After her own health crisis, registered dietitian Michelle Hurn quit clinical practice and turned her focus to getting meat and other animal-based foods to people in need. Michelle’s new venture, The Protein Project, works directly with food pantries to help them get high-quality food like meat, cheese, and eggs.
