Tyler’s first deal was a partnered flip that he bought for $77,000 and sold it for $150,000 on a cash offer only 3 months later! CRAZY! But early on Tyler learned he didn’t want to always trade his time for money. He wanted to get into the more long term passive income strategies to create freedom of time. That’s when Tyler dove into other strategies like private money and using a HELOC to get more assets and maximize his ROI while earning passive income.

One of the hardest things is having the confidence to get started. To take action. Tyler gives an awesome thought about this point. It’s about investing in yourself, in education, in coaching. Those things will help you have the confidence to take action.
