Deep Dive

Key Insights

Why are there so many unidentified drone sightings over New Jersey and other parts of the U.S.?

The government has not provided clear answers, leading to speculation ranging from secret government programs to foreign adversaries. The military has not taken action to identify or shoot down the drones, which has fueled conspiracy theories.

Why hasn't the military taken action against the unidentified drones?

The military is legally restricted from taking action unless the drones are confirmed to be a threat. This has led to frustration among officials and the public, as the drones continue to fly over military bases and residential areas without intervention.

What does President-elect Trump claim about the drone sightings?

Trump asserts that the outgoing administration is hiding something about the drone sightings, suggesting that the military knows more than it is revealing. He believes the drone parade is evidence of a cover-up.

What are some of the conspiracy theories surrounding the drones?

Conspiracy theories include claims of a secret government program, foreign adversaries like Iran, or even alien activity. Some have suggested the drones are part of a plot to start a war or test public reaction.

What does the FBI say about the drone sightings?

The FBI claims they have no evidence of malicious activity or intent behind the drone flights. However, they are actively investigating the matter, and officials have admitted they do not know the origin or purpose of the drones.

Why is the government being criticized for its handling of the drone situation?

Critics argue that the government's lack of transparency and failure to take decisive action, such as shooting down the drones, has created panic and distrust. Both Democrats and Republicans are calling for more information and action.

What is the 'playbook' used by Big Pharma to discredit critics?

The playbook involves attacking critics broadly by questioning their facts, then moving to character assassination, digging up past mistakes, and labeling them as liars, anti-Semites, racists, or 'wacko nutjobs.' This strategy aims to discredit critics and silence them.

What happened in the ABC News settlement with Donald Trump?

ABC News agreed to pay $15 million to Donald Trump's presidential library and $1 million in legal fees to settle a defamation lawsuit. Anchor George Stephanopoulos had falsely claimed that Trump was found liable for rape, which was part of the settlement.

Why was George Stephanopoulos criticized for his reporting on Trump?

Stephanopoulos was criticized for falsely stating that Trump was found liable for rape in a civil court. He also had a history of donating to the Clinton Foundation while covering the Clintons, raising questions about his impartiality.

What is the significance of the drone sightings over military bases?

The drones have been spotted over military bases, including Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, raising concerns about national security. The military has not taken action to identify or stop the drones, which has led to speculation about their origin and purpose.

Hi, I'm Chris Gethard, and I'm very excited to tell you about Beautiful Anonymous, a podcast where I talk to random people on the phone. I tweet out a phone number. Thousands of people try to call. You talk to one of them. They stay anonymous. I can't hang up. That's all the rules. I never know what's going to happen. We get serious ones. I've talked with meth dealers on their way to prison. I've talked to people who survived mass shootings.

Crazy funny ones. I talked to a guy with a goose laugh. Somebody who dresses up as a pirate on the weekends. I never know what's going to happen. It's a great show. Subscribe today. Beautiful Anonymous. Hey, come see us do live shows. January 3rd in Los Angeles. Honolulu after that. Baltimore, Maryland, Atlantic City, Cohoes, New York, and Providence, Rhode Island. Go to JimmyDore.com for a link for tickets.

Hey, so this drone thing's happening. And what we know, this is from The Guardian, what we know. Turns out they don't know anything. What? Spoiler alert, they don't know anything.

It's not the Iranian mothership, as the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan told us, but we didn't listen. Scores of nighttime drone sightings have been reported across the eastern coast of the United States in recent weeks, sparking panic and conspiracy theories ranging from a secret government program to a nefarious plot by a foreign power. I can tell you for sure it's not a foreign power.

Well, I would like to point out how insane of a country is this that you have to sit here pondering what it could be. And that's normal. Instead of them just having a fucking jet. We spent a trillion dollars on the military and they can't send a jet up there to shoot that thing down? Or go find out what it is? They have to legally. That's how you know it's theirs or NATO's, I guess. And also...

So that's how you know it's the U.S. military doing this. They're not allowed to let them fly over there. It's in Oak Ridge, too. You should get Scott Rouse, the body language guy. He was just on NewsNation because he saw crazy-looking ones. It's like a trade show of drones. We got drones. Drones that sound like planes. Drones that sound like drones. They're even flying them over military bases. And you're telling me that...

Anyways, let's get through this story because I'm tired. Okay. President-elect Donald Trump has, without evidence, claimed the outgoing administration is hiding something about the sightings. You know why? Because they are. Without evidence? I would say the drone parade is the evidence. Yeah, I think that would be your evidence. The fact that there's a parade of drones over New Jersey and the military is not doing a fucking thing about it.

He made a Chris Christie hamburger joke. Is that what they meant by without evidence? You saw that the picture of Chris Christie getting McDonald's by drone? Yes. They posted. While officials in New York and New Jersey, the focus of much of the frenzy are frantically looking for answers. Hey, what what did both the invading aliens and Orson Welles have in common? What? They both knew that if you're going to attack Earth, start with New Jersey.

Yeah, that's true. At least back in 1938, you could pretty much start a stampede with a radio play. Of course, now it's a real-life video game to most guys, and they just start going pew, pew, pew, pew, pew out of their backyard with live ammunition. Yeah.

Well, somebody has to. The drones are taking over our skies, Jimmy. By the way, that big story, that never happened. The Orson Welles panic. A couple people called the sheriff's office to ask if it was real, and the sheriff said no, and they went about their business. The papers all said that. The papers made it into it. Because they didn't like radio. That's right. That was like the

competition of the time. So when you see the New York Times writing a hit piece on Rumble or YouTube, it's the same thing back then. They were trying to scare people away from radio, the newspapers. Misinformation could panic you. Yeah. I mean, the average male in a New Jersey suburb is better armed than an invading alien. Anyway. No, it's not like Texas with guns in Jersey. I'm from there. Texas and Tennessee. Oh, in Oak Ridge. That's where my friend lives.

It's up and down the eastern seaboard. It's not just Jersey. I don't know why they just say Jersey. All over Oak Ridge and Nashville. So dozens of witnesses reported seeing drones in New Jersey in November and this month, including the residential areas, but also near a military research and manufacturing facility. Get a load of that.

Over railway stations and above one of Trump's golf courses, since the reports proliferated online, more and more unidentified flying objects, also known as UFOs, have been spotted across the country. Across the country, as Kurt just said. Drone sightings have been reported at a U.S. military base in Germany. It's a worldwide alien invasion. So they don't know where it's at. So watch this. There's so many things in the sky right now.

All the ones over here. There's two behind here. There's two over there. Yeah, look. Oh, my God. Look up in the sky. Something that is flying and has lights on it. We must be under alien invasion. I mean, that technology to put lights on flying objects is at least hundreds of years in the future. Am I right? I mean... That's a lame one. There's better looking ones. The point is they're all different.

So Scott has footage and he'll tell you about it because I'm seeing people go, these look like Ezekiel's wheel from the book of Ezekiel. Like you think they couldn't build that? Like they might have read Ezekiel as well and made a drone that looks like it. Come on, Kurt. That's how the aliens blend in by looking exactly like airliners flying into airports. Anyway, here's that. The people in Congress are going nuts. Watch this. I recognize the gentleman from Texas, Mr. Gonzalez.

Thank you, Chairman. And, you know, sometimes I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone up here. You're telling me we don't know what the hell these drones are in New Jersey are? He's talking to guys from the FBI. And they're telling the guys, we don't know what these are. Why is the FBI the ones handling this? Why wouldn't you call somebody at the FAA? Why wouldn't you call somebody in the military? But here they are. Is that correct?

That's right. It's crazy. I mean, that's what? That's right. They don't know what they are. You know what this is? It's Droneuary 6th. This is some kind of... They're allowing the drones to take a tour and we're supposed to pretend it's a drone attack and an insurrection of drones.

Crazy. That's madness that we don't know what these drones are. The Bureau is actively investigating. We don't know what these drones are the same way we don't know who's on the Epstein flight list. Also, you do know what they are. You just said they are drones. So you know what they are. Where they come from is what you mean. That's right.

the situation you wouldn't just shoot them down if we don't know what they are why wouldn't you shoot them down right it's it's something it's a foreign entity right oh i guess it's not foreign that's that's okay some some a little creepy all the people i know that know a guy you know that knows a guy especially when people know rogan i heard three different stories of what it is of why it's our thing and i really don't care which one it is to me like the very they're

That we have to sit here wondering should tell you what a despicable place you live in. That's right. That's insane. That's crazier than aliens. The fact that you have to JJ Abrams mystery box. That's right. Watching lost and it goes nowhere. That's what this shit is. Just the unexplained, uh,

sighting of drone activity over that part of New Jersey. We do not attribute that to an individual or a group yet. We're investigating, but I don't have an answer of who's responsible for that, of one or more people that are responsible for those drone flights. But we're actively investigating.

So aware of those drone sightings that have been reported. At this time, we have no evidence. So this is the Pentagon spokesperson. That these activities are coming from a foreign entity or the work of an adversary. She looks awful young to be. I mean, maybe that's just because I'm getting. They're all cast. You know, they're cast. Yes.

Representative Jeff Van Drew, who is a Republican from New Jersey, was just on the air saying that Iran launched a mothership probably about a month ago that contains these drones and that that mother Iran lost a mother ran.

I told you, Mr. Farrakhan warned us the mothership would come to America. Their ship is off the coast of the east coast of the United States. Is there any truth to that? There is not. No, but there is truth to the fact that we do. We are trying to start a war with Iran at the behest of Israel and Benjamin Netanyahu. And this might this we're testing this out to see if this is good enough of a reason. It doesn't look like it. Is there any truth that is called Project Jubing? Yeah.

I honestly got it. How old is this woman? Is she, she looks like she's 19 years old. Maybe that's just because I'm old now and everybody looks young to me. That's a kid. Everybody. She looks like she just got out of college. Yeah.

Maybe I'm wrong, but shouldn't there be somebody expert-y here giving me... Here we go. Truth to that. There is no Iranian ship off the coast of the United States, and there's no so-called mothership launching drones towards the United States. What I like about... I'm not supposed to make... I can't. I'm not supposed to talk about what people are wearing if they're women. Yeah. 36. She's 36? Well, she looks fantastic. She must moisturize. She must moisturize. She's 36.

Yeah. Okay. I'm still very young to be in charge of an international thing. 36 is, to me, a child if you're doing this job. What do you, like, that's very young. Okay. Like that CEO guy kills only 50. You know, like, that's weird. That's what I thought too, but anyway. States.

Is the public at risk? Is public safety at risk? Are we concerned that there are nefarious intentions that could cause either national security or a public safety incident that would put Americans at risk? There's nothing that is known that would...

lead me to say that. But we just don't know. And that's the concerning part. What's the White House message to the people up there who are frustrated that there isn't any information out there? And obviously, we hear them and we understand that. We are closely tracking this. We are... We're closely tracking it. We do. But we didn't send an Air Force F-15 up to take a look at it.

Again, if you flew a drone, Jimmy Dore, over Oak Ridge, the military base over there, all the military, it would be shot down. We shot down. That's right. And they would say something. The incidents that have been put forward and certainly made public. And we have the fact that she can't ever look up when she's answering a question.

I just was thinking that. You could see she's like, is this almost over? When someone can't look you in the eye, isn't that usually a sign that they're lying? Of course, she's always lying. I get that. And it's not just her. It's, you know, that's what...

Respect the agencies that I've already mentioned that are looking into this working closely With folks on the ground trying to get to the bottom of it I don't have anything more to share be trying to get to the bottom of it them working closely with people on the ground That's the part Are they closely working with people on the ground who would ask a question like that or ask for that as an answer to anything? Are they working closely with people on the ground?

The sky people, you're not too high and mighty with your sky friends. The ground people, you look what the fuck you talking about? So here is this is a senator. I forget what let's watch. I'm sure his name will come up. This is a senator and he's kind of pissed off. Watch this. You know, this started as some questions and now it's reached a point of almost insanity. You think about a United States. So, Senator, he's from New Jersey. Oh, this is the senator from New Jersey, John Bramnick.

And he's saying it's reached to the point of insanity. Wow. You know, this started as some questions and now it's reached the point of almost insanity. You think about a United States senator who has to go out with the local police to look for drones. That's where a United States senator is getting information. We had a briefing from the state police, the colonel in the state police. He was frustrated. He had no idea.

no idea where these drones are coming from. Not only did I call for a limited state of emergency and the FAA shutting down the airspace for drones, but also having the Department of Defense come in and answer questions. If the Department of Defense doesn't know where the origins are for these so-called drones, then we're in trouble. We always thought that if there was something in the air the size of a car...

that the Department of Defense would know where it came from, what its origin was, and what its purpose was. Now you have a United States senator going out with the local police, what, to look for fireworks at night? That is scary. It is terrifying. And Caitlin just reported President-elect Trump is calling for government transparency, which you are as well. He's saying maybe shoot them down if we don't get any more information. What is your reaction to that? How about shoot them down first? Yeah. Why would you not shoot them down?

If the military doesn't know what it is, the state police doesn't know what it is, the FBI doesn't know what it is, but there's these car-sized things flying around, you shoot them down. They're safer than black teens around authority? Right? No kidding. I would leave that up to the Department of Defense, but how can the Department of Defense not provide information to the public? Look at Trump. Mystery drone sightings all over the country.

Can this really be happening without our government's knowledge? I don't think so. So that's the former president of the United States, the incoming president of the United States, the top of the executive branch, saying that the government knows what's going on. Guess who else is saying that? I'm fucking saying that.

I'm saying that, too. Somebody inside the government knows. Who on this earth? There's only two possibilities I see for anybody is I either don't care about the drones at all or obviously they know what it is and they're just not going to tell you who would actually sit there and go, no, they don't know. Is this some kind of like this is the next version of Russiagate to try to undermine the Trump administration in some way? Droneuary 6th. Droneuary 6th.

See, even aliens are upset about Trump. You want aliens to invade? Elect Trump. Here we go. This is a shock to me. You know, I have a general belief in government, but this is taking me to the end of my belief that government is really being honest. Now, there's been some apparently top secret briefings, right, with Congress people. Now, they come out of that, and I heard Josh Gottheimer come at the representative, and he said, well, I'm not getting a lot of information, but

I don't think it's a threat. So my guess is there is information, but they're holding it back. And now what you have is panic. Originally some questions. Now you have serious, serious concerns. And at the next point, somebody is going to do something stupid. So the Department of Defense has to come clean with the American public. So to your point, the FBI says they have no evidence of malicious activity or intent in these drone flights. What is it that they might not be telling us and why? Hold on. Hold on. So they said there's no malicious intent. How do they know what the intent is? Again, they're just making shit up.

Do you remember the Iranian drone that we sprayed jet fuel or sprayed jet fuel on our drone? Yes. And the big deal that was about one drone. Yeah. And that drone that Trump didn't go to war over, which they were mad at him for in Iran, that's one drone. The skies are flooded over military bases with drones. So if that's a foreign entity, you would think they would be losing their mind like it was a Chinese balloon. That's right. Ha!

Well, no evidence that this is a threat. What does that mean? How does that help an average citizen? No evidence of a threat? You mean they didn't do anything sinister yet? Well, you know, yet. Yeah, I probably can make that statement. And I have no top secret clearance based on what I've seen so far. Looking out my window, it doesn't appear to be a threat to our country. OK.

Why? Well, because I looked out the window. That's all I'm getting from the federal government. And every every single person, Democrat or Republican, has been calling for the same thing. That's why I have some concern that there is something very secret going on, because how did the people with the technology have no idea? Except it's not if they're saying it's not a threat. It must be something going on. That's real, real top secret. Senator, have you had this kind of discretion from the government before when you've asked them questions straight out?

I've never seen anything go on this long. And why would the government allow the public to be so frustrated? Why would the government allow a United States senator to be so frustrated? We heard this from both sides of the aisle. Now, that brings me to the point that whatever these drones are doing, the government really doesn't want us to know. What that must mean is they're more concerned with us getting knowledge and being afraid of that information than having no knowledge and having all these questions.

That's why I'm worried about it. It must be something going on that they can't tell us because they are so fearful of what the public's going to do when they hear what the drones are doing. There's no way the Department of Defense does not know what's going on. We have not heard. Have we heard one word from the Department of Defense? Zero. Unbelievable. And you are calling for a limited state of emergency and a ban on flying drones like you and I just talked about a moment ago. The FAA has already imposed no-fly zones. The drones are still in the air. Nothing is being done. How would what you're calling for change the situation? Obviously, whoever is putting these drones in the air isn't really caring about these warnings.

Well, I'm not sure about that because who's ever putting the drones in the air is not they're not violating the law technically. So if we put that in effect, we would see whether or not these individuals who are setting them up are bold enough to violate the law right now. Why should they stop assuming they're a private entity? I never would believe that is a private entity. But if so, why do we need? Let me ask you a question. Is there some reason we need drones that badly right now in the air when people are panicking?

Shut them down. FAA should shut them down. Who are they helping? All they're doing is creating panic. I agree with you to that point. What do you want to tell your constituents, Senator? Continue to put pressure on. And it's not even state officials. I saw Larry Hogan said something the other day. This is a federal government that's not coming clean. And I'm not one of these conspiracy people. But if this continues, you're going to see conspiracy theories that, in my judgment, are create panic. So come clean now. Everyone on both sides of the aisle is asking for this. And I'll tell you something. The citizens deserve better.

So Michael Tracy said it would seem the primary hysteria to be worried about right now are elected officials chomping at the bit to attribute these drone sightings to the typical cast of scary foreign adversaries in hopes of whipping up a war fervor and or funding more military industrial expenditure. Yeah. Jimmy, that, well, after watching that, you saw, I don't know if you saw Tim Dillon tweeted, uh,

But I'll bet you it's probably something like this. And I think it was a joke that Tim tweeted, but there's some loose nuke that they're trying to scan for with the drones, you know, or something like that. There's some emergency thing where we got to find this thing. Well, there's, you know what? There's going to be a debunking of that later in this. Oh, oh, thank God. I will be delighted to hear that debunked.

These are the transformer aliens attacking us, the distractions. They're here to take our eyes off the ball, right? And we get to shoot them down. Guess why? Because we paid for them. Nobody shot one down, have they? No. No.

But apparently a comedy show with Steve Carell wasn't enough to get the Space Force budget they wanted. And here we go. And just remember, ladies and gentlemen, the feckless response to the Chinese Communist Party spy balloon. When that thing traversed America, it went over one planet.

Very sensitive base, including the B-2 bombers base after another. We did nothing except say, oh, it's a spy balloon. Or is it? Or is it a weather balloon? I still can't get over that one. The elusive maneuvering of these drones, I would suggest, suggests a make. Yes, that treacherous weather balloon warrants orbital global dominance. Yeah. Because a regular United States Air Force pilot would certainly not dive at the opportunity to finally shoot at something.

Come on. I think he's underselling it, Jimmy, because it didn't just traverse America. It traversed from mainland China. That's right. Intentionally, not because of the weather patterns that our own government later said probably was from that.

It went all the way across all our bases, which, again, look like a predator Megan's Law profile app. If you want to look up where our bases are. Nobody shot it down. It got all the way through all the way to Billings, Montana. I don't know what sensitive shit's there, but I'll be glad to tell the Chinese everything I know for six dollars. Fuck Billings.

And then it says white, the size of a school bus, and says China on it. Military power sophistication that begs the question whether they have been deployed to test our defense capabilities or worse by violent dictatorships, perhaps maybe Russia or China or Iran or North Korea. I mean, they have the capability and they certainly have the motive. The Pentagon has said

The drones are not ours. I've written defense. And when is the Pentagon ever lied? When have they ever lied? Name one time. Name once, Jimmy. Name once. Other than the ones the great Tony Clausen mentioned throughout history. Every single work. Except to start every single war, they've lied. And about Afghanistan for 20 straight years. But other than that.

Secretary Lloyd Austin asking the Pentagon to authorize the use of force to down one or more of these unmanned threats to uncover the mystery. How do you know it's unmanned? Maybe they were womaned. Maybe they... Bring them down over the ocean, over an area where there's no population. Bring them down and find out who's doing it.

Knowing that drone warfare has radically changed war fighting in Ukraine and Russia, the Middle East and elsewhere, this is not the time to trivialize or dismiss the threat.

Okay. You know what, Jimmy? Oh, I just read that you have to you need an FAA license to fly a drone. And the penalties for flying can be serious. Twenty seven thousand five hundred dollars for failing to register a drone up to two hundred and fifty thousand dollars for flying an unregistered drone.

Also, flying it over any military base, I'm pretty sure there's laws about that. Why wouldn't they shoot it down? Hey, we have a national defense system, but if a foreign enemy wants to fly aircraft over our military bases, we don't do anything about it. What? Oh, my God. Do you think the chick from Secret Service is in charge of the drone defense? Maybe. It's like a Kimberly Cheadle joint.

An FBI official has said that the agency has received 5,000 tips through a hotline and that less than 100 of those were deemed worthy of further investigative activity. So about 100. A Department of Homeland Security official said there is no evidence of a threat to the fuck. So here's what Michael Schellenberger says.

He says the government insists drones aren't violating restricted airspaces over military bases, but they have frequently for years. And now the Air Force admits drones invaded the airspace over its Wright-Patterson base in Ohio on Friday night. From what drone incursion closed Wright-Patterson Air Force Base's airspace Friday night. That's the latest is the is the.

latest installation to deal with the mysterious drones. There it is. Oh, man. It's like the trouble with dribbles from Star Trek. He says the airspace was blocked for around four hours late Friday night into early Sunday. Oh, the drones are mating and making more drones. How are we going to clean them off this base? We're dealing with it. The story notes that it is notable that the one spotted over Wright-Patterson is

As with the other U.S. military installations, we're seen by trained observers that are equipped with high-end gear to maintain security and to discriminate between friend and foe. What? So these aren't just yahoos in their car or their backyard. These are trained observers equipped with high-end gear to maintain security and discriminate between a threat and a not threat.

So it is Iran. Can anyone think of other instances in U.S. history when the senior U.S. officials, including cabinet members, have so openly denied what military base commanders are telling the public?

Well, Jimmy, I know this is debunked, you told me, but it sounds like a lot of big play acting like, hey, tell us what it is. And they can't because they're searching for a loose nuke or whatever the fuck. So here's Biden's officials in his cabinet, Mayorkas and Kirby said, we have not seen drones penetrate restricted airspace, except that the military saying that they have. There are no reported or confirmed drone sightings in any restricted airspace.

Of course they have been. So he's saying when that has the cabinet, senior U.S. officials, including cabinet members, so openly denied what the military is saying. Do the people that do this propaganda not understand that when your credibility is gone, you can't pull off this kind of horseshit and you're going to get a lot of apathy and anger at you and that's it? Hey, federal officials, looks like you're in a pinch. Need a way out? Say it was AI that took over the drones.

But you'll have it under control again soon. That's right. AI to the rescue once again. It's the new devil made me do it. He goes out, he asks Chatbeat GPT. Instances where senior U.S. officials, including cabinet members, have publicly denied claims.

made by military commanders are relatively rare but not unprecedented. Historically, such situations often arise during periods of heightened public scrutiny, security concerns, or potential pressure. Here are a few notable examples. UFO encounters...

and military reports from 1940s and 50s. During the early years of UFO sightings, such as the events in Roswell in 1947, high-ranking military and government officials, including the U.S. Air Force, frequently dismissed reports as weather balloons or experimental aircraft. This contradicted accounts from local military personnel who initially described the incidents as involving unidentified objects.

The dissidents created decades of skepticisms about the government's transparency.

Hey, actual aliens, I say you get down here soon so you can clear your name because these guys are making you look like a bunch of amateurs. Number two, Vietnam War body count strategy. Senior officials in Washington, including Defense Secretary Robert McNamara, often issued optimistic public assessments of U.S. military success in Vietnam, focusing on enemy body counts as a measure of progress.

These claims were sometimes contradicted by on-the-ground commanders who reported significant challenges and questioned their accuracy. Number three, Iraq war and weapons of mass destruction. In the lead-up to the 2003 Iraq invasion, senior officials, including Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld and Secretary of State Colin Powell, publicly asserted that Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction. After the invasion, military personnel on the ground reported that no such weapons were found.

Number four, Afghanistan withdrawal in 2021. During the chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan, senior officials, including Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, often painted a more controlled picture of the evacuation efforts. This contradicted reports from military commanders and service members who described a far more chaotic and dangerous situation.

In each of these cases, the discrepancies between government statements and reports from military personnel reflected broader tensions between the public messaging and the realities of complex or politically sensitive situations. They often led to increased distrust and scrutiny of official narratives. No kidding. Jimmy, I just got texted by my buddy, the Zero Hedge article, that the invasion is just in time for Congress to reauthorize Orwellian law.

I haven't read it yet, but I assume they were like, we need more drone control, and it's probably going to extend in some bizarre way. So here's the guy Rogan tweeted out. This guy's saying he thinks it's loose nukes, right? Yeah. And so Schellenberger says there is zero evidence of loose nukes. The behavior of the government is not what it would be if there were. And what, they're searching for them in military bases? Yeah.

The theory not only lacks evidence, all the evidence is against it. That's according to Schellenberger. He's saying, so this guy said that he's on the know, he's on the inside, he's the CEO of a drone manufacturing company, he has government contracts, and he thought that the drones are looking for loose nukes, but Schellenberger points out, you'd be looking for loose nukes over military bases? That doesn't make any sense. Okay, uh...

Or gas leaks, he said. Okay. Colin Ruggs says, just didn't... So that's the guy, and then that's it. So all I got to say is...

By the way, the nukes aren't loose. They're probably in Israel. How about that? Loose nukes was actually the name of my old podcast. Whenever someone tells you that you must be afraid of what is upcoming, but they don't give you the details, they're manufacturing a panic. And that's what it sounds like they're doing.

Wait, Jimmy, okay, when you say loose nukes, I think of like someone's loose pit bull is on the run. So I don't go, oh no, a loose pit bull. I go, whose dog is this? So whose loose nukes is it? Why isn't that part of the propaganda, right? Whose loose nuke is it? That's the main question I would have. Right. So as Trump says, the government's hiding something. And even that New Jersey senator, the senator from New Jersey says the government's not telling us.

So they're trying to create a panic for something. No, they don't want people to panic. That's why they can't tell us. Yeah. If I wanted to hate, if we panic, like it's not the ultimate form of control that works every single fucking time. If I wanted to be led along pointlessly forever with nonsense, I would ask Kamala Harris a question.

Okay. All right. So there we covered it. I was trying not to cover this story, but there I finally covered it. Yeah. We were droning on and on about it, some would say. Yes. All right. All right.

So I don't know if you heard about this, but ABC News has settled a Trump lawsuit. ABC, Trump was suing ABC for $15 million. Or I don't know how much, but they're going to pay him $15 million. They're going to give $15 million to the presidential library and a million for his attorney fees. And Stephanopoulos has to apologize for the false claims he made. Can we get another article on how only the corporate media can be trusted? Wow. The news is...

The news is so shocking that wherever Rob Reiner has relocated to, it's going to make him pack up and move again. That's right. What's going on? Okay. So I want to, this is what George Snuffleupalus got in trouble for. He kept, first of all, he was hectoring a woman who's a rape victim, using her rape victim status against her for supporting Donald Trump, someone who has not been convicted of rape.

But this guy, George Nuffalupagus, lied on behalf of his credibly accused multiple times, Bill Clinton, of sexual assault and rape by Juanita Broderick. Credibly accused many times. They paid off one woman, Paula Jones, I think they gave her almost a million dollars. And who was the guy doing it? They had a war room set up to attack any woman who said something about Bill Clinton. That's how often it was happening.

And he was out in front of it. So here's here's the this. This turned everybody's stomach here at the show anyway. Watch what he does to her. I still get judged for it today. I'm asking you a very simple question. And I explain you're shaming me for my political choice. I'm asking you a question about why you endorse someone who's been found liable for rape. Oh, so that's the lie. He wasn't found liable for rape.

So that's the lie. By the way, they had the most corrupt judge in the whole country presiding over that in New York so that this woman, Jean Carroll, who I'm convinced is making it up, they had, looks like she's making it up, they literally had to change the law so that she could sue him because it had way passed statutory time limits. They passed the law in the legislature of New York State.

That then it was it was they gave it some kind of name like, oh, you have a one time you can go back and accuse somebody of something that happened. So they're saying this happened in the 90s. The woman never said anything until right when Donald Trump's about to win the presidency again, some 30 years later. And anyway, so that's what this is about. And so he keeps saying so that was the lie. He wasn't found liable for rape in a court. He wasn't.

It was not a criminal court. It was a civil court. And by the way, she joked about the judgment and what she was going to do with all that money. And I find that offensive. But as a rape victim who's been shamed for years now because of her rape, you're trying to shame me again by asking me this question. You've repeated that again and again and again. I think it's offensive. As a woman... I mean, this is a guy who repeatedly attacked women on behalf of Bill Clinton, who's been credibly accused of rape...

But he didn't have the government doing lawfare against him because Bill Clinton went along with the war machine and Wall Street. I find it offensive. My political choices, I've endorsed the man that I believe is best for our country. It's not Joe Biden. And you looked at the dueling rallies yesterday in Georgia. Lakin Riley's family was with Donald Trump. They weren't with Joe Biden. The same guy yesterday that apologized

Apologize for calling her killer and illegal. Who wasn't illegal? And here you are trying to shame a rape victim. I find it disgusting. I mean, you keep saying I'm shaming you. You are. The question is, it is. What else do you think you're doing? Presidential candidate. What else do you think? Of course, you're doing that. Of course, you're using her rape victim status against her. That's exactly what you're doing. And also bringing up a fake rape to do it. That's right. Fake as hell. You're asking a rape victim. I'm.

And there's no question about that. And you courageously talked about that. You're questioning my political choices because I've been raped. I think that's disgusting. No, I'm questioning your political choices because you're supporting someone who's been found liable for rape. Actually, I'm not trying to shame you. You are. That's exactly what you're doing. You're not answering the question. I think it's disgusting.

Well, you're welcome to say that, but you also have to answer the question. Why are you supporting someone who's been found liable for rape? I just answered your question. What is the answer? He was not found guilty in a criminal court of law. It was a civil, it was sexual abuse. It wasn't actually rape, by the way. And E. Jean Carroll joked about all the money she's going to get and made a mockery out of this case. And I think that's a

There's a reason why women don't come forward. And when you have someone who says that they're raped and they make a mockery out of this civil court judgment, it's offensive to other women. It makes it harder for other women to come forward when another woman has made a mockery of it. You said women don't come forward because they are afraid. They are afraid because they are defamed by those who commit the rape. They are afraid to come forward, as you said, because they are defamed by those who commit the rape. That's what Donald Trump has been found guilty of doing. He defended himself.

over that and denies that it ever happened. But he was not found guilty in a criminal court of law. He worked for Bill Clinton. He worked for Bill Clinton. It's like if he worked for Jeffrey Epstein and he's sitting there trying to shame a rape victim. It was unbelievable. That just shows you who George Nefenopoulos is. So...

ABC agreed to pay $15 million to Donald Trump's presidential library to settle the defamation. And for everybody who's laughing at the idea of Donald Trump library, just picture the Joe Biden library. It's going to, you know, you walk in and there's just going to be a post-it notes everywhere reminding Joe Biden of where he is. It's going to be in Ukraine too. So you're probably not going to see it. And so this is just strictly to humiliate them because they could have easily been told to spend that money at the tables in Vegas and

And by the way, George, look at Snuffleupagus. All of a sudden, his Twitter account deleted. George Snuffleupagus doesn't exist. Oops, he must have sat on his phone accidentally and butt-deleted his account.

I wonder if his account got raped. ABC News has agreed to pay $15 million towards Donald Trump's presidential library to settle defamation lawsuit over anchor George Stephanopoulos is an accurate honor assertion that the president elect have been found civilly liable for raping writer E. Gene Carroll. So this is adjudicated. This was another. It was another lawfare. And I'm going to show you who the judge was in this case.

The story came from law and order, for the record. As part of the settlement made public Saturday, ABC News posted an editor's note to its website expressing regret over Stephanopoulos' statements. They're going to pay a million dollars for his legal fees, too. Here it is. Editor's note. ABC News and George Snuffleupagus regret statements regarding President J. Trump's, Donald J. Trump's,

made during an interview by George Snuffleupagus with Representative Nancy Mace at ABC's This Week on March 10th, 2024. And nobody actually regrets their comments. What he regrets is that his comments blew up in his face like a gag-exploding cigar. He's sorry that their bullshit got called out. He thought he was doing his job. And George Snuffleupagus is operating in a world...

where even someone who is supposed to tell the truth no matter what, you know, like a news reporter, is now publicly shamed for having an opinion that goes against the script. So right under your nose, you're watching somebody openly be the opposite of everything they're supposed to be. And if you see it often enough, you burn out and you stop caring that this is going to continue to happen. And that's how these things keep happening. You know, that'd be fine.

Look, that'd be fine if you were burnt out and stopped caring. But what gets at me is people getting really moralizing and self-righteous. That's right. They didn't listen. That's right. Go tune out if you want. But don't come at me with morals with something. George Stephanopoulos. Are you joking? During a live this week interview, representative of the photos and follow up. Neither very good. Yeah.

So neither verdict involved the finding of rape as defined under New York law. In the first of the lawsuits to go to trial, Trump was found liable last year of sexually abusing and defaming Carol. A jury ordered him to pay $5 million. Okay. In January at a second trial at federal court in Manhattan, Trump was found liable in addition to for defaming her. And they had to, she had, he had to pay $83 million. Trump's appealing both those, right? And again,

Well, I could be wrong, but I don't think he was found. What they found him liable for was saying she wasn't his type, and then they showed pictures of Marla Baples and his older wife, and they're all blonde. So that was like the thing that hinged on. I don't remember him ever. That's why they say adjudicated. She's a former advice columnist. She went public in 2019 memoir with her allegation that Trump raped her in the mid-90s. She couldn't remember the date it happened. Shouldn't that be...

At a Bergdorf Gerdman, that's a luxury Manhattan department store across the street from Trump Tower after they cross paths at an entrance.

They allow that at that fancy store. Did you know that? Yeah. We'll just let you do that at Bergdorf Goodman. No one would even. Trump denied her claim, saying he didn't know her and never ran into her at the store. After she'd agreed to help Trump shop for a gift for a woman, Carol, that's what, according to her, she testified that he pushed her against a dressing room wall, stamped his mouth onto hers, yanked down her tights and shoved his hand and then his penis inside her while she struggled against him.

And she didn't tell anybody. She didn't yell. She didn't tell anybody. She just walked. 2016, she didn't bring it up. She didn't bring it up in 2016. Didn't bring it up. She finally need him to get her off of her. And then she fled. Yeah. It wasn't until Reid Hoffman paid for the whole thing. That's right. In upholding the $5 million judgment in the first trial, the U.S. District Judge Louis Kaplan. Keep that in mind. He's probably the most corrupt judge in the whole country. And I'm going to show you why in a second.

That you see that. Have you seen the judges? They got to preside over his case, his cases. They look like supernatural creatures. They're there. They're they are beyond mental cases. Well, I like the one Biden just pardoned the cash for. Yeah, that's right. Great job. So I can't believe we didn't cover that today. Yeah.

He wrote that the unanimous verdict was almost entirely in favor of Carol, except that the jury concluded she had failed to prove that Trump raped her within the narrow technical meaning of that particular law. Okay. Kaplan, who presided over both of the same judge for both that woman's lawsuits against him, the same judge. I wonder why they did that. Said the definition of rape was taken under New York law rape. Okay. Okay.

The judge said the verdict did not mean that Carol failed to prove that Mr. Trump raped her, as many people commonly understand the word rape. The jury found that Mr. Trump, in fact, did exactly that. This is what this guy's saying. So here's the actual thing. U.S. District Court of Southern District, E. Jean Carroll versus Donald Trump. This is what they call, it says the verdict form. Did Ms. Carroll prove by a preponderance of evidence that Mr. Trump raped her? No. There it is.

Which is very narrow. Like you had to actually have done it, you know? And so that judge who presided over this case, which was another sham case, just like January 6th, just like the Fannie Willis one, just like the one... Letitia James, the other guy. Yeah, they're all... All the Soros lawyers. So this is from the International Association of Democratic Lawyers. More than 200 lawyers...

Filed a judicial complaint against that judge, Judge Lewis A. Kaplan. That's the guy, this Donziger judge? Over abusive targeting of human rights advocate Stephen Donziger. Now, I've showed you Stephen Donziger. We had him on the show because he won a court settlement against an oil company. And then the oil company got corrupt judges like this to go after Donziger.

And it's so much so that get this. There was a complaint signed by 37 different organizations representing 500000 lawyers worldwide. Detailed shocking violations of the code of judicial conduct by a U.S. judge and long running Chevron retaliation campaign.

Wait till Crystal Ball hears about this because she was a big champion of Donziger. Was she not? Yeah, but of course she won't. She'll ignore this part. Chevron and Kaplan targeted Donziger after he helped indigenous peoples win a landmark $9.5 billion judgment against Chevron in 2011 for dumping oil and waste in Amazon, in the Amazon. So Kaplan was the judge who did this and 500,000 lawyers worldwide called what he did shocking violations.

of the Code of Judicial Conduct. - This isn't new. What's new is because it happened to Trump, people had to, like Republicans who love the cops, had to see how the cops work. - Yeah, and so now, so this is how corrupt your government is. They had to get that lawyer, they had to find the most corrupt lawyer in the country to preside over both of those things, 'cause both of those trials were corrupt.

They had to literally have the state legislator in New York completely change the law so she could bring this lawsuit. And they did it just so they could get Donald Trump and keep him from all these lawfare things. And again, you don't have to like Donald Trump.

You don't have to be a Trump fan to see what this means. If they could do this to a former president and a billionaire who was a darling of the establishment liberal media for decades and decades, if they could do this to him, they'll do it to Bernie Sanders or they'll do it to Cornel West. They'll do it to you. They'll do it to anybody. They'll do it to anybody who stands up against the establishment.

And that's why this is the smallest of ways. You could be 95 percent establishment like the first Trump term. That's right. That's not good enough. You've got to be a full on robotoid. And now Trump is also going to sue 60 Minutes over the Harrison. He's got a 10 billion dollar lawsuit. The network aired two different responses from the vice president responding to a question about the war between Israel and Hamas.

So after this, I'm really looking forward to seeing how Trump's lawsuit against CBS turns out. So he's got to. And I just want to I want to show you how Trump this guy is such a lying bitch. He's such a. So I work for Clinton. And that's why. And he's such a corrupt piece of shit that Donald Trump can have the moral high ground and expose him without even trying. What this is from earlier this year. Watch this. Going back to last June. Is there anything you regret?

Oh, absolutely. I'd love to have done certain things over, but you can't. You can't. But that's true in life. I'd love to have done in life certain things over, I guess. And you would have to give me one. You would have loved not to have contributed to the Clinton Foundation. There are things that you wish you didn't do. OK, you came very close to the edge. You would have loved to have had that decision over again. Wow. It's like watching a bug walk into a Venus flytrap.

Yeah, that's George Stifelopagus. Hey, Jimmy, remember when we reported how they changed the law to do this Trump thing? Yes. Okay, for one year, you can bring up stuff. For one year. But then, I guess, forever hold your rape inside and don't bring it up again. That's how they got Nitty.

All these other people inadvertently got caught up in that one-year thing. Oh, no kidding. Yeah. So here's George Stephanopoulos. He disclosed that he gave $75,000 to the Clinton Foundation while covering the Clintons for ABC News. He had to apologize for that. This is real. Shouldn't they be paying him? Right? You would think. What kind of punk are you? They should be paying you to be doing this propaganda.

ABC News chief anchor George Stephanopoulos has given 75 grand to the Clinton Foundation in recent years, charitable contributions that he did not publicly disclose while reporting on the Clintons or their nonprofit organization. The On Media blog has learned.

Must be some tax thing. So why would he do that? You're right. They should be paying him. So he obviously wanted, he wanted, it was either some kind of tax thing or he wanted a favor from Hillary Clinton. Oh, that's how you get Clinton wishes. Yeah. So, well, this is him when he was lying for, when Bill Clinton, they literally had a war room.

And they would attack anyone because they knew there were going to be a dozen women at least come out of the woodwork to accuse Bill Clinton of sexual harassment. This is before the internet. And they did. And one of them had credible claims of a rape. And here's how...

Governor Clinton has a character problem, but I take it that your line of counterattack is that it's un... Well, I mean, he has not denied that he has engaged in marital infidelity. Bill Clinton's passed his character test throughout his life and throughout this campaign, and he's shown it through his commitments to real fights. His eyes are so shifted. So shifted. You see his eyes going back and forth?

I'm not a body language expert, but I know what my gut tells me, and my gut tells me that guy's a shifty liar. Can you start it again? Governor Clinton has a character problem, but I take it that your line of counterattack is that it's un... Well, I mean, he has not denied that he has engaged in marital infidelity. Yeah, but that's not what this is even about. Nobody cares he cheated on his wife.

People care that he does. They have an arrangement. Yeah, obviously they Clinton's had an arrangement for a long time. We can go out and bang women and she would look the other way. She's is they're both beards of each other. That's called being high class. And but look at that. Look at that. Look, look at that. But what we're talking about is when he was accused of assaulting women.

And these were credible, not fake like the one that Anna Kasparian did against me where she flashed her genitalia to the entire newsroom and then got mad and then tried to shut me up by blackmailing me. She tried to do it so you can't talk about how Aaron Maté is not a Russian asset. That's what it was about. She didn't make a real accusation. She actually moronically. Moronically. Gave you up to threaten you. Threaten, yes. So this experience of her flashing her employees. Yeah. That.

of her flashing employees, I will tell everyone how I flash my employees if you don't stop saying that was a lie. That's unbelievable. And she sent me a DM saying,

To try saying you're going to you've been running your mouth. Well, that's going to end because now I'm going to accuse you of sexual harassment. What? Because I was telling the truth about them lying about Aaron Mate saying he's being paid by the Russians and paid by Assad. That's what the young Turks were doing. They were smearing an anti-war journalist. And to get me to shut up and stop defending him, she tried to blackmail me.

It didn't work. She's the boss. And that's right. Also, she was my boss. It doesn't work if the boss. Dude, if you were showing dick neck around the office and someone said, hey, nice news pants to you. The very idea that you would threaten them is so insane. I know. And so, like, that's why I believe her that she just now figured out whatever she figured out. All right. Cenk was lying the whole time.

Let's watch this again. Bill Clinton has a character problem. But I take it that your line of counterattack is that it's un... Well, I mean, he is not denied that he has engaged in marital infidelity. Bill Clinton's passed his character tests throughout his life. Where did he take that character test? On Epstein Island? Ha ha ha! No, Rhodes. He's a Rhodes Scholar. Cecil Rhodes, the founder of apartheid.

and throughout this campaign. And he's shown it through his commitments to real fights. And what he's going to do in this campaign is focus on what's important to the American people, on the jobs and the education. That's what the American people care about. Why are you supporting someone who's been found liable for rape? Actually, what you're doing is defending a man who's been found liable for rape. I don't understand how you can do that. You're comfortable with Donald Trump being found liable for rape.

You know how he said the phrase intentionally over and over again, which is how you do, you try to put propaganda out, you repeat that same stupid fucking phrase, and it's not true because that's why he had to pay. That absolutely untrue statement that he said at least three times to embed it in the subconscious of the viewer, which they take classes in how to do that.
