Last week, Sora rolled out to a select group, and it’s stirring the pot.
On one hand, it’s a godsend for creators—AI-generated videos in a snap, making content accessible to anyone with an iPhone.
But does it then become a war of attrition, with everyone mass producing "hyper content" and flooding an already saturated medium with noise?
And how does this affect the creator economy of trust vs attention? Will niche, vertical content creators be forced to step up (or stoop down) their game? Could this new tech pave the way for a new type of entertainment?
Guess we'll have to wait and see.
