Have you ever not taken action on sometime because it felt overwhelming and no one was pushing you to step outside your comfort zone? You’re not alone.

At the end of January, I was nominated for the Armed Forces Insurance 2023 Military Spouse of the Year award. Thanks to your support, I was invited to attend the AFI Military Spouse of the Year Town Hall in Washington DC in May.

When I got back from the trip, I started reflected on my experience and decided to record an episode for you. So today’s episode is all about my biggest takeaways from the event, what keeps us playing small, and what we need to move forward.
