There are things about me that always stood out that everyone would comment on...like my freckles. They probably didn't know how much I used to hate them. But something changed over time and now I see them as a beautiful thing.

I want to share some other things that I've grown out of (mindsets, body acceptance, horrible boys) and how. In this episode we'll talk about:

Working through insecurities
Dealing with the desire to impress
Understanding my need to prove myself to adults and older people
And, growing out of the need to always be happy
