2021 should have been my easy year. For the first time in several years as a military family, we didn’t PCS or have a baby. Change didn’t choose me. But it wasn’t an easy year. Because I chose change.

In the final episode of 2021, I’m breaking down the lessons that I learned from reflecting on my year, and giving you practical questions to help you conduct your own year in review. Because setting goals, annual planning and new years’ resolutions shouldn’t start by looking ahead. Lasting personal growth and change comes from first reflecting on how we've grown over the last year and what we’ve learned along the way.
