For this episode, we came across a video making its rounds by fitness and bodybuilding content creator Nick Trigili, calling out apps using AI to track nutritional value as being total BS. Well, we put one of these apps to the test called Nutricapture, as well as used Claude and other LLMs to see what AI is capable of.
