Thousands of New Yorkers are becoming ex-New Yorkers as vagrants and degenerates take up residence in Manhattan hotel rooms, prematurely released detainees from Riker's and other city jails stalk the streets, shootings continue to skyrocket, businesses collapse or depart for more hospitable states and the City still shows NO SIGNS of officially reopening.
