And brother, yeah, it's been a while. We ve talked about this for some time. So to finally be able to get this started, i'm excited on our first show will keep IT simple. We didn't really know how to kick things. Also, the producers and us decided to do twelve questions in honor of our twelve probos .

right now.

which are vastly mostly contributed by travis. And we're going to be uh, doing a twelve question. And so with that, the first question is I we get .

at least talk about new heights, man.

so why do we call new heights?

No, I mean, I A new heights being a dool, meaning I believe so it's obviously mean, my brother venturing into a new world, a new playing field, which is on mike, on camera, showing our personality, showing our dynamic. And we thought to be fun to bring that to you guys. But also we are very private where we come from, a clever and high ohio that northeast ohio love, that we actually got some times at jokes and wave sports, both throughout the industry and and back and clever. So it's pretty cool that we get to experience both of these together men.

whenever we can rip the heights. It's it's always something that we try and do you know we've we've lived in few areas, especially for professional athletes. We grew up in clean height.

Ohio ah had a tremendous community there. So we want to pay respects to the people and the family members who help make us who we are. Question one, what took so long for us to start a pocket?

You know what I think that was, I think I was a little bit of, you know, when for the right time, doing something like this can always kind get looked at like you're not focused on the field. And that's the last thing I think either one of us ever want is to let anybody know that you know our heart isn't in a full go throughout the season. But I think throughout both of our careers, we've been able to show what kind of teammates we are, you know, how much we really care about what was going on out there on the field. So I think of getting established kind of helped, at least me feel more at, is about doing something .

like this yeah how degree I think no, we've talked about doing something like this for a while. Um you know we just talked about how we both drop in living heights we both went to since and I so being in two completely different states um and have been able to see each other for the course of the season. We've always thought about a way that maybe interact and keep track of each other and what's happened in our lives during the season because a lot times that falls, by the way, side with everything going on.

You know what.

man? And um I think um you know as a you covered obviously was a rough time, but we've seen how successful out of these podcasting video shows can be doing IT virtual in being in different areas, in different places. And when we really set down and looked at what the time commitment would be every week, it's a basically a two our window every tuesday on our off day that we're onna come in here and talk in know.

I've done radio shows that have been our long episodes on X T U H for a couple years and filly and radio Collins. And ah what really I think made me pull the trigger and really be happy about doing this with you is the fact that we get to kind say whatever we want, which could be dangerous for sure. But what is .

still for you? You're gonna love more to say me.

but I think it's it's a way for us to be authentic and to offer um unframed opinions from journalists or media members. We just going to get to say what we think works. So that's that's what networks.

baby. And I think IT was a little bit of the right opportunity and and shut out the wage. And you for definitely making us feel ideas and and comfortable, will jump in into this thing.

no doubt.

What was the what was the highlighted the off season, brother? You got to, you had to let the people know. Man, you had, you had a fun off season.

Yeah, I had phone house season. I think the highlight was probably Elliott starting to talk .

for those that don't know. Elliot is my beautiful knees. Yes.

my brothers Youngest. She's wanted a half hours old right now. And SHE started to talk this year and he is a chat.

Kathy man and the Younger one seemed, yeah, SHE seemed to be a little .

bit more active. She's trying to keep up with her older sister and man. It's it's just been so fun watching her. But then outside of that, the other highlights season was going to see my cows in missouri, the show me state where they showed me some cows.

May what a beautiful place misery is.

man missouris, okay, but the cows are gorgeous.

I think it's so funny that i've been out here for ten years and i've never once thought about getting into farming. And you ve been up there in the east coast for twelve years and you find a way to get into buying cows, buying cattle. What are we yeah what actually .

want to that I think going to uh the cousin farm growing up and was reginia got me interested in farming and was like a fun experience growing up outside of that um know as i've become more conscious about my diet in the nfl .

and right now knowledgeable .

of kind of where food comes from .

and how it's .

been a little heavy, not trying to get heavy, I just uh started get interested in IT. And there's a strange coach with the eagles, a pat shout out to pat. He and I would nerd out in the wait room during downtime about grasped beef, and maybe one one day have in our own Operation and doing something that's productive for the land and all that stuff. And he got in contact with a woman in a missouri, an in in her husband in. They've so patchin on this two pets, in, on this two you are right now.

but I haven even met pad yet. What is this?

Well, I mean, yeah, one day. But he said, you know, he was really interested in doing this when you get some cows, and i'll let him run with our heart and you can come out and visit. So I bought eleven cows, we had nine cabs, and I went out there for caving in branding, which is, I don't know anybody, I know for a fact, you haven't seen what a branding looks like.

I probably would never this.

this is like they did the old school style guys on horses, lassos rope on time and down peace, a hot iron in the fire. And i'm not a lot is intense, is very intense. Um you .

did you?

Oh yeah. Gigaton IT also prevents people from stealing, which I don't think happens as much anymore regardless. Yeah you do the branding and then you also got to cast rate the ones that you're not going to keep as bulls. So I don't know you. I can state my first pole.

His heart is city slick. Or you, man, did you do IT .

in timberlands, or did you my marrow hiking boots that I clip my kill? And jovan, right? You, yeah.

So I had, I had my grand old crunching hickry boots on while I was nuckles deep in this balls. Nusa and magali was intense. I couldn't.

I wasn't doing IT right, because apparently you don't just cut them off for two ways. There's two ways you do IT either. One, you do the banded method and the band cuts out the blood .

supply and not where we even with this, I want to .

know about this. This is highlight.

Use the both balls off. I don't want to hear this highlight.

What did you do this all season? Oh, I got, I parted in lost vegas. cool.

Been there. Done that. If you cut IT both nuts off, no, I don't think you .

have right. Have you ever want a golf tournament? No, I have won my first golf time at this last season in vegas.

whatever you have.

And then I party my ass off and .

vegas you to think, pat, for helping you win everything these days. So out to another .

shout out to pet.

Anyway, so another .

another big, big time or big, a fun activity that I did this off season was the celebrity bark crawl in the shower. Man, that was a blast. I was a pleasant surprise. Not only did we, we get to enjoy the the eagles and everybody over the shore for a great cause eagles autism um eagles autists of foundation um we ended up getting the entire family under one roof for one tent and that's always that's always the best.

Don't could do that enough. Hopefully we will keep doing that little bit more but um yeah ryan and the ego autism foundation really helps that go off without a hitch again, shout out to ocean, drive the best time bar in the land but especially down at the shore in seal. They've been unbelievable supportive and giving towards the autism related research and causes for years, far proceeding me. So for them to allow us to go out there, have funds and interactive fans, and just have an overall good time tracking somebody that .

never absolutely hammer. Yeah, I was doing a hundred dollar chugger and I went, I went eight now. And then finally somebody beat me and and I was pissed.

I think they handed me like A A heavy logger. Thome, because I was in. Everyone was, there was ban. He was back and he was heavy. I don't like.

might, might. I didn't lose a single chock fh, so I don't know what that feels like.

but well.

we will have to get that on time.

I'll take this next one though, time to address the elephant in the room, brother is this Jason's last dance with the philadephia ages. IT is a film career.

You know, a good question. I wish I know the answer to IT.

I know IT.

what are you using?

You got at least two more life, at least two. Um i've seen you around. You still got a guy.

Yeah, I can still run. Everyone still sees you got IT. That's why he keeps, you know raise up in the anne every year.

Yeah, we still got seventeen games and then some left, so we'll see our run at the end of the season.

But no, they said that the year before.

you know, if i'm being an honor, my body is starting to fall apart. I mean, I just this is the, this is my twelve year. I didn't even do train here this year.

I got surgery in the middle of IT, not even in the middle beginning of IT. I've never clean up just a little cleanup. It's all a little cleanup.

I every joint in my body could use a little cleanup. I think you know, it's always submit this point. So I think my bodies difficult starting to tell me some things.

But you know is the first training camp i've ever not participated been on the field for. And you know, Kelly is this. Kelly is mom. Always my wife always a told her this absence makes the haco founder. Man, was that true for a training keep this year?

You know, it's IT was in some ways cool to be able to help guys and be in some ways a player coach while we having and not being able to play. I felt like I was able to help some guys. But may nothing nothing replaces being out on the field um in the moment it's not there, the moment you're not out there playing IT IT hits you like a tony bricks when you're just watching IT. And so I just practice for the first time yesterday and I was like a kidmir ane store IT was around around like use twenty .

one all of oh my gosh .

I was like an often alignment and can IT was a blast. IT was a good time. I was running around chasing people. He felt really, really good to be back out on the field with my two mates and playing in the game.

And was something your dad always said was being an athlete, be over in a second, you could be walking on the street today, step off the curb, you trip the wrong way and your career could be over. So really enjoy every every day, enjoy every snap, because you never know when your last ones come on. And to get more direct to answer the question, I don't know this my last year, but I know for one thing, i'm on a damp shore, enjoy the hell out out of IT and have some fun.

So that's no we okay, wait to watch baby.

So then the .

question becomes, if IT, if I ever was, you know, decided before the season, would you ever want that farewell tour like that? No, let's send off. No.

no, no. Because then IT becomes about you and not about the team. I don't want .

that guy's a team guy.

Look at what?

No, I am mom with you. I couldn't do IT I .

you would be a weird dynamic.

It's one thing in the MBA where you play so many games and it's so many, you know, it's one thing like that, but I don't know about .

to send off and I don't and I don't think if you I do kind of think if you are are ready ready to retire or think or no, you're going to retire at the end of the year. I think that your mindset is probably not the right spot. I think fair.

I really think you just going to be in the moment and be where your feet are, be in the right of headspace to go out there in and be the best player in teammate you can be. So I don't know very well. Two were that might work well for siccus, but i'm not interested in doing in the end film.

Next question were on for now, your first year is terrible, so I can't wait to do this answer. Let's go back to travis first year. What was the biggest chAllenge? Adjust into the prose and was there a timid or opponent that scared you?

I like, welcome to the league moment where I got, I didn't know what happened. I was like somebody like a freight train hit me and I just like felt like there were bullets flying like I was in like, modern, more fair, something he was just like he was the most IT was a crazy feeling i'd ever had my life because I had never been hit like that with that many people watching me.

Um and there was was I guess of tennessee tightens the first year that I actually played actually my first game where I actually like got a handful of place and and got the ball thrown to me and everything I was run in a slant thought I was like a cover four, cover two look. So I was I was just running IT you just passed the flat defender, big, big pilot from the from the titans. Bernard piled came down hill and absolutely to smoke me. I mean, from his chest right into, like the sternum, the high sternum. So where you get like that like the neck like.

yeah.

what plans out of that thing? And luckily, I hit the ground before the ball came up, but the ball did come out and I thought I fumbled in the red zone, my first game ever. But I know I just got, I just got welcome to the league.

That's a good. You had to overcome some major stuff.

Your first year, such a thing. The biggest thing that year was mentally having haven't faith that the surgery that I was getting was gonna alright because microfracture is it's no fun to be occur and IT.

there's a lot of guys that don't come .

back from micro fracture er yeah and if when I found out that I had microfracture, I looked that up knowing and saw some a some scares. But at the end of the day, it's just haven't faith in your body and in and having faith in all the trainers and everybody around you. I got so many .

good people in kinds of city, a shouter. how? What did rick tell you when he told you you needed to have microphone action? What did?

How do that I was go down IT was a long IT was a long question of from training care all the way to probably about week six, what exactly was wrong with my knee? And I knew something was going on in there, figured out on a MRI or x ray. So we went in there, did a scope.

And when they saw the scope, that's when I got the MRI, got the microfracture or surgery, they're like we're already in here. We might as well just get IT done. That needs to be done.

So I woke up and found found out I had to be on crushes for three months and I wasn't allowed to run for eight months, but and then read up on microfracture a surgery and just went spiral down a hole of just, you know, doubt of man out might not ever be the same athlete, let alone, you know, be able to play in the nf, fl. But because I had had to play a game, I was, I was out there, all I technically played in one game. I played in the the second game of the year, dallas cobos man was, I was one play, and IT was a black field.

Go right before half, not my most proud moment. When I went, I went in there with my left knee feeling bad, and the left, tied in on on field goal, got injured. So I was, I went in there, told the guy on the right side, I do. They're about the rush from the life side.

You've got to take the left side.

Do they rush from the left side? They rush from the left side. I have blocked IT.

And yeah, so that was my only play, my rocky year. What had the good for six games? But that was my.

what happened to the guy that would. And the reciprocal .

man shown my graph. He stayed on the team for a few years.

right? So wasn't like he didn't get out anything .

because.

right? Well, for me, yeah yes, for me, the the first year of minor of career, there are couple of things that were difficult. You know, the first thing, obvious ly ever going to talk about the speed of the game, I think that that's very apparent.

The first time you step up on the field, I was a six round pic going into camp, not really known what to expect and what compounded IT IT made IT even harder was the fact that we had a lockout. So there was no, oh you know, many camps. You you're in .

the native with me, baby. Yeah.

that's right. I got the playbook the day I showed up for training care. So um we went out there in andy reed used to do this the first couple places, the ten ten tens .

our movie still .

does IT but yeah so the ten ten tens and in that period the two offence ends up going up against the starting defense and. You know, I didn't. I'd never done A N fell snap in the speed at which the play happened was like I still vividly remember how fast everything happening.

I think when college, everybody's played against a player that fast enough to play the league or good enough to play the league. But when you take in that all eleven guys on both sides being on that way, everything just happens quicker. The line moves quicker, the back moods quicker, the processing happens faster.

So IT IT takes a couple weeks to truly like get used to that level of just how you have how quickly have to process things. Um and then guys t mates that I was scared of our opponents, you know, I don't really remember me and like scared of guys. I think what I really remember is just like playing with or play against these like names that you know you grew up watching and grow up.

Oh yeah. Mapped in the boat of Michael vick. Yes.

I thank you. The eagles that year, I mean, i'm snap in the ball of Michael vehicle was like a god growing up like the best porter back ever. Human highlights you then behind him after that, the board of vin Young, who just want a national champion not too long ago.

Yes.

then I run back to shame. Coy, and why are we? A germy makin Jackson, tighten. We had brench. Celik was not in all struck at him at all. He was a since ini guy about is underwhelm and as you can get but he was a great title and a great time.

Great, but never got enough love, baby.

And then, you know, the first time you play ray Lewis, the first time I play london fleer, vince will force them whenever you're going up against his guys. You you can't help me be like, man, i'm like, what is going to feel like like this is a fucking back in red Lewis right now. I'm in in the middle of play like i'm not only I do my assignment, but I like I. I think that's a crazy moment, if you like, the first time happy child .

so I am my the first time ever black James Harrison man. She's got the visor on his arms as big as my legs, his load to the ground. He just looks, he feels like he's a stump and you can't move them and they was the back side of a run. I cut him off and and he didn't make the tangle. So I feel like I want I .

won the block. K right? A win. And you like disrupted in kind, stalling, made tackle.

I said and I think I was like looking at them, but i'm not even sure because the device are so black inside men. I think he's staying and I like that. I just got you, but I don't know if he's really and that is always a question that's always like, man, is he that just makes me feel like he's crazy.

A new life version. Ka, people, yeah, nobody else. And for sure, James Harrison gave you nothing on the field except for a deadly stare that let you know he was going to try to kill you every single snap and is a good thing you wear advisor because I think you would have been more intimidating without the visor on. Personally.

give me a reason why the eagles fans should be excited about this season. And outside of all the, all the I don't .

even need to say that mean, it's all over sports talk shows. Exec n good morning football. Kao brain is over.

You're talking about, you know, I think everybody is excited for the eagles for good reason. You we've made some really, really good improvements, mainly a lot of new additions on the defensive of the ball. Offensively, we've added pretty, very good receiver an j Brown, I don't know you've heard of him, so played .

against him. He had a pretty few good games.

games we just traded for A A rosa gardener who told me that you guys trade jerseys after one of the games.

oh yeah.

yeah. So, you know, we got a, we got a really, really good group of guys. We ve got a lot of talent.

You know, it's a second year with this coaching regime. This is actually jaan hurts first time uh, with uh, keeping the same coaching head coach and coaching regime. So uh you I think that there's a lot to look forward to.

There's lot of things at. Are indicative of that. We're going to have a good season. But you know, IT, is that too .

big of a word I nd q in there?

I don't know. It's it's like to indicate anyways, so for some reason to filled out your man every year that the media um thanks, we're going to do very well on their pumping us up. We end up not doing very good every year that the media things we're going to be shit um we end up over achieving so and it's not like people are wrong. I mean, there's no question we have a lot of talent. I think IT comes down to man, if you're not coming to work every single day, if you aren't humble enough as a team, as a player, as a coaching staff to um understand that you got to get Better um and that you ve got a critique everything um the way you do when you're losing games and when you're not expected to win um you know you're na you're not going to be getting Better and in this league, if you're not getting Better, you're getting worse. So I think as long as we keep track that and I think we will.

we have good leaders. I had Better get in worse baby, yeah. And first less .

Ricky Bobby, you know, he's got some good gi baby rigi baby Ricky Bobby, little pancakes. That's what the alliance can be trying to do. We're not lying in pancakes as you're really in crates, baby.

you put the crapes on you .

crepes night. It's not a good on my head fucked .

off night that is flushed.

tex. Give me some reason. Be excited about the about the chiefs because if i'm to believe everything that uh tired killers in um I don't think I should be excited about the .

chief s at all. Yeah not the tire. And he's using this platform really well.

Let me know. We were just done in miami and joint practice just down to miami int practices. The china baby is he's fast.

It's the and yeah no, he's the real deal. Yeah can you listen? The best receiver in the league i've been saying IT for the past four, five years and he never got he never got the full respect for being how good of a wide receiver he was.

And I think he was because of how you know, our offence was one of the best in league pad, being one of the best in league, me being high up on the tie, dan board, and he was just like all us being a ten and was why we were so good. And I think we've about to see this year exactly how good a tire is and how good this offence can be um without a huge playmaker like that. You know not saying that we don't we didn't go out there and grab guys like him, but there is no no other cheated and i'm not going to see here and blow smoke and act like there is.

But we get some we got some great players. May we got some unbelievable wider series in jojo and nbs still got me call harmy who can fly is a jet engine with the ball. So at the end of the day, you've got to recreate every team every year.

And regardless of you know who you lose and who you get, it's going to be a process through training, came up through the preseason to be able to find that molten throughout the season, be able to sustain that. yeah. And do you know IT Better than anybody, man, it's it's exciting times right now because now is the new you get to be able to go out there and show everybody have been on all all off season and just tea off on guys.

yeah. How does has the offence change a lot without heaven tire? Know you guys used to do all these crazy motion here. And like this little thing, he would like dancing around the corner bacco most and then peel back out.

We still got all types of fund stuff like that. I mean, the motion, the shift, emotions being able to you know, that's what makes this offence difficult, is because we have so many different types of personnel. We can put guys everywhere in the personnel and in the formation. There are so many different formations and motions and shifts and all these little gadgets, things that you have to be double in and smart to be able to understand. And that that was one thing that tyra was unbelievable with this use, a very intelligent football player know he had the speed in the athleticism, but the the smarts and and the brains to be able to understand what the defence is doing and how to manipulate them to, you know, do what he wants.

How's a pattern on baby?

Just keeps getting Better, man, yeah, right now is real comfortable in the pocket right now. This kind feeling IT out in airman, and and that's A C to our opens of line being able to get another year together. Orlando Brown, lead in those boys. Tray smith, you know, baby, one of your guys create hungry.

yeah. I like, I like, great. I like trade. I like, I mean, your own line is very.

very good. Jodi ti is a tony. Your do I?

If i've been pronouncing IT around my whole life, yes, I whole .

life is the whole jim to me in deal. They know hello guy baby, hello you .

and your name is a it's not a tip so get this guy out to hear them um now I .

saw the washington game and .

I thought pat looked like the same old pet he was died in IT was fun to watch every drive. I think you guys had. You ended in a touchdown, i'm pretty sure. So obviously only preseason, but i'm looking I don't look like you guys are missing much an office to say that .

i'm excited for men. I'm excited to for you. What's your Q B situation looking like over there? We we get Better over there. I was jailed, been doing.

jay has been no great. Like I said, this is, I forget what the state is I heard of the other day. But like this is like the first time he said the same office of coaches um back to back years um I don't know it's been since that alabama or words, but it's been a while to say that um you know this is the third year, the first year really only played about four games so is a little bit of a wash last year I thought he did great.

He progressed out the whole season. He just keeps you getting Better. And he's one of those guys just like the tangibles the way he leads, he's got that confidence that is that I quite confidence that just commands control in the huddle. But he had a great camp. So i'm looking forward to to watch him and do some incredible things that we got a lot of really, really good weapons.

We got guys, you know, if teams want to line up and play mak coverage, you know good luck, know it's going to be as long as we protect IT up ah, there is going to be some place to be made down the field. So um you know between you know the vantage A J dal cotte um and then outside of that, I mean, you know we got a quiz walkings mile Sanders boss cot Kenny again. I mean we got a lot of really, really good skill position players.

And you know jaan is gonna everybody watching him and repetto li, so that's what IT is at the courter back position. Everybody is gonna want to know how he's doing. Every boys going to be watching a mates.

It's all going to be judged. And he's going to be the main one judge. So I think he's looking forward to this chAllenge. I think we're all looking forward to have in a really, really good year. The season is full swing, and that's why we need to tell you about our special hook up for today's poser sigil.

And we have a special discount for the nine two. You can get ten percent off any ticket on seek with the code, you guessed IT new heights. And that works .

for sports concerts, comedy shows, going to see travis and chief play you name and save yourselves some money. Open the c ky. Gap and at code new high to your account to get ten percent off your next doctor. Doesn't matter if you view seeker before that, right? IT does not matter.

Once again, that's code new heights .

for ten percent off. The farmers is dog. We love our dogs. That's right. They complete us. And we all want piece of mind that we're doing the best we can to help ensure that they're healthy and happy.

The farm er's dog makes them delivers fresh, healthy dog food. Right to your door is developed to buy vest, nutritionally baLance and made from real meat, veggies. How about that to a safety standards of human food?

Traditional giant with dog food objects are highly processed, can use much lower quality ingredients than they claim you, and are extremely difficult to portion accurate.

That's right. The farmers s dog isn't just fresh food, it's higher quality food. And they also send the food proportion specifically for your dog. That's right. This makes IT easy to help maintain their a dog at .

a healthy way can live up and health years longer than over.

Wait, IT doesn't matter if your dog is Young. Old is always the right time to begin investing in their health.

Keep fifty percent off your first box of fresh, healthy food at the farmers. Dog duck comes less new, plus you get free shipping.

Sleep have been partnering since two thousand eighteen to bring quality sleep to a lead athletes.

It's for good reason as super able champions. We know how important IT is for recovery to sleep in a great bed plus sleep number. Beds have great features, including the ability to adjust .

formas sleep number. Smart beds show you your sleep quality every morning in the sleep number APP.

How does you coming up? Who doesn't love fresh new bedding or pillows? Or if you are in the market for a bed, if you haven't checked out a sleep number store, now is a great time.

What was your favorite off season cube movement? I got, I know mine well.

I think there's an elephant, a lion. I always bias. My favourite of season move is probably getting job argh like some saplings of like an offense of line and getting unprotected because you know, they probably with the shrub ball last year if they have a Better off in a lot.

No, I mean, the ramps are really, really good thing. Well, yeah, I mean, you guys gave that one up in the second half, but that's your own fault. But I think jose are really, really good quarterback and probably gonna one for a while in this league.

And I think if they've addressed their off into line issues, they're going to be a very, very difficult team in the c. But if we go on like pure like courter back move, I was like met ryan. I think indian apple says a really, really test yeah I know you know the old vet yeah think indian applicants has a really, really good support staff. They have a good office, a line, they have a great running back. Um but more importantly, I just think Frank right, he's always been around successful quarterback x, whether it's as a player playing with the bills .

with jim Kelly and can handle at all.

He's just been has been surrounded by courter backs that have been and played well. Phillip rivers paid manning.

He's he's been around last year again.

Well, yeah, carson once last year, cousin die. Too bad he did. He did .

alright. Then they were they were bAllen men yeah were Allen.

They almost made the playoffs as he wasn't a good last came form but um I think you know Frank finds a way to get the most out of guys in their position. So i'm excited to see what that office looks like.

Yeah, i'm excited to see what .

the opens looks like. We met there. I think it's it's a good situation for him. He's also got the best back of quarterback .

in the nfl in the, and .

he's .

in .

laying IT down.

lay IT down forever.

laid IT down a shout. The unique, what's the next question? My food.

But I got to give my favorite one man, rusal, wills into the broncos. Are u ted me? He's going to come in the vision. I'm not going to lie.

He was he was already in a tough division, but to be able to see what was going on already in the division and just be willing to come in with with three, three other great courter backs, explosive offenses and some pretty solid defense. Ces, that's for sure. He might have, might have the best defence out of mall, but they are .

stacked on the deep desire, the ball. They made a really good moves in the also.

a lot of those, a lot of their dbs for Sherry man.

smart guys, especially in our positions. What's IT like when the team transitions from a veteran courter bac to a Younger counter bag?

I'll you start, I would just say the the energy level. Man, the energy level is completely different. Man, it's like, it's like I always make the the analogy could free says that would give the quote about the keys of the car men and like when you're drive in in in in a veterans car, you know you have seen, you've heard the music before, right?

You know exactly what you get in this guys know and his playing bangers, you know, playing absolute bangers. If you're it's awesome. You he's planned some sort .

audio pollination. I just .

like the school, just like this .

forever forsman.

You can be the section .

they're playing .

in the music that you'd love to hear. And when the new guys in the in the front seat, it's like he's playing music you have to even heard before and it's just bang and know you're like, you like, man, this is some, this is some heat. This is some good. This is some I can vive to this you mean it's just completely different energies from like the songs that you know that you love and the the new songs that you're just .

like mangoes I I can ride with that yeah you have been let's see, obviously more recently, jail and hurts has been a yg quarter back but you i've played with you know nick folds in his first start i've played with cars and once in his first start um this but in my park I play a lot of Younger counter bags who have been kind of going out there for the first time.

And I think um the biggest difference is you're just especially for me as a center in charge of the communication aspects, you just try and take a little bit more of their plate. You know you want them to be able to focus on just their job and not have to worry about too many other things. Um and then as they progress and as they get more comfortable, their role kind of expands um and they become more confident in either checking plays or uh doing things outside of the framework of what what happens. And um i'm kind of always doing that even with veteran quarterbacks. I think when A A Younger quarterback, you're just more of trying to um just give him a few things to think about as possible like just focus on your reads i'll take care the protections no everything yeah you know .

you ve got to now .

you need to do everything is .

a corner bag you really do to be the top here you have to do everything. You have to at least have understanding .

at all oh yeah but I think IT takes a while to be able to do that immediately. Um even though you have knowledge of IT, there's a difference of like having knowledge of IT and processing IT all in a span of like ten to fifteen seconds. And I think when gaza Younger, you need to try and um maybe right my boy kells, he's got this portion. I'm just going to do this and I know it's good. I know that nick always appreciated that trust.

Yeah so have good mates for yeah.

So I think I think that's the biggest thing with having a Younger quarterback is just um and then also just you know depending on the guy, just continue to be confident that with all Young players like you making sure that you know as an older player, you've been through their anger, you've been up and down, you've been through all the high and lows.

Then Young guys have a tendency to let the laws affect them a lot more because allowed these guys specially that good. They've been in collagen high school and growing in up. They're not used to something bad happen and maybe and so that's part of your job as a vector and player in general is just to like now a we've got this next one.

Let's go. Forget that, right? Let's go. We got another draft coming up, right? You get this next question number. Now if if you lost track.

what's a poster an match up on the field that you're all weak, you're watch IT on film and you're just like, man.

this is this is that dude, i've got to bring IT. Well, I mean, anytime you're playing a guys disrupting the quarter bec a lot as an open align, you're paying a lot of attention. Doom, not just his array moves of what they're like to do schematically to freeze up how they're trying to may begin one to one match.

All those things you try to keep track um you know um but I would say the things that probably keep me in the film room, the most of the things that out look at the most are when a playing ordinators that have a large variety of blitz, especially on third down, we get into these exotic formation to personnel and um you know there's a guy this year that we're playing, you know wink Martin deil uh over a with the new york giants, who I have a tone of respect for. He's with the ravens for a long time. I mean, this he's one of those guys that on tape, it's really, really hard to get to beat on where the pressures coming from.

He coaches those guys very well to not tip IT off. He can come from anywhere. You can come from the right, from the left of the middle. Um so you there's always a little bit more of a extra film we're put in whenever where a plane coordinator hua is that good at .

disguising things? Yeah I would say one one hundred percent. I'm thinking more d coordinator whatever i'm watching film um i'm definite thinking of tendencies on on how certain. Linebackers play certain coverage. They usually tip IT off the most.

Do you do you group IT into like families? Like for me, if i'm plan, like yeah one of the C L C hawks covered red three like or orient acordia like united minutes. okay. They play coverage this way. They line the front like this is the way their deal usually plays.

And then you go to the take to see, is that added up as it's still the same been for years in every year, IT changed a little bit like those guys are playing and more shell now than they're ever played. You to almost always be executed vely know middle eel cloth cover three were run in IT. Good luck be last year.

I think he was with the raters, and we played him twice. Yes, and I got a lot of over three and lot to cover four yeah a lot to cover forth throughout the entirely gue against that because of guy china in the speed and the other speed that we had.

But really ever since that um I really think it's ever since as suitable that you guys lost unfortunately to tampa ay I feel like the the model has been like quarters more and more .

teams are playing shell .

since yeah specially because you guys because you been so dynamic but even for us like it's it's been shocking how much is shifted back to a shell in you. Very soft box.

Those who don't know shell is it's too eye, too high safety guys playing more deep coverage to force everything underneath and then everybody rallies to tackle, kind of keeping the the ball in front instead of let these big hitters happen. All.

all game IT tries to make you put together a perfect drive, which is hard to do offensively.

which I get, but to consistently put together ten play drives as A I mean, that's probably the hardest thing as an office to be able to do well. But I was going to say that just the defense of corners, but a guy derwin James, man, he he's an absolute beast on the defense decide got a lot of respect form both in the past coverage is just absolutely thrown his weight around and he's lot of safety is are out and thrown their wait around. But he's one of the bigger guys that can .

actually lay the lay the wood men. Yeah, can I I just want to thank you because I think I have seen him absolutely aniela offence of limon I der and jane.

He brings IT man.

he is harder than most .

limb ackers and favorite ball all the .

and he's like the the closest thing to camp chancellor but is like a more like athletic version, not if IT he's just more all over the place .

luan athlete. I will say that was just he was a big dues.

I I, I saw one time I had a party so hard that, you know, look like a broke his neck. But dorma James, same thing. You'll come down to lay the wood.

But the reason I want to thank you is because you're my brother. All of these guys love me durance come like I was just to try out the other week. Er, like I told you, I get so much, I get so much free trade for being travel. Callas, his brother, within the deepens of backfield and line backers, IT is tremendously .

made my verse there's offence of lime defensive limon that I especially interior the line about. No idea.

Stop and you're in body. This is our podcast.

We don't need to lie.

Nobody is given you credit for me in jacon and kells's brother.

but i'll take a create a lot of them. I don't even know their names because I just don't know the names of .

the old office of pay attention to all and I got you just watch the ball. I understand, right. So question ten.

how do we get here.

man, exclude in yourself and time, excluding yourself, intimates. Who's that guy at your position?

Yeah, thinking, man.

it's not that hard.

IT is his first name.

You know, who is? His first name starts with g. His last name starts with k.

George. O.

what would you talked about something else .

for a lot of guys in the league, I don't like singling out just one person, say, of them down. Waller, one hundred percent best tide in the league last year. First team. All .

pro Angels. Thank you. Sorry, mark, mark and Angels. I know your name. I just my brain is not this quick as he used to be.

Um again and I mean, the titan all it's all your office to be on the side and and I stand behind that a lot and I get a lot of opportunities in my office to be able to make place downfield. I don't think George gets enough looks. I don't think mark ever gets enough looks.

Let's George is on falling. Such a good blocker.

Encourage if you.

if you want more targets, just be shared or blocking to throw the ball more and you get more targets. I mean, it's simple. Stop me in such a great dominant room blocker and you will get more target, George.

Not how I work. It's not our work. It's not how that works.

Then has to call the platform. And he's not getting this played well. He is he's just not getting enough of him there. Wallers get a bunch of place call form last year got banned up a little bit, but I think at one thousand, nine targets one game. That's a dream wish I could. I mean, if I ever get close to that, that's that's a hell of a game I can only imagine in the ball.

throw one m twenty times. yeah. I think i'd pass out after the first four. If they try to throw me the ball.

I bewailed through them.

I want to deep outright before the fourth preseason game one year and almost blew up my hamstring. So i'll never do that that right again. I was doing the warm ups as I have to go run some routes.

I even really deep out IT might have just been a regular IT was IT was yard out. No, was a five yards ts. IT was down the field. My, what's another one that goes out like that?

A deep. And now.

now this was like, IT was a deep pot. I know what IT was a quarter now, because there was more flat.

What fuck you talking about? I put my left foot the .

ground at twelve yards, and I broke IT out and I was out. And by fifteen, what's that like?

Deef stick.

I was going, no sticky stop though. I was going out.

I was going to hold. I'm like, good with a stick. Never bring a problem for your life out .

and go out.

You stick your foot in the ground. You run out.

That's what you do. They should call him out. That's a fucker. Stupid name for a stick. You're right.

There's a lot of those bucket das names. And in the foobar world.

the one that drives me the most crazy for all those football is out there. Why in the fuck? In the numbering system of online and deline and alignments, IT goes, zero is a head of shade on a center one.

And you're talking, you talking, you're talking.

I gotto say this because this is a bug meat. My entire career, zero is set up on the center. One is on a shoulder. Two, I insight of the guard. Two, head up on the guard.

I'm sorry to you .

and speaking .

chinese. Go head.

Keep for I head up on our inside of the tackle. Four, head up five by five, five there's no five eye IT go straight to seven I and then a six is head up and then nine is not actually .

this is definite, doesn't it's never made sense. This entire segment isn't making the show. Nobody knows what you're talk. You're just speaking random right now.

Well, there's somebody out there that is understanding what .

i'm saying there is for them.

We're going to see you menu 哎。

we get IT you you're in the interior. Your numbers makes sense mind of the ones that don't I know so your bridge require accept and nobody understands with .

me who who's .

that do to your position. Man, who's that guy? I'll say what? Man, you you know, hell of a backup OK.

yeah. Can I really enjoy watch .

I enjoying watching him play this year, and at least in the precision so far.

yeah, he had a tremendous preseason. Um he's been he's been great ever since I got here. He's one of those guys that you know just goes to work trying to get Better.

We were looking at him before the draft. You saw that athleticism. You saw the strength. Um I think he's ended up being everything we thought he wasn't more um so I think you've got a really, really bright future head of a man. I think um i'm looking forward to watching that. I'm looking forward to seeing who ends up becoming um I think he he could be a very, very special player in this league but he will be a very special place league um and then outside of him, uh, man, there's a lot of good centers in this league um you the the the one that didn't play at all last year and who I think is probably the best or before the injury at least was the most well rounded center probably Frank rag now up and detroit really, really good player we play on week one um so I hope he plays absolutely terrible Franka .

hope he a drastic really good player.

He's hard grave with lucky Jordan Davis, I think. But Frank Frank has been a really good player in the league for a while now. You guys obviously had a kid, have a traumatic worker .

year and creed .

baby stocks up. He's like that. He's like testing stock five years ago I could be of here and a few years cory lines is a really, really good player with the charges was great.

Green bay really, really unfortunate. See and jensen go down with a nee injury. He's turned into a moller and a great player for camp a bay. So there's there's a lot of good centers across the league.

And I got a lot of respect for anybody that plays a position because it's it's hard man playing in the unfAiling, difficult man in this snapped the ball, then trying rustle somebody who usually outweighed you by forty pounds. It's it's hard. So yeah, well, well, they have with me by forty pounds.

Nobody, nobody feels bad. You get the fucking job down. Jason.

I'm not drawn a pretty party.

but help, the time ends out, right?

Those guys fuck that. I get so mad just though the tight and screen in, then they get nervous to rush. That's how you .

have to tie in. So that's been one of my most positive plays. And in this often since I was a rookie.

just stupid because I you know but yeah, I think if you want to help .

a time is stupidity .

on i'm not going to comic because I don't want to give defences anything the key in on. But I think if you want to help the tide and be a Better passing one time to the time, no, i'm not going to say IT if you want to help the titan, be Better in pass blocking, throw a couple screen out there, then the defense language, nervous to rush.

here you go. You if you don't have a titan that knows how to run screens very well, then he shouldn't .

be in the end of, it's the easy thing in the world, you get beat and then you turn around and catch the ball in north.

What do you mean? You turned around and you see a big fence. Just be three, three hundred pounds line.

And right there. Funny bone bomb. Just like, oh my god, I can't see anything. So I just run right into their back.

I've been around tights. I can't block. I've been around tightens. I can't catch. I've been around tightens that can run routes very well. In my entire career, there has never been a title that can run a tight. And screen is the easiest thing in the world.

Jason, I, did. You play h back in high school? yeah. Did you ever get? Did you ever get a screen?

No.

because you couldn't fucked and run a screen. Jason.

no, is because we in the White tea, we run the wind tea. There wasn't a tight and screen in the winda IT was either gets we pride jets, we pledge full back dive or I don't even know what the other place .

where that's pretty. You got watching Jason on a screen in front of the running back, back. And filly is fun. You should see Jason Carried the ball on a jet sweep in high .

school every point.

Ctrip, ctrip IT was just because.

you know, the reason I got the balls.

because, like mike.

all the only reason I got the ball is because the difference are so overloaded to my side, because we only ran IT to me being a lead blocker. I want to get out table kill over because .

average blocker, at best in high schoolmen average blocker.

just you don't even know you're an ineligible when I freak played .

and l baby is stay in school. Baby couldn't pass this french class .

so I didn't play my senior year .

a different language day. So know if you ever tried to pick up a different language .

is not that it's not that easy. I tried IT, but I didn't fail IT.

What can you say anything .

in french right now, bozo? That's impressed. like. Cliver university to high school district this is what you represents right now to have this way to go. We go trying with after .

I failed for in everybody, keep go in. Jason travis .

is the tided gold standard and cold founder and you the cofounder title you.

yes, I am me. George kito greggs and baby.

I got A O day.

came up. They came up with IT. Yeah, no. He definitely, him in his family actually do a lot, all the heavy lifting. O, O.

who's a potential break out titan? The fan is a ball. Fans should keeps an eye.

This isaia likely the guy had an absolute awesome preseason. He's actually in bottom mark Angels and a big tighten heavy offence. I mean, he's he's got a lot of upside in terms know IT just his athletic ability.

I'm not sure how he's gone under the radar. I haven't seen much bottom up until this year this preseason. But man, the the guy looks awesome. I'm excited to see that do out there in bolt more.

Sounds like he's likely to have a good year. Well, this is the last question, which super ball ring is more? epic? Eagles, super buffet, two achieve super .

buffet to four. The eagles resisted. Everybody saw common. Everybody says our carbon.

Oh my go.

Are you kidding me? Try this. The kansas city chiefs, could you don't understand the prestige and the history in kansas city? That's which you don't understand? You filly has awesome history. The sport history.

There is okay, just the place of the fucking united states of america.

All baseball. It's the the eagles are, you know, just a fun activity on the weekend until you guys got really good. What are you doing?

You're met. Your embarrassing. It's the city. You're embarrassing yourself. A more created.

the entire a fc. Like, what would you even talk to you about?

Unt, yes, listen, we hadn't had one.

And that we won the lamhorn trophy, went one another super bowl, our second one, you guys.

that's why right there you just said IT.

that was his legendary IT just added on to the prestige. That is the kinds of city chief.

if you just said IT, that was the chief. S what second? subtle.

Yes.

yes. I think it's .

always Better. The more you .

get works, not the way I works. Everybody remembers their first. You remember your first.

Everybody go fit to first. super. Lose your first name. Say me right now. Lose your first .

super fit two. I'm not saying the other one. Super world fifty two is the first and eagles history of super world era G.

G. Fifty two.

It's not, you know how long you took and nobody saw coming. We were we were not the favor in every single game is the first team to everyone is super able. When vagus thought they were going to lose, we were getting points every day. So I am a question. I was like a real I was trAiling every .

single game of the playoffs at least twenty one point. He was crazy. Every single game i've lied only like to yeah.

but you're making things up to try and make your super ball .

about the one sound. IT was still an epic.

Like what what? Every super is epic. I'm not trying to a supermarket. Far was okay, but come on, super fifty two was like the first.

Now I an energized city, minnesota was that was just dull IT was everybody saw that coming just about football.

instead of all the bullshit that happens on a man super ball. Fifty two was an embodiment of the city of phildee. pha. IT was like a team that was possessed by its inhabitants, ants.

An underdog city, an underdog town, came out of nowhere and want a fucking super bow for the first time in its existence. Is this is any if I close, I feel embarrass that we're even talking about this. It's not even in the same stratosphere as the even suitable.

But if you're not in kinds of city, just don't get IT. But I will give you this probably the most epic and you have to even mentioned IT yet you have any mentioned ed because you probably won't, but you be time bring the super ball. That's probably the only that's only whole thing.

the whole thing only you got on, you keep, I listen, travel you you're going to go on the hall fame, you have more propose, you have more or prose. Let me have the super table. Okay, just stop being so sh you Better looking. Let me have one garden thing please you .
