Over these last couple weeks, I have been really tired but slowly, I am finding my mojo back. My body needed a lot of rest and I needed to be reenergised.
This video is a powerful video on communication and honesty as people need to start to learn to not only communicate but also, be honest to themselves. It is a shame that a lot of us cannot communicate effectively without turning into violence and this is something that we need to address. By addressing this will help us in the long run but it will also mean we can adapt our communication regardless of wherever setting we are in.
This goes in hand with honesty too as people need to start being honest with themselves as not everything everyone does you have to fit in. Some things, you can just miss it and stay true to yourself.
