The economy rests upon healthcare and the healthcare system stands upon the shoulders of nurses. More nurses in the workforce on its own is not going to solve the problem. You've got to have more teachers, you've got to have more clinical placements so they become competent. Then you've got to keep them in the workforce and you've got to place them where they're needed.
This summer, we're excited to introduce something new, See You Now Insights. We need to understand the pain points that individuals living with a condition are experiencing. There's no such thing as a simple solution in a complex system.
