On the morning of October 1st, Tiananmen Square welcomed 123,000 citizens and tourists from across the country to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
10月1日清晨，天安门广场迎来了12.3万名来自五湖四海的市民游客，共同庆祝新中国75周年华诞。

The flag-raising ceremony began at 6:03 a.m., and within 46 seconds, the national flag was raised to the top of the flagpole as the atmosphere was solemn and respectful.
升旗仪式在6时03分开始，46秒内五星红旗冉冉升至旗杆顶端，现场气氛庄严肃穆。

Many spectators arrived near Tiananmen a day in advance to wait for this sacred moment. Yang Yahui, a college student from Shijiazhuang, became the first to arrive and secured a prime spot in the front row.
许多观众提前一天便抵达天安门附近等待，石家庄的大学生杨亚辉成为最早到达的观众，他在前排占据了绝佳位置。

Li Shuangjie, a 23-year-old citizen from Nanjing, came specifically to celebrate his birthday with the nation, calling the flag-raising ceremony the best birthday gift he received this year.
23岁的南京市民李双杰特意赶来与祖国同庆生日，称这次升旗仪式是他今年最好的生日礼物。

At the end of the ceremony, tens of thousands of doves and balloons were released, and the crowd loudly shouted, "I love you, China," as cheers echoed across the square.
仪式结束时，上万只和平鸽和气球被放飞，现场观众齐声高呼“我爱你中国”，欢呼声响彻广场。
