"Immorality Defiles the Church" and "Immorality Must Be Judged"

How long have we been told that we are not supposed to judge others? Is that true, or are we called to learn to discern according to God's ways so we can judge and be like Him? In the New Millenium, we will be in charge of His court and we will judge angels.
This passage actually describes who we are supposed to judge, and who we are not supposed to judge, as well as who to actually remove from our churches.
