First, the Natural Gas Wars took another nasty turn yesterday. Russia’s cutting their supply to Europe by half, starting tomorrow. I’m going to explain the game that Moscow is playing.

Second, by now you’ve seen the headlines: Monkeypox is a global health emergency. I’m going to remind us that the big development here is not in the United States, but in the Congo, where something very strange is happening.
