Hey everyone, I'm Nick Kosir, the Dancing Weatherman, and it's time to take the quiz.

This is the quiz. History, pop culture, science, sports, civics. How much do you know? Let's find out. Five days a week, it's five questions in less than five minutes. We asked people on the streets of New York City to play along. Let's see how you do. Question one. What's the name of the mischievous Hanna-Barbera feline known for comically chasing his foe, Jerry? That's tough. That's tough.

Tom. That's right. It's Tom. Question two. When it closed in September of 2000, what Andrew Lloyd Webber musical was the longest running on Broadway? Aladdin. I don't have no history of it. Aladdin. That would be Cats.

On to question three. This presidential cat was so famous that he had a book and song written about him, though he was later given away by President Clinton for frequently fighting with the family dog Buddy. What was his name? Garfield? I have no idea. Tom? Jerry? Socks?

The correct answer is socks. Question four. In ancient Egypt, cats were considered a symbol of good luck and fortune and were even worshipped. Which Egyptian goddess of domesticity, childbirth, and fertility has the head of a cat? The things? I don't know. Cleopatra? If you guessed Bastet, you would be correct. Play, share, listen. Question five is next.

And question five.

In 1936, a French cat named Félicette made history as the first cat to travel to space. What was the name of the rocket on which she traveled? Apollo. I have no idea. SpaceX. Ooh, close, but not quite. The answer is Veronique.

How'd you do on the quiz? Either way, you can always try again tomorrow. Take the quiz every weekday at thequiz.fox, then come back here to see how you did. I'm Fox Weather's Nick Kosir, better known as the Dancing Weatherman, and thank you for taking the quiz. Take the quiz at thequiz.fox. Play, share, listen.
