That's what's important. Because everybody, I know it's just like, I prefer to go one of a kind or handmade because I don't know what people are out shopping for. And also you don't have to go to those stores.

Yeah. And then hit, remember that show where the whole thing started because they backed up into each other in the parking lot? You can avoid that by going on Etsy. One of my favorite things about Etsy is that 80% of the sellers identify as women. I like shop girls. Shop girls. Yeah. Like a mousy bookish sort of like, is there something on the top shelf you want me to grab? Oh yeah,

I got a lot of stuff on Etsy because I love secondhand. Yeah. I can type in cockatoo ceramic statue six inches tall. Bam. I will find it. Yeah. Or and then you click on find similar items. Before you know it 4 a.m. eyes bloodshot gooning soft taffy. I know teeth grinded out of my skull. Where's that rubber rug? I know. Where's that rubber rug? Yeah. I also want to tell you that Etsy proudly maintains a

But you know what I want to talk about? I need to talk about Etsy's environmental impact. Well, Etsy's working to address its environmental impact by figuring out new ways to offset its emissions. Carbon emissions. And not your kind of emissions. Mama. Not nocturnal emissions. Or college admissions. Or college admissions.

admissions carbon foot carbon emissions do you think that they're emitting carbon they're reducing carbon emissions encouraging college at mission they're reducing they're working on shrinking their carbon footprint and reducing their carbon emissions that's right they are isn't that incredible well when the company where everything is shipped it matters what happens to that packaging after you open the product it does matter

Well, I deep dive, you know, I collect toys. Yes, you do. And a lot of the best old toys, we're talking 50 year old toys, dolls. Old maiden type of toys. Etsy's where they're at. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I think a lot of people liquidate and sell their personal collections of collectibles. So you can find a seller who maybe sells, like for example, I collect a lot of 60s dolls. I will find a seller whose collection is mostly that. And then I'm not fishing around for duds. Right.

I have like a curated list. You know what I do? I go into these outrageously overpriced consignment antique thrift stores in Los Angeles. I see an item I like. I go in and see. I find it for an eighth of the price. That's what I'm saying.

The internet really eliminated people's ability to pull a fast one pricing wise. Cause you can be like, well, that's not true. Yeah. Actually, how come here? It's this much. Oh, you wanted 3000 for this, um, this antique chain lamp. Well, I found it on Etsy for 280. So now what? So now what Ellen? Yeah. You know what else is crazy? This really, this is real. My pink toilet in my main bathroom over there.

It broke because it was vintage and I took the back off it to look at it, dropped it, it shattered. That's a vintage toilet. So I called my aunt who is a plumber. I was like, what do I do? And she goes, open up the back of the toilet, look at the serial number and go online and see if you can find a replacement. I found exactly one online.

Etsy. I did. The reason I have a back of my toilet is because of Miss Etsina. Miss Etsiana. Etsy Ross. Miss Etsy Johnson. Oh my God. At the end of the runway, Etsy Johnson does a cartwheel split.

Well, you know, it's so funny. I had a follow up with my orthopedic surgeon today and I was like, I asked him for a picture of the x-ray of the implant. And it was like, that's incredible. Where did you order that? Etsy. Listen, I think gift giving is very difficult. David every year. Well, you're a very selfish person. I know. So David every year pulls out some amazing personalized, something linked to a little memory that I totally will forget about. But he doesn't have a job.

But he's so good at coming through with a great gift. Yeah, yeah, yeah. He's thoughtful. And then I'm like, what am I supposed to do? Yeah. You type in, you want to Etsy type in David Silver. Literally. Oh, I go to, I have gone into Etsy and typed in like gift for boyfriend. And you know what I'll say? Like, depending on the time of the year too, there's different guides. So you can look for like,

Holiday got gifts under $25. Yes. Personalized gifts. There's also incredible items for every single budget. Because let's be honest. Oh, mama. Sometimes the tertiary professional gift friend, we need to set a cap on what we're willing to spend. You're not going to go out and buy a $500,000 vehicle for the waitress at the local diner. Well, we got some new items. I thought we could do like a little show and tell.

Oh, you know, I've never done an unboxing before. Oh, it's like falling off a log. I'm just going to pull things out and I think we should claim them as they come. Okay. Okay. Yeah. Ready to fight to the death. This is very, I think this is actually mine. No, it looks good. That's amazing. I got this to DJ and it has spiky shoulders. I thought like with a big updo behind a DJ booth, I would feel my out. Look at this. Yes, totally. Model it. Show the car. Walk around the car.

Now, you have to imagine it on a million dollar body. Yes, yes, yes, yes. Hold on. Do you have a bike pump we can inflate it with just to get? I think this comes out the back and then this at the front. Love. We got shiny vinyl. We got some mesh. We got some pointy shoulders and elbows. Yes. Fun. It's fabulous. I love it. I think I'm going to get some black vinyl and cut little pieces to make lashes so it's like spikes too. Ooh.

You know what I mean? Trish, you're so creative. I never have anything like contemporary to wear at the club. I can't exactly wear one of my like 60s swimsuits to go play house music. I don't see why you couldn't do that. But yes, that looks great. Yeah, I think I'm going to wear like a long black boot and a black glove. Or a tennis shoe and no nails. Yeah. I'm going to wear like a long Brooklyn Heights wig so I can throw it around. Okay. I'm going to throw this right here temporarily. Okay. My turn? Yeah. I was born to love you.

Oh my gosh, it's a big item. There's a lot of stuff. Hold on, there's a lot of s***. We do a lot of shopping, alright? Sorry. I'm just gonna go for this gal. Chopping. Oh my god, it's mine! It's yours! Wow, it's red. I had no idea. These like vinyl materials, they're hot. Oh, you don't think I know that? I want you to wear like a big messy updo with like a very like v-cut swimsuit bottom. Oh no, it's bald Tina with a tiny top hat.

No, I think you need to wear like messy, like Kim Basinger hair. With this? Like a big stacked updo. It's a severe bob. You think? Oh, yeah. Slick, nasty, like a bus driver bob. And I think you need to wear basically underwear with long red boots. Thank you, Ed Seam. You shouldn't have. You really shouldn't have. Let's see. We have to come for... Oh, this is mine. Oh, that's so cute. And now DJing. Yes, I got this because DJing. I have a few dresses now that are like disco ball material. And I thought in some of my big Trixie wigs, I could use this head maybe. Or as sunglasses. Lady Gargar. Remember that? Just dance. Gonna be okay. Do do do do do. Just remember that one? Yeah. I thought this would be fun for me. That's really fun. And I was right. Oh, wow. It's a gown. It's a gown from Etsy. I love this. I love black stretch lace gowns. Bob, Bob, the drag queen wore this black lace stretch gown for her first special. I think it's a suspiciously large woman. I think, or no, I went to see her Bob at Caroline's. She had a black lace gown on and I've coveted ever since when Halloween comes along.

When Halloween comes around and I do what I do every year, which is put on a black dress and a black lip. And the same wig. You go a little darker on the eyeshadow. With a breastplate. Oh, honey. And you know, with my large man hands, this is the only sleeve that makes my hand look small. It's the Coco Montrese. Yeah. Love it.

I'm going to do WEPA. WEPA. No, I'm going to do Venga Boys. Okay. Boom, boom, boom, boom. You could even do Vibology by Paul Abdul. Absolutely. I could love this. And I got it with that little black. Ooh, am I going through a black clothing phase? I don't know, but I think this is probably also for you. Oh, it absolutely is. Don't touch it.

Oh, that's so cute. This is so fun. Indeed. I love, okay, I have broad shoulders, so something like- Oh, really? Something like, I don't have a broad shoulders. I have broad shoulders. Something like this makes my arms look smaller. And I've been lifting weights, so I can't- Yeah, you need all the help you can get. Pretty soon I'm not able to show my arms anymore. I look like Wesley Snipes. You'll have to contour them with like black stripes so that they're like- Oh, brown bars. Yes. And then when I turn to the side, you're like, like people do with their cheeks. Like people do with their cheeks.

This is flowers. It's nature. Okay. Same thing. There's another item. It's... Oh, this is a boa. It's squished. Squished. This is a custom little boa. And how darling would that be on your DJ set? How darling would that be? We just got to shake it out. Oh my God. That shook out really nicely. Ooh.

That shook out pretty nicely. Now talk about hiding those giant muscular shoulders. There's the help you need. I don't have a bow with this color. You sure don't? No, you do. I don't know if this is showing up on camera. It's blue, but it's also a little purple. It's kind of like a periwinkle. Why would that not show up on camera? Because sometimes the color changes. This looks to me bluer, but it's kind of purple. It's like a periwinkle. Do you think it's blue?

To me, that looks almost turquoise or cerulean. Well, something we'll have, you know, a nice piece of solid gristle to chew over together. But this can be our dress we yell about. Yes. Is it blue or white or gold and silver? Look at that. It's great. Love this. Love it. Ooh. Well, I just got a little blue dress with like paillettes. You know, not sequins. Get out of town. But I don't have the right color boa and now I do. That's incredible. All thanks to the magic and wonder of the women's sales of A.

We need to put more Brazilian jiu-jitsu capoeira items on Etsy. Yes. And also maybe more disaster relief preparedness kits. That's my only feedback to Etsy is I haven't been able to get martial arts lessons from Etsy. Oh, mama, you're not typing them right. You're not media literate enough, honey. Can you make me a list?
