How much weight have I gained from people just saying my last name? It's been a while. I know. I know. Gained a lot of weight. And I sympathize with you. I really do. Let me play the CNN guest here, Jamal Bowman, and the higher rate of obesity. Listen. Listen.

Your colleagues in the Republican Party do not hold each other accountable when it comes to the racism that comes from the party on a consistent basis. Congressman, I mean, where are you on this? You can't be calm about this. I'm a black man in America.

The reason why heart disease and cancer and obesity and diabetes are bigger in the black community is because of the stress we carry from having to deal with being called the N-word directly or indirectly every day. If your colleagues would listen and try to learn and engage and grow and stop being so hateful, we could have a better country. But unfortunately, we're still here.

Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. I know. I may not be strong enough. Last night I had to do a fundraiser. I was honored to help with a fundraiser. And I didn't get back until about midnight last night. I get up at 4 a.m. And I didn't go directly to sleep. So I'm operating on the hours that Trump usually gets. Except I'm not Donald Trump. I like my seepy seeps.

So I might be a little short-tempered today, but I will tell you, I relate. I relate to the man who pulled the fire alarm. I do. I do. No, I do. I relate to him. Nobody holds anybody accountable anymore for anything, especially white people.

And he says they have higher rates of obesity and heart disease and cancer and diabetes from the stress they carry, African-Americans, from having to deal with being called the N-word directly or indirectly every day. And I think it's the indirectly that we usually dismiss. And I know...

I've been fat for a long time, out of shape for a long time. And a lot of people would say, Glenn, that's your fault. You fat, fat, fatty. You know what you do? You just can't put the cake down. You just refuse to exercise. No, no, no. I won't hear your racism anymore.

Okay, I am riddled with skin cancer. Now, some people would say, Glenn, that's because you were born in exactly the right place. You were born in Seattle, Washington, where nobody ever sees the sun ever.

But you decided to move to Phoenix and you then moved to Texas and you just decide to just roast every day. The minute you walk out, you turn into a lobster. No, no, I won't hear it, you bigot. I don't have skin cancer because of that. I'm not fat because of cake. It is the stress that I have to deal with every single day because of people like Jamal Bowman.

who insist on calling me a racist or a sexist or anti-semitic or islamophobic. I can't forget that one even out. I'm gaining weight just thinking about it. Homophobic, transphobic, every day, directly and indirectly, I'm called these names. I mean, listen. Can't you hear I'm getting fatter by the second? Can't you hear that I have...

Sorry, I thought I was having a heart attack there for a second because I was called bad names. Sticks and stones may break your bones, my mother told me, but names will never hurt you. She doesn't know these names that I have been called directly and indirectly for years. Sure, it may not break my bones, but they carve my face up all the time because of the skin cancer caused by people calling me anti-Semitic and racist.

strangely Islamophobic, usually at the same time. And my face just starts to bubble up like it's just one giant petri dish of cancer. You know, you don't have any idea. You don't have any idea the trouble Jamal Bowman has. Would you listen, please? Stop dismissing him. You have no idea what people like him go through. Let me, may I just say,

May I just say, and this is not Christ-like for me to say, so I probably shouldn't say, but I'm going to say, as I'm making a decision, am I going to go to hell for this? Probably. You know, Kamala's stepdaughter, you know, the really ugly one. I'm sorry, did she just gain five pounds because I said that? I'm sorry, I didn't call you fat, sweetheart. I just called you ugly. Anyway, I need you to hear about her trauma. Cut seven.

You know, I'm feeling a little trauma walking to the same polling station that I did to vote for Kamala. And you know, I'm just feeling a lot of hope right now. We did it! I'm feeling a huge mix of emotions. I'm really nervous, but I'm also so hopeful. It's been so spectacular seeing New York come together in this way and rally behind Zoran. And yeah, let's do this, guys.

She is so traumatized. She is so traumatized. And I understand that, sweetheart. My parents embarrassed me. Not to the extent that your parents have embarrassed you. That loss was... I mean, the whole campaign, I could see you could be crippled in bed with the shame that came with, oh, no, it's because you voted for her and then she lost.

Yeah, I don't really don't have any sympathy for you. You know how many times I've wanted things and it didn't work out? And, you know, I really don't use the word triggered because I think that's for. And I also really don't use the word traumatized. I mean, unless if you were a hostage, OK, you know.

I was in a Liam Neeson movie, and he made me believe I was actually a hostage, and I had to wait an hour and a half before he came in and rescued me. I understand your trauma. Then I understand your trauma. I understand trauma. You know, I was at war. Okay. Your trauma? Your trauma?

I'm experiencing a lot of trauma because I had to go in. I'm just a triggering event. I had to go in and vote, and now I got to go in and vote there again. Oh, my. Oh, my. How do you walk? How do you do it? You're so brave. You are just, no, seriously, you're so very brave.

Now, I might be traumatizing you again because I'm, of course, a racist, sexist, anti-Semitic, homophobic, transphobic, and Islamophobic, fat, fat, fatty, riddled with skin cancer. So, there you go. Just wanted to start the show just getting that off my chest because it's, you know, it's Friday and we just can't, we can't carry these things around. We can't carry these things around. I remember watching one of your one-on-one podcasts with a guy who wrote books about traditionalism and how it could infiltrate American churches and

and Bannon. And then you, so you've warned us about this kind of level of deception and use Bannon as an example. And then you had him on the show this week. And this is the first time listening to you where I really felt that it's bordered on wasting our time or not really being completely honest with the audience or doing it about faith. So I want to know what changed and

And why for you, John, this is the best question I have had in a very long time. And it is my fault that you feel confused because I think I mentioned it the next day and I should have started with this.

Steve Bannon and I disagree on an awful lot of things. And you, as a smart listener and one who has been loyal for a long time, have heard me warn about Steve Bannon. And I have a lot of things to talk about with Steve Bannon. And his friend in Russia is one of those things. However, and this is what I should have started the conversation with, exactly what I just said to you,

And then this, however, we are now eating each other alive. Do you notice the time that I had him on? It was during the week when we have Tucker Carlson and Ted Cruz tearing each other apart. When we have our conservatives killing each other. And while I do believe that Steve plays a role in traditionalism, et cetera, et cetera, and that is extraordinarily dangerous.

I also, and my fault, my problem was not pointing that out to you when I had him on and saying, I still believe those things. However, what I think is important today is to demonstrate that two people who strongly disagree with each other on certain things, both understand we cannot continue to separate ourselves from

I believe that this is not done just by people who disagree with themselves. Like, you know what? I'm going to take on Ted Cruz. You know what I'm going to do? I'm going to take on Tucker Carlson. I don't agree with either one of those at times. And I like both of those guys at times. And I have pretty strong opinions on both of them that might surprise you. However...

When I saw that, when I saw Elon Musk and Donald Trump take each other on, I thought to myself, that's the end of the republic. That's the end of the republic. When I see Tucker Carlson and Ted Cruz take each other on like that, that's the end of the republic. Because if we continue to divide ourselves...

to a place to where we can't have a conversation. It's you're all of this or you're all of that. Then we are doomed. We are doomed. So what I should have said, and I don't know if it would have made it better for you. Um, but what I should have said was here is a guy I have real disagreements on and I have talked about for a very long time. Um,

And I'm having him on this week because we must begin to have conversations. And off the air, Steve and I have had very difficult conversations. I met with him. Jason, were you with me when I met with him the first time? How long ago was that? A year ago? That was about a year ago. About a year ago. And I met with him and had a uncomfortable private conversation, the two of us. And it was at that time that

that both of us said, this is what we do believe is coming. We do agree on this, that really, really tough times are coming. And we have got to not eat each other alive. That doesn't mean we can't point out the differences and the strong differences. But if we can't make allies on our own side while pointing out the truth, we're in trouble.

And so I'm sorry for the confusion on that. I'm glad you brought this up because it bothered me because I got off the air yesterday and somebody wrote to me and said, Glenn, I don't understand.

And I wish I would have done it differently. It just didn't occur to me. Sometimes I just think, you're in my head. And you know, but as my wife tells me all the time, no, we didn't have that conversation, Glenn. No, we didn't have that conversation. So sorry to do to you what I apparently do to my wife all the time. No, I swear I told you this, honey. We talked about this. No, nah, no, we didn't.

Wow, that sounds a little hostile. I have to have a cupcake or maybe a cookie on that one. It's like, I mean, these, I mean, we need to be, you know, welcoming these kinds of conversations, especially that's why I actually loved your conversation with Steve Bannon is because that's a real issue on the left right now. Like, what's that social network that, you know, is supposed to be like a, you know, competition to X group?

but they were immediately just deep blue sky yeah blue sky they were immediately just deep platforming people that had a different opinion and that is why they're in such a hard time ideologically right now we need to i will go ahead i i'll tell you and i could be wrong on this i don't i mean you know with advisors like you i probably am right i could be wrong on this that you know there are

There are things that we have to say out loud to one another. There are things that we have to say. I believe this is very, very dangerous that you're engaging in. And Steve's a big boy with big boy pants and he can handle that coming from me. He can handle that. And, and we have those discussions. I am extraordinarily concerned that if I, let me put it this way. If I were China, I,

If I were Russia, if I were, you know, some Amy, I'm just going to go out and buy a new Iranian flag. And I'm just so dumb as a box of rocks. I don't even know what it means, but I hate America. Down with America. I love the mullahs. If I'm one of those guys, the thing that would make me the happiest is to see our side tear each other apart. And I don't want any part of that.

It doesn't mean I'm not going to point out the truth. It doesn't mean that I'm going to turn a blind eye. If I disagree with Steve Bannon on things, I'm going to tell you, continue to tell you what I've told you. But, and maybe it's my age, and I think the sign of the times. We can't keep doing that. I mean, if I was offended, I'm pretty sure a couple others might be too. You were not offended. You were drunk. Same thing. Same thing. I saw Sarah gain like 10 pounds and get skin cancer right off that one word. It was right off the bat. Well, you know what? Some of the latest comments from Mamdani, who is running to be the mayor of New York, and I predict will win. Will win. Because New Yorkers are insane. But anyway, listen to him about his platform. for other candidates running in other parts of the country? Absolutely. I think ultimately this is a campaign about inequality. And you don't have to live in the most expensive city in the country to have experienced that inequality because it's a national issue. And what...

Americans coast to coast are looking for are people who will fight for them, not just believe in the things that resonate with their lives, but actually fight and deliver on those very things. And part of how we got to this point was through the endorsements of Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Senator Bernie Sanders, who've been leading this fight against oligarchy across the country. And I think that in focusing on working people and their struggles, we also return back to what makes so many of us proud to be Democrats in the first place.

Right. Communism. I think that's great. So, you know, I hear all the time the talk about free bus fare. You know, it's all over. Here in the heartland, it's all over. I've been hearing it from the farmers everywhere. They're like, you know what I want a candidate to talk about is free buses because who's going to pay for that? Actually, no, I don't hear anybody who is actually working for a living and paying taxes talk about free bus fare because...

that would raise their taxes. So I don't, I don't, I don't hear that. That's, that's weird. But the good news is he's going to Trump proof, New York city cut to. I've proposed is that we raise $10 billion to pay for our entire economic agenda and start to Trump proof our city. Cause we know he'll use federal funding as leverage over the city. And we will do so in two key ways. The first is to match the state's top corporate tax rate to that of New Jersey.

We are at 7.25%. They're at 11.5%. Corporations can pay it over there. They can pay it over here. And the beauty of it is that it doesn't just apply to corporations headquartered in New York City. Because when you say this, people will say, well, they're going to go to Florida. Wherever you are headquartered, as long as you do business in the state of New York, you are taxable for that corporate tax. We're talking about corporations that are making millions of dollars, not in revenue, but in profit.

And the second is taxing the top 1% of New Yorkers. We're talking about people who make a million dollars a year or more, taxing them just by a flat 2% tax increase. And I know if 50 Cent is listening, he's not going to be happy about this. He tends to not like this tax policy, but I want to be very clear. This is about $20,000 a year. It's a rounding error. And all of these things together, they make every New Yorker's life better, including those who are actually getting taxed.

Right. It does. I know, you know, when I am, when they increase my taxes, I think to myself, you know, this is making my life better. Who doesn't think that? Honestly, who doesn't think that? So let me just see if I get this right. Help me out here, Jason, because I'm a little fuzzy. I'm a little tired today, so I can't do the math. I don't think I could do math this complicated. So it doesn't matter if you're headquartered.

In New York or New York city. If you are going to do any kind of business in New York, they're going to take your tax rate to, what did he say? 7.5 to over 11, over 11%. And that is for the privilege of selling your product or doing any business in New York. Right? I got news for you. I'm totally fine.

pulling out of New York, making sure that nothing... New York, you're on your own. Good luck with that. I'm sorry. A, I don't think you can do that. Well, you can if you're the European Union, and that's working out really well for them. But I don't think it's going to work out well for New York. Now, he did compare it to New Jersey, which is a booming business state.

That is serious. No, seriously. That is people are lining up with you halls just to get into that state.

Mainly so they can pick up their stuff and get out of that state. But I think that's going to work out well. It's going to work out well. Oh, amazing. Yeah. And that's essentially, it's interesting you mentioned the European Union because this is essentially what they were trying to impose through Green New Deal, Paris Accord type stuff. So basically anybody that does business with company A will have the same restrictions as B, C, D all down the line. Good luck.

New York, because you are done. The economic engine of the world is done if you do these things. But I think that he doesn't understand, or maybe he does, I don't know. But the mayor of New York City can't...

Can't really do these things. Maybe this is just populism on a far left corner. Maybe. No, he could do these things along with his city council. So he's going to need the city council. I think he might even need the governor. Which is not going to be hard. Not going to be hard. It's New York, Jason. I've lived there. It's going to be very easy. Very easy. That is the entire Communist Party.

You know, you're like, hey, do the Communist Party of New York, do they have meetings? Yeah, what day is the city council meeting? I mean, really? That's the way it is. So you got that going for you. Now, the other thing that I really like is this guy has deep economic experience. First of all, you know, he was in a movie directed by his mother, and he speaks in several different accents, including, strangely, an Indian accent.

where he where he sounds like, you know, an Indian just off the boat. Do we have it? Go ahead. Play this, please. Because I think that New Yorkers, more than they hate a politician they disagree with, they hate a politician they can't trust. On the subject of trust, you've adopted different speaking accents in different scenarios. But they go to their local bodega. Is there one that's real and one that's affected? No.

What I would say is, as any immigrant knows, having been born in Kampala, Uganda, and then raised in South Africa, and moving here when I'm seven years old, is there are different parts of my life. Yeah, so the Supreme Court just now allowed Trump's executive order restricting birthright citizenship to go into effect in some areas of the country. What does that mean? This is the CASA, Trump versus CASA?

Is that the birthright citizenship one? The CASA one? Yeah, yeah, yeah. So this seems more like a hit on universal injunctions, which is interesting. It's fantastic. This one is probably the highest impact ever.

of all of the decisions that are waiting for today. This will limit, if they did side with Trump, it will limit the federal court's ability to issue all kinds of injunctions. It signals an openness to restricting birthright citizenship, which would reshape immigration law. This one is really, really

There is a concept in Islamic doctrine called a taqiyya.

A taqiyya allows someone of the Islamic faith to practice concealing one's beliefs, and very simply, they are allowed to lie to the infidels. And I'm wondering why no one in, none of the announcers, no one that I'm listening, anyone that I'm listening to, they're not experiencing,

expanding upon this concept. So, you know, living in the Middle East, as I did a number of years ago, the Islamic individuals, the Islamic people of faith, were allowed to lie to us in regards to making contracts. was at this meeting and they were talking, he was kind of like the slick communications director. I'm not sure if that was his title or what, but that's basically what he was acting as.

And they were talking about, and I want everyone in the audience to Google this court case, United States of America versus the Holy Land Foundation. You can read these transcripts for yourself. And they're talking about creating not only organizations like the Palestine Committee, the Holy Land Foundation to funnel money back towards Hamas, but also organizations that would seem like

benign that would seem under the radar that wouldn't get press coverage if some of the other ones got you know caught or ensnared in some of what they were doing one of those organizations that just kind of popped up after the fact was an organization called the Council on American Islamic Relations CARE this is an accepted organization now it's everywhere Nihad Awad who was at that meeting back then

is still the director of CARE. You see him walking the halls of Congress. You'll see him with people like Ilhan Omar, Linda Sarsour, back when she was popular. You'll still see him. They're making campaign contributions for this New York City mayor candidate. So this is still going on. They're still trying to get candidates that look legitimate within powers of government.

And this goes all the way back to that case. I know. I think the United States government, I think the president should name CARE an enemy of state because it's a very, very dangerous organization for everything that you just pointed out. And I think this is also why the Islamists and communists and radicals get along so well. Because what is the difference between Takiyah and Trump?

ends justify the means nothing. I mean, Saul Linsky says the same thing. You can lie, you can cheat, you can steal, you can do whatever you want. You just have to beat these guys. Um, and so ends justify the means, you don't want to kill a million people. You can kill a million people. Is it going to, is it going to help with global warming? Yeah, then it's fine. Um, and you can lie all the way to the, you know, all the way to the gas chambers. You can lie to them all the way to the gas chambers. Um, it's,

It's just, it's really, really evil. And, you know, I said last hour that Mamdani is going to do for Islamism what Barack Obama did for Marxism. He's going to mainstream it. He already is. He's going to mainstream it. People are not going to understand it. And it's just going to grow and grow.

And it is incumbent upon all of us to learn about these things. We have to be, we have to be able to be better at explaining ourselves and defending and not publicly per se, as much as just privately with our own family and, and the people that we meet in our lives. We have to be able to start thinking critically and be able to make logical decisions

and arguments against this stuff. You know, I don't know if you know this, but communism isn't neat.

It's just really not. It's not clever. It's not cute. It's a death cult. And the record is really, really clear. Now, they have somehow or another turned America into a death cult to make it look like it is the worst country to ever grace the face of the earth. That is not true and easily provably untrue. Have we made mistakes? Have we done really bad things in the past? Yeah. Name the country that hasn't.

But we're not the blight on the planet that the left has taught our children we are. And they are teaching them that the answer to that is Islamism, is radical ideology, is communism. Islamism and communism have one thing in common. And it's more than the last three letters in the name.

It's death. It is death. It is a cult of death. And they've just found another guy to carry the water who is well-spoken, who is as fake as Barack Obama is. And he's now going to take Islamism and make it cool all across the country. And you don't win that by silencing him. I don't know if you've heard some of the people that are saying,

We need to kick him out of the country. Well, first of all, he's here legally. He's now a citizen of the United States. And everybody in the United States has a right to their opinion. We don't silence people. I said on a special that we did this week, that is exactly what the Shah of Iran did to the Islamists. He silenced them, kicked them out of the country. And they only grew in power. And people started saying, look, he is a dictator.

This isn't good. He won't let anybody speak. That's not good. And that's not what we should do. And the other thing I want to remind you, it, what seemed like it was out outside of the country was already inside of Iran, 1978. It was already there.

And there was unrest because people weren't happy with the regime. They weren't happy with the Shah. But they certainly didn't want to wear burqas. The women didn't want to do that. They didn't want to go back to the 12th century or the 8th century. Who would want to do that? Well, the religious wanted to do that, but they were a minority. But the population was so arrogant, they thought that, well, that can never happen here.

And then the regime started making the mistake of arresting these people or deporting these people and saying, you can't have that opinion. And they started to, because of the work that the extremists had already done, they only made it easier to believe, oh my gosh, the Shah is a bad guy. So with the communists, the anarchists, and the Islamists,

overnight they toppled Iran. We're no different than that. This will happen overnight if we can't figure out a way to start teaching this to our children and teaching what America really is and what our responsibility is.

And I want to, this is, this is a story that happened a while ago, but I want to just show you the dangers of public private partnerships.

You're hearing this all the time. And every time Joe Biden would say public-private partnership, and it was all the Green New Deal and everything else, I kept saying to you, that is fascism. That is exactly the deal that Mussolini and Hitler made. That's the difference between communism and fascism. They let you do your own thing, but you're a partner with the government. And as long as you abide by all of their rules, you're fine. But the minute you disagree...

You don't have a say. They'll throw you out on the streets so fast your head will spin. And that is exactly what happened to a hospice center, the Delta Hospice Society. I have the executive director on, Angelina Ireland, and I asked her to come on today to tell us the story of what happened to...

her hospice facility. Angelina, thank you for joining me. Hello there, Glenn. Thank you so much for having me today. You bet, you bet. Okay, so the Hospice Society is a public-private partnership with Canada, but you guys raised, what, $8.5 million to build this property, and you negotiated a 25- or 35-year lease for the property, right? Yes.

Tell me about this. Right. So actually, we're a private society. So we're a 34-year palliative care organization. And palliative care is basically you take care of people when they're chronically ill or they're terminally ill, and you take care of them well until their natural end. And so we fundraised over a few years $8 million to open a hospice and a palliative care support center next door. Okay.

And so we raised that money. We got a 35-year land lease with the Public Health Authority. We built two buildings, a 10-bed hospice, a 7,500-square-foot supportive care center where we did our counseling and all the supportive programs. And then the service agreement was for operating costs. So every year they'd give us, when it ended, $1.4 million. Okay.

And when we built those buildings, we opened them and we operated our program with the hospice for 10 years. Everything went fine until this thing they call the State Euthanasia Program called MAID came into law. And then the province basically came to us and said...

You're going to have to start providing euthanasia. You're going to have to start killing your patients in the hospice because you're getting public money. We said, absolutely not. We absolutely will not. At which point, you're exactly right. The fascism kicked in. I just call it stone cold communism.

and said, you're not going to get any money if you don't start killing your patients. So then they cancelled that service agreement, which we said, that's fine. Look, we don't need your money. We'll be fine without your money. You know, which apparently is the wrong answer, because then they...

Yeah. So then they went after the lease and we had 25 years left on that land lease and they canceled it. And now these incidentals, like the buildings on them, they just consider those to be like some kind of an old shack or fence and they expropriated them. So at the end of the day, they evicted us, the organization from our buildings. They expropriated those assets, which were valued at eight and a half million dollars.

kicked us out and took our stuff. And then they started to operate our hospice and they put in the euthanasia.

Unbelievable. They give you no money for the buildings. I mean, it was their land, right? I mean, that's kind of the public-private partnership. You're taking money from them to run it, but you said to them, we don't need it. But also, was that not federal land that you were on or some sort of medical kind of weirdness of code?

Canada? Yes. Well, it was considered to be, well, it belonged to the health authority, but it was a registered lease in the title's office with 25 years left. Right. So we had right to be there and, of course, to continue on for the other 25 years. But, of course, no, they didn't allow it.

When you went to the court, what did court say?

Well, you see, we didn't get that far because we had three, we went to three very, very prominent lawyers and they told us straight up, you're not going to win. You understand this, people. You might walk in with one lawyer. They're going to walk in with 15 lawyers, all funded by the taxpayer. And you may win the first round, but you will not win. And they'll tie it up and it's called lawfare.

So they advised us again and again and again to just move on. Take our punches, take the licking from the government and move on. The important thing for us was to hold on to our organization because then the euthanasia activists came for us to try to take everything. And we still have assets, but we did lose our bricks and mortar in the moment. That is crazy.

You know, I have described what's happening all around the world with the extreme left, with Islamists, not Muslims, Islamists. What is happening with the communists and the fascists.

No, we don't. We do not. You know, I call it a culling. It's a Canadian cull. They're killing the sick, the old, the mentally ill, the disabled, veterans, homeless, the poor, and now they're going after the children. We do not know the numbers that exactly. I mean, the government is admitting to 60,000. There's absolutely no way at 60,000. I think they forgot a zero.

It's widespread. It is now considered a healthcare option when the doctor comes to a sick and vulnerable patient and said, "How would you like just to die?"

So it's got completely out of hand. It's truly a national horror for Canadians, for certainly people of faith in my country, pro-life for my country, that we have no control over this. We have no access to authentic, true numbers and information. And this whole consortium that I call Empire Made has taken over the health care system. What is the...

What's the goal of this, do you think? What's really behind it? Certainly. So, you know, they want to talk about, they've captured the moral high ground on this, right? And said, if you want to be compassionate, you're going to have to start to kill people. That's the only way to be compassionate. That's the only way to provide human rights, right?

And so that very potent message, they've been able to, you know, roll into a narrative, which is incredibly, you know, hard. The word is like, escapes me. It's overwhelming for people, right? But why? I mean, our public health care system, which is what happens when any government goes completely public and we have no private available, it is illegal. It's bankrupt. Right.

We have... Hold on just a second. Hold on. I want Americans to hear this. Private health care, being a doctor and providing private health care is illegal in Canada. Yes, it is. The only thing you can do is have cosmetic things done privately. That's it. You know, we want a boob job or a nose job. You can go ahead, get a doctor and pay for it. Everything else is under the Canada Health Act. It must be administered through the state. Okay.

It's even gone up to the Supreme Court of Canada. So this is undisputable. Private health care is illegal. You know, I look at, we have several states that are now trying to pass much of this, and they are, in the laws that are being passed, it is illegal.

It's a requirement not to put assisted suicide down on the death. So you have cancer, but you didn't die of cancer. You had cancer. You have depression. And the doctor said, well, you can kill yourself over there. It does not say assisted suicide. It is going to be illegal to put that on the death certificates. It just has to say depression, cancer, whatever it is that...

They helped you kill yourself over. That's what the cause of death is. So you'll never, ever be able to count it. You'll never be able to track it. It is just evil, evil what's happening. It's true. And how many people will be killed by the state? That is going to be a question you will never know. That you're giving far too much power to the state. Unaccountable. Unquestionable. Are you sure?

Are you shocked at the, because I am here in America. I mean, we just, New York just voted for an Islamist who is saying, you know, he is for Hamas. He is also a communist and,

And they just elected him or chose him as the Democratic candidate. And nobody really seems to care. When it comes to death all over, when you're seeing these things happen, I am shocked by my own citizens. Do you feel that way in Canada? Well...

The Supreme Court rulings are usually out on a day like today and tomorrow. They'll just blow through them because they've got a lot of them that are built up. And they will start releasing them right at 9 o'clock Eastern and just blow through them all.

We are getting them in dribs and drabs because the people who are dissenting and the justices are all wanting to read it out loud in the court, which is highly unusual and is a sign that they're pretty angry with one another. I want you to listen to the dissent on the first case that is coming out.

The argument was about judicial supremacy. Can these federal judges just say to the president, nope, you can't make that decision. We're putting a moratorium on that and we're going to shut it down for the whole country. And the Supreme Court decided today, no, you can't do that. But there were three Supreme Court justices, the three most liberal ones, that dissented. Listen to the who who wrote this part of the story.

the comeback, if you will. Amy Coney Barrett, she said, talking about Justice Jackson, we will not dwell on Justice Jackson's argument, which is at odds with more than two centuries worth of precedent, not to mention the Constitution itself. We observe only this. Justice Jackson decries an imperial executive while embracing imperial judiciary. Wow. Unbelievable. Unbelievable. Things are tense today in the Supreme Court, but...

Okay, so the first story, the first SCOTUS decision that came out is Trump versus Casa. And Jason, you've been watching this over the last hour, so I want to make sure that I have this right. But the first one has come out saying,

favor of Donald Trump and this impact on this one is really really high this one is so important the Supreme Court has decided that they will limit to the federal courts ability to issue any kind of sweeping injunction which now also signals an openness to restricting birthright citizenship and reshaping of immigration law

This stops the power of the judges to block executive actions nationally. And this is important for structural implications and for immigration, but also mainly for separations of power.

Do I have that one right, Jason, on their ruling? That's correct. We still don't really have a definitive answer on birthright citizenship. But the thing that most people are pissed off right now about is an imperial judiciary. And that's what this strikes at the heart of. Correct. And that's really important. That's struck that down. So that madness is going to end.

Now, the next one is Kennedy versus Braidwood management. And this was the case about the structure of a task force with the power under the Affordable Care Act to determine which preventative services insurers have to cover it, have to cover it.

The vote now is six to three, and that holds that members of the task force do not need to be appointed by the president or confirmed by the Senate. The majority opinion is by Justice Kavanaugh, who writes, task force members are inferior officers whose appointment by the secretary of HHS is consistent with the appointments clause.

The task force members can be removed at will by the secretary of HHS and the recommendation about preventative services are reviewable by the secretary before they take effect. Justice Thomas Alito and Gorsuch dissented, which is never really a good thing. This one is probably the second most impactful ruling. And what they did is...

They sided with the government, which preserves all of the current health care mandates and agency design under HHS. This will affect millions of people, your insurance coverage and executive agency oversight.

Not good. No. And can I say, Glenn, how crazy it is that you just had Angelina Ireland on talking about how nutso the Canadian system is, especially when you get just crazed activists in charge of something this important. So basically what this means is, is that unelected bureaucrats can still be calling the shots on things that are as important as, you

the healthcare and the livelihood of your families. This is such a huge miss. Oh my gosh. Okay. So let me give you the next one. This is the FCC versus consumer research. And we're really going in order of importance. And so far we have one in our favor, one in the favor of the left, the FCC versus consumer research. Now this is, um,

All about delegation of power, and the impact on this one is very high for all of us. The consequence of siding with consumers' research, it will limit the federal agency's ability to delegate power to private actors. It could disrupt broadband subsidies and rural internet expansion. The consequence of siding with the FCC would uphold the longstanding infrastructure funding model and reaffirm the administrative delegation.

It's massive implications for rural communities and the federal power to administer national programs. Here's how they came down on it on decision number three. The vote is six to three.

It's not going to make you happy with the majority opinion by Justice Kagan. And the court holds that the funding structure does not violate the non-delegation doctrine. Again, Gorsuch, Thomas and Alito were dissenting. Any comment on that one?

Yeah, I mean, this is, I mean, it's cloaked in, you know, this broadband service, you know, to rural communities. But what this is really about is, you know, scaling back or advancing the administrative state. And the way they've ruled on this, it does nothing to scale back the administrative state. The administrative state marches forward with this.

And kind of with the last one, too. Yes, the last two, basically about the same thing. Okay, so we have four rulings today. One is in our favor. Two are not in our favor. And those are about the power of the federal government just to continue to grow. Now, the next one is Mahmoud versus Taylor.

And this one is all about LGBTQ curriculum in schools. And do you, do parents have a right to say no? If they side with the parents that could force public schools to allow opt-outs from any LGBTQ related content, and it will reshape the school policy nationwide. If they sided with the school district,

It expands state authority to teach inclusion topics over all religious objections. So this one will impact cultural and educational institutions, especially in any kind of diverse or religious community. So we are hoping that they side with the parents. And here's what they decided. The vote was 6-3. Majority opinion by Alito.

The court holds that the families are likely to succeed and are entitled to a preliminary injunction. From Alito's opinion, we have long recognized the rights of parents to direct the religious upbringing of their children, and we have held that those rights are violated by government policies that substantially interfere with the religious development of children. Dissenting Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson.

Look at the damage that has been done by appointing Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson. Donald Trump has got to get another person on the Supreme Court. We have got to have a young Clarence Thomas. We have to have somebody who is just dirt strong on the Constitution.

My hope would be, I mean, there's a couple of people. I'll get into that maybe next week. But there's a couple of people that I think should be justices. And I would hope that we could get these names to the president if it happens and he'll move in these directions. There's a couple of people that I really feel strongly would be fantastic. And one of them you may not even be aware of.

So it's a mixed bag today, two on the state growing and two in the opposite direction. One, the presidency is not king, but neither is the federal court system. So the federal court can't say, well, he's being fascistic by saying, you know, he's issuing this executive order.

He doesn't have a right to do that. And so a federal judge by themselves can stop and overturn the president and his executive order. That can't happen. Whether that's going to stop anything, I don't know. But the Supreme Court, thank God, has come down right on that one. The other one that is really good is you now will have to have an opt-out no matter where your kids go to school. If they're teaching your kids crap that disagrees with your religion,

You can have the opt-out because that was that was the real secret here. They were not allowing parents to opt out They weren't notifying or allowing them a chance to opt out no matter what they were teaching Your kid had to go and listen to it And that is to me the parental right thing is probably the biggest one out of all of these for me and

Because I think if we lose control of our ability to parent and raise our children the way we want, we are living in a fascist society. And so that's, I think, good news, really good news. So there's a couple more, I think, that are yet to come out, right? The Free Speech Coalition versus Paxton, which is the online verification of speech. And

The redistricting and racial gerrymandering, which is Louisiana versus, is it Calais? Those two have not come out. They come out maybe tomorrow. We just got the Free Speech Coalition versus Paxton. Okay, wait, wait, wait, hang on. So Paxton, who is the AG of Texas-

He's saying states can require age verification for adult content. And that will reshape online privacy and access norms. If you're selling pornography or whatever, states can say you have to have an access portal that is real for anybody under 18. States can make those laws.

The other side, the Free Speech Coalition, is siding for the adult industry. And they say, no, it should be anonymous online access. It's a free speech right, especially for adults. But you can't do this. I mean, if Paxton doesn't win this one, this is really bad. Child protection is greatly weakened online.

How did they decide? Do you want to take a guess on what the vote was based off of the... 6-3. 6-3? This is insane. But the court upholds... They went with Paxson. Texas Age Verification Law. Yes. I know. This is really a good day for our children. Really, really a good day for our children. Not necessarily good for the size of the government, but really good for parents and children. So...

I think there's a strong, very strong possibility because you have the young white college educated liberals, the Marxist, just like, you know, you talk about many time and other people, the Marxist, socialist, communist, Islamist, all working together. Cuomo, I would never vote for him ever killed, you know, thousands of old people. Yeah.

I mean, I would vote for my first time ever. I've never voted for a Democrat, but I would vote for Eric Adams. He's much better than Cuomo, Mudami. In my personal opinion, I think Curtis Silver should drop out and said if he truly believes in New York City, say, I support Eric Adams. I'd rather have him than radical Islam.

Steve and I have had several conversations now. And I believe that Steve is a capital T traditionalist. And that to me is very, very dangerous.

But I agree with him on some other things. And I had him on this week, the first time ever. I had him on because I wanted to talk to him about...

And we are not in lockstep on everything on that subject, but we have enough to where we can stand together. And I did it because I saw Tucker Carlson, who I like, and Ted Cruz, who I like. I saw Donald Trump, who I like, and Elon Musk, who I like, come at each other. And I felt it did more damage to us than China could do to the right, right?

We are dividing ourselves when we don't have to. We can disagree with each other, but still stand together because we both believe in the Republic. And that's the difference. And we're not going to make it unless we start putting some of our differences aside. And some of them are important. And this is where I failed when I had Steve on today, or Monday, is...

But we've got to put the differences that we can deal with and openly talk about and discuss and let others decide which one of us is right. Hello, Glenn. It's such an honor to speak with you today. Thank you, sir. Yeah, so you've already addressed this several times about the question that previous caller was calling you out about. You know, I've been a fan and a listener and a watcher of both you and Stephen K. Bannon since 2020.

for like the last five years. Could you please expand on what exactly your differences are? Because I think of you guys as being more of the same ideal wise. So I think in many ways, um, in many ways we are, um, there are some big differences and this is a conversation that I would really like to have on air with Steve. I would say intelligent men, but in my case, relatively intelligent. Steve is a very, very bright man, knows history very well, and have this conversation without name calling or turning into anything that the, you know, Tucker Carlson, Ted Cruz thing turned into. And we have a big difference. The biggest difference between us, I believe, is I am a small T traditionalist and Steve is a capital T traditionalist.

I find capital T traditionalism extraordinarily dangerous. Now, let me give you the difference.

When I say small T, and I'm a small T traditionalist, that means I'm for the established norms. I can change, but the customs, the moral frameworks that have been eternal and we've had forever, and those are usually rooted in religion, the philosophy of our country, our family values, and the continuity of our culture.

You know, nuclear families, patriotic education, religious morality in public life. That's a small T traditionalist. And they can go bad, honestly. But, you know, if they're well thought out and moderated, not by passions, it's good. And the philosophy is that modernity has real value. But it has to be. It really comes from...

Moral sentiments, if you know the work Wealth of Nations, that explains really what capitalism is and how it works. And it's from the 1700s. But before that work...

And so modernity is not the problem. Capitalism is not the problem. The problem is we have lost our virtue. We have lost our moral sentiments and the stabilizing forces in those communities, church and family. They are there. They stabilize.

And right now, modernity, if you will, is being viewed by some, including me, as disrupting church, family, community. All of the stabilizing forces, they're being kicked out from underneath us by the left. Islamicism, radicalism, progressivism, all of this stuff. And it's small-t traditionalism is more evolution over revolution, right?

Okay, that's who I am. Steve, and I don't want to put words into his mouth, but I have read a lot about Steve and capital T traditionalism.

this is a very different philosophical and spiritual school of thought. It is anti-modernity at its core, especially if you look to people like Alexander Dugan, who Steve has met with and signed a treaty with, a global treaty along with many others. This is the philosophy, and I'm going to butcher this, but this is the philosophy that there is a transcendent truth. It's a metaphysical order, and it predates all religions and all civilizations that views modernity as a total spiritual catastrophe. Not just morally decayed, but cosmically inverted, and it all comes from modernity.

And it suggests that you return to the eternal archetypes. And that doesn't sound bad. It doesn't sound bad until you really look into...
