Before having kids, I enjoyed preparing healthy meals for my husband and I. But then came working full time and a toddler and being pregnant and my husband being deployed...and dinner became the time of day I dreaded. Often it looked more like bowls of cereal or a frozen skillet meal I could heat up in 10 minutes. Healthy, balanced meals went out the window.

Until I made this GAME-CHANGING discovery! Freezer meals. Seriously.

While freezer meals might sound like a lot of work, the time, money, hassle and energy they will save you makes them totally worth it! (Especially when your active duty spouse is deployed, you have littles at home, or you’re running to activities every night of the week).

In the last few years, I’ve made hundreds of freezer meals. In this week’s episode, I’m taking the mystery and overwhelm out of making freezer meals. I break down the process into easy-to-follow steps and give you my top seven tips to simplify and streamline the process.
