Dr. William Morgan is a chiropractor and President of Parker University based in Dallas, Texas. With over 30 years of experience as a chiropractor, he has worked as the White House Chiropractic Consultant and Staff Chiropractor at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, treating presidents, Supreme Court justices, and congress members. Dr. Morgan was also the Team Chiropractor for the US Naval Academy football team and a Corpsman for Naval Special Warfare.

He has received the Chiropractor of the Year Award from the American Chiropractic Association and has been credentialed at five hospitals.
