is everywhere all the time. The development of our authentic, emotionally intelligent leadership comes from mastering the ability to move through our fear.

Learning

There are two basic types of learning. The first is the intellectual learning that occurs during the acquisition of knowledge. The second is the experiential learning that happens when we put that knowledge into action. The former requires our intellectual labor while the latter uses emotional labor.
