The NFL playoffs are better with FanDuel because right now new customers can bet $5 and get $300 in bonus bets if you win. That's $300 in bonus bets if you win your first $5 bet. FanDuel, an official sportsbook partner of the NFL.

Today is the day, my friends. We finally made it.

Donald Trump today will be the president in only a matter of a few hours. For those that are watching as we put this up, Donald Trump will be inaugurated. He's expected to take over 200 executive actions. Some of them sound pretty good on the border, border security especially. He's going to be revoking the security clearances we hear of the 51 intelligence officials or agents or whatever that lied about the Hunter Biden laptop.

And we expect to see a lot. There's an executive order apparently on male and female and what it means to the federal government. So should be interesting. But of course, it would not be a tumultuous political period without some, I don't know, let's just say corruption coming from the Biden administration with a breaking story. Biden issues last minute pardons for Fauci, Mark Milley, and the January 6th committee. We knew it was coming. It is now here.

Fauci is being pardoned. Oh boy, I love this one, my friends. Because if you want to make the argument that Trump was going to retaliate politically, certainly Fauci and Milley would not be on that list. This is the game Democrats have long played. They said if Donald Trump gets elected or reelected, he is going to start jailing his political opponents. Okay.

So the J6 committee is part of that, right? You got Liz Cheney and they're saying any officer or anybody who testified and the committee itself, they're all preemptively pardoned, saith Joe Biden. Fine. If you want to make the argument that Trump was going to retaliate politically, I suppose that lines up with your argument. The only problem is Anthony Fauci does not. Anthony Fauci was Trump's COVID advisor. So let's clarify things for you, right? Okay.

During Trump's administration, at the peak of COVID, Dr. Fauci was Trump's choice. That's right. Donald Trump would go on TV and he would say, Fauci, come here, come and speak to America. Trump had no public beef as far as we knew. In fact, as people were very critical of Fauci, mocking him, calling him out, Trump wasn't.

So why would Trump retaliate against his own COVID advisor that he repeatedly propped up and brought on TV? Doesn't quite make sense.

Unless, of course, the reality is Dr. Fauci committed some crimes that are outside of this argument of political retaliation. That is, perhaps Fauci was funding gain of function research illicitly in China, which resulted in the COVID pandemic. Or perhaps Dr. Fauci lied under oath to Congress, as it has been alleged in the corporate press even.

Rand Paul's issued a statement. Joe Biden's issued this verbose statement about the trying times and the public servants we must trust. Talk about an absurdity.

Well, my friends, let's read this news. But on this amazing inauguration day, we are coming to you from D.C. We are hanging out with the we're hanging out with CPI, the Heritage Foundation, and we're going to be doing Timcast IRL live here in D.C. And we're in this really great room. You can't really see anything behind me. There's like a picture. There's a bunch of pictures of presidents and other amazing things. And so we're gonna have a great show tonight. I believe a Democrat will be joining us. We'll see.

We'll see. We want to get their perspective on this tremendous occasion. Interestingly, for those that have been following this, too, the inauguration was moved indoors. So while a bunch of our friends, even some of our staff were all invited to the inauguration, those tickets were effectively voided.

They said they're going to bring Trump's inauguration indoors because of the cold weather. It's not as cold as we thought it was going to be. And then rumors started circulating about a threat to Trump's security. And so with these trying times, I think it's fair to say that the real reason they're bringing this indoors is they fear the safety not just of Trump, but of the attendees. Now, you've got a lot of people on the left. They're saying that Trump's really doing it because his crowd size would be too small.

which seems to make no sense considering Trump won the popular vote. So I'm sorry, I don't buy it, but we're here in DC. It's going to be amazing. Uh,

mobile setup and everything else, and a bunch of different people coming in and out. Seeing a lot of friends, a lot of parties. Went to a bunch of parties, saw a lot of great people, and conversations were had. I'll put it that way. So it's going to be an interesting next few years, and hopefully today goes off without a hitch. So my friends, smash that like button, share the show with everyone you know. Biden issues last minute pardons for Fauci, Mark Milley and the January 6th committee. The pardons come as Biden leaves office. They write.

President Joe Biden issued pardons on Monday morning to Dr. Anthony Fauci, former U.S. Army General Mark Milley, and members of the Democrat-run January 6th Committee just hours before President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration. Both Fauci and Milley were vicious critics of Trump, and previous reporting indicated that Biden would issue these pardons to stave off any potential criminal charges that might be brought against them during a second Trump administration. I'm going to pause there.

To some degree, but I disagree on the Fauci thing. Fauci and Rand Paul went at it. Donald Trump, during his term, had Fauci on, and the libertarians were vomiting all over themselves that Trump was allowing this guy in his ranks. I have had so many debates with prominent libertarians, the Libertarian Party, saying Trump propped up Fauci.

I don't know how this one makes sense to any Democrat argument. Now, what they're going to say, because I'll tell you, is that, but Trump's base is fervent and Trump is going to do whatever they say. Yeah, I don't buy it because the TikTok thing is contentious. And you've got half of the Trump supporters and some prominent ones supporting TikTok and the other half saying outright no to TikTok. So I'm not sure I would go with that argument, but let's keep reading. They want to say the issuance of these pardons should not be mistaken, quote,

The issuance of these pardons should not be mistaken as an acknowledgement that any individual engaged in any wrongdoing, nor should acceptance be misconstrued as an admission of guilt for any offense, Biden said. Our nation owes these public servants a debt of gratitude for their tireless commitment to our country. Fauci has been criticized for his handling of COVID and the lab leak theory, as well as comments before Congress about gain-of-function research. And I will stress, let me actually just pull this up, because Fauci lied to Congress, says Newsweek.

And that is not my opinion. I love how they phrase this, though. Let me drop this in. Fauci was untruthful to Congress about Wuhan lab research. New documents appear to show. Come on!

He was sitting down with Rand Paul and Rand Paul was like, Dr. Fauci, did you engage in funding gain of function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology? And Dr. Fauci is like, we didn't do gain of function research. We just gained functions while doing research. Like basically what Fauci argued. So gain of function, for those who don't know.

And this is why there's potential criminal charges for Fauci. Gain of function is you take a virus and you mutate it to make it gain functions. So it's not as crazy as it sounds like sci-fi, like injecting and making viruses. What they do is they'll infect an animal with a virus. They'll put a bunch of animals in the same space. Then once one of the animals displays some kind of symptom, they will take that animal, move it to a new population. So that particular strain reproduces through all these other animals.

Then they'll wait for another function to appear in a symptom and they'll keep doing it until they get this wacky viral strain. Now, Fauci, accused of doing it, had a document outright saying that they engaged in gain of function. And Fauci, the argument that I have, the analogy that I often use is that

Imagine Fauci was asked if there was a door to the front of his house. He says, there is no door on the front of my house. There is just a three foot by six foot hole with a piece of wood where there is a knob you can turn to open it. It's like, Dr. Fauci, are you just describing a door and saying it's not a door? That's literally what he did. And then he lied. This is it. He lied to Congress, according to Newsweek. Don't take my word for it. So this is why they're parting. It's not political retaliation. That's a lie.

So I'll just jump over to the actual statement we have from Joe Biden, who said...

Our nation relies on dedicated selfless public servants every day. They are the lifeblood of our democracy. Yet alarmingly, public servants have been subjected to ongoing threats and intimidation for faithfully discharging their duties. In certain cases, some have even been threatened with criminal prosecutions, including General Mark A. Milley, Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, and the members and staff of the Select Committee to investigate the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol.

These public servants have served our nation with honor and distinction and do not deserve to be the targets of unjustified and politically motivated prosecutions. General Milley served our nation for more than 40 years, serving in multiple command and leadership posts and deploying to some of the most dangerous parts of the world to protect and defend democracy. As chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, he guided our armed forces through complex global security threats and strengthened our existing alliances while forging new ones.

For more than half a century, Dr. Fauci served our country. He saved countless lives by managing the government's response to pressing health crises, including HIV AIDS. I'd like you all to ask the gay community how they feel about Dr. Fauci, because they don't feel good. As well as the Ebola and Zika viruses, during his tenure as my chief medical advisor, he helped the country tackle a once-in-a-century pandemic. The U.S. is safer and healthier because of him.

On January 6th, 2021, American democracy was tested when a mob of insurrectionists attacked the Capitol in an attempt to overturn a fair and free election by force and violence. In light of the significance of that day, Congress established a bipartisan select committee to investigate the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol. Blah, blah, blah. It's fake. It wasn't bipartisan in the least bit. They call it that, but come on, nobody believes Kinzinger and Cheney are Republicans. In fact, I think they were both removed from the party.

The Select Committee fulfilled this mission with integrity and a commitment to discovering the truth rather than accept accountability. Those who perpetrated the January 6th attack have taken every opportunity to undermine and intimidate those who participated in the Select Committee in an attempt to rewrite history, erase the stain of January 6th for partisan gain, and seek revenge, including by threatening criminal prosecutions.

I believe in the rule of law, and I am optimistic that the strength of our legal institutions will ultimately prevail over politics. But these are exceptional circumstances, and I cannot in good conscience do nothing. Baseless and politically motivated investigations wreak havoc on the lives, safety, and financial security of targeted individuals. Ooh, targeted individuals.

and their families, even when individuals have done nothing wrong and in fact have done the right thing and will ultimately be exonerated. The mere fact of being investigated or prosecuted can irreparably damage reputations and finances. Perhaps the Democrats should look in the mirror then when they went after Trump's lawyers, when they went after Republican politicians and Trump himself with the investigations. And they kept saying, but if he did nothing wrong, then what is he worried about? Yeah.

He goes on to say, this is why I'm exercising my authority under the Constitution to pardon General Mark A. Milley, Fauci, the members of the Congress and the Select Committee, and the U.S. Capitol and D.C. Metro police officers who testified before the committee. The issuance of these pardons should not be mistaken as acknowledgement that any individual engaged in a wrongdoing nor should acceptance be misconstrued as an admission of guilt for any offense. Our nation owes these public servants a debt of gratitude for their tireless commitment to our country.

Well, we do have several responses. Rand Paul chiming in saying if there was ever any doubt as to who bears responsibility for the COVID pandemic, Biden's pardon of Fauci forever seals the deal. As chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, I will not rest until the entire truth of the cover-up is exposed. Fauci's pardon will only serve as an accelerant to pierce the veil of deception.

Ignominious. Anthony Fauci will go down in history as the first government scientist to be preemptively pardoned for a crime. Insanity. Preemptive pardons. Absolutely insane. And of course he pardoned his son too. But wait, there's more. Batia Unger Sargon says.

Let's be clear about what a preemptive pardon means. It means that for the Democrats, there is no crime imaginable that a high ranking Democrat or someone serving their agenda could commit that they consider worthy of prosecution or even investigation. What a thing to admit. Preemptive pardons. Now, the question here is the constitutionality of whether you can actually do a preemptive pardon.

I mean, I don't believe Trump did any of these in his first term. He did have a bunch of wacky pardons. And, you know, look, man, Trump's far from perfect right now with the tick tock debate. I am disappointed. There's a lot of Trump supporters coming out with this nonsense defensive tick tock. Sorry, dudes. Don't know. Don't care. I stand by what makes sense, what I believe to be true and correct. And that's what matters.

And so I think Donald Trump's fantastic. I am so excited for these executive orders. And I have always been willing to criticize Donald Trump where he needs to be criticized. And these Democrats can't seem to comprehend that, that we in this boat of disaffected and post-liberal conservatives, populists, whatever, we disagree with each other.

We have debates and arguments quite a bit. H-1B was hot. Vivek Ramaswamy took a lot of heat from that. Elon took a lot of heat from that. But here we are. We're moving forward. And likely, there's going to be some H-1B reform. Even Elon had to admit it.

And a lot of people are coming out against Elon. I think Elon's done a great job. Nobody is perfect. Censorship is not good. And, you know, I do agree when we saw the wave of censorship. I don't want to call it censorship, but let's just say demonetization and penalty for disagreement. That's wrong. That's wrong. I don't like that many prominent conservatives saw their blue checks taken away.

And the way it works is that if you're verified, you do get an algorithmic boost. You're more likely to appear in the top replies. I don't like that Elon Musk, presuming he did, took political action against people because he disagreed with them. Right? That's not okay.

I, however, really don't like the argument that you are entitled to someone else's service. At scale, it matters. And X isn't the only game in town, but it is a large game in town. So I think Elon's worthy of criticism, too. I think on this side, we criticize, and that's why we've been successful. So I look right now at a Donald Trump presidency. Look at this. The left is more unpopular now than before the Cold War.

I look at the Donald Trump presidency and coming in, Donald Trump is doing this whole, you know, we like TikTok now. We did really well. And I'm just like, I don't like TikTok. And there's a lot to break down on that. So I'm not going to get into the nitty gritty of where we're currently at with TikTok. But I believe I was largely correct on what we're going to see. And there's a lot to break down. My point here is I sit here in D.C. in this, what do they call it? The insurrectionist clubhouse, I think they call it. And a lot of conservatives.

And we're having all these conversations about what we disagree on. But you know what we agree on? This is the rebirth of America. And these liberals are coming out being like, rebirth of the oligarchy. I'm like, cry more, dude. Donald Trump, 200 executive orders is beyond record-breaking. Most, I think the most we've seen was like 11. I don't even think it's that many. I think it was only a small handful of day one executive actions. Donald Trump's going to go in and he's going to drop the hammer. And I am here for it. There is almost, look,

Trump issuing an executive order on TikTok, largely meaningless. Okay, largely meaningless. Because the penalties, I do want to do a longer segment on this because it's about to break down. We're currently at the app store still have banned TikTok. Donald Trump wants to defend TikTok because there's a bunch of conservative, wealthy individuals that are lobbying for it. And I think it's short sighted and a mistake. And you know what? I'm still super excited.

Trump is not going to give me a 100 out of 100. I never thought that would be the case. I said, and you know it, Trump will be a marginally good president. He was a good president. He was the best president of my lifetime in his first term, which is surprising that I didn't vote for him. And then I voted for him in 2020 and I voted for him again in 2024 because he proved his point. In 2016 and 2020, he proved his point. And I didn't believe him. And then I did.

Then we saw what was going on with Democrats, the lawfare, trying to arrest their political opponents and the lies they put forward. 51 former intelligence officers who claimed Hunter Biden laptop story was Russian disinfo going to have their security clearance pulled. I want Trump to secure the border. I want baseball and apple pie. Look, I'm a relatively moderate, liberal leaning kind of guy on a lot of policy issues that we use to debate.

And I don't play baseball. I skateboard. And I'm into punk and hard rock music. I don't listen to mainstream or country. But I know what America is, and I know what I want America to stay or to become again. I want Christmas morning. I want apple pie with a scoop of ice cream. These are things that are unquantifiable. Once again, Chet DeSam High, there's an excellent video breaking this down, and I completely agree. He articulated exactly how so many of us felt

that these libertarians come in, these Democrats come in, and look, no disrespect to all the libertarians. I like the Mises caucus. We disagree on some things, but it's okay. But many of these libertarians come in and they say, if the economic numbers are good, everything's fine. The neocons, the neolibs, the Democrats, they say the same thing. Why do you care about mass migration? The economy is better than ever.

Because a 3% return on my stock portfolio does not ensure that I will have Christmas morning with my children and a slice of warm apple pie with a scoop of ice cream. Okay. I don't, I don't mind.

You know, immigrants come to the United States. We love that. We want the brain drain, the O-1 visas, right? Exceptional talents. We want the entrepreneurs. And you know what we do love? We love going to a variety of different cultural restaurants and then changing them to become something more unique to this country. Albeit we put too much sugar and salt in all of it.

But what we don't want to lose is the heart and soul of what makes this country America and what made it be one of the greatest countries, if not the greatest country of all time. So Donald Trump getting in with a heavy focus on dealing with the corruption, dealing with the border security. To me, it's everything. I'm seeing all these people. Look, Charlie Kirk, he put out a bunch of posts for over and over, you know, a couple years ago, ban TikTok, ban TikTok, ban TikTok.

Now he's posting videos saying Trump just saved TikTok. I disagree with this. I don't I don't see any legitimate reason to defend TikTok. But Charlie still does incredible work that is helping to save this country. And we are allowed to disagree with each other. You look at what the woke left was and why so many of us who were former liberals or disaffected or post-liberal have jumped ship. And it's because it's a cult.

You fall in line whether you agree or disagree, and the people who don't disagree, I'm sorry, the people who do disagree are too scared to say anything. I got no problem saying Charlie's wrong. Trump is wrong. That's it. And then we're going to go have coffee. We're going to talk about it like we always do on every single issue, even if this one's more of a hotter issue. I'm heated on this one. So you know what?

I hope Trump brings the boot, the iron fist. OK, I am done with this libertarian argument about we can't we can't take we can't stop bad things because stopping bad things means that someone someone might later come and do a bad thing to us. That's been the argument the whole time. And I reject it.

The slippery slope goes in every single direction. If we do not stop enemies with the power that we have, they will escalate the chaos and the destruction against us. If we do utilize that power, the fear is that later on our enemies will take that power and use it against us.

But they're already doing bad things. So do we sit back and watch the country burn? Or do we say maybe it's time we wield power to defend what we care about? And so I tell you this, Trump will take the executive actions he needs to take. If he takes actions that I think are bad, I will call him out for it. The TikTok 90 day extension is largely meaningless. I think it's a bad idea. That's it.

We are going to be activists where we need to be. We are going to argue for what we need to argue. And it's actually quite simple. We don't want violence. We don't want Molotov cocktails. We don't want the far left extremists.

Civilized people like we can sit down and have a debate over the merits of TikTok and the security threat may pose and the psychological threat to our next generation. We can debate it. And then we move forward and we adapt. If Donald Trump starts doing things I don't like, I will literally just say that's a bad thing. I don't like it. As I have. As many have pointed out with Trump on vaccines, they booed him at his own rally several times because we get it. We're allowed to disagree. And that's what actually makes things more robust. So with this, my friends,

The pardoning of all these individuals, it tells you exactly what they were doing. They were breaking the law. They were trying to subvert this country. Dare I say they are insurrectionists. So my friends, on this most auspicious of days, I ask you to keep in mind what matters to you most and what this country can be. And remember that Trump isn't perfect. His administration will not be perfect. There are many disagreements on the right, and we will continue to disagree. But you know what?

Hopefully, we see a return to a left and a right that sit down for cigars and debate instead of protests, riots, and destruction. I would love nothing more than over the next four years for Tim Pool to be considered far left. You know what I mean by that? I mean that when I'm sitting down with Crowder or Ben Shapiro and we're discussing the merits of banning TikTok and smoking cigars and ordering pizza and we get up and leave with a handshake,

That's the way this country is supposed to function, not lunatics threatening to take your job and burn everything down. So once again, on this truly auspicious of days, I hope you all enjoy it and keep in mind what matters most.

We've got a bunch of more, many, many, many, many more stories. Lots of live coverage. The inauguration is going to be indoors. I'm sure everyone's going to be watching live. Very excited for this. Smash the like button. Share the show. You can follow me on X and Instagram at Timcast. You can subscribe here. Not TikTok. They brought it back, but it's still banned in the app store. So we shall see. We got more segments coming up. I'll record for you guys a bunch of stories for the day. And then, of course,

Tonight, Tim Kast IRL, I do believe we have a Democrat congressman joining us to have a discussion on what it means for this country. I think some of these Democrats might realize they have to moderate. Thanks for hanging out, everybody. And we will see you all in the next segment.

The other day, TikTok went dark. The Supreme Court ruled unanimously that TikTok will be banned. The ban will be upheld. Now, it's not really a ban, but it's an effective ban. Basically, TikTok has to divest from China. Otherwise, they must be removed from US servers. When this went into effect yesterday, it was actually around 10 p.m. Saturday night, TikTok shut down with a message that said, due to the law, we have no choice but to shut down.

Shortly thereafter, they said that thanks to the efforts of Donald Trump, service has been restored. And a bunch of Gen Zers, prominent, famous individuals with millions of followers, were crying on TikTok being like, Donald Trump saved us. He saved TikTok. Masterfully done. I want to give a shout out to Charlie Kirk, Donald Trump, and all of the...

prominent conservatives who played this game so well at running what I would call a massive, a massive, what would you call this? PR stunt, which generated positive support for the president. That's what it was. I mean, call it whatever you want, but I'm here to tell you the truth.

The truth is that TikTok is spyware. It is bad for this country. It does manipulate young people. And this whole scenario has been effectively weaponized by prominent Trump supporting voices to force Gen Z into the Trump camp. That's a good thing.

I'm not a fan of these tactics, but I have to admit it was a masterful strategy to get young people to like Trump. And when you've been dealing with years of a lying corporate press, it's a bit cathartic to see a powerful move like that. Let me let me let me stress this. Look, I'm I'm much more I don't want to say morally absolute because that's not really true, but I don't want to say like morally flexible.

I recognize that there's wartime, and I believe we need a wartime president. And I mean that somewhat figuratively. We need a president that is going to play to win and wield power in a way that saves this country.

Now, what does that mean? I do believe TikTok should divest. I don't believe they should be given special treatment. But I view what's going on with prominent Trump supporters and Trump himself now praising TikTok as a masterful narrative strategy to shift the view of young people towards Trump. TikTok is still a threat to this country, which I'm going to break a little bit down. And I'll explain to you why. But this was a it was a PR maneuver.

Ultimately, I think it does good for this country. But there is the question of deontological morals and ethics and utilitarianism. This being more of a utilitarian approach, which I tend to disagree with that, you know, the ends justify the means. I'm not a big fan. I think we should be honest with people. The problem is the Democrat narrative machine, the neoliberal neo-con establishment has never been honest, and it's resulted in the destruction of this country.

So at a certain point, I recognize without condemning or condoning that the actions of Donald Trump here are largely beneficial to us with some detriment that I hope gets taken into account. But I'm not a fan. I would never do it myself. I do believe that there is a criticism in the defense of TikTok. But my main point is I recognize winning over Gen Z benefits us in the long run. I don't know what to tell you, guys.

The simple way to put it is it is good for us in the long run, but it is a nasty tactic that I'm not a fan of. And TikTok is bad. So I guess what I want to say is it feels dirty. It feels unclean watching it happen. But what do we do? Right. Do I do I do I sit back and watch this country burn to the ground? Or do I finally recognize that people on the right are going to start playing that game? I'll call it out. I'll explain to the truth.

And that's the difficult situation we find ourselves in morally. But let's break this down. Mike Johnson says we will enforce the law on the TikTok ban. Two GOP senators break with Trump on the extension. Tom Cotton especially said, ain't no way. So let me give you the quick gist. So the app goes down. Trump says, I'm going to issue a 90-day extension to bring the app back. Meaningless. Trump can't do that. Trump cannot do that. Trump can issue an executive order pausing enforcement, but...

Once you understand how publicly traded companies work, you'd realize, hey, wait a minute, that's not going to happen. As of right now, TikTok is still banned from the Google Play Store and TikTok is still banned from the Apple Store. We are likely not going to see it restored. Now, there are larger forces at play here.

It's possible that Trump issues an executive order and Amazon, Apple, Google, Oracle, whoever else, just say, sure, fine. And then they restore TikTok to the stores. As of right now, if you have the app, you can use the app. Here's the game plan, my friends. TikTok never had to shut down. The only requirement was that other host providers remove them from their servers, meaning TikTok can operate all they want. In other countries, it's still operating.

TikTok announces they're shutting down, then says, thank you, Trump, because of your efforts, we're back. It's nonsense. They didn't have to shut down in the first place, and Trump didn't do anything to bring them back. Very, very obvious. But you know what? The play works. What I would say is, just to stress one more time, I despise this. I think it's important we tell the truth, and I will.

But it feels very Watchmen-y, you know what I mean? Like at the end of Watchmen when Rorschach says that people must know the truth and Dr. Manhattan's like, you'll doom the world to nuclear annihilation with the truth. And he says, so be it. And then Dr. Manhattan kills the guy. Sometimes there's no easy answers. I will tell you, I detest it as I already did. But let's read. Speaker Mike Johnson on Sunday dispelled the notion that President-elect Trump would bring TikTok back early in his second term without the company's willingness to sell to a US-based owner. I think we will enforce the law, Johnson told NBC News Meet the Press.

about the 90-day extension. Johnson's remarks comes just hours after TikTok halted its operation. So this we know. So let me just skip that and break it down for you. Here's how executive orders work. Donald Trump can issue an executive order instructing all law enforcement under his umbrella, which as the chief executive, he has all of it. He can tell them, do not enforce. So Trump could say, I am here by giving an order to all executive law enforcement to not enforce the border. He could do that.

He could also do the inverse. I hereby order all law enforcement to the border to shut it down. What he can't do is change the law. So the way DACA worked, for instance, is it's largely I would describe it as, I don't know, pushing the envelope in terms of executive orders. But Obama basically said, don't enforce the deportation of people who came here at a certain age.

and Trump tried to reverse it. They're like, you can't do it. You can't do it. He certainly could, but they tried to block him and they used the courts to do it. Here's how TikTok's ban would work. The TikTok ban comes with a $5,000 per day per user fine. That would mean, based on the current estimates, Apple, Google, Amazon, Oracle, et cetera, would be charged $850 billion per day. Now, as an American citizen,

That is money that's entitled to me. I'm standing here. That's public coffers, right? Congress, our reps passed the bill. The Senate passed the bill. The president signed the bill. And now here we are. Donald Trump says he's going to sign an executive order halting liability and enforcement for 90 days. It won't work. And let me explain why. They still may do it. They still may restore it because there are larger forces at play. But mathematically, it doesn't work because...

Publicly traded companies must disclose risk to their shareholders. I think it would be a particularly interesting day when Apple, Google, Amazon, etc. issue disclosures to the shareholders saying we intend to violate the law because the president has told us he won't hold us criminally liable for 90 days, but the penalties will still be on the books. It's never going to happen. Dude, anybody who's ever done any work with a publicly traded company is going to be like, ain't no way they're going to play that game.

They're engaging in illegal activity under a promise from the president. Your stock is going to crumble. There's risk for no reason. Why would you issue a risk disclosure to kill your own stock? Why would you take an action that would kill your own stock?

Seems highly unlikely. But my friends, there's one big factor at play that mostly gets overlooked, and it's insurance and reinsurance. I'd be willing to bet that Apple, Google, Amazon, they've got probably 50 different insurance companies. Actually, it's probably more than that. With all the countries they operate in, with all the different laws they have to deal with, they probably have hundreds of insurance companies insuring various facets of those businesses. Now, I put it like this.

Let's say they said, you know, the law is passed. You cannot drive without a license, right? So that's a law that exists, right? Imagine the president came out and said, no, no, I'm instructing all law enforcement to ignore the licensing requirement for driving. Do you think your auto insurance would keep insuring you if you told them you intended to drive without a license? They'd say, yeah, no, no.

And you'd be like, but the president said he's not going to hold it against me. And they're like, we don't care. We assume the risk. I have to pay it out if something goes wrong. So here's how the game is going to be played with the law on the books right now. What happens if Apple, Amazon, any of these companies restore TikTok? They are on the books liable criminally for fraud.

For $5,000 per users per day. They're going to put $850 of potential liabilities on their books every single day. And Trump says, don't worry, we won't enforce this for 90 days. What happens after the 90 days? The 90 days goes up. Trump's executive action fails. And now Apple's like, we have a criminal liability of $850 billion for the one day we operated this. Imagine if they did it 90 days.

Now, what would likely happen is because ain't nobody going to be paying, what, $80 trillion to the U.S. government doesn't exist. Companies down. They'd likely negotiate some settlement where they pay a fine. Why would any one of these companies accept that? I don't see it. So right now, Trump can say what he wants to say, but it's likely not going to come back anytime soon. The app may be functioning because that was always the case. We got this post from Andy Ngo.

He says part of the reason many conservatives have suddenly done a surprising 180 on TikTok may have to do with the fact that a billionaire conservative mega donor owns 15% worth about $33 billion of ByteDance. And he does not want the company divested into U.S. ownership, perhaps. Drew Pavlou says this. When you open a link to another website from within the TikTok app, TikTok injects tracking code that can monitor all keystrokes, including passwords and all taps.

Please explain to us why the Chinese government have a First Amendment right to do this to 170 million Americans. And then I'll throw it to our good friend Riley Gaines. And I mean that one seriously this time. I'm going to tell you this. You may have seen the debate I had with Bobby Sauce on TimCast IRL. And I've got a lot of praise from those who support the ban on TikTok because I made this point. I said...

As Bobby defended TikTok, and I recognize he takes issue with this framing of the argument, I said, how many followers do you have on YouTube? And he's like 5,100 or something. I said, how many followers do you have on Twitter? And he said, 5,000. How many followers do you have on TikTok? 155,000. But that's not the reason I'm defending it. No, it is. End of story.

Bobby argued to us that the discovery on TikTok was better. The algorithm is better. But your followers don't matter if it's not a reverse chronological feed. TikTok is an algorithmic feed, meaning people will hit follow. All they're doing is saying to TikTok, this is the kind of stuff I do like. But they're not actually following your content. It's an interest-based algorithm. So here's what we end up seeing. Many prominent conservatives came out all of a sudden for TikTok, despite the fact that many of us have been critical of TikTok the whole time.

Timcast IRL was on TikTok and so was my personal. And then Donald Trump called out the censorship. He called out the bias. And so did we. Why? Because we have called out X, Facebook and all the platforms. So what happened? We got nuked from TikTok. That's it. Just gone. So our account with I think we may have had like 30,000 followers or something like that. We got taken down.

No warning, no recourse, nothing, just gone. And I think it happened more than once. I think they deleted us. We made a new one, gained followers, they deleted us again. They will not let us have our conversations. Why? Because we're critical of China, the CCP. We largely call for strengthening the United States.

And now take a look at this. I will say this to Riley Gaines with all due respect for the work that she does. She does not know about foreign policy and national security. This is not her area of expertise. It is only slightly mine, but foreign policy is one of my principal issues that I care deeply about. And I know quite a bit about cyber war having to do with China because I've been involved in the space for almost two decades now, just shy of two decades.

Riley Gaines and many others are defending the interests of China to run mass media in the United States and a large economic platform, which is psychotic. TikTok can operate totally fine, but it can't be under the under the fist of China. One hundred and seventy million Americans. And they are they are literally right now putting forward anti-America rhetoric. Now, Riley Gaines made the argument to me. Well, she made the argument. I responded.

She said many people. She said I had 600,000 followers. It means a lot of young people on TikTok want to hear what I have to say. Bravo, Riley. 600,000 is a great number. Dylan Mulvaney fighting in the opposite direction had 13 million around there. So I'm sorry. In terms of propaganda and manipulation, the woke side was getting a massive push and they threw crumbs to conservatives who have American values to make them argue on behalf of Chinese propaganda.

Now you want to come to me and say, but X and Facebook are American propaganda. You are correct. And we won. Elon bought X for your requests. The Twitter files, Mark Zuckerberg back down. Trump wins. So I think they're all largely making a mistake as it pertains to defending TikTok.

Now, Riley Gaines tweeted, here's a map showing Chinese-owned farmland conveniently located near 19 U.S. military bases. But yes, please tell me more about how banning TikTok is because we have a government deeply committed to protecting our national security. I'd like to point out that Hawaii is not owned by—this map is so silly. Excuse me. It's not real.

This is a fake map. And this is another part of the problem. Where did this fake meme come from? Guys, Hawaii is not owned by China. Take a look. I'm pointing at it. On this map, it shows the Hawaiian islands and the main island of Hawaii is entirely owned by China. It's not. Then you can take a look at the majority of North Carolina. These are not correct. While China does own a lot of farmland and it is a bad thing, this meme is not correct. Now, I'll put it this way. I'll give you my response. Where did I just open up? There we go.

I said this. Okay. China running mass media to 170 million people will shatter the minds of our next generation. Owning farmland is also bad. China doing bad things is the point. We are taking action to stop it. One Fed with a clipboard can seize Chinese-owned farmland. You cannot seize back the minds of a generation.

This is why TikTok is banned in China. And it's why all our other social media is too. So let me stress this for you, my friends. China banned TikTok in their own country because even they don't trust it. Meanwhile, they have Douyin, which runs, I don't know, science, math and engineering. People have long pointed that out. But let's go to this point about the farmlands. First of all,

This is a ridiculous argument. Just because China does two bad things does not mean we let them do another bad thing. For what in what reality are people arguing that China does bad stuff so we should let them do other bad stuff? That's the weirdest thing ever. And I mean it. One Fed in a hard hat with a vest on and a clipboard can walk onto Chinese owned farmland and sign, nope, we have hereby seized this property. Goodbye. And what's China going to do about it?

They're not going to come and take the farmland from us. They have it only by our good graces. But with TikTok, they convince kids to share the bin Laden letter and praise the arguments of Osama bin Laden. Now I hear you. A bunch of people going, Tim works for Israel because he's critical of China. It is true. Because I'll be the first to admit, to tell you the truth, Democrats had no interest in banning TikTok until October 7th.

With 127,000 posts, pro-Palestine content had 11 million views, meaning despite the fact that people were spam blasting it, nobody wanted to watch it. One week, in one week, with 87,000 posts, 285 million views, which is indicative of ByteDance, TikTok intentionally altering the algorithm to promote pro-Palestine content.

Now, the people who are deeply obsessed with Israel-Palestine view this as, so what? We have a right to call it Israel. The people who think Israel is the biggest boogeyman in the world and think the Jews control everything are going, yay, China's fighting the bad guys. They're insane. China wants you fighting me and me fighting them, etc., etc. The purpose of propping up pro-Palestine content is one,

It is opposed. It is, excuse me, it is against U.S. foreign policy. Not that I'm a fan of that foreign policy, but China is doing this to disrupt the minds of the younger generation, to disrupt American foreign policy. It works. And two, it is to sow discord in the United States. The same can be said for Russia or Iran or Venezuela. All of it is true. China owning farmland is a bad thing. Let's stop them from doing it. But let's also not let them run mass media to 170 million people.

Now, I'll tell you what's scary. Excuse me, man, coughing. What's scary is China, through TikTok, has effectively convinced... Man, I must have... Now you got to hear me cough. China has convinced Americans to advocate for Chinese interest. There should be no problem whatsoever with any American saying, yeah, why is China owning this? There's literally no argument. The only argument that makes sense even a little bit is we don't want the government to have the power to ban social media apps.

But this app is not overly, I'm sorry, this bill is not overly broad. It says it's only one of four countries. They have to reach a certain threshold, be a subsidiary of or controlled by one of these countries. It's not overly broad. It's a weird argument that people are making. And I'll tell you this. When they say, if we allow them to ban TikTok, it's a slippery slope and they're going to ban X next. No, they're not. We fight for what we care about now.

The slippery slope is a lie because they're always going to be a slippery slope. If we allow China to run a mass media program in this country, you will have a generation of young people hating this country. Dylan Mulvaney with 13 million followers and Riley Gaines with 600,000. Need I say more? If we allow that. Or we can just say, yeah, sorry, China. And then if later on a president comes in and says, I'm going to use this law to try and ban X. We go, no.

We don't like that. And we won't allow it because there is the spirit of the law and there's the letter of the law. And there is no, and this is why I would consider myself to be more post-liberal these days. I asked a question to, it was to Bobby. He kept saying, look, we want smaller government. We want free speech. Therefore, the bill shouldn't be. And I said, no, there is no such thing as this liberal universal principle. This idea that we believe in free speech. That means we must defend it for all. No, wrong. We believe in free speech for those who believe in free speech.

I'll give it to you simply. There's a question I like to ask. I ask it on The Culture War. Do you believe parents have the final say in the medical decisions of their children? I'll give you a second to think about it. I'll say it one more time. Do you believe parents should have the final say in medical decisions for their children? I ask this for one simple reason.

Most people say yes, of course, because principally, the idea of the parents having the rights over their kids makes the most sense. We're talking about medical decisions, obviously not abuse or anything like that. We're talking about going to a doctor and then the parent deciding what treatment they want for their kid, right? Well, here's the problem. Liberals would say yes. Conservatives would also say yes. And then the question of trans children comes up and both would invert their positions. If a conservative comes, if there's a liberal who has a child

And that child says that they are trans. And they go to the doctor and the doctor says, let's sterilize them. Conservatives believe the state should intervene and stop the parents from making that choice for their kids. It's not a choice. They're mutilating their kid. They don't get to say in that. Right. Because the spirit of what is meant by the principle is not the same as a universal principle. Clearly, if you believe parents of the final say, there is a line somewhere morally that

If a conservative has a child and that child is also dysphoric and the conservative says we will not allow you to get gender affirming care or a sex change. Liberals believe the child should be able to go to school and go to go to Planned Parenthood and receive medical treatment without their parents wishes. In fact, there's numerous prominent LGBT creators on TikTok gained prominence by telling kids how to get hormones and why they should not tell their parents.

There is no universal principle. There is only fighting for what we believe in now, and that is a just and moral society. And that means we want free speech, a free exchange of ideas, but we don't want people advocating for murder or violence. It means we want sound medical decisions, but we also think there's a line where doctors are crossing it's not really medicine.

So there's no universal principle or morality. There is only our interpretation of it. That is, TikTok should be banned unless they divest from China. And if in the future action is bad and they try to take it against us, we fight against it. So in the meantime, use TikTok, my friends. It's still there. We'll see how things go. It's the inauguration day. There's still so much more news to cover. We got a lot of great stories coming up. Thanks for hanging out. Stay tuned. Follow me on X and Instagram at Timcast. We'll see you all in the next segment.

This is it, ladies and gentlemen. Donald Trump will announce the end of birthright citizenship for children of illegal immigrants, officials say. And I'd like to give a round of applause to Donald Trump. This is one of the things we fought for. This is a large component of what we continue to fight for. And I am glad to see Donald Trump taking the heavy actions that need to be taken.

Let me start off by saying this, my friends. I'm a big fan of immigration. I'm a huge, huge immigration fan. I love traveling to other countries, and I want everybody, everywhere in the world to come to the United States legally. You see, I did that pause for dramatic effect. Legally means we have a process by which you can ask to come, and we'll let you in. Now, the reason why I say everyone from everywhere is because

Should we be able to legally accommodate? We want to take this economic power from other countries. But let me clarify further. This means that we'll probably bring in a very small amount of people because we can't accommodate everyone in the world. And it means that everyone has the right to apply. And then we get to choose the best of the best who want to come here and integrate and become American.

When we allow immigration, we are saying the best, the brightest, come here and help us make this country great. It's a good thing. Trump largely agrees. The problem is when we say everyone from everywhere, you can come legally, that means 99.99% never will. And I am saying the door is available for you to knock on. And if you want to come and respect us as a country, we let you in. We do. And that means...

Learning the language, taking part in our culture, this idea that illegal immigrants can violate our laws, spit in our faces, and then have kids. And we're supposed to just be like, okay, they're Americans now. It's wrong. It's wrong. And it erodes the fabric of this nation and will destroy it. Take a look at history and they will explain to you in every facet how that is the case. So if you live in any country,

You should have the right to apply to immigrate to America. That's right. I said it. And then we'll decide if we're going to let it happen. And I think right now the large discussion is we've had too much. So you can apply and then we'll consider it. And maybe once we have some openings, which would be few and far between, we let new immigrants come in. Trump's going to announce the end of birthright citizenship. And I do believe he has the authority to do so. This is interesting.

Incoming President Trump will announce the end of birthright citizenship for children of illegal immigrants in an executive order on his first day in office. The federal government will no longer recognize the immediate citizenship of children of illegal immigrants born in the U.S. on a prospective basis. Trump had discussed ending birthright citizenship on the campaign trail, but the action could raise legal questions as the 14th Amendment states all persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the U.S. and of the state wherein they reside.

Yeah, well, let me break it down for you. If you are born here but are not subject to the jurisdiction thereof, then you're not a citizen. And this is the big question of the 14th Amendment that I believe is patently obvious. I am sick of these people lying to exploit the goodwill of the American people. Let me tell you what America was trying to do. Let's talk about history. We had a civil war and then we had former slaves.

Slavery was abolished in the 13th Amendment unless you're incarcerated. So there is still technically slavery to a certain degree. Work without compensation or minimal compensation and chattel slavery. And then we have the 14th. You see, at the time they said, OK, what do we do with all these former slaves? Are they citizens? Well, of course, if they were born here on the subject to our jurisdiction, you are now citizens. It was meant to be a brushstroke for those people at that moment to become citizens and have full rights.

It was never meant to be construed that someone from China could fly here on a plane, because they didn't have planes back then, or a ship, give birth to a kid on our shores, and that kid could be president. That was never, never the intention. But it's really simple. If someone comes to this country from Mexico, from Honduras, from China, from Eritrea, you name it, they are not subjects of our jurisdiction. They're not subject to our jurisdiction.

In so far as they are here and we can have authority on this jurisdiction, yes. But when we arrest this person, guess what? The foreign country can take them out of prison. We can argue with them, but they are subjects to another jurisdiction. The line is actually quite simple. If you are born here, but your parents...

have rights in other countries that will intervene when a law is broken, then you're not the subject to our jurisdiction. And it was never intended that you be granted automatic citizenship. That's an absurdity. And it results in the erosion of the fabric and culture of this country. Now, let me say it again for all you guys. No, I'm a fan of immigration. They say, Tim Pool's far right. Why? I'm pro-immigration. I've got friends from countries all over the place. You got, I know people from China. Heck,

I come from a family of immigrants. Most of us do. We love it. But there's got to be rules and regulations and restrictions. We want people to come and assimilate, not come and steal. And look, people do. I'm talking about cartels, gang members, people, traffickers. They're not coming here to find the American dream. They're coming here to exploit the American dream and ruin it for so many people. Now, my friends, this won't be the only one.

Fox News reporting, Trump's take more than 200 executive actions on day one. The actions will address border security, DEI, energy, and other issues on which Trump campaigned. Oh boy.

A senior administration official who is familiar with the executive actions and authorized to brief Fox News Digital said Trump on day one will end catch and release. Let's go. Pause all offshore wind leases. Let's go. Terminate the electrical vehicle mandate. Abolish the Green New Deal. Withdraw from the Paris Climate Accord. Take several major steps to assert presidential control over the federal bureaucracy. And I am here for it. Tonight's going to be pretty contentious. We've got a demo. I mean, the plan is that we had a Democrat coming on the show.

And it's a Democrat we like, you know, as hard as it is, because Democrats largely march in lockstep. We got a guy, he's pretty good. And we're grateful that he wants to come on and have this debate. And maybe he actually will moderate and say, you know, you're right about a lot of these things. Quote,

The president is issuing a historic series of executive orders and actions that will fundamentally reform the American government, including the complete and total restoration of American sovereignty. On day one, the president-elect will declare a national border emergency, direct the U.S. military to work with the Department of Homeland Security to fully secure the southern border, and establish a national priority to eliminate all criminal cartels operating on U.S. soil. I'd love to hear it. I disagree with Trump on TikTok. There's very little else to disagree with on TikTok.

Trump will close the border to all illegal aliens via proclamation Fox News Digital had learned. I am so excited. Oh, man. And I do believe by the time you're watching this, it may have already happened. I hope you're having a good day. I think we should order pizza. Trump will also create task forces for the protection of Homeland Security with officers from the FBI, ICE, CEA, and other agencies to fully eradicate the presence of criminal cartels. I am so stoked for Kash Patel.

Trump will also direct designations of cartels as foreign terrorist organizations, which the officials said will unlock new authorities to achieve the Trump Homeland Security mission. Fox News Digital has learned that Trump will reinstitute remain in Mexico and direct the military to construct a new area of border wall. He'll grant emergency authorities to suspend the entry of illegal aliens across the southwest border, allowing for individuals apprehended to be swiftly returned to their countries of origin. Trump will fully unleash Alaskan energy. Let's go.

which the official described as essential to U.S. national security. The senior official told Fox News Digital, the energy executive order deals with every single energy policy and addresses liquid natural gas ports, fracking pipelines, permitting and more, while also terminating Biden's policies he said have constrained U.S. energy supply. Now, it is fair to say

Many reports say that Biden actually increased our production, but it wasn't without putting caps and blocks and actually negative. It was it was a mixed bag. I'll put it like that. I think it's fair to say, you know, we pulled up oil production. It was up. But let's see Trump crank crank that knob to 11. The official also said Trump will fully reform the federal bureaucracy by reestablishing presidential control over the career federal workforce and make clear to federal workers that they can be removed from posts or failing to comply with executive directives.

Trump will sign an executive order to strengthen presidential control over senior government officials and implement a new merit-based hiring review. Trump will also take action to return federal workers to in-person work. The official also said Trump will end the weaponization of the federal government and restore freedom of speech and end federal censorship. Trump, on his first day, will also suspend the security clearances of the 51 national security officials who lied about the Hunter Biden laptop.

I want him to go after Burisma. I want him to shut down the Ukraine garbage. He's also expected to establish biological sex definitions, rename places like the Gulf of Mexico, which will become the Gulf of America. The decline of empire never looked so good, my friends. Trump on day one will also end all diversity, equity, inclusion programs across the federal government. You love to hear it. Donald Trump is the greatest president of my lifetime. I'll say it again.

If he gets all this done, I'm hoping he does. He will establish a new Department of Government efficiency hiring freeze and the efficiency to gain control over foreign aid and NGO funding. He is reasserting muscular control of the executive branch of the U.S. government. As for reducing the cost for American families, Trump will sign a presidential memorandum directing all agencies and departments to remove all federal actions that increase costs for families and consumers.

which the official told Fox News Digital will be the beginning of Trump's historic deregulatory effort. Oh, just bring a sledgehammer to the bureaucracy. Let's go. I hear the helicopters, man. It is amazing to be here. I am so ecstatic. I am so optimistic. This is an incredible day. Man.

There is a massive federal workforce that has been moving its objectives at the expense of the American people, and President Trump is taking command, saying you will serve the American people and only American people. This is about stopping corrupt, abusive behavior and refocusing the government on its fundamental duties to the American people. Incoming Trump administration officials told Fox News Digital that the overarching theme of his day one action is promises made, promises kept. Trump has always been a man of his word.

As soon as President Trump places his hand on the Bible and swears the oath of the United States Constitution, the golden age of America will begin. White House Press Secretary Carolyn Leavitt told Fox News Digital, the American people have a leader who will deliver on the promises he made to restore the country's greatness. When you get libertarians, former Democrats and Republicans lining up and cheering on this man, you know something great is coming. Something great.

The president on Sunday previewed one of his day one executive orders related to the popular video sharing app TikTok, which is forced to go dark in the U.S. following. No, it was not that. It's a lie. It's not true. You see, I got no problem. I have no fear. Nobody's going to come and retaliate against me for calling out this TikTok executive order. And what happened? I have zero fear.

I know that I'm going to go to an inauguration party and they're going to say, hi, Tim, and we're going to shake hands because that's what it means to be American. When you disagree with the president, this idea is going to lock you in a gulag. These people are insane. I have no problem saying to Trump, I disagree with him, the TikTok thing. I'll say to Charlie Kirk, I'll say to Kellyanne Conway, I'll say to everybody. I'll tweet it out like crazy. I got people being like, Tim, thank you for being consistent, being brave. We've always done this. We disagree all the time. It's fine.

I know that there are certain things I'm concerned about that they're not, and they're concerned about that I'm not. The pro-life people tolerate me. We get along because we're trying to build a great country with apple pie and baseball. And I don't literally mean baseball and apple pie, but you get the point. There are things that make America America that we all want. And there are things that have happened in this country that have led us down a dark path. And we want Donald Trump to be the avatar of accountability. And I got to be honest, Donald Trump's great.

Donald Trump's great. You know, it's fine. But Kash Patel, Kash is fantastic. I'll tell you why. He's not a crackpot, far right, burn the government down guy. He's not calling for abolishing the FBI. He's fairly moderate, straightforward, fix the problems, get rid of the corruption and run the agency like it should be run. He's not saying dismantle and abandon the FBI. There are a lot of people that think we should abolish the FBI. Kash Patel is not saying that. He's being reasonable.

And that's what I want to see. That dude is awesome. And it was an honor and a privilege to have him sit with me on numerous episodes of TimCast IRL and break down the problems that are going on in this country and how we can fix it. The weaponization of government comes to an end right now. People who believe in America believe in America. These far leftists, these crony neolib neocon types who try to subvert this country and burn to the ground, oh, they're terrified. They're absolutely terrified.

Preemptive pardons and other garbage. I tell you what, my friends, there is a new day upon us, and I hope you feel as good as I do. I know that Donald Trump is going to do things that I don't like. I believe he will be a marginally good president. I have said it. I said it last year, and I'll say it again today on the day he becomes president.

Don't expect him to be the savior on a Pegasus with a golden sword. He's going to be a president who just does pretty good. And that's what we could only ever beg for. Because every president of my life outside of this man has been miserably bad. The Obama era was a disaster. Bush was a disaster. Clinton, though, I was a little kid. We have not seen great presidents until Donald Trump in my lifetime. And that's saying a lot. Saying a lot. I know a lot of people like Reagan, but Reagan did bad things, too.

Far from perfect. And just because Carter was bad doesn't mean Reagan was good. But I wasn't alive for Reagan. Actually, I think I was alive for two years at Reagan. That doesn't mean much. I didn't live it. In my lifetime, I have seen Donald Trump be the first president to actually try and keep his promises to the best of his abilities, even if the promises were silly. A big, beautiful wall from sea to shining sea. And he tried building it. Bollard fencing, triple layer, razor wire. He tried to secure our border.

Everybody knew that when he said he was going to build a big, beautiful wall, he didn't literally mean a 30-foot concrete barrier, although he did want to. We knew it was going to end up being more marginal than that. And the media attacked him for it, saying, why didn't Trump get us the wall he promised? Well, because he did his best, and this made the most sense, because he adapted to what mattered. I look forward to his executive actions. I think we are in for an amazing time, and the left is going to lose it, but we'll see. Maybe they'll get behind the American agenda and believe in this country being better. I'll tell you this.

I said early on, I like immigration, right? But a lot of people have said, not only on the right, we need a moratorium on immigration for 20 years or some long amount of time because of the abuse of the system for so long. And you know my response is, well, I compromise. They're right. No, I don't know. I personally wouldn't think to do a moratorium. We just need strict immigration rules. You file the paperwork. We figure out if we can sustain it economically. Where do we need the jobs? What job can you offer? Are you displacing American workers? And if we can bring you in meaningfully, we do.

But when I see the abuse of the system as it's been, and then they say we need a moratorium, I say, I'll compromise. I have seen the Democrats batter this country so heavily. I absolutely will say, OK, I think it's about time the right gets a say in how immigration be run. And then I will negotiate and argue from my point. But the far left is insane. So let's roll, baby. Bring it on, Donald Trump. This country deserves someone who's going to actually try to make it better.

I'll leave it there. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone. You know, become a member over at Timcast dot com. We got more segments coming up for you today. Stay tuned and we'll see you on the next segment. Riddle me this, my friends. Snoop Dogg performed at Donald Trump's pre inauguration ball. How does that make sense? Snoop Dogg had a video where he mock executed the former president. Now he's performing there. Fairweather friends, my friends. But I'll take it.

I warned you, didn't I? You see what Cenk Uygur's been doing? Look, I don't care. You see what Mark Zuckerberg's been doing? I don't care. I'll tell you why. It was always going to be the case. Wokeness prescribes obedience. That's what we were constantly fighting. We as good Americans with disagreements on some things, we believe in America. We believe in this country, believe in its founding fathers. We believe in its vision and we believe it can be great again.

And the reason I say that is because it was great for a long time. And then the weird woke cult garbage seeped into our institutions and started taking a dump all over everything in the Obama administration. The Obama years was miserable. So what do you see with people like Snoop Dogg? Well, these celebrities march in lockstep with the institutions. They don't know. They don't care. So you know what? I ain't going to sit here and tell you that Snoop Dogg is a great political philosopher who's going to discuss the merits of, I don't know, tax policy and border security.

Snoop Dogg's an entertainer and a great one at that. And he's been for a long time. I got to hand it to the guy. I don't even know why he's famous anymore. I know that he had like big hits in the 90s, but the dude's persona and character character has been so iconic for this country. He has maintained a career for decades. Now that is something, ain't it? So shout out to Snoop. He is one of the best at what he does. So when Trump is unpopular, so say if the media, he marches and locks them. When Trump wins the popular vote, guess who shows up?

And here we are. Now, Kid Rock breaks it down. Kid Rock believes Trump has gained celebrity support because stars feel it's safe now. Longtime Trump supporter Kid Rock performs at Capital One Arena ahead of inauguration day. Yeah, well, you know what, Kid Rock? You know what I got to say to you? Thank you. And bravo. One of the few brave individuals in the mainstream celebrity whatever industry who was willing to stand up and support Donald Trump when it was not popular. So,

Kid Rock comes out and says, well, they feel it's safe now. You know what, man? Those celebrities that risked their careers to come out and speak up for Donald Trump when they did, that's what integrity looks like. And these are people I want on my side. Now, what can I say as Snoop Dogg? Welcome to the party. I think someone made a great point. They were like, when one of these liberals who was threatening you before turns around and says they're on your side, you say, welcome, but you're walking in front of me. The point is you don't trust them.

But you take what you can get. Mark Zuckerberg is bending the knee. He's saying, you know, we really shouldn't have been so censorious and done all these things and these bad things. And it's like, you shouldn't have. But you know what? The thing about Zuckerberg is he's scared. I'm not trying to be a dick, but he was. The federal government comes to you and says, you're going to take down what we want. Dude says on the phone and they're screaming at him. Yeah, scary position to be in, especially when your perception, your view is this is the machine. They own it. Now what happens?

Turns out they don't. They lost Donald Trump as the president. And now you feel safe. So here's what I think. I think some of these people, I don't know about Snoop or whatever. Some of these people, they didn't like the Democrats as it was, but they were scared. They were scared that if they stepped out of line, they'd lose everything. Let's go back 10 years. Can you believe it? Gamergate. How many individuals from the Gamergate era basically just stopped posting, issued apologies,

Oh, that's not me. I'm on the left. They were terrified. They were speaking up against what they saw as just stupid activism. And then one day they realized, guys, this is the federal government. And they got scared. And they took videos down and they apologized and they disappeared. Yep. Some got banned. Don't get me wrong. But it's scary. Now today, many of these people are starting to realize that Trump actually is the popular one. And he's coming in with a boot to get rid of the deep state.

as best as he can. I'm excited for Pam Bondi. Can you believe she's almost 60? I thought she was like 40 something. Kash Patel. Oh man, Kash. You know what I absolutely love about this is that I kind of didn't believe it was going to happen. You know, we have Kash Patel come on the show and he's talking about the work he did in the government. And we're like, this dude's great. He's reasonable. He's explaining the problems, how he wants to fix them, why he wants to fix them. And I'm sitting there thinking to myself, like,

Yeah, yeah, like we'll ever get a guy like this in the DOJ. No, it's him. Man, we're back, baby. This is so amazing. Snoop Dogg performing for Trump. Let's read the story here. Take a second, and I'll throw this. Look at this. The New York Post. The left is now more unpopular worldwide than any time since the Cold War. These guys can get out of here. Here we go. Fox News says.

Snoop Dogg's fans are ready to send him to the pound after the rapper performed at a Trump pre-inauguration ball, despite once shooting the president-elect in a music video. That's crazy, right? The gin and juice rapper found himself in the doghouse after he lent his talents to the crypto ball in D.C. on Friday. A black-tie gala hosted by crypto organizations BTC Inc. and Stand With Crypto, which is billed as a celebration of America's first crypto president, Trump. The event was emceed by incoming administration crypto czar David Sachs.

The rapper can be seen in various social media videos working a turntable as he raps his classic hits, such as Drop It Like It's Hot and Nothing But a G-Thang. I mean, this is 30-year-old music. Many of Snoop's fans were outraged by the betrayal, with one furious liberal posting that it's time to throw Snoop Dogg in the dumpster with the rest of Trump's white supremacist insurrectionist allies. Cry more. Incensed social media users swarmed the comments section on an Instagram video of the performance saying, Snoop Dogg sold out and calling the concert embarrassing.

The dog father's performance comes a bit of a shock to many hip hop observers. The rapper has had a rough history with Trump and his supporters. Snoop Dogg was seen pointing a gun at a clown dressed as the president in 2017 video for the song Lavender by the Canadian group Bad Bad Not Good. A sensual eruption rapper had threatened to roast the F out of any Uncle Tom at... I can't even read this guy's quotes. Who performed for Trump's inauguration in 2017.

10 days before he took office. Snoop Dogg has had a change of heart, saying that he has nothing but love and respect for Donald Trump. He ain't done nothing wrong to me. He has done only great things for me. He pardoned Michael Harris. Michael, the rapper said, Michael Harry O'Harris is the co-founder of Death Row Records and was serving 25 to life for drug trafficking, attempted murder until Trump pardoned him in January 2021.

Conservatives, on the other hand, seem to welcome Snoop into the fold with Gen Z social media influencer and close friend of Barron Trump, Boo Loudon, posting, welcome to mega Snoop on X. Bro, there are a lot of prominent personalities I deeply respect. And they've been saying, do not accept these people. They're fair weather friends. They will turn on you in a moment's notice. They're correct. But my attitude is this. Imagine it like we're on a battlefield and you have an option. You've conquered the enemies. You've taken the center of the field.

You've captured 100 enemy troops. What do you do? Do you just imprison them, get rid of them, tell them to run away? Like, what do you do? Why don't you conscript them? Have them serve in your army, right? I just love all the liberals being like, he's talking about serving in an army and conscription. Shut up. What I mean is these people who watched us storm the fields, win the culture war, have now just said, okay, we surrender. And we're like, great, start marching. We're on this mission to save this country.

You're at the front. We don't want, I don't trust these people. I know they'll turn on us. But for the meantime, if they're going to be using their power, influence, and abilities and wealth and resources to help make this country better, for whatever reason it may be, fine, so be it. I don't care about motivation, my friends. I care, of course I do care, but what I mean is what matters most in a conflict, what matters most in politics is what gets done.

Some people say Donald Trump is an egotist. He's a narcissist. He doesn't actually care about this country. And I'm like, is he doing good things? Yes. Then I don't care. I can't read the dude's mind. OK, the triple layer bollard fencing was good. OK, executive orders on immigration. It's a good thing. Getting rid of the weaponization of government is a good thing. And they say he's only doing it because he wants revenge because they personally slighted him. I'm like, I want revenge, too. I voted for the guy.

So when they go after him, they're telling me that my opinion, my view is below the law. In 2020, I voted for Donald Trump. And I said, this is what I want for this country. And all the dirty games they play and all of this, the mud they throw at him are what I voted for. They're telling me that I'm a moron. They're saying, Tim, you're stupid. And what you want doesn't matter. That's what they're saying to me. And that pisses me off. So you know what? I hope Trump gets revenge because I want it too.

The machine state that sought to weaponize the law against Trump and his allies. That was my vote. That is what I believed in. And they didn't just go after Trump. They went after all of us because it was what we believed in. So here's what I want now. Accountability. Reason. I am super excited for Cash coming in because he's not some crazy, fervent, burn-it-all-down guy. I said it in the last minute. I'll say it again. I'm hoping that Cash just comes in and says...

well, you broke the law. I mean, so we have a warrant and we're going to arrest you. And that's it. I don't want some dude to kick a door in at four in the morning with Fox News waiting outside. I don't want any of that. Don't get me wrong. It's cathartic because of what they did to Roger Stone. No, I want a dispassionate leader who will actually uphold the law and bring about accountability. That's what I'm excited for. Right now, it's safe. Kid Rock hits the nail on the head with the hammer. Longtime Trump supporter, Kid Rock, he performed

And you know what? He stood by Trump the whole time when many people would not. So this is the guy that he's the kind of guy that you're lucky to meet. Snoop, cool dude, good at his job. But you know, I wouldn't look the other way. You know what I mean? I'm glad these people are coming to their senses, but we'll see.

We are once again on the eve of an authoritarian regime. Apparently she was asleep over the past four years when the federal government was weaponized against Donald Trump and even his lawyers. And the state of New York sought to put the man in prison. The whole thing was disgusting. So call now. Call it whatever you want. I don't care.

You want warfare, lawfare, I should say, political warfare, whatever you want to call it. That's what you get. And AOC largely isn't paying attention to what's going on, or she largely does not care. But there is a question I have for all of you. And you can comment this now and begin the discussion. What happens next? AOC says the authoritarian regime. And I see this as, are they going to lose their minds? Or is this the popular mandate? I see one of two main branches in our timeline.

And again, it could be a mix of the two. There's, you know, who knows what happens. But I see this. Donald Trump won with a popular mandate, the popular vote, Snoop Dogg's performing. I mean, come on. But there's a question about whether or not this means the American people are going to chill out, largely say we love Trump, and then we get smooth sailing. People stop paying attention to politics because we good, right? It was crazy over the past 10 years. The media went shut up about Trump.

Then with the pandemic and Biden's miserable administration, everybody was just like, when will it stop? So this time they voted for Trump. The problem is Trump's always been a symptom, not the cause. And so here's what I'm thinking. We might get calm. Trump comes in, signs a bunch of executive orders, work starts getting done, and the average person says, Super Bowl time, baby. I'm looking forward to that Super Bowl party with some pretzel sticks and beer cheese. I'm half kidding. I'm not going to eat the pretzel sticks, but get the point. However,

With Trump signing 200 executive orders expected in the first day, ending birthright citizenship, launching these raids, going after sanctuary states and cities, there's a possibility we get no calm. The far left loses their minds and they go around smashing things. And I think we're going to go in that direction. Excuse me. I've been coughing all day. Maybe it's because I'm a pessimist. Maybe I'm a cynic.

But I don't see how AOC can be fanning the flames of this fear and us not get some kind of deep concern from the left and some kind of direct action. Now, when Donald Trump was inaugurated in 2017, I was down in D.C. and it was violent.

Fires, protests, riots, and we're here today in D.C. I'm wondering if we're going to see the same thing. Now, this was a long time ago. Isn't that crazy? 2017, my friends. I can't believe it's been so long. Eight years. That's wild. And here I am now. I could not go outside. These people would lose their minds. They'd attack me, right?

And so I was down there when Trump was first inaugurated, and it was insane. When we went to the deplorable, this big party that was set up just for Trump supporters, it was an honor and privilege to be invited to get in. However, I don't remember. And they were throwing bricks and rocks at us, and the cops couldn't do anything about it. I wonder what will happen today, if anything, as night falls on this cold city. Well, AOC says, according to the Postmillennial,

Quote, this is what 21st century fascism is starting to look like. Republicans really model themselves after Viktor Orban's Hungary. So you can really look to see how Orban runs Hungary to get a taste of how they will try to govern and control media companies in the U.S. This is kind of an entree to that. So when so she then began speaking about social media platforms and where progressives can organize recommending platforms like X alternate blue sky.

As far as what we do, you know, this is a time for experimentation. A lot of people will still use platform, can still use platforms. But I also look towards places where you have more ownership as well as development as well and develop your audience there. Blue Sky, you own your audience there. No, you don't. Tons of people have tried going to Blue Sky and they just get banned. So, no. There's an interesting conversation. I've been talking to a lot of social media people and they say,

the main platforms, X, Facebook, and YouTube, will be restored. That's right. We've already, for the past several months, seen Timcast IRL appearing on the default front page. That's weird. Now, YouTube's front page is largely algorithmic. If you open up a brand new computer and go to the front page, you're going to see a lot of just, I don't know, Mr. Beast. And so we did some experiments. A few months ago, we noticed that we had a big spike in viewership. And then it was fluctuating rapidly. And I was like,

A bunch of people watching the show and then not watching the show, that's indicative of algorithmic promotion. So we took a device that had not ever been used or signed in, private tab, double layer security, went to YouTube, there it was, TimCast IRL, front page of YouTube, default for a non-signed in user who's never used a computer before. Now, by default, there's nothing there. So you click shorts, it would load shorts automatically, and then you just switch right back, and then it would auto-populate, and there we were. And I was like, wow.

something is changing. The oligarchs, the big tech, it's changing. So my point here is, and we can talk about that a little bit. It looks like the left is being beaten down. Blue sky is a ghetto. If these liberals, these leftists want to go on blue sky and organize, they can, but they're outside the mainstream now. We are winning the culture war. In fact, dare I say with Donald Trump's popular vote victory, we've won. Now the enemy has been routed.

The conflict still exists, but we're largely taking back our institutions. And this is the American resurgence. They want to say AOC has cried wolf regarding fascism in the U.S. For years, the New York rep has slung mud at GOP politicians and those with right wing politics, including tech billionaire Elon Musk, who she told to lay off the proto-fascism during an exchange on X.

You're a public figure, an extremely controversial and powerful one. I get feeling unsafe, but descending into abusive power, erratically banning journalists only increases the intensity around you. She said in a quote tweet to the ex, then Twitter owner, take a beat and lay off the proto-fascism. Maybe try putting down your phone. I couldn't imagine being someone like AOC right now. Elon Musk said you first. I could imagine being someone like one of these liberals.

who really thought this was the right side of history. And oh boy, it must sting because we told you over and over again. Now, what the argument is, is that Joe Biden won a popular mandate in 2020. He did, but it was in COVID times. So this wasn't like people were saying largely that we believe in Joe Biden. It was like, hey, look, things are bad. Just give us something different. And you can make arguments about universal mail-in voting and the weirdness of 2020 election. Fine, whatever. Call it a popular mandate. That dude ruined it. You want it? This is what I love.

Republicans are basically saying the 2020 election was stolen. I mean, not basically, they're literally saying it. Okay, well, let's play a different game. When the Democrats say that 2020 wasn't stolen and that Joe Biden won the popular mandate, I say, okay, because that means 80 some odd million people turned to Joe Biden and said, save us. And he just took a dump right on the floor. And everyone's like, wow, he screwed this up so royally that Donald Trump ended up winning the popular vote four years later.

Biden becomes a one-term failed president. And now you've got these exposés coming out that are mind-blowing, where they knew Joe Biden was fried the whole time. They were saying early on, this dude has no idea what's going on. We can't run this guy. And they knew it, and they lied the whole time. And so did many of these journalists. It's remarkable to me that some of these journalists have the gall to come out now being like, well, we actually did know the whole time, based on our investigations, that Joe Biden's brain was made of pudding.

And they didn't say anything because they're evil. Now, we may be winning a cultural victory here, my friends. AOC may be screaming and whinging. The question then, as I said, will the far left rise up? Not that they're going to win, but are they going to go act a fool? It's kind of cold out today. So I don't know. It wasn't this cold. It was much warmer in 2017. The other question is, how does media adapt?

As the media institutions crumble and channels like this one, thank you all for watching, share the show if you do like it, start to emerge and grow and expand. The message in the narrative becomes clear. If we maintain our ability to sustain a narrative, what it means to be American, then we will see a glorious golden age following Donald Trump's presidency. But there are fears. I know that people are already muttering behind the scenes. They're not going to just give up.

So the ideas right now are bunker down for the storm, wait four years, and we strike back. They're going to try to, once Trump is out of the picture, and that's four years from now, they're coming back. They're going to try to bring in some neocon. They're going to try and bring in some neolibs. They are going to try to just restore the system as it was once Trump leaves, which means back to square. So what we do now matters more than anything.

Trump is holding the door open for us, but he can only hold it open for a little bit. The question becomes, are you going to step through it? And that means doing the work. That means building institutions, building organizations, building media, sending that message, being a part of the solution, challenging the far left and making sure we do not get a empire strikes back scenario.

As for AOC, best of luck. Democrat's going to Democrat. I get it. And if she doesn't want to moderate it, then fine. We win the midterms and give Trump an extended stay. Sounds good to me. Now they're all screaming like Trump's going to try and run for a third term unopposed. Oh, shut up. The dude's 80. These people are out of their minds. But we'll see. I'll leave it there. We got one more segment coming up for you, my friend. Stay tuned. Smash that like button. Share the show. And we will see you all in the next segment.

It's time to talk wartime philosophy and politics. Steve Bannon says tech billionaires' attendance at Trump inauguration signals surrender. Met as Mark Zuckerberg and Amazon's Jeff Bezos are among the prominent tech figures expected to attend Monday's inauguration. I want to show you this and talk about the surrender of the tech oligarchs. But first, I want to show you this tweet from Will Chamberlain. Will says...

The golden rule of modern America politics. Republicans should stop worrying about the precedents they set because Democrats always do wildly unprecedented things whenever they have power. Agreed. Or at least in our lifetime. And so with this story, I tell you, my friends, it is time to shift into a wartime mental state. And what does that mean? I grew up fairly liberal. I remember watching Futurama.

And in one of the cartoons, there's this character who is a polygamist with a missing hand who served Earth in war or something. And he says, I disagree with what you do, but I will defend to the death your right to say it. And I remember hearing that ethos over and over and over again from so many people. I disagree with what you say, good sir, but I will defend to my death the right to say it. I don't agree with that anymore.

Now, that only applies to peacetime when we are nice people trying to have a reasonable discussion. And the reality is the conflict is always around us. So at what point is it reasonable to say we allow our enemies to destroy us? Let me clarify. I believe in free speech for people who believe in free speech. So I'll put it this way. If a communist comes to me and says, help, help, my free speech is under attack, I'll say, I ain't helping you. You don't believe in free speech. You're going to try and take my rights away at a moment's notice.

If some libertarian conservative otherwise says my free speech is under attack, I'll say, hey, don't censor those people. That's not all right. I don't believe in that. The reason I feel this way is that it's moving on from the state of let your enemies use your weapons against you, your ideas against you. We can't do that. We lose. Imagine going into a chess game and saying,

I think we should all be allowed to use our queens as we see fit. And the opponent goes, okay, and then grabs yours off the board and throws it. And you go, well, you know, I don't like that you did it, but I defend your right to have yours. What I mean is the left has been advocating to take away our rights through these tech platforms the entire time.

And we kept defending them over and over and over again. It's time to adopt a war mind. That is, they are coming to destroy our way of life. We don't want violence. We don't want conflict. We want Donald Trump and a good presidency. But that means the marketplace of ideas must be robust and resilient. And those who seek to subvert that marketplace must not be allowed. That means we defend free speech for those who agree with it. Now, I know a lot of people are going to say, that's not liberal, Tim. I don't care. My point is this.

If you have a philosophy, if you're a communist, but you defend to the death the rights of free speech, I'll protect your free speech. You're allowed to be a communist. But too many of these commies, these far leftists, and even whack jobs on the far right, whatever, authoritarian right, want to take away your right to speak. I'm not going to defend those people anymore. They're destroying the American way of life. Let's read the news.

The Post Millennial reports, former Trump chief strategist Bannon said during an interview on ABC News this week that the attendance of major tech billionaires at President-elect Donald Trump's upcoming inauguration represents their official surrender to the incoming administration. As soon as Mark Zuckerberg said, I've been invited, I'm going, the floodgates opened up and they were all there knocking, trying to be supplicants. So I look at this and I think most people in our movement look at this as President Trump broke the oligarchs. He broke them and they surrendered. Well,

Elon Musk joined in beforehand. I think, you know what it is? Elon Musk, hardworking guy, smart guy, creating spaceships, some of the most important work in human history. And I'll defend it. And people are like, stop, stop kissing the ass to Elon Musk. Shut up. Elon Musk is not perfect. He's doing great things. He's a smart guy. He creates an electric car company, Tesla, wildly popular. It's exactly what the Biden administration should want. And they snubbed him.

So he got revenge. I don't think that's exactly why he did it. Maybe that's a little petty. But he immediately says, OK, Trump, what do you need? They try to shut down one of his favorite satire sites, the Babylon Bee. And so he says, I ain't doing this. And he buys X. And it's fascinating. To great personal risk. I respect the guy. He's not perfect. Criticize him when he deserves it. Everybody does. But I respect it. He came out for Trump well before these other guys. Now Zuckerberg's like, you know, Elon had it right. He did better than us. Uh-huh.

Look, I get it, bro. You were scared. Elon, he declared war and he won. They're going to say, Meta's Mark Zuckerberg and Amazon's Jeff Bezos are among the prominent tech figures expected to attend the inauguration alongside Elon Musk, who has emerged as a Trump ally in recent months. Both Meta and Amazon have also reportedly contributed to Trump's inaugural fund. Tech leaders have shown signs of softening controversial policies in the wake of Trump's victory.

Zuckerberg recently announced that Facebook would eliminate its fact-checking service, adopting a community notes system similar to X. He also appeared in the Joe Rogan Experience where he criticized the Biden administration and admitted that under his leadership, the federal government pressured Facebook to censor certain posts. Despite these shifts, Bannon expressed skepticism about these tech leaders' motivations. He also called Zuckerberg a criminal. Quote, Zuckerberg's, you know, road to Damascus came a little late.

It was after the 5th of November. It's very, you know, now wants to be a bro. He kung fu fights. He's going to UFC. He's got his hair done differently. He's cut. That doesn't hack it with me. That guy will flip on President Trump and he'll flip on us in the second. When it's convenient for him, he will flip. Yep. I said, I went on Fox News, Jesse Walters show, and that's exactly what I was saying. These people will take their power fine, but

As the saying goes, they want to join our ranks by all means. Come and join the party, but you're walking in front of us because we don't trust you. And that means from right now until what we end up doing in the next four years with the new president, we must secure these institutions. We may have won this great battle, but if we don't make sure to decimate these crackpot ideologies, we will lose in four years. Heck, we might lose in two with the midterms. So now more than ever,

We need to make sure that we get a grip on the narrative machine and we build new systems, systems of resilience. Bannon also reiterated his past criticisms of Musk, including calling him an evil person, despite the Tesla CEO's recent support for the Republican Party. When asked if Trump ever pushes back on his critiques of Musk, Bannon responded, if President Trump has a conversation with me, I will keep the conversation between President Trump and myself.

Fair point. Looking forward, Bannon argued that Trump has a unique ability to unite a broad coalition of Americans, comparing him to historical figures like George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. If you had to have somebody to do it, he's the guy to do it. That's why he's at the level of Washington and Lincoln. Now, what's funny is Donald Trump is a real estate TV mogul with golden Trump plastered on buildings. He's certainly an interesting guy. But you know what?

It's remarkable. That is what it took for us to finally get some accountability and see some victories. The bowing down of big tech. You know, I got to say, Joe Rogan did a great interview with Mark Zuckerberg. He's, you know, you know why Rogan, I'll say this, why he's better than Tim Cass and Tim Cass that role. He reaches regular people better than we do. Me, I'm two in the weeds. I'm two in the weeds. It's hard for regular people to grasp this deep level of conversation. And I try my best.

Many people say, you know, Tim Castellar is good because when a subject comes up, I'll try to break it down simply. Someone will say, well, you know, when they passed, when they tried signing the ERA, we did a pause and say, explain the ERA for those that don't know. With Joe Rogan, he's having a regular conversation that opens the door for people to come in. After that, maybe they'll come and have a conversation because I'll tell you this.

Mark Zuckerberg censored way more than just COVID misinformation. He censored political figures at a time of great significance. The names of individuals named in reporting implicating wrongdoing and potential malfeasance were protected by Zuckerberg. And of course, the Hunter Biden laptop story. So I look at these things and I say, we know Zuckerberg cannot be trusted. And that's too bad. That's his own fault.

He is a weak backbone. Smart guy. Built the big machine. You got to respect it. You do. The massive amount of control that he has on Facebook. But you know what's funny? Zuckerberg burned Facebook to the ground. In the 2010s, Facebook was the place to post news. And many companies were generating ridiculous sums of money off of Facebook. And the government went to Facebook and said, shut her down. And overnight, Facebook became useless.

Think about how pathetic you have to be to actually decide to destroy your company. Just burn it to the ground because you were scared. You know what I would do? I'd say this. You come to me. I say, okay, here's what we're going to do. You will never win another election again. You will be removed from power, and I will make sure Donald Trump wins with a 20-point swing if you ever dare threaten me again. Not Zuckerberg. He went, okay, I guess. They were yelling at me. Elon Musk, man. They went after him with the boots.

SEC and FTC investigations on all his companies, lawsuits, accusations of improper hiring practices. And Elon said, try me, bro. Not Zuck. Zuck caved. So right now I tell you this, my friends, they surrendered.

But we haven't won yet. Not until we secure these machines. I'll wrap it there. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Become a member over at TimCast.com. TimCast IRL tonight.
