We're all juggling life, a career, and trying to build a little bit of wealth. The Brown Ambition podcast with host Mandy and Tiffany, the budget nista can help. Let's talk about the financials behind locks. It can be quite pricey, but as your hair locks, it needs way less product. When I had my fro, it was way more costly as it relates to products because my fro was thirsty. I know it's very expensive. Yeah. Yes. I need the whole bottle. A dime sized portion of what? Girl, the laughter. Brown Ambition. Wherever you listen.

This Jocks 94.5 podcast is brought to you by Millennium Satellite and Video. Log on to MSBnow.com. TV excellence everywhere. That's Millennium. McElroy and Kubelik in the morning starts now. All right, welcome back in. McElroy and Kubelik in the morning. Some of you chiming in via the text line. 205-834-9450 if you would like to do that and discuss our top three today.

Do you have some other popular siblings, best siblings? Are people just naming siblings, or are they giving you what they think are in their top three? At this point, I think they're just naming siblings. Good. We've got Phil and Joe Necro. I mean, if you – I don't know. Probably two of the –

Maybe two of the maybe maybe the two best knuckleballers Wakefield probably two of the top three best knuckleballers ever. But then you could probably roll to how many knuckleballers have we had? Eight. I was thinking six. So, yeah, probably. I don't not many, but either way, we've got Rondi and Tiki, the Barber brothers. We've got Billy and Cal Ripken.

Well, Billy famous for a, I believe, 1989 Fleer baseball card in which something was written on the bottom of his baseball bat and that made it to the card. Cal famous for a lot of things. Feels one-sided. It doesn't feel it is. Somebody takes it in and goes back to a conversation we had months ago about the Carpenters. Who had the conversation? G-Mac. You don't remember this? I did not know who the Carpenters were.

Cole doesn't remember this, though. Who, Sabrina? Well, I know who she is. You just said you didn't know who they were. No, but that's not the same Carpenter. Chris Carpenter? That's not the same Carpenter family. Which Carpenter are you referencing? I don't remember their name. What was the one? Karen? Karen. Yeah, Karen Carpenter. You don't remember this, Cole? I might have been absent that day. You very well may not have been here. I don't think I was here for that one. You were definitely here. The Olsen twins are worth more than almost two bill.

Congratulations. Together? That's surprising. Like I said earlier, I'll probably trade checks with them ahead of any of the folks that we've mentioned. Steven takes it and says the Carr brothers, David and Derek. Probably wouldn't be in my top three. Went to high school with Brian Carr. He's out there. I don't think he's related to them. I went to high school with Brian Carr. No, you did not. I did. They're not the same Brian. It can't be.

Unless he went to Homewood High School. Blonde Bama bangs? No. Spiked red hair. Totally different. My Brian Carr. Maybe Billy Madison and came back. Two R's? C-A-R-R? Yeah. Yeah, same. My Brian Carr is so smart that when he was putting together his AIM screen name,

Instead of doing Brian B-Ball, he put Brain B-Ball. So his AIM screen name, Brain B-Ball. He's trying to throw you off. That's all it was. And ironically enough, he's so smart that he misspelled his name to the smartest part of your body.

It's almost like chess. Think about just how crazy that is. That's next level. We've got Sterling and Shannon Sharp. Pretty good one. It's a really good one because I'm telling you, if Sterling stayed healthy, we'd be talking about him as one of the greatest. He's one of the greatest. This guy was insane. He was so good. I will say this. If we're going to go down the celebrity route, there is a Hollywood name.

Of siblings that has yet to be mentioned. The Murphys. That is way up there. Eddie and Charlie. No, because take away the one skit. Do you even know who Charlie Murphy is? Nope. You do not. No, not for real. So. Haters. I know who he is. Who have we not mentioned? Oh, you know who he is now. Yeah. Baldwin's? Really good. Been a lot of stuff.

I mean, I'm not saying you have to like them. Right, but yeah. You have to respect. It feels tough. Respect the catalog. It feels tough. I don't think it was most liked three. What about the Wayans? We haven't mentioned them. Yeah, that's on Damian for dropping that ball. You had a top three too. Yeah, but I only had three. And the Mannings and the Williams had to be in there. Yeah. Kardashians?

Say whatever you want, but if you want to talk about trading checks, I'd gladly. Two of them are half. Apparently that doesn't count. Well, if we want to start getting into that, then we can start talking about allegedly also. And that's a whole different thing. Somebody says the Perrys. You said you can't mention the Negros without mentioning the Perrys. Like Gaylord Perry? Or like Tyler. Or William the Refrigerator Perry. Because Michael Dean was also a very good college football player. That's true. We got the Wahlbergs.

Okay. Has Donnie been that great? Okay, easy. He's a very kind gentleman. He also makes a heck of a burger. Does he make them or does he own the place? Don't care. Okay. I think he's been the back flipping them. Is he the one with Jenny McCarthy? Because if so, I'm sure that's probably how he's keeping busy. Did you know there was a Tony Rock?

Yeah. Like as in The Rock? Not Chris. Chris Brothers. What does he do? He's a comedian. Tony the Rock Johnson? He's a Tony the Rock Johnson. Oh, he's Chris Rock's Charlie Murphy? Okay. Wilson Brothers. Thought they were sisters in Wilson Phillips. Owen? Oh, them. Not. I mean, it's not. What about the Quades? Good one. Yeah. I'll make a top three. Dillons? Matthew?

Bobby? Jacob? Kevin had a pretty big gap from when he was known, not known, long time, known again, entourage. Yeah. But Matt's been in some stuff. Yeah, he was in The Outsiders. I was thinking more wild things. Oh, obviously, right. Yeah, you're sick. A lot of stuff. It's a popular movie. You've only seen one scene. That's not true. No one's ever watched that whole movie start to finish.

I have, and Neff Campbell had a weird-ass haircut at the end. Robbie wants to chime in on Brothers. Welcome into the show, Robbie.

Hey, good morning, guys. Yeah, I don't think y'all have mentioned this one yet, but the Affleck brothers, Casey and Ben. Casey is a very underrated actor, in my opinion, and played a hilarious role in the Oceans movies. Yes. He was the remote-controlled car driver? Is that what he was? Oh, my gosh. Hilarious thing. Hilarious. And the whole balloon guy. Well, he was buddies with James Caan's son.

Oh, really? Yeah. Well, no, the guy in Ocean's movies. Wait a minute. Yes. Wait. The guy that played Tweeter in Varsity Blues? Yeah, that's James Caan's son. Scott Caan is his name. His mom is Shaka. Wow. Okay. I did not know that. And also, a criminal...

is the Christmas movie with Vince Vaughn and basically his brother is Santa Claus is Chris Kringle you know the Claus movie Fred Claus Fred Claus I hadn't seen the tape is that a good one it

It is a good one. And basically there's a scene because Vince Vaughn ends up having to go to therapy because he's the quote-unquote other brother, right? And then so basically in the scene they bring in literally like Bill Clinton's brother, like maybe Jean-Claude Van Damme, Sylvester Stallone's brother, and all these –

These are real brothers, and you can see the resemblance. And it's a hilarious scene because they're making fun of things they had to go through growing up because they were the other brothers. Stallone's brother is Fred, right? He's been in a few things. Frank? Yeah, he's been in a couple. I think Sly tried to get him going. He gave him a boost. Didn't really work out. But, yeah, no, good stuff. Thank you for the call. Appreciate that. I got to go here quickly.

Scott Kahn. Oh, no, this is not via Twitter. If you have Wikipedia music, you can play that. No, I'm not paying for that. No, thank you. And honestly, I don't know if this is – you guys make what you will of Wikipedia. According to – because I was going to go see all the things that Scott Kahn has been in. I think he's been in more than we think. Varsity Blues, yes, of course. Hawaii Five-0 for like a decade and a half. Ready to Rumble.

Boiler Room. Great movie, by the way. Gone in 60 Seconds. Underrated movie, by the way. I haven't seen the tape on that in a minute. I throw that gif out all the time, though. Into the Blue.

It's worth a watch. Maybe on mute. Yeah. Worth a watch. Is that when they are swimming? Surfing. It's just Jessica Alba. That's all you need to know. That's all you need to know. There's really no other part of it that's all you need to know. There's not a single other thing that you need to know or hear from that movie. But that is it. Absolute degenerate.

The con was a roadie for the hip hop group Cypress Hill and House of Pain. Would have never guessed that. I kind of probably would have made sense. Con was also a member of the hip hop group The Hooligans as Mad Skills with producer and fellow MC The Alchemist as Mudfoot.

The Alchemists. The Hooligans signed a record deal with Tommy Boy Warner Brothers. Is that Adam Sandler's music label? Probably. And recorded the album Make Way for the W. But after their first single, Put Your Hands Up, was released, the album was shelved and the duo was dropped by Tommy Boy. In 1995, the Hooligans song Hooligans came

was released as a single in the UK, but Khan and The Alchemist had already parted ways. Khan reunited with his former partner, The Alchemist, in 2014 on the Step Brothers project, Lord Steppington, performing on the song Byron G with musician Evidence. Okay. Sustained. So you're all in. Overruled. You're all in on Scott Khan. I actually think that it is incredible that he went from

want to be all in roadie rapper to actual successful actor. I'm going to give him full credit for that. You did it before Mark Wahlberg. Wow. No, no, no. Funky Bunch didn't do it for you. They didn't do it for you. No, because Marky Mark was before House of Pain. He became more legitimized as an actor before Mark, I think is what I'm saying. What was Mark's first big role as an actor? We'll have to check the date on that. I don't quite remember that.

Cameron can give us his thoughts on brothers. Welcome in, Cameron. Welcome in. How y'all doing? Morning. Glad to be in. Thank you. Doing well. What about the Hemsworth and the Ball brothers? Liam and Chris and then Lonzo and Lamello. That is a good one. No, it isn't. How many of them are good? One? The other one, is he still playing in China? I think he's... Ligello? Liangelo? What? Liangelo?

Okay, well, whatever. Watermelon or cherry? I feel like y'all are laughing as if I missed the mark by 100 yards. I said Ligello. I forgot the N. There's an N in the middle there. It's close enough. Haters.

Legelo, I think, was the best one. He just got messed up in China when he tried to steal. That's where he made the mistake. That was it. Legelo. It wasn't his jumper. No. Wow. He was getting buckets. Was he? Thank you, Cam. That was about a Damien top three call right there. Welcome in. If you think about it, though, obviously it's LaMelo, right, that's good? Yeah. Well, Lonzo wasn't bad. He just can't stay healthy. Yeah, he can't find a shot.

He never had one. But do we have anywhere near the conversation of them if their dad did not do all the crazy expletive that he did leading into them playing real basketball? Like the shoe brand going on with, was it Skip and Stephen A back then when he actually would go sit in with and just talk all this nonsense? No, he at least was on first take, yes. And show up at games and yell at people. Yeah.

And he was almost like the ludicrous Richard Williams to a certain extent. Like he didn't really make them because he pushed them, but he kind of made them because he pushed them in the media. He got them.

On the radar, and to be fair, all three were first-round draft picks, right? Yes. So, I mean... Wait a minute. No, not LiAngelo. No, LiAngelo. Magellan didn't... He won the first round? Melanzo and... I knew the other two. I thought, yeah. I thought G-Wagon made it. Okay. Straight haters. Don't listen to him, Jello. You still got it, kid. No, no.

No. We got the Bosa brothers. Somebody takes me in the Bosa brothers. And people forget their dad played in the NFL. Correct. He's on Tecmo ball. Oh, boy. That's a stamp right there. Smoked judge last night. Boy, he got mad. Big madder. My son does not like losing the Tecmo ball. I'd say that. I was like, you are just like your dad. Don't break that controller, though, because I don't know if I can find another one. We got Hillary and Haley Dove. By the way, just a quick update.

I can't even say it now. LiAngelo Ball currently playing for? Saldana. Somebody in China. They're probably better. Astros de Jarrisco. I haven't seen the tape. Still getting buckets. That was coming off the Los Angeles Ballers and the Greensboro Swarm. Okay. Greensboro Killer Bees. We on the Swarm.

If they don't come out to that, they got problems. He did play for Perennial in 2018. No. Hooligans. Make way for the W. This was very House of Pain, Cypress Hill. Pretty much, yeah. Like late 90s sort of grimy rap. Right up that alley, yeah. This is like where Vanilla Ice tried to go. Is that that song? Oh, no, no, no. Do not...

Please do not mistake Wu-Tang Killer B's on the Swarm to what you just heard there. I just want to make sure that they're not ripping off beats. Oh, everybody rips off beats. Don't go find the TikTok account that tells you what songs are sampled, because it will ruin everything for you. Literally 50 songs are sampled in every good song. But it also lets you know how great Kanye West is. His ear is completely different.

Like his. So good to know. Especially what's between them. I've always thought that. That's completely different too. It's crazy. Not important. Hey, he was the JBA Finals MVP in 2018 for Prineal. Jello Basketball Association? Like his own league? We got to get out of this. Patrick and Don Swayze. I don't even know where we are right now. Patrick and Don Swayze. What did Don Swayze do? He coaches South Carolina. I'm weak. I'm weak.

I like that one. That was good. All we need right now is a snare and a cymbal for this show, and we would be rolling today. I don't care anymore. Obviously. If you want to get to the point of just not caring. We're breaking down Astros Deja Silico basketball. We're off. We're done. We did a deep dive of Scott Kahn. Yeah, we mail it in today.

Please clip Legelo just so we can randomly shove that in every now and then. Oh, I tell you one thing you can't get at your CBD store. That's Legelo. They don't have it. It's not in stock. It doesn't have a label and seal. No, they don't have that. They are the largest brick-and-mortar CBD retailer on planet Earth. They are the first company to have USDA-certified organic oil supplements. They can help you get a better night's sleep. Position groups that Auburn and Alabama are going to face this year. What's the best of the best that they're going to have to face off against? We'll begin breaking it down next on Mac and Cube in the morning. Catch up with all things McElroy and Kubrick in the morning by subscribing to the podcast. Mythically, he's grown. He's almost like a little bit bigger than a player, right? Like the myth of Bo Jackson. Like, rate, and download the show from the Jock Tap or wherever you get your podcasts. All right.

Alright, welcome back in. Michael Roy and Kubrick in the morning. The siblings are still coming in via the text line. Fred and Ben Savage? I didn't even know there was a Ben Savage. I mean, it's still one-sided, but yeah. Boy Meets World. Most of them. Oh, that's him? Yeah. They're brothers? Yeah. Did not know that. It looked the exact same.

You were just focused on Topanga. Freaking sicko. What's wrong with you today? There's no way I've ever actually watched that show. Oh, yes, you did. Or I didn't watch it. That was more my Gossip Girl years. I've told you that before. XOXO. XOXO. Watched a lot of them. Didn't hear a one of them, but watched. So, yeah, that was a thing. Sicko mode.

These people aren't serious in this tagline. They got the Antetokounmpo brother. I swear. Was the other brother like, carry your stuff to the gym for him? Excellent water carrier. Like, he's a... Somebody said the Osley brothers. Okay, yeah, we kind of missed that one. Yeah, we did. My apologies. Okay, we will move on.

If we're talking about position groups that Auburn and Alabama will face this year and what will be the best of each, let's start with Auburn. Is it bad? Just before we get into this, I swear I have both their schedules memorized at this point. That's good. I feel like I've gone through their schedules so many times in the last few months. I'm amazed at how I've been able to, for whatever reason, retain scheduling information on Alabama and Auburn.

I think we're ready for the season. When you start memorizing schedules. And you know when their bye weeks are. That's the sick part. No, you're ahead of me on that. That's straight sicko mode. It's like, well, I know week four they got this. I know they're going to be 5-0, potentially heading to Georgia. It's like, oh, gosh, what's wrong with you? Sicko mode. All right, so let's start with Auburn. And let's go, where do you want to start? Defensive line? Let's start defensive line.

Why? Is that an important position? I feel like it is, and it's one that we've talked about in the SEC this year, Greg. It's not going to be maybe what it has been, but if you're going, and this is interesting because right away, Georgia on the schedule. I can't. Bama on the schedule. But most years, it would easily be one of those two. Correct. It might not be either of those this year. It's Texas A&M, November 23rd.

The defensive line is going to rip. And if Scorton, as good as we've heard, Nick Scorton. Top five overall pick in the NFL draft is where PFF has him. Top two. By the way, you folks that keep sending me what PFF is saying about Bama's offensive line and telling me that I'm wrong and look now, you're not right. You're not proving anything by doing that. So just keep doing that. But that moves my meter zero. I have Connor Wigman, the number one pick in the draft. So just chill the F out. Sorry. All good? Go ahead, Greg.

Yeah, and all you that say that Ligello's not good, you can chill the F out, too. Saluta de Conorano, whatever he's playing. They think he's great. He's open. Saluta de Conorano? I think I ordered that the other night. What is that?

What are you saying? What are we doing? This has been the dumbest half hour of radio of all time. But A&M has the best defensive line that Auburn will face this year. As of this moment, I think they're upside significant too. Now we might fast forward to the end of the season and Georgia might be that group. I don't think Bama is going to be able to eclipse those two right now along the defensive front. Now, hey, if we get a contract to your version of Tim Smith,

Maybe. If Jaheim Otis cashes in on potential, maybe. If the edge guys develop some depth and we really know that there's a lot of versatility on the edges, maybe. But as of right now, they'd be third out of three amongst the three that would be considered right now for me for Auburn. Any consideration for Kentucky?

I don't think collectively they're going to be able to be what A&M is, but they are going to be a good group. And I've told you the one thing that I like about Kentucky, and it's a little similar to what I've said about Tennessee this year. Like Tennessee, people see their D tackles and they say, well, which one's great? Which one's awesome? It's like, okay, Amari Thomas might not go in the first. Byron Eason might not go in the first. But Eliza Simmons is also a good player. Omar Norman Lott is also a good player. They have four tackles.

Battle-tested, solid interior defensive linemen. Not a lot of people in this league can say that. I kind of think that's where Kentucky is. Now, they do have one that's a little bit ahead of most others with Deion Walker, who is close to being able to take over a game.

But Khalil Saunders can play. Octavius Oxendine can play. Trayvon Rubicka, before he was dinged up last year, played some pretty good football. So I do think they have a large group of capable bodies. Yeah. But I don't think they have the upside of even where A&M could get or a Georgia or a Bama could get. But yeah, they might be in that mix.

I definitely think there will be a handful. I don't think there's any doubt about it. And Missouri may have been one that we would at least have a conversation about. But Derrick Smith, edge defender for Mizzou, knee injury yesterday. He's going to be out for the season. If you don't know who he is, he's a Georgia transfer. Go watch the spring game. He is the alien-looking edge defender that looks different than everybody else. Had arms down to his ankles.

and did some pretty good things. That's a big loss for Mizzou, but they won't be in this mix anymore. What if we stay same position group because A&M, not on the Alabama schedule, who is that group for Alabama? Tennessee. I won't debate it. And it's not just because of those interior defenders that I just named, but you throw in a James Pierce, who obviously is one of the best, if not the best, edge rusher in America.

I'd say best in the SEC right now. Also, we have seen Joshua Josephs do some good things off the edge in that defense. They're as loaded as anybody up front, Greg. And that position group, for some reason, still just doesn't get a lot of love going into this season. I don't know why, but a lot of people don't want to talk about it. I think it's perfectly reasonable. I think it's perfectly fair. I just also at the same time acknowledge that

I think Tennessee's potentially game changer up front. They just have high upside. So you can say what you want about what they've been in the past or things like that. They have two guys that can potentially take over the game and they're going to miss Tyler Barron. It's like there's it's not like they're, you know, it's not like you can rinse and repeat exactly what they were last year. You can't just say, all right, here's what it is. Here's what it's going to be. I think they're pretty deep at tackle. And I think they have a guy that can take over the game and James Pierce. I think he can't.

How many teams right now knowingly have a guy that can flat out take over the game? Not a ton. There's a lot of guys that we think might be able to, but there's not a lot of guys that we know without a shadow of a doubt this guy can be the best player on the field at any one given time. I think that's a tremendous testament of what James Pierce is and what that group collectively could be. Quickly, let's go linebacker, Auburn and Alabama. We'll start with the Auburn schedule. I think this is going to be close.

And I think there's gonna be multiple teams that are actually in the conversation. I, this is, this is a hard choice. Um, Oklahoma sticks out first, Greg, mainly because of Danny Stutzman. And there's not a lot of sec fans that are maybe familiar with his work. Um, but he's, I mean, Kip Lewis can absolutely fly. He can play. Uh,

Lewis Carter probably going to play a lot for that group this year as well. Kendall Dolby will be in a little bit of a linebacker role at times. They may be a little bit of an undersized group, but they at least need to be in the discussion. But Georgia's there. And then a guy that played at Georgia is now at Kentucky and

next to another linebacker that played pretty good football last year. And we said all along, Alabama might have the best front two of anybody in college football when you're just talking about two linebackers next to one another. So if you want to go a little more depth, maybe you go one way. If you want to go experience, you go a different way. I would probably lean Alabama here just because their first two, I probably like more than any of the others.

But I do think Oklahoma needs to be discussed. Georgia needs to be discussed. Kentucky needs to be discussed as well. It's a big roll of the dice if you go on Georgia here, not because they're not good. They're excellent. I just think that they have a really high ceiling. Both guys that are going to be playing considerable snaps outside of Smile Munden, true freshman last year, and had some really big moments. We know there's a big leap made between week one or year one and year two.

So I'd go Alabama because I know what I'm getting in Jihad Campbell and Deontay Lawson. Assuming health all season, it's the best tandem that they'll see. Then again, one of Bama's biggest concerns defensively is depth at that position. Right. So...

I think it's a bit of a challenge to say, hey, in week 12, that'll be the best group they play. Because at that point, that's a big, big assumption. Like, hey, they're going to be available all year and they'll be ready to roll week 12. I just think that's a big assumption. So I'd probably lean slightly towards earlier in the season for Auburn, which would lead me more than likely to the Oklahoma game.

on September 28th, Danny Stutsman, Kip Lewis, and those guys. I think they're going to be really good at linebacker. Yeah. And if you're just, if we're, we're kind of just focusing on off the balls, like with Kentucky, JJ Weaver would be more of the front that we would reference, but Jamin Dumas, Johnson, Derek Jackson, like don't sleep on that group. And I've heard really good things about Daven Rainer also for Kentucky this fall. Uh,

and also I think they're going to roll Alex Safari down the linebacker a little bit as well to add some speed to that group, which makes them a little bit different for Alabama quickly. I think it's a two team race, Georgia, Oklahoma. If you're just talking linebackers and off the ball linebackers, like you just kind of said with the Auburn discussion, you could go either way there. Uh, Oklahoma, maybe a little bit more proven Georgia, uh,

Probably a little bit more depth, especially because you and I have heard really good things about Raylan Wilson. And Jalen Walker, we've seen a little bit of him. So it's not just C.J. Allen, Smile Munden. But the potential probably lies with Georgia. Maybe proven commodities lies with Oklahoma. But it's not like Allen and Munden haven't proven themselves either. I would probably lean Georgia here. Yes. I think that's 100% fair. Georgia's fair. Got no issues there. I think you got a lot of upside in that groom.

Okay, so we will continue this conversation on the other side. Alabama and Auburn, best position groups that they will face this upcoming season. More on that next on Mac and Cube in the morning. I'll probably lean on you a little bit more for this one, G-Mac, but the best secondary that Auburn and Alabama will face this upcoming season, we'll start with the Auburn Tigers when you go down that schedule. I feel like I know which direction you would go here, but obviously Portal makes a little bit of a difference with a lot of places. Still Oklahoma. And I think there's a sleeper, too, that some people will go with. But you say Oklahoma best secondary Auburn will face. I think Oklahoma and Georgia are the top two.

I think there's a lot of reason to believe Georgia is going to be crazy elite in the secondary. They did lose some quality pieces off last year. So this the the internal optimism about how good that group is going to be collectively. I'm in a little bit of see it to believe a mode just a little bit. Not saying I don't believe they're going to be great. I just not willing to go there without a little bit more data.

Would you say that Kentucky is another sleeper pick here with Jordan? Love it back. Zion children's back. That's both your safeties back. Alex Safari, a safety who can play a little bit of linebacker back. You get DJ Waller from Michigan who I know Michigan was really bummed about losing. Yeah. Christian story from Alabama comes in. Maxwell Harrison had a couple of pick sixes last year. He's back at corner.

I just think it's a very underrated group that not a lot of people are going to talk about. It's probably going to be a tough group to deal with. I think they're going to be very well coached. I think Brad does an amazing job. My only problem is they're just not very complex. When I watch their defense, it's pretty complex. If we're going based on personnel...

It'd be a good group. I don't think they would be Eclipse Georgia. But you take the fact that Georgia does the pattern match stuff in addition to their talent level. To me, it's very difficult to try to beat that from an offensive perspective. I look at Kentucky. They're a little more predictable. They're extremely sound and they're extremely well coached. But I don't think their scheme is as difficult to attack as the one that you'll see when you go to Athens.

All right, so if we rolled over to the Alabama schedule, the best secondary that Alabama will play this upcoming season, most likely going to be between Oklahoma and Georgia again. You lean Oklahoma there? I would probably lean, yeah, Oklahoma or Georgia. I mean, it's literally the same conversation. I mean, it's Oklahoma or Georgia, basically. That's kind of how it is pretty much all the time.

I wish that I could tell you that I maybe saw things a little differently, but I just don't. I think that those two are probably the top two. Sleeper group with South Carolina, maybe, just because everybody back and a couple guys have been pretty good on that back end. Eamon Worry has been pretty good. D.Q. Smith back. Donald Fortune back. I mean, that's a lot of snaps. He's played pretty good football. Lots of snaps. Lots and lots and lots of snaps. So, yeah, I mean, I think that they're –

I think they're a good group. I don't know if I'd go as far as to say that they're top of the mountain there. I think South Carolina has a solid program, very, very solid defensively at all three levels. Elite, though, I have a hard time getting there. I would probably be with you on that. It's not negative, by the way. People are like, oh, that's disrespectful. It's not disrespectful. On defense, being solid is a big ask.

Being solid and predictable and steady is massive. If you ebb and flow and have great moments with terrible moments, I don't like defense like that. I like to know what I'm going to get from that side of the ball, and I feel like I know what I'm getting from South Carolina. I also feel like

I know what I'm getting from Kentucky, but I just don't know if Kentucky and or South Carolina's defense is going to be a defense that can just completely take over the game and force a couple turnovers and all of a sudden now

you know, the, the offense is completely on their heels. Same spot. Yep. Very, very close there. Uh, I would be in line with that. All right, we'll take a break, come back and we'll begin to go to the offenses that these two teams are going to face. Best O-line, excuse me, best receiving core, best group of running backs, best group of quarterbacks at these teams, Auburn, Alabama, both going to face off against this upcoming season. But

All right, so offensive side of the football, Greg. Let's start with Auburn. Yeah. Let's just say the best O-line that you think Auburn is going to face this upcoming season. I think it's easy to select the groups that we know it will not be. And honestly, I think there are probably only three to even begin to choose from here. I'm going to go with Georgia because...

I've seen the new center play a little bit. I like what he is. I like what they have back at some other spots. There are a question mark or two, and I think Alabama's middle three solidified, but we have some questions on the perimeter there of what that thing's going to look like. I think Missouri is going to have a really good group also, but the upside of the Georgia overall talent probably just nudges them to the top of that list. I don't have any problem with that. I think Georgia is probably the safest bet at the moment. Um,

I also think that it's probably worth considering a Missouri and probably worth considering an Alabama, depending on how right tackle comes along. Absolutely. Those are the three. Alabama. And then Mimbu is on Missouri. Armand Mimbu is the right tackle at Missouri, correct? Alabama, I think that there's only, it's, I think it's, it may be the same team, but there's just a different team that you have to debate. And that would be Tennessee, right?

And once again, top end talent, you might lean Georgia. But if the Tennessee group stays healthy, Greg, they have a chance to be pretty sporty this year. Cooper Mays back at center. Spraggins has played a lot of football. Yes, the penalties have to be cut down. John Campbell, go to right. You'll get Lance Hurd from LSU over at left.

Really talented group, but just don't know exactly if they're going to be overall better what Georgia's going to have on the field. It'd be hard to envision a scenario where they're better than Georgia. Doesn't mean they can't be good. Just I don't know if I'm sold at this moment on them being better than Georgia. All right, let's go running back. Their system is also a little bit. It's fair.

I think it's hard sometimes to separate system from personnel, and in this exercise, I feel like we're leaning more on personnel. If you take Tennessee's people and their system, that becomes very difficult to handle, but we're going personnel. All right, so let's go running back room that these teams are going to face, and there have been a lot of changes here. Also, when you start with that Auburn schedule, are we going depth or are we going top guy?

Yeah, I mean, I think we go room just because... I'd like to go top guy if we could. Why don't we just do both? Okay, that works. Who's the top running back that you think Auburn will face this year? Jadon Ockel. Over all the others. Yep, he's the most talented running back that they will face individually. So I think that dude's a monster, by the way. How they kept him, I don't know.

But he is a really good back. And go look at the numbers and look at the stats and look at the broken tackles percentages and all the statistics support his excellence. And right now, I haven't seen Justice or Jam in a scenario where they are featured guys. I mean, I think that they could be. I think they might be. I think you could also potentially go Trevor Etienne here at Georgia. But that's a little bit of a dice roll, too. So, yeah.

You can go Jaquinden Jackson at Arkansas. I mean, they're going to face some good backs. Auburn is for sure. Yeah, and we'll talk to Rodney Nibulsi in...

about 25 minutes on what do you think of that Georgia women? Cause Roger Robinson, a couple of the other guys, you know, Branson Robinson, they think are going to be great this year, have a chance to be pretty good. Um, that Missouri group that we've talked about that. Yes, it's transfers and the system is a little bit new. Um, but you talk about talent, like Nate Noel has been in college football for a long time. Super productive. Um, I'm a big fan, uh,

of what you're going to get with Marcus Carroll out of Georgia State. So that's a room that I think you at least have a discussion about. But if I'm going room, and A&M may have been in the running for that, but you lose one. So I think I'll probably go, if we're going just running back room in general right now, I'll probably go Alabama.

because of the things that you and I have heard about Jan Miller. We've seen a little bit of Justice Haynes, know what he's going to be about. Just top to bottom, a little bit of proven commodity and top-end talent. I'll probably go Alabama with some of the injuries too, like Chip Trainum at Kentucky, like broken hand. We don't know exactly how that's going to look. So we'll see exactly how that's going to be. As far as Alabama, running back, running back room that they are going to face. Auburn?

to be in the discussion. I mean, I just don't know the depth yet at Tennessee. That's why that's the reason that it wouldn't be the entire room for me. Um, I do think if you're talking top end guy, you can have a conversation about Dylan Sampson and Jarquez Hunter. I would still slightly lean Hunter. Sampson may be a little bit more explosive, but even the overall room, I think you still have to go with Auburn. And then one sneaky one for Alabama is South Carolina. Rocket Sanders is at South Carolina. If he's healthy and if he's healthy, he's a handful. We know that. Um,

The problem is we don't know at this point if he's going to be healthy. So that would be the other guy. Wisconsin, they lost their guy, but it's still Wisconsin. Chesma Lucy is probably still going to be a good back. Don't sleep on that group collectively. They have good personnel at running back. Georgia, we've already discussed them with Auburn. So that's a good group. Collectively, that's a really good group.

So that's kind of it. I mean, we've already hit Missouri. LSU is question mark at running back Oklahoma. I think they're going to be better on the football this year, but I'm not sure they're going to be great. So I'd go Auburn for Alabama, but I think a case could be made for some others as the season goes along. Let's go to wide receivers. Best wide receiver room that these teams will face. We'll start with that Auburn schedule.

There are a couple of different ones that stick out here for different reasons, and it's going to be hard to go collectively and then maybe with an individual or two that sticks out. Is it as easy to just pick from Missouri and Georgia here? I mean, Kentucky's got to be in that mix. Oklahoma's going to have a Deion Burks that maybe could push them towards the top. Collectively, Alabama is going to have a lot of guys. A&M's group's really good.

I guess what we're finding out here is Auburn's secondary better be ready to play football this year. No doubt. I'd go Missouri 1, Georgia 2, Kentucky 3. But you've already referenced the upside of an Oklahoma. You already referenced the upside of Alabama. I would probably lean Mizzou with the Ry-Ry Thomas exit, but I think it's close between those two. For Alabama, best wide receiver room they will face this year. Keep in mind, Coymore now at Western Kentucky.

Well, cancel the game. I don't know how they're going to show up. It's up to your pick. I think if everything comes to fruition.

Georgia's still the team for Alabama, but be careful and don't sleep on Missouri and Tennessee. Missouri and Georgia, to me, are somewhat interchangeable. The fact that Auburn and Alabama both play those two, I kind of want to remove them because we kind of just already said. I don't want to have the same answer for everybody. Missouri, for me, is one. I think for you, it's Georgia.

Georgia would be two. I think for you it would be Missouri. And then for me, if I'm going three, for Alabama, it would be LSU. I think Tennessee is the if-everything-comes-together team. Dante Thornton, is he the guy that we thought we were going to get last year? Brew McCoy, is he back close to what he was last year? His sort of folklore finally came to fruition last year. Chris Brazell from Tulane, is he that guy? He was when I watched him at Tulane.

Squirrel White, we know what he can give you in the slot. Is Chaz Nimrod really becoming a guy? We've heard hype talking about him this fall camp.

So now you're up to like six legit dudes and they think Mike Matthews can come in and play as a freshman or Braylon Staley. So I think Tennessee is the one for me, Greg, that it's like if everything comes together, that that might end up being the number one on that list. Could be. But both of those teams, Auburn and Alabama's, I think we've found out here today, the secondary secondary role. LSU is going to be a handful. Yeah. Just telling you, they're going to be a handful. And hey, who knows? But by the time Alabama's playing Auburn.

Maybe that's why receiver group can flat out go three or four deep. I mean, that's a lot of good wideouts in this league. A lot of good passing attacks. Quarterback quickly that Auburn will face? Cam Carson Beck. Might be quarterback room also that you're going to go. Alabama, same there? Yes. You don't want to push Nico Emaileva above there? I'd put Garrett Nussmeier ahead of Nico at the moment, but...

I'm willing to change as the season goes along. All right, there you go. We might throw your tight ends for you when we come back next on Mac and Cube in the morning. The question is, as you said, it's got to go from four to eight. I think they can do that. It would be hard not to get better considering how bad they were on the offensive line last year.
