Oh, well, because they made a deal with Donald Trump in Ho Chi Minh City, where Donald Trump is going to be able to build a Trump Tower there. $1.5 billion basically hand me out to Donald Trump and Trump's family. Clear, in my view, in my opinion, quid pro quo is taking place right there. Just give Trump a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
