I like that! Yes! Mess around! Mess around! That! Uh-huh! Mess around! Oh, man! Mess around! Look at that! Mess around! They messing around!
But OK, so when Prince first walks on set, I guess let's talk about that. So your memory, Damon, was don't look until you got permission to. Which seems like a choice that your body just made, not a hard rule. Yeah. You had to go. Was that the first time you met Prince Lamorne when he said, can you teach her how to be surprised? Yes. Yes, that was the first time that I'd met him.
Yeah, he sat with us, right? He was just sitting with us. We were doing bits together and he was laughing. Yeah, just a regular old dude, man. He had the eels on that lit up. Blue and red. Besides the high heels. Which is kind of cool. Blue and red, which makes purple. When he snapped them together. When he Wizard of Oz's he was just like light up purple. Magic City made him clap. Magic City?
Oh, no. I remember being so nervous when I met, when we did our scene with Alessandra Ambrosia and Anna Beatrice because, I mean, damn. They were as a top shelf and wait, was Giselle there? No. Giselle wasn't there. I just remember being them and like
They were like it wasn't they were struggling to do the bits, but it was one of those things where it was like trying to get them loose to do bits to do silly bits. I remember Jake's entrance and.
I think he got them a little looser because he was playing drunk Jake. Or drunk Nick, I should say. I just remember that whole bit of him. A lot of it, I think you've read the script, but a lot of it felt like he was improvising. It's all scripted. And there were other versions of this that I don't know if they made him do them that were so mean to the girls. It was like, get out of here, you giraffes. Just like...
But all scripted, all scripted things that were there that were so rude, so rude. The robots one, like he yelled at them. Yeah, probably did loosen them up because it's such a funny way to have Jake around you just yelling at you drunk.
Yeah, I still think about it. I still think about all the time that I didn't shoot my shot with Alessandra and I think I had we have photos of them That's all my it's like one of my first pictures on Instagram is really with the ladies you me really yeah all together Me you Jake no, please. Oh, yeah, I think I remember that photo I gotta go back and you know
What? Check it out. Look at it. Look at it. Whoa, David. Your body was moving. David, David. I'm going mad. Yeah.
Yeah, I wonder what would have happened if you shot your shot, you guys. I'm sure it would have worked out really well. No, no, no, no. I wasn't a very confident man back then. I would have did it. I think I was in a relationship back then, but I would have cheated. I think so, too. You for sure were. Hello. You're just fully married. No, I remember who I was dating at the time. I would have cheated. Stop. Stop.
I just found some Brazilian girls that are way prettier than you. Honey, I thought you were top-notch Brazilian, but these fucking girls. I like your wife now watching this clip being like, clearly a lie. Moving on. I'm fine with it.
Okay, so can I tell you the first time I met Prince? All right, so I'll tell you my Prince story. The reason I remember this story is because I told it to Dave Finkel, one of our EPs on our show, and he loves it so much. Every time I see him, he just now says the words back to me because it was so crazy. So there is truth to this story that is now out there a little bit, which is a year before Prince...
had reached out to my management and been like, hey, you know, Prince would like to have Hannah call him. And my response to my manager was, why? And she said, you want me to ask why he wants to call you? And I said, yeah. And he then, the response came back with, it's Prince. Which, by the way, fair and true. And I said, well, that's not a reason to like chat on the phone. So,
Like, there's no reason to call. So she's like, so you're not going to give your phone number? And I said, no. So then it became a little of this like cat and mouse game where it was, I think it was just more curiosity at that point. Because I don't, I think Prince has reached out to many people, men, women, friends, anybody just interested. And he's like, oh, I want to talk to them. And people always will be like, yeah, have Prince call me. Sure. Why not? And I think I was one of the only people that said no.
No. So finally he came back and he was like, well, Prince really wants to be on, you know, New Girl. So that's the reason why. Can Hannah, can I get Hannah's number so I can talk to her about it? And I said, well, if that's really the reason why, then he should contact Liz Merriweather because she's in charge of New Girl. And I actually can't help get anyone on the show. So if that's the reason why, call Liz. Fast forward to, I hear Prince is going to be on the show.
Right. And I was like, oh, my gosh, this is crazy. So we actually made his way onto the show. Great. And I didn't know I didn't I'd never met him. I didn't know him personally to know what the vibe was going to be. You know, I didn't know, really understand what's happening. So I show up on set and.
you know, there's guys that are like not so cool and not so nice and are just after kind of one thing. And then there's people that are cool and nice. You just don't know what you're going to get sometimes. And so I was erring on the side of caution of like, what if he's just like a creep showing up here at my job? I don't know. And I'll never forget. I said I walked on set. Prince was on set and I went into the big room where all the extras were and went to the back of it.
And even though we were supposed to sit in a village and I sat in the back corner and I was like, I'm just going to come out. I'm going to do my scene and I'm going to go home. Like, I'm not engaging. I'm not whatever. I love Prince's music. I don't know the man himself. I'm separating myself. And then it was like the seas parted of people because Prince walked into this room because I guess he'd found out I was on set and walked straight through the
and stood there and this is after you know he'd been emailing like with my management for like a year or his team had been emailing my team so now we're face to face and he's like hello and i did bring my phone in i broke the rule and i was like oh god i don't know what to say i don't know what to say and so i looked i looked up and i was like hi and he's like how are you and i went i'm tired
And he said, and then I went into my phone and just stared at my phone. I was so rude. I looked at my phone. I just stared at my phone. And I remember, I didn't know what to do. What are you going to Google this person standing in front of you? I didn't know what to do to distract myself. So I just took a picture of myself. I have this really weird selfie. It's a way too close of myself. And I know I took it when Prince was standing in front of me. And he goes, well, then tonight I'll dream for you.
Clean up on aisle five. I was like, I'm tired. He's like, well, tonight when I sleep, I'll dream for you. And I was like, oh, and then I didn't even look up. Didn't even acknowledge it. Didn't laugh. Didn't smile. It got real awkward. And he left. That was it. And then I never spoke to him again the entire day of shooting. They kept our ping pong scene to the last scene because he had said, I want to play ping pong with Hannah.
And we did that one take. And so when we went in to go shoot the ping pong scene at the end, we started chatting. And because we were like in a room alone together, I realized because you can, you know, intuitively with somebody when you're alone with them that he's like,
A very sweet person. He was actually just like a really sweet, kind person. And we had a big talk about like my mom, my mom was coming to visit and he was like, she should come out to a show. And we just had this really nice chat and it was very sweet. And then that became like the foundation for our friendship, which we then had for years. But our initial meeting with him, I was very rude and standoffish because I didn't know what kind of guy he was going to be.
I love how Hannah is saying like during this time, all of his courting in the beginning, she was like, I don't know what he wanted. I didn't care. I was rude. I had my suspicions. Hannah, you're doing all the things that...
Make those kind of guys want you more. Well, what am I supposed to do then? I'm not going to call. I'm not going to give them my number if I know I'm not interested that way. You should have been like, what's up, little dude? And just dap them up. Pat his ass. Give him a kiss on the forehead. Slap his butt. You'd have been like, dude. Yeah. I just, you know...
You're a good girl because me in your position, I would have been such a good girl. If I were a girl, I would just be like, all right, come here. I'll never forget Jake being genuinely mad at me.
because he was like it's prince prince is saying like i'll fly your mom and you out to a show he would i would say well i can't because my mom's coming and she lands that day and prince will be like i'll move the show like i'll do i'll do it on another he's like hannah go for the experience like go and i was like that's like sending the wrong message like i like the person a lot he's really interesting and fun and smart to talk to we'll be friends but like i'm not interested like that and i don't
I don't even know if Prince was interested like that. I think he just found me curious because I just was like, I'm not interested. And I don't think anybody has been not interested. Everybody wants to hang out with Prince because it's Prince. What a story. No, he didn't find you curious. He might have felt she by curious because Prince dates his women by the threes and they all have to look alike. So I'm being serious. I'm not sure if you noticed. I'm not sure if you noticed, Hannah, the women that he that he was with. He was with two of them and they both looked like you. They both are Indian.
Yes. He needed it. Maybe. I don't know if that's true, but I heard that he dates women and they have to look alike and they have to be by the threes. I have a question. Dark's going to get at three triple blacks. Wow. Do you remember, I think it was at the end of shooting that, was it that day? I don't remember, but it was late as hell. And he invited all of us to
one of his shows. He was doing shows in LA and we all canceled on him because we were- We were shooting really late one night and yeah, the email came in and they're like, hey, he's doing a show. He'd love the whole cast to come and then we're going to go party afterwards and nobody could go because we were working. Yeah, that pissed me off so much. I remember that. I was like, this should be a holiday. Like, you guys had him on a show. Give us tomorrow off. Yeah. Like, I-
That's like, that's like going to the, that's like going to like some big award show winning and then having to be on set at 6:00 AM the next day. Yeah. like, man, I ain't get a chance to celebrate this or nothing. That's happened a few times. I remember that when we'd have like something really important and big and fun to do. And they're like, so call times 4:45 AM. And you're like, okay. shit. Uh, okay. So let's, let's fast forward this Hannah. Um, let's go to a quick commercial break.
When we come back, we're going to dive back in to wrap up this episode. Lately on the NPR Politics Podcast, we're talking about a big question.

very black they are back okay so um we we talked a little bit about uh prince surprising nick and uh and jess now there is the moment where uh prince tells nick to leave and she's like i never thought i'd say this but prince and i need a moment alone
Like, what are you, I personally, I'm not going to reveal anything, but I know what that would feel like. Let's just say that much. I know what that would feel like. And what about you guys? Is that something that would like, if it was Prince, Damon, if Prince sat down with you or your wife and he was like, Damon, we need some time alone, just me and your wife. Would you, would you kick him or would you just be like, hey man, all right, cool. I don't know, man. I,
I remember one time early on in me and my wife's relationship, we were at like, we were in New Jersey. This is where she's from. We were in New Jersey. We were at California Pizza Kitchen and we were doing like some bit and she wound up saying like something about like,
We got on the topic of Maxwell. And she was like, ha ha ha. And she was like, I'd fuck him, right? And we laughed. Like, ha ha ha. And I got a little serious and jealous or whatever. She's like, shut up or whatever. And I go, all right, whatever. We go out that night. And fucking Maxwell is at the club that we go at. And he invites her to his session.
So I go to the bathroom. I come out. She's sitting right next to him in the freaking, what is that called? Sitting at his table with him. And then he invites me over and I'm sitting next to her and Maxwell is right next to her and he's chatting her in her ear. And I was fucking mad. Wait, but isn't that, didn't that happen with us?
When we were in Florida, we went to a club, all of us. We went to live and Maxwell was there. And wasn't Max there? And we got invited and we all sat with him at the table. It was Gabrielle Union. Yeah. Maybe Maxwell likes you, Damon, because he's following you around. I've been out with you once to a club and Maxwell was there. I partied with him after that, too. It was me. And who's the French dude from the Spurs?
Oh, yeah. It was the French dude from the Spurs? I mean, he's French. Boris Diaw? No. Oh, Tony Parker. Tony Parker. Tony Parker.
We all clubbed together. It was great. It's so funny you say that because I remember this moment in that club. Kawhi Leonard was there and he had a little brace on his hand and I remember he kept, you know, he's a very quiet guy and he kept leaning over saying something to me. He was like, what's that? I was like, I'm sorry, bro. I can't hear you. And he goes,
I'm a real big fan. And I was like, oh, thank you. He's like, yeah, I like the show. I was like, oh, thank you. And then Hannah, I remember you'd be right behind me. I was like, Hannah's here from the show. And he's like this. I was like, you want to say hi to her? He was like this. No, I can't. I can't. And I was like, oh, okay, cool. He's like, she friend zones everybody. She friend zone Prince. No. My ankle can't take it. I don't want to do it. Yeah.
You know what's really funny is I have a picture that we took in that club that night. And here's the thing. Nobody was like out of pocket. We'd had a long day of work and everything. We just got in there and took the picture. But because, you know, like flashlighting in a dark club, we look destroyed. It's like the worst picture. We look like such a mess. But we weren't. That's why I'll never share that picture because everyone's going to be like, what the heck were they doing? I was not busy in that. I feel like...
I was definitely drinking. I was drinking then. I think we got there, but the picture was before we were having too good of a time. There was definitely alcohol involved. Fun story, remember that trip we had? That was when we were promoting the show to get into syndication. So we had to fly to Miami.
And remember we flew on the same plane with Tim Allen. Yeah. So I was in Mexico recently and I see Tim Allen and, and we're at this like little dinner thing together. And I, and I walk, we're walking past and I say, Hey man, I'm such a big fan of yours. And he goes, Hey man, good to see you. And I was like, yeah. So we met before at the, and he goes, yeah, on the, the, in Miami, the plane, we were on the plane. I was like, yeah, yeah. And he goes, he goes, I hated you then. And I hate you now.
Santa Claus! That's such a good name. Not Santa! That's so good. I was stuck. I was like, I had no comeback. I had no comeback for him. But Santa's that great. I'm like, alright, you got me on that one. He was very nice. He was very nice afterwards. That's one way to stop further conversation. Yeah. He's doing a bit, obviously.
He was doing a bit. He was doing a bit. He was doing a bit. No, afterwards, he talked about how his family really loves New Girl. But Hannah, let's move forward. Where are we at now in this episode? I mean, we're about to have everybody pulled on stage. We're going to sing the song. We're going to do the thing. I mean, it's so funny to try to recap the Prince episode because...
Very few, you know, when you do 100 and whatever we did, 150 episodes of a show, you know, it all kind of blurs together. You know, you have these standout memories as you like rewatch it or something. But this Prince episode is like core memory stuff. And not just for us.
for I feel like everybody who watched it to see someone like Prince do like a silly mainstream network comedy that he sought out to be on is I remember when he died, the level and the wave of reaction that came from the New Girl fans, I feel like because they felt so connected
to Prince. Like it was just this, it's a different thing. And so to try to break down this episode and go through it, I think we've done a pretty good job, but as you go through it, it's like, it's, it's Prince. It's like bigger than just this, what this episode is. So when you ask where we're at in it, there's all sorts of little things like because they had to change all that Schmidt stuff and
because of the Kardashians left like that whole the lemon mouth game. Yeah. I guess they just, you know, there was extra footage of us just laughing and yelling at each other and just being stupid while they were, you know, just kind of getting into the scene. They had to use all that stuff, right, to make it compelling enough for Max to join because he wasn't standing across from
you know, Kris Jenner in this scene and about to close the deal on his fragrance and all of that. So these little moments where like these little changes happened in this episode that, you know... Wasn't there...
That song that Prince was singing, I remember it's a funny moment at the end where I think David says, how do you know all the words? You know, like, you know, she just knew the words. She just knew the words. And it's so funny to call that out because in TV, stuff like that happens all the time. I love it. I love it.
How do you know all the words? They really recorded that song. I for some reason, I remember it being a Prince and Zoe song. Yeah, that's wild to me. That's crazy. I mean, he loved Zoe, like loved Zoe. 500 Days of Summer is one of his favorite movies. I love Zoe. So I think that was a really cool moment for them to be able to do all of that stuff together.
Yeah, that was crazy to be actually at a Prince concert at work. Like to be at work and we're still at a Prince concert. And then to get up to go on stage and you're watching how Max dances. They didn't tell us where to go up on stage. We just all ran up on stage. And Max, of course, chooses the spot closest to Prince and dances like Schmidt. So crazy with his body. Yeah.
out of control it's so funny to re-watch and see all those moments and remember there's a looseness to it because it's very few moments you're on set where you kind of really do feel alive because anything could really happen because it was Prince speaking of looseness let's talk about the last scene between you and him when we talked about my mom we talked about my mom the whole time yeah you shot that one take we shot it in one well we so
you know, wanting to be on the show, loving new girl, loving Zoe. All these things are really true with Prince. I think he also, he was intrigued by my resistance to him. And so, and again, in a, in a, in more of just like a human curiosity way, I think if you haven't encountered something before, you're just like, what's this? And so he'd asked him when we go to like shot this scene, that it was just the two of us there. And, um, to give us a minute before they would kind of like,
put the mics up and roll camera. And I was like, all right, fine. Here we go. This is what you've been wanting for us to hang out. And we chatted and it was really interesting. We just chatted about life a little bit. And we, my mom was coming cause he was saying to come to a concert. And I said, well, my mom's coming. I haven't seen her in a while. And so we chatted for a while. And then finally we had to do this ping pong. Why are you guys laughing? You're like, she's the most naive human being that's ever lived. He was really nice. You guys.
He did that scene like, because you kept denying him, you think he did that scene like Dirk Diggler at the end of... He's like, I'm pretty. His purple dick hair. You guys, he was really sweet. I will tell you this, Lamorne, once he resurrects himself from underneath his giggling desk, I will say this, and Lamorne knows this to be true, is that I did a...
I did a loft meeting with our amazing costume designer, Deborah McGuire, and she talked about Prince wanting to be on the show to meet me. And I got caught off guard because I don't really tell the story very often. And I got caught off guard. I'm like, oh, gosh, what am I going to say? And it kind of got hijacked.
by the internet, by people being like, look how uncomfortable Hannah was. You know, this guy showed up at her job and this isn't okay. And everybody made all these like assumptions based on my reaction. But really it's like, it's, it's such a huge thing that happened. And we genuinely became really good friends.
And I just haven't shared it publicly. I'm a super private person. Prince said to me, he's like, he said, I thought I was himself the most private person, you know, in the world. And he's like, until I met you. He's like, I've never met someone. He said, you and Sade. Yeah.
are like the two most private people I've ever met. And because of that, he knew, like, because we basically wrote letters, emails, back and forth for years and years about all sorts of stuff, about, like, I'd recommend a book. He would send me music he'd record. He's like, what do you think? And we just became friends, and we would go back and forth for years. But because of that, I think he knew that whatever he shared and wrote or thought or whatever was safe with me because...
I don't bring it all public. I don't talk about stuff. I don't do it with my own life. I'm not going to do it with anybody else's life unless they're sharing the information first. And so when I got caught off guard by, with Debra, you know, she sweetly said something true. He did show up to kind of like come hang out.
I was like, ooh, what am I willing to share about my friend who passed away and isn't here to kind of say what he's comfortable with or not. So it was more that. And then the internet kind of took it in a different direction and made it into something it wasn't. And so I've been really excited to do this episode today because like,
he's my friend and i was really really really really sad when he died because he was someone for me also that i could write to about all these like you know interesting things that were happening and he's super smart and super funny and always had an interesting take on it and yeah and then your friend was gone so that was the reason why i had that reaction yeah i mean i just think it's you know all jokes aside i think that is such a remarkable relationship to like for
to be pen pals with Prince for years. And it's all platonic. And it's just like, you know what I mean? Like there's no, I feel like once he, I think he was pursuing you initially, but then once he realized like kind of who you are, he was like, oh, and I think he, he valued that over any type of,
you know, needing you in his harem or whatnot. And I think that's really cool. That's a cool relationship to have with such a woman. Thank you. Yeah, it was that too. I think I was a unique girl that was a friend in his life. And it became like a sisterhood, brotherhood thing. And it was really like, it was really special. And it was the last email I sent him. Because again, we emailed all the time. We wrote back and forth all the time.
was the day I found out he died. And I wrote to him and I just said, this isn't true, right? Because I was just like, I was in such disbelief because it's a very unique friendship, especially in this industry. We all have those friends that we know are just like that, but they're few and far between.
And so, yeah. What if he was like, what if he wrote back and was like, nah, it's not true. I'm with, I'm in Cuba with two. I was genuinely, I was genuinely hoping to be like, you can trust me. Please tell me this is something out. Like, please just tell me it's just like a, you know, like a fake Twitter death or something. Like, please tell me I was in just, I was like, unless it was really weird. What's what your brain does with grief. Cause I was like, I need him to tell me he died.
Like, I don't want to hear it. I was like a kid. I was like, I don't want to hear this on TMZ. Like, you need to tell me if you're going to go because you're my friend. You're the news. That's what I wanted in my friendship. I earned it in my friendship. I'll give you a moment to freak out. Oh, Prince, man. Man, we loved you. We are so grateful that you were on that show.

When a group of models from the UK wanted my help, I went on a journey deep into the heart of the adult entertainment industry. I really wanted to be a player boy model. Lingerie, topless. I said, yes, please. Because at the centre of this murky world is an alleged predator.
You know who he is because of his pattern of behavior. He's just spinning the web for you to get trapped in it. He's everywhere and has been everywhere. It's so much worse and so much more widespread than I had anticipated. Together, we're going to expose him and the rotten industry he works in. It's not just me. We're an army in comparison to him. Listen to The Bunny Trap on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. I started to live a double life when I was a teenager.
Responsible and driven, and wild and out of control. My head is pounding. I'm confused. I don't know why I'm in jail. It's hard to understand what hope is when you're trapped in a cycle of addiction. Addiction took me to the darkest places. I had an AK-47 pointed at my head. But one night, a new door opened, and I made it into the rooms of recovery.
The path would have roadblocks and detours, stalls and relapses. But when I was feeling the most lost, I found hope with community and I made my way back. This season, join me on my journey through addiction and recovery. A story told in 12 steps. Listen to Crems as part of the Michael Lura Podcast Network. And just like that, we're back. We are back. We are chocolatey, chocolatey, Nigerian black. Prince, okay, we're going to mess around. Let's talk about some Prince things. So have you ever been to a Prince concert? That's my Prince question for you. Oh, it's for us? Yeah. For you. For me, I have not. You've never seen Prince perform? No, I don't think so. Really? Yeah.
Even when he was like living in L.A. and did all those shows at the Forum? He invited us to one. You were even invited to a print show. He said, no, thank you. Wait, have you, Hannah? Yeah, I did before. I saw him before. Oh, you did before he was on the show. Well, before he was on the show. When I first moved to L.A., there was a print show and my friend,
friend, I don't know, was a music agent that did come along to the Prince show. And so I went and saw Prince perform. And it was I mean, it was an incredible show. It was amazing. And every day I was he was like pulling all these people up on stage and everything. And I was watching. I was like, wow, it's like so cool. Great show. Bye. Went home. That was my I did think I think I said that to Prince, too, because he's like, you should come to show. I was like, I've been to one. You were great. He was like, you know what? Well,
You know what's interesting about this particular mess around is that the questions here, we explained, you know, we talked about already. Yeah. You know, which of the guys would have become the best of friends with Prince? They had a chance to hang out with them. I think we established that it's Lamorne. And the insight on how this episode came to be. Prince wanted to, you know, make pancakes with Hannah. Yeah.
And was he a big New Girl fan? He was. In fact, I heard, and I haven't done a tour of, was it Paisley Park? I haven't done, you can do a tour of that, of his place apparently, that,
His kitchen, and Hannah, maybe you know if this is true or not, his kitchen, he has like, it's like an old school style 60s type kitchen with a tiny little TV on his table. So when he has breakfast in the morning, it's like an old TV. Apparently, part of the tour, they'll say, and this is where Prince watched New Girl. No way. Yeah. He watched the news in New Girl, apparently.
Get out of town. Those were his two things. That's what I heard. And I've heard that from multiple people who have done the tour. And I would get messages from fans about it. I did find out when I... Because I went back. It made me really emotional, actually. I went back and I read the majority. There's a lot. So I read the majority of our correspondents'
And he did, there's a review he wrote to me about the birthday episodes. He said that was one of the best episodes of New Girl that he's ever seen. And he loved it. And he went through all the reasons why he really loved it. And so I wrote back to him and I was like, do you mind? Again, I'm super private. So I was like, I'm protective. So I was like, do you mind if I share this review with our writers? Because I feel like...
you know, they often like don't get all of that like love shone on them. And he wrote a whole thing about why it was such a beautifully written episode, why it was funny and heartfelt and whatever. So he was a genuine fan of the show and watched it episode by episode and like had thoughts on it. He, you know, the Nick and Jess storyline, he would write me thoughts on it. So. You know who else was? Diana Ross. What? Really? Yeah.
What birthday episode? Are you saying all the birthday episodes? No, there's one called The Birthday Episode and it's the one that's right before actually, it's like 314. It was the one right before The Prince episode. So at that point, we were writing to each other and that one had aired. Oh,
And so he wrote me like a review on that one. I don't know anything of the first few seasons because we weren't friends then. But Diana Ross, Charlize Theron. Diana Ross. Yeah. She's a fan. I bumped into her at a party and she was like a huge fan of New Girl. Love the show. There's a lot of people that it was their comfort show that they watched it. Nice. Damon. Damon Jr. Yeah. I used to watch it. I'd be like, dude, I'd love to be on that show. Yeah.
And then you'd come on and be like, never mind. And then you'd come back and be like, wait a minute. And then you'd leave again and say, never mind.

Mr. Damien T. Is that truly what it is? That dammit was real then. You really forgot for a second. Yeah, I forgot it because I had to change my name on Instagram because I wanted it to be the same as my Twitter before Twitter went away. It's gone. And so I had to change it because somebody else took my name on Instagram when it first came out. And they were like, I'll sell it to you.
It was me. That happened to me. You know, the same thing happened to me. We were all told to join Instagram in season one of New Girl. And someone had taken my name and they were like, yeah, I'll tell you. And I was just like, what? No. And then Kanye had to say someone had taken Kanye's name. So he was
was for a while it was the real Kanye West. That was his Instagram handle. So I was like, oh, I guess that's what you're supposed to do. So people know the real one. That's why mine is the real Hannah Simone. There's your Kanye story you've been looking for forever with me and Kanye Lamar. You got it. There it is. The folks at home knew.
Hannah, that's a nice shirt you're wearing. Thank you so much. It's a classic.
