Yesterday, a tremendous day. Donald Trump successfully negotiated a ceasefire deal and hostage release between Israel and Hamas. Now, Joe Biden and his team had worked on this, but they couldn't get it across the finish line. So it was stagnant. Thanks to Donald Trump's efforts, according to numerous sources, this deal got done. It's actually quite simple.

Hamas felt like they weren't going to be able to get a deal now that Donald Trump was going to come into office. Israel felt similarly that their only option at this point was pressure from Donald Trump, resulting in them saying yes to this. There's a bit more to it than that. But it was the efforts of Donald Trump that pushed this over the finish line. And that's the Atlantic, as well as several other foreign policy experts. I got to give it to him. Donald Trump's not even president yet. And boy, is he doing great work.

But here's what we hear from the press. Jimmy Kimmel goes on his show last night and says Joe Biden did it. And Trump is trying to take credit for it. But if you actually read the news and how this all came to be, it was it was Donald Trump.

I mean, it's absolutely amazing that all of us, you've got anti-war libertarian types, you've got MAGA diehards, you've got disaffected and post-liberals. And we've been saying for years, going back to 2020, Donald Trump is the anti-war candidate. During Trump's first term, the escalation in Ukraine, it was simmering down. Actually, the conflict was simmering down. And then as soon as Joe Biden gets in, we get war.

War erupts in the Middle East. It's a destabilization policy structure under the deep state, the uniparty Democrats, neocons, whatever. And Donald Trump is I don't want to deal with it.

So breaking it all down, Trump is the guy who's basically going to go in and do what must be done to make sure the war stops. And that's exactly what we saw. Now, yesterday was another tremendous day because Joe Biden himself gave a farewell speech instantly. The first words out of his mouth were, I did this. It's me. And it's so petty. He writes this probably not him.

And the and the and the farewell address looked prerecorded. But Biden puts out this press release again, probably not him, that says my diplomacy never ceased. Uh huh. It's like, you know, you watch Donald Trump run across the finish line and then you immediately run out and go, look what I did. I worked really hard for this. And everyone's like, we can see what Trump is doing. So this is the big news right now.

That Joe Biden wants credit. People on the left are saying Trump doesn't deserve credit. But I got to tell you, the next move for Trump to make is ending the Ukraine war. I'll give a shout out to Dave Smith, who said that if Trump really did, and this is before the announcement of the ceasefire, it's not through just yet. Fighting is still happening. But there is an agreement that must now be run through the Israeli government. Hopefully, fingers crossed, we get there. Dave Smith said, if Trump really negotiated this without giving major concessions to Israel,

I mean, that's that he's that's amazing. And if he can negotiate an end to the Ukraine war, he will enter his second term as truly a heroic president. Put him on Mount Rushmore. I love it. I love it, Dave. And and I agree.

There's a lot of people out there who don't like Trump, but we desperately want these wars to stop and give the man credit. I'm hoping that the collective cheering for Donald Trump over this makes Trump egotistically say, oh, boy, they really love me when I end war. I'm going to try to end more war. And then we're going to be like, well, let me tell you, my friends, it's quite simple.

Let's say the U.S. government steals, prints, or otherwise obtains $100. Let's just say it's $100.

If they give that hundred dollars to say, like a construction worker to, I don't know, fix a pothole, that construction worker can use some of the money to buy some some blacktop patching, repair, whatever they need. He can then take a little bit extra to make sure he feeds himself and his family. Instead, what we get from the U.S. government is that hundred dollars goes to a weapons manufacturer to make a bomb to drop on people in foreign countries whose names most Americans can't pronounce. That's not that's not.

to rag on Americans. I am saying Americans are largely ignorant of what is happening around the world. And there's questions about why we should be involved in any of this when we could allocate our economic resources and drivers towards fixing our infrastructure, securing our borders. I mean, heck, if the U.S. government took the hundred whatever billion dollars they've spent on Ukraine, I think it might be 200 billion.

And just literally made a factory that made party hats. American made birthday caps. At the very least, that's driving American economic interests. Don't get me wrong, these weapons manufacturers, those are American jobs too. But it's not fixing bridges. It's not repairing roads. Kind of. There's taxes and stuff like this. But it's largely about bombs in foreign countries.

Let's dive in, my friends, to figure out what's going on. I'm going to call out Jimmy Kimmel, Joe Biden and the rest of them. Donald Trump deserves all the credit. I implore all of you to scream Trump's name to the high heavens because I want Trump to feel so good about this that as he stares down in the reflecting pool at his face, he says, you really are the best. Hear all that cheering. We're going to do more of that. I don't care about Trump's motivations.

You might say Trump's altruistic. Fine. You might say he's narcissistic. Literally don't care. He got it done. Scream his name. Make him feel good about himself because he's doing good. And we want it literally good. He's doing good things. And we want him to end more wars. I am so excited for the next three and a half days to see Donald Trump come into office, slap his executive orders and get it done. Now, before we jump into the news, make sure you go to TimCast.com and click join us. Let me tell you why.

We'll be right back.

Fox News says lying to the nation, Trump orbit slams Biden for taking credit for ceasefire deal. Biden took credit for the ceasefire deal in his farewell address to the nation. He sure did. Take a look at the video 30 seconds from the opening of his farewell address. And I'm going to debunk this in two seconds. After eight months of nonstop negotiation by administration, by my administration, a ceasefire and a hostage deal has been reached by Israel and Hamas.

The elements of which I laid out in great detail in May of this year. This plan was developed and negotiated by my team and will be largely implemented by the incoming administration. That's why I told my team to keep the incoming administration fully informed because that's how it should be. Let me just point out, you see how he's hamming it up? I did this. My team did this. We negotiated this. And it'll be largely implemented by the incoming administration. So we made sure that they were informed.

You know, there's also the bigger the story, the bigger the lie. If he had said over the past eight months, we have been negotiating tirelessly on a ceasefire deal. We laid out a basic framework and we pushed as hard as we could for eight months. Donald Trump's special envoy joined us in these negotiations, resulting in it being pushed over the finish line. And for that, we are grateful to the efforts of the incoming administration in assisting with this effort.

My team and his team, he could have said it like that. And we would have been like, look, man, let me let me say personally, Biden's team did have this agreement set up, but they could not get it done. There's no problem in saying that Joe Biden's team put this together. The issue is that they couldn't get it across the finish line until Trump came in, banged his fist on the table and said the gates of hell are about to open.

Don't take my word for it. The Atlantic, the Atlantic. Trump made the Gaza ceasefire happen. Take their word for it. At least some in the corporate press are willing to acknowledge it. Now they want to rag on Trump a little bit, but that's OK. They said, but not for the reason he or Biden's critics say. Fine. The Atlantic points out that Trump stepped up, applied pressure,

And basically said, if you wait, the deal you get will be so much worse. You will beg. That's the Trump, the Trump play. The big ask. He goes in and says, you know, Don Lemon's losing it, of course. Like, why wouldn't Trump wait? Why wouldn't this makes no sense? Oh, I'll cry more. But Trump did it. Trump knew the leverage. He played he played bad cop.

Biden had a framework credit to the Biden administration on their framework, but they lacked the strength to do it. My point ultimately is if Joe Biden or Kamala Harris won, this deal would not have happened. Donald Trump steps up and he says, if you don't take this deal, the gates of hell will break loose. He said all hell will break loose. That's literally what he said publicly. The hostages are not released. All hell will break loose.

So Hamas and Israel take a look at Trump and a special envoy. And they said, the clock is ticking and you have three days because you better believe when we come in, the fist will come down and crush you. And they're like, OK, OK. So why would Trump do it? It's fascinating because Don Lemon is like, why? Why wouldn't Trump just take the credit and wait? I don't know, Don. Maybe it's because Trump cares about the hostages and he wants the killing to stop.

These people believe that Trump is a comic book villain. They can't understand that Trump as a human being might literally just be like, it is bad that people are dying. Can we stop this somehow? Now, Trump comes in with a fist clenched, banging on the table like Joe Biden never did. And that's what the reporting says. But then you get scumbags like Jimmy Kimmel. Here you go. Some other good news. The Biden administration appears to have finally negotiated a ceasefire between Israel and

Donald Trump immediately took credit for it. He posted about it even before the White House announced it. I wonder why Donald Trump announced that he made the ceasefire happen, Jimmy. Jimmy knows this. Listen.

All of the foreign policy experts know this. You don't have to like Donald Trump, but Trump put that pressure on. And that's what everyone's basically saying. Take a look at this clip from Don Lemon's show where he interviewed Rula Jebriel, a foreign policy analyst who said, I don't like Trump, but he did it. And Don Lemon loses it. This is what I say. According to diplomats who were involved firsthand in the negotiation, they

President Biden refused to put any pressure on Netanyahu. And ultimately, they gave up that any deal would happen. It was and Don, you and I talked about President Trump. I have no love and I don't want to give any credits, but I know. But I am in the business of telling the truth. Donald Trump intervention have been monumental in making the ceasefire deal possible.

And just to make people understand, President Biden not only refused on multiple occasions to put any pressure on the Prime Minister of Israel to do any deal,

People who were involved in the negotiation, including Israeli negotiators, told me firsthand that very often they felt that he was more than backing the negotiating team, the Israeli negotiating team. He was backing the prime minister agenda and his desire to stay in office. The Israeli media and Israeli ministers

including Ben-Vir, today confirmed that it was President Trump. Israeli media also confirmed that Netanyahu already gave up on the hostages. He was willing to sacrifice the hostages for his political desire to stay in power. However, Donald Trump happened to be a transactional president, happened to be a transactional man. He wanted to come to the White House with a win.

And that was always his approach. Well, let me ask you this then. So why didn't why did they not wait until he took office, which is just going to be in about a week? Because he didn't want to deal with these issues. I think maybe, Don, it's because Trump cares about hostages. Look, I don't think Trump's sitting there being like this, like holding a portrait of one of the hostages and like rubbing his hand on it. He's probably thinking like this is terrible. These people can't can't be in this position. Let's let's put an end to this.

Donald Trump is not this comic book villain. But surprise, surprise, people like Jimmy Kimmel are the ones who perpetuate the lie. But I really, I really love that I get to say this. And I want to give a heartfelt thank you to all of you watching this. I hope that you share these videos wherever you can. I know that these long form videos are much harder to share these days, but I do believe these podcasts are very important. So I hope that you inform your friends. Listen to the Tim Pool Daily News Show.

Listen to Timcast IRL, share videos like this on YouTube and encourage others to watch. And the reason I say that is as I sit here showing you statements from a show like Don Lemon's and props to Don Lemon for having this interview. Credit to Donald Trump showing you the Atlantic article. Donald Trump got this done, showing you Biden taking credit for it and Jimmy Kimmel lying.

I am so grateful for all of you because it is how we cut through the lies. My intention isn't to sit here and say Trump is the greatest man of all time. Certainly not. I think the guy's driven not by complete altruism. I don't think the guy's evil. A lot of people say, no, Tim, Trump is purely altruistic. No, he isn't. Come on.

Trump's a guy like anybody else. He wants to feel good about himself. That's why I'm saying when everybody cheers for him for doing good things, it encourages him to do more because there is a personal motivation there. But I do think Trump cares about people like any other human would. I do think he is strong and he wants to get the job done. And I think that's a reasonable approach to the news. And I am grateful to say that we have 2.5 times the ratings in the key demo of Jimmy Kimmel. Thanks to you.

Man, I could not imagine. Ten years ago, these guys were the biggest guys all around. And ten years ago, they had Key Demo because the people who watched their show were Key Demo. Now, Jimmy Kimmel gets like 1.7 million views on his show, but they're largely older folks. And no disrespect to the older folks, but in the Key Demo, we crush Jimmy Kimmel. You guys watching this show, which means...

I feel good about the future of this country because we are seeing the successes of Donald Trump and we are seeing the successes of independent media. And again, it's because you guys watch somebody like me. Now, don't get me wrong. I love it. I love sitting here complaining. I love sitting here calling out the lies and roasting these liars and all of that good stuff. So we make a great team, don't we? If you like what we do, become a member at TimCast.com because like I said, January sucks.

That's just the reality. But I mean, we're fine either way. It's just we rely on, you know, the year is ebbs and flows like August, October, November are huge months. December. But we take two months off. I'm two months, two weeks off in December for the holidays, which then is kind of bad. But December is where they all dump all the advertisers like unload the marketing budget. But so it's like.

Running a business and you guys who run businesses know that some months you do well and some you don't. But your employees require that stable, you know, so you as the business owner have to rely on that. So we rely on you guys as members. It's tremendous, my friends. Now, we don't know exactly where this will end up.

Right now, there is still fighting and we are waiting on Israel to vote to make this happen. But the deal has been agreed upon by all parties. It just now needs to go through the official government procedures. So we shall see. As for Donald Trump, let me see if I have this one. The next major move, NPR reporting. Trump wants a quick end to the Ukraine war and that is a tall order. Now, NPR is a little goofy, I got to admit, but they are right.

I hope and I beg and I pray Donald Trump and this war in Ukraine. Ukraine's a beautiful country. I've been there several times. I was there covering the Maidan protests, which protests, which ultimately bubbled up to the ousting of President Yanukovych. And I returned about two years later. Actually, I might have been three years later. Man, time flies.

And I it's it's it's a great country. It really is. And it's terrifying to see what's been going on. Now, I got to be honest, it's a corrupt country, but everybody knew that. And the U.S. use it uses it as a vassal effectively. And there's a conflict over the Donbass region, Crimea, Sevastopol, Russia's access to the Black Sea through their large industrial port in Sevastopol and the home of their Black Sea fleet. And no one's going to walk away from this in any kind of meaningful, easy way.

But I tell you this, the key factor that we see in the major benefit, what Donald Trump brings to the table, Joe Biden's offers are garbage and Russia knows it. But Donald Trump is the madman. Trump's going to come back and say something similar. He's going to say, Putin, you will never get a better deal than this. So don't waste my time. This is why I like Donald Trump. You know, I'm a businessman and I'm

You know, let me put it like this. You guys, you played football in high school, right? Not everybody. Some of you did. You like watching football. You can relate to it. You're certainly not the big leagues. You know what I mean? Maybe you're Al Bundy. You were the high school football star, man. You hit it all. And now you're a shoe salesman. No disrespect, you know.

As a kid, you play sports, you do a good job, then you get a real job, you raise a family, and you do your duty to your family and your country. But you like to watch football because you were late. And when you see that NFL quarterback all-star throw that long pass or whatever, you're like, yes! When you see him get it, you know exactly what it's like to succeed in that way. And it's fun to watch the best of the best get the job done. So for me...

I love me some business negotiations. I love playing that game and watching Trump negotiate these deals. It's like watching pro sports. If you're a lawyer, I bet all the lawyers are like, oh, I love watching Trump. He is the best negotiator. All the agents and managers are like, I can't believe he got that deal. How did he do it? It's epic. I think Donald Trump is going to be able to bring this war to a halt.

It's going to mean that Ukraine loses something. It's going to mean that Russia loses something. But Donald Trump is going to sit down and say, Putin, quiet. I'm not doing that. We're not going to play this game. I don't want to waste time. That's why I love Trump.

Because I'm kind of an a-hole when it comes to negotiations, the way I operate. Everybody thinks they're going to come to me and play the same game they play with everybody else. Here's how it goes. They say, hey, Tim, we want to do a deal. We'll give you X. I say, okay, X sounds good, but do X plus one. And they'll say X plus one it is. Then they send you a contract for X minus one. That's how it always goes. And you know, and most companies say, oh, I see here that the contract is not what we negotiated. Why don't we redline this, have my lawyers mark it up, send it on your way. I don't do that.

They hand me that contract. I take a look at it and say, what did we say? And they said, well, this is that you just, you know, let us know what you don't like. I said, no, no, no, no, no, no. You are going to take this back. You are going to market as described in our negotiations. And if I see any clause in there that would violate my rights or is an attempt to pull a fast one, I'll throw it in the garbage and I'll go do a deal with somebody else.

That's how I operate. It's probably bad business, but I don't want to enter into business contracts with people who do those things. And, you know, they all do it. They'll send you a contract and there'll be some provision you never agreed on. And you're going to say, do I got to do I got to hire lawyers to redline this? Don't waste my time. And Trump.

He's a thousand times better than I am at this stuff. So for me, it's like the high school football star watching the NFL pro get that long pass score, touchdown, win the Super Bowl. When I watch Donald Trump negotiate the end to wars, I'm sitting here with popcorn, pizza and wings being like, yeah, I love it. I love why this is my Super Bowl.

Donald Trump wins. He brings about effective change and he makes the world a better place. And all the whinging whiners, all the people drop into their knees screaming, they can cry about it because Donald Trump isn't just team red versus team blue. Donald Trump, his administration. I'm looking forward to Hegsath, Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, RFK Jr., Tulsi Gabbard. Talk about a coalition. Even Marco Rubio sounded pretty good. That surprises me. I've never been the biggest fan of Rubio.

But I like what I'm seeing. And I know it's not going to be perfect. And we are going to have to push back where we can because Trump does listen. But what Trump is doing is making the world better. I'll take it. I can't believe I'm saying that in my lifetime, seeing Clinton, Bush, Obama, Biden. I did not believe in Donald Trump in his first election campaign.

But throughout his first term, boy, was I proven wrong. But can you blame me? I'm so jaded from the machine. Barack Obama whispering sweet nothings into our ears. I don't buy it for a second. But here we are, my friends. Trump is getting it done. Let's go. All right, man. Well, we got more segments coming up for you later today. Next at noon, smash that like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Become a member of TimCast.com. Maybe I should just do more advertisements for myself because, you know,

It takes very little to build a large media company to push back on the liars like Jimmy Kimmel. And although I gloat and say we get better in the key demo, he is still propped up on YouTube. So let's be real. They give him millions of views we do not get. How do we defeat it? Well, sharing the show, sharing this video, telling people to listen to TimCast IRL podcast, Apple, Spotify, etc. All these things are good. But man...

We average out on this channel 225,000 viewers per clip. Just one clip. We have nowhere near that many members. Imagine if every single person who watched said, you know what, man? I can spare 10 bucks a month so that people like Timcast, shows like Timcast, can be bigger, better, stronger, faster, and displace the liars in the corporate press. If everybody who watched signed up, we'd be bigger than CNN overnight. Thanks for hanging out, man, and we'll see you all in the next segment.

And way better than anything we got during the Jack Dorsey era. But hold on. What's the story? Okay, so let's go back in time a little bit. A couple weeks ago, Elon Musk was accused of personally censoring conservatives over their stance on H-1B visas. Elon Musk said he would go to war over this issue the likes of which you would not believe.

And so many prominent accounts got their verification and partnership removed. And this one's a bit of a toss up, right? That story. I will go over the details in a little bit.

But the reason why I say toss up is because it wasn't so cut and dry that Elon Musk just targeted a handful of conservatives of their opinions. There was a parent account that was a partner with Axe that had a gold verification badge, which cost thousands of dollars. And they were posting things disparaging the genetics of an Indian developer guy. And there was concern. A lot of the accounts that were getting censored were actually posting really graphic images, sometimes of children.

And of course, when Twitter rightfully started banning some of these accounts, then all of a sudden people were like, look, we're being censored. Now, as for the prominent conservatives who lost their checkmarks, they weren't doing any of that. They were critical of H-1B. But it seems more likely the bigger picture going after Elon Musk on H-1B resulted in them being on the radar and then posting things disparaging the genetics of an Indian man likely got them flagged, which is once again, they're playing the hate speech game.

Elon Musk's position on this was some people think that freedom of speech means I have to pay them to do it. Not correct. So Elon's basically saying, look, you can use X. You can say all the nasty stuff in the world, but not with a verification badge where you get partner monetization. Sorry. Thanks, but have a nice day.

And that's why I say it's, you know, maybe a little petty. Elon doesn't want these people on the platform because the H-1B thing. But there were some arguments as why some of them got banned. Anybody who was underneath this parent company lost their verification and it was bad. But some of them did get those verifications back. Either way, it's a contentious subject. But now I'm loving Thursday. Look, we're a couple of days away from Donald Trump.

Becoming the president. And this matters only a little bit, but it is interesting. Elon Musk leaks Asmongold DMs after unfollowing streamer over POE2 boosting drama. Okay, you're probably like half of you probably know exactly what this is. And half of you are probably like, yo, I don't even know what these words mean.

Curtains for Zushka, Batboy and what's the meme? You know, it's like Brenton Batboy flipping a grunt. It's like I'm 50 and all news looks like this. OK, so let me slow down. Aspen Gold is a very prominent YouTuber. He's got millions of subscribers and he criticized Elon Musk saying there's no way that Elon's actually playing the video games he plays.

A simple version is prominent gamer on YouTube with millions of followers calls out Elon Musk and accuses him of cheating, as do several others, creating this big drama. All of a sudden, Asmongold's blue checkmark is gone. Elon Musk is being accused of pulling his Twitter, his axe verification.

I don't know that we know that for sure. Asmongold hasn't posted about it as far as I can tell. It may just be that he personally canceled his ex premium because Elon Musk appears. He posted what looks like DMs between he and Asmongold, which is my understanding, a violation of X's terms of service and

I don't know. Many people have done it. I've called out people in a similar way. I don't know how big of a deal this is, but a lot of people are basically saying, once again, Elon has pulled a massive petty move, suspending someone's access to the platform premium because he has a personal spat with them. I love it. This is hilarious. It's bad. Don't get me wrong, but imagine where we're at. You know, a couple of years ago on X, you'd say something like,

Men aren't women. And they'd ban you. They literally would ban you. Now you've got someone being like, I can't imagine that Elon Musk actually built that Diablo build himself. And Elon's like, how dare you? And he bans you for that. What a ridiculous reality that we're in. Okay, so again, it's hard to know exactly what's happening, but this drama, normally is drama I would not care about. But here I am looking at a story of Elon Musk using X

As a personal tool of retribution over petty issues. I don't know that it's completely true. If Elon's got a personal beef with Asmongold and wants to post a DM, who cares? Just because Elon Musk owns X doesn't mean that this is particularly worse than anything else. Now, the accusation that he pulled Asmongold's Twitter badge may be, but we still don't know.

I don't know what happened. The Quartering says Asmongold didn't change his profile. You can see he hasn't posted anything. Could it be that Asmongold just canceled it and said, Elon wants to have with me? I ain't paying him money. Maybe. Or maybe Elon was legit just like, you're a liar. Nuke. Which I actually find pretty dang funny. Petty, if true. But come on, you got to admit that's kind of funny. Like Elon's like, don't you accuse me of cheating in video games. Yeah.

Well, here's the story from Dexerto. They say streaming star Asmongold has responded to Elon Musk unfollowing him amid the drama of the SpaceX boss boosting in Path of Exile 2. This is the drama. He's cheating in a video game. I'm not saying he is. I'm saying they're accusing him of doing it. For years, Elon Musk has put his love of gaming out there. In the days of Overwatch's peak, he regularly spoke about being a Torbjorn main. Ah! That's the most egregious thing I... Torbjorn Elon!

Okay. It's okay. You're playing Torbjorn. I like to play... Moira is a lot of fun. A lot of fun. Because it's healing and DPS and admittedly very easy. But I liked Moira in Overwatch. Who else did I like to... I think it was largely just...

Yeah, I don't know. But Torbjorn was fun. I'd play Torbjorn too. And seeking hours upon it into Blizzard's game. However, in the last few weeks, his skills have come under question. The SpaceX boss claimed to be one of the best Diablo 4 players in the world, even submitting a record-breaking time in one of the game's hardest battles. However, Helltides has not verified that run, and he only sits 50%. Taxes was feeling so stuck.

More recently, he's come under fire for seemingly account sharing with someone else to boost up his level in Path of Exile 2. A few high profile profile players have accused him of being boosted up and taking credit for skills that aren't totally is. That includes Asmongold, who up until January 15th had been followed by Elon on X. Elon unfollowed Asmongold. He's probably not happy about the Path of Exile video. There's no way he played that account, he said.

So, yeah, here you go. So Elon Musk ends up leaking this DM, but I do think... I thought I had a story pulled up. I thought this... There was a... Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Let me zoom out and play this video for you guys. So this has a little bit of context in it. Check this out. Yeah, but if a game is really...

like super hard it kind of forces you to concentrate i have a recording in dms with elon musk that might shed some light in the situation there's no way he played that account like i'm sorry i think he bought the account or somebody played it for him a hundred percent i just want you guys to understand this is one of the highest level hardcore characters in the game he would have played thousands of maps at this point just running by his calves he just ran by

Now, what I think is even funnier about this is that it obviously calls into question him playing Diablo 4. D4 was so fucking easy, people couldn't even tell. They're like, yeah, is this like a random noob or is this the best player in the world? Like, I don't know. In some strange turn of events in the weirdest timeline imaginable, a poor... So this guy makes a post. It goes on other contexts, but the gist of it is this. While many of you are probably saying, like, I don't know what Diablo is or Path to Exile...

Once again, the context here is that somebody said Elon Musk is a cheater. And the accusation now is that Elon Musk is censoring the guy to a certain degree. Now, hold on there a minute. As Elon Musk stated, freedom of speech don't mean no freedom of payment. You're allowed to say what you want on X, but I'm not going to pay you for it. But wait.

It is true that they tie your visibility to whether or not you're a verified user. And so if the claim is correct that Elon Musk, once again, I'm saying because there's other claims, I don't know if those are true. But if Elon is consistently pulling people's verification for criticizing him, that's going to limit their ability to use the platform properly.

I gotta be honest. I think it's hilarious. I have no reason to believe that Elon's a cheater, but I'm not a gamer. Well, that's not fair. I kind of am. Probably more so back in the day. I used to play Overwatch quite a bit. Destiny 2, Division. I have no time for video games anymore, man. Sometimes you just want to... I've been playing Marvel Rivals a little bit. Can you guess which character I played? Yeah, obviously, if I said I was playing Moira, I'm playing Scarlet Witch. Because it's like a similar build. But, um...

I don't really play all that often. And Punisher is fun. I like playing Punisher. Maybe I'm a Torbjorn guy. Bastion was fun. I loved playing Bastion because I was just, man, anyway. Yeah, I don't really play all that often. But I think Elon is largely a force for good. And that's not just because he reposted my video last week, which got 40 some odd 50 million views. Obviously, there is some bias in that. I can't deny it. That'd be silly not to say otherwise.

I do think it's silly if Elon Musk really is doing this, and it is bad. But come on, guys. Elon getting petty over a video game is nothing compared to the systemic censorship that we saw under under Vajaya and and Jack Dorsey to the point where the federal government was actually putting their thumb on the scales. So let's put it into perspective. Certainly, it's good. We criticize the people running X, if that is the case. And Elon is doing this thing, whatever.

But I'm still going to sit here and say, and then people are like, oh, you're dick riding Elon Musk. Guys, it's called scale. It's called perspective. If Elon does a bad thing, criticize him for it. That was always allowed. But make sure you're aware of how bad things used to be. The reason why we criticize Elon if he's doing something bad is because we want him to do good things. We don't want bad things to happen. We don't want X to turn into what Jack Dorsey was doing.

So at the same time, I'm like, you accused the guy of cheating in a video game and he may have removed your verification is silly. It is bad. Don't get me wrong. But come on. On a scale of one to ten, Jack Dorsey and Vijay Gade was nine out of ten evil, maybe even ten out of ten. And Elon, as his accusation goes, is two.

Right. Elon Musk opened up the platform, brought tons of people back, including people who despise him, including people who are racist and all of that stuff, gave them the ability to speak. And a lot of good people who aren't racist and were falsely accused. And this, I believe, largely contributes to the victory of Donald Trump, which is great for this country. So, again, like I said, you know, I don't know. Gamers accuse Elon Musk of cheating to level up.

So we have this. Where's the post from the quartering? Here we go. The quartering says it appears Elon Musk has taken Asmongol's check away after he called him out about a video game. He also leaked his DMs. That appears to be true. This is a legendary meltdown, abuse of power and exactly what the left does. Most will be too cowardly to call it out. But this is unacceptable.

So over Asmongold's ex-account, there is no more verification. He has a post from January 7th, which is kind of funny about hoflation. And he's basically saying, he literally said, I used to be able to go to GameStop or Target and see hot bitches working there every day. Now it's just hogs. Why? Because those girls are coming home and doing OnlyFans now instead of working. So it's kind of funny. Other than that, he doesn't really have any posts except for three days ago.

And I guess he's posting he's I don't know, he's posting his revenue or something like this. So it doesn't appear that he did anything that would remove his verification unless he personally did it. We don't know for sure. But here we are. Elon Musk tweeted, Asman behaves like a maverick independent, but in reality has to ask his boss for permission before he can do anything. He is not his own man.

Then Elon Musk leaks this DM that's basically showing Asmongold saying that other people run his YouTube account. He records. They take the videos. They edit them. They put them up, and they get a share of the revenue. That's interesting. He says it's a super good system to manage. Almost everyone on YouTube does it. Dang, I don't. Why am I doing all this work myself? Then you got this.

From Community Notes, according to X's policies, sharing someone else's private messages without their express authorization or permission is generally against the platform's terms of service. Is that true? I don't know that that's true.

They say you may not threaten to expose instead of others to expose or publish or post other people's private information without their express authorization and permission or share private media of individuals without their consent. I don't know that that applies to communications that you had with an individual. This is talking about videos of people and private information literally refers to addresses, phone numbers, etc. Elon Musk posting the DM is typical X drama. And so, yeah,

The only issue I see here is we don't know why his verification was removed, but that's why it becomes newsworthy, in my opinion. Now, Asmongold talks about new stuff quite a bit. He plays video games. People seem to like it. It's got a big channel, and Elon Musk owns the biggest platform, so here we are.

I guess I would be concerned if X was moving in a direction of censorship in any way, not to unlike what we saw with Twitter before. I'm not entirely convinced that's the case. So, my friends, it's funny. It is largely silly. But the people who live in that world where their principal source of media is going to be Asmongold, this is like the apocalypse. I mean, not literally, but it's a bigger deal.

Imagine for most of you, you're probably just like, yeah, I don't follow this stuff, man. I don't pay attention to that kind of thing. So what are you going to do? Well, we'll highlight it. It's news. We don't want censorship. And then I guess ultimately we'll have to see what really happens. And if Asmongold is going to issue a direct response over the verification issue as to whether or not Elon Musk cheats at path to exile or Diablo, I literally don't care. Um,

What Elon Musk does in video games is completely meaningless to me, has zero value in anything related to things that I care about. So for me, I look at Elon Musk working with Doge, going to fire bureaucrats. All of that stuff is world saving. And whether or not he's boosting in a video game, you might as well be telling me he's juggling wheels of cheese. I literally don't care.

We are on the final stretch of this race and we need to be vigilant. National security agencies warn Trump inauguration is attractive potential target for threats. Those with election related grievances may see the event as their last opportunity to influence the election results through violence. We've already seen it.

Tons of people on the internet, leftists, calling for mass rallies in D.C. on this date. Security is going to be a major issue and basically every prominent personality is going to be there. Elon Musk is going to be there. Trump, of course, we know Trump, but all of the different commentators, internet influencers, etc. are going to be down in D.C. The far left, all the same.

We don't know exactly who from the left is going to be there. I'm sure it's not going to be as much as people on the right because people on the right or moderates, whatever you want to call it, they're coming down to see Donald Trump do his thing. But on the left, there's going to be big protests and there's a fear of serious violence. When Donald Trump won the first time, I went down to the deplorable. I was not a big Trump supporter. I was just a journalist, but I knew a lot of people. And when I went, as we were trying to enter the building, far leftists were throwing bricks and bottles and other garbage at those trying to get in.

They set fires. They smashed windows. They torched vehicles. Hundreds were arrested and then ultimately paid out. Excuse me. So right now, the fear is not just for Donald Trump. It's for everybody. Think about the damage that could be done to the movement if there is some kind of mass violence and a handful of prominent personalities, politicians, commentators, or otherwise are caught up, injured, or seriously hurt. The fear here, not just Trump. Postmillennial Reports reports

President-elect Donald Trump's Monday inauguration will be an attractive potential target for violence, U.S. national security agencies are warning, despite saying there are currently no specific credible threats against the event. A group of intelligence and law enforcement agencies wrote in a threat assessment that hasn't been released to the public, which is obtained by Politico, that potential perpetrators like those with election-related grievances may see the event as their last opportunity to influence the election results through violence.

The threat assessment was compiled by the FBI, Secret Service, Capitol Police, the Washington, D.C. government, and the Supreme Court's police. It laid out multitudes of scenarios that could occur, such as foreign terrorists, domestic extremists, and lone wolves initiating bomb hoaxes, drone flights, vehicle ramming attacks, and swatting calls. The threat assessment noted that Iran, which has sought to kill Trump or his national security advisors in an act of revenge for the killing of General Qasem Soleimani,

The threat assessment said that in response to a video posted to Telegram the day after Election Day by a media entity aligned with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, 700,000 users threatened to assassinate Trump. I certainly hope this man is taking his security seriously because we are relying so heavily on this guy. My friends, you never want to put all your eggs in one basket. We got a great, let's just say, um...

I don't know, reserve list. How about that? There's a lot of good people in the Trump administration. He's built a massive coalition. But Donald Trump needs to get through these next four years. And I think he will. I know there are things to be worried about, but I think we're going to be okay.

They're going to say that law enforcement is also concerned about protests around the inauguration turning disorderly, with multiple groups applying for demonstration permits, including some groups whose previous protests ended with arrests. The threat assessment stated past protests by some of these individuals have involved traffic blockades, trespassing, property destruction and resisting arrest.

Politico noted that the report was similarly formatted to the threat assessment sent out by agencies ahead of President Biden's inauguration. Former counterterror official John Cohen, who helped with security planning for Biden's inauguration, said that this year's event faces more threats than the inauguration four years ago. Quote,

As somebody who was involved in the planning of the last inauguration, the threat environment was dangerous, Cohen said. As I sit here today, based on the work I've been doing with law enforcement for the past four years, the threat environment today is even more volatile and more dangerous than it was in 2021. We've already seen reports, my friends, that far leftists are arming themselves. They're playing this game of, oh, but Trump's a fascist. We need to protect ourselves from what him and his fascist goon squad might do. I'll tell you what my concern is.

We've done this math quite a bit as it pertains to the far left, but we'll start here. How many police officers are there in New York City? I think the number is around 30,000. And a certain number of those officers are support staff. How many people live in New York proper? What is it, 9 million? Manhattan Island is 2.5 million by itself. How many cops do you have on duty at any one moment? 10,000 to 15,000 maybe?

So what percentage of people do you need to destroy an entire city? OK, Manhattan Island. Let's isolate Manhattan. Two million. Imagine if 10 percent, 200,000 people were rampaging through the streets. Now, that's a big number, and I don't think it's going to be likely. What would happen if 1 percent, 20,000 people were rampaging, not just marching? How could the police get a hold of that?

If 1% of just Manhattan decided to act a fool, cops could do nothing about it. Now, of course, they'd then pull in the National Guard. But let's take a look at the whole of New York. 9 million. If 1%, 90,000 were rampaging through all five boroughs, one. So here's my fear. That kind of thing still doesn't happen. But let's take a look at Donald Trump, the election, and the things they've said about him. He's a threat to democracy. He's literally Hitler.

You've got 330 million adults in this country. You've got, what, 60 some odd? No, is it 70 million people voted for Kamala Harris? 70 million. If 1% decided to protest, you've got 7 million people marching through the streets. What percentage of Democrat or far leftist needs to be a psychopath to cause serious problems in D.C.? My friends, the percentage is remarkably small.

At point one percent point one, we're talking about 70,000 people. If point one percent of the people who voted for Kamala Harris truly believe that Trump is Hitler and a national security threat and they want to show up and engage in violence. I got to be honest. You take a look at January 6th. Bad riots. No good.

Hundreds of thousands of people showed up and about a thousand, I think it was like 800 were at the Capitol on the side of the riot. Of that 800, it was probably a much smaller amount that were directly engaged in violence. Though, don't get me wrong, they've arrested like 1,500 people or whatever, like a massive number. Many of those arrests are misdemeanor trespass, seemingly nonsense. It was a very, very small amount of people who smashed windows and fought with cops that led to people being able to go into that building.

Now, what if the left does it? If the left decides they're going to engage in some kind of behavior, now they don't even have to decide. What if 100,000 leftists show up, smaller than on January 6th, but 1,000 of them are violent because these far leftists tend to be, smash windows, storm the building, then what? Now, I don't know that we're going to see anything like that happen. I'm just saying.

The threat against Trump is probably worse today than it's ever been because these people genuinely believe this is their last chance to stop Trump with reports of him dishing out 100 executive orders, mass deportations, drill, baby, drill. The climate change people are going to look at the L.A. wildfires and say, this proves it. But there is some saving grace. According to CNN, an Arctic blast is going to give Trump the coldest inauguration in 40 years. Well, all right. It's going to feel like minus 40, they say. For real. Check this out.

bundle up it's going to feel like minus 40 once the coldest temperatures in a year arrive and they always say feel like yeah sure whatever tell me what the actual temperature is because i want to know if i can blow bubbles and have them freeze in midair and fall to the ground it's not going to happen but here's the way i bring up cold weather you know it's the one deterrent for the far left my friends it's fascinating far leftists will they won't protest if the weather is bad

I love these people. Their convictions are so frail that should it rain or snow or hail, they won't come out. I love it. They're the opposite of the post office. What is it? Neither rain nor snow nor sleep nor shine or whatever. I don't know. Or shine. The post office delivers. Not activists. It's going to be so cold that they're going to sit in like corner bakery sipping hot chocolate being like, eh.

Maybe they'll start a fire to keep themselves warm. So I can't speak for Iran or anything like that. That stuff is freaky. But I can tell you, my friends, the average leftist is probably going to sit this one out because it's too cold. The reality is the far left violent types probably will show up. They'll show up through fire or flame. Usually they bring them themselves.

The issue is they need the cover of the normies. They need the mass so they can go inside those groups and avoid arrest. But the normies don't want to show up in cold weather or rain or snow. And without that cover, the far leftists can't get nothing done. So I think we're going to be okay. We'll see. Smash that like button. Share the show with everyone. You know, we got another segment coming up at 3 p.m. Don't miss it. Thanks for hanging out. We'll see you all then.

Donald Trump is expected to issue an executive order to prevent the ban of TikTok. Now, it's not really being banned, but Trump would be issuing an executive order to prevent TikTok from having to divest from their Chinese owners, which is very strange and makes no sense. And I don't know if it's even legally possible. The issue is that Congress in both houses passed this bill and it was signed by Biden.

Donald Trump, of course, saw tremendous benefit from TikTok, so now he's changed his mind. He's inviting the CEO to the inauguration, and I'm going to say it's a mistake. TikTok is the most censorious platform, not just in my personal experience, but full disclosure, I may be biased. And I hope it's important you know. Timcast, IRL, Timcast, all the work we did was banned from TikTok for no reason. We believe that the ban happened when we hosted Myron Gaines.

Yep, we're going to have him on tomorrow morning on The Culture War. And nothing crazy was even said. But that was the day they nuked our platform. At least as far as we know. There's no recourse. There's no appeals. Just gone. Now, I guess people have said just make a new account. It's a different name. And I'm like, are we going to keep playing this game of whack-a-mole with TikTok? Now, from this...

Obviously, you can say I'm biased. Fine. I do know a lot of people completely agree. TikTok had been the most insorious for a long time. That's why Republicans wanted it banned in the first place. Let me clarify, not so much a ban. That was the initial talking point. But ultimately, fine. Just divest from China. Bring your servers into the United States. We can see through them. We can understand how the algorithm works and determine whether or not TikTok is manipulating young people.

I think TikTok is a dangerous platform. I think Trump is easily massaged. TikTok says, oh, they're going to ban us. OK, give conservatives some freebies, not the ones we don't like. Help Donald Trump a little bit. We'll pony up to a cozy up to him. And then Donald Trump will give us what we want. And it appears that's what is happening. I do find it funny because I had this debate yesterday.

And I was talking to Bobby Sauce and he was saying sometimes Trump's playing 5D chess and other times an idiot. I'm like, bro, I've never played those games. OK, I think Trump does some things that are really good. And I have never played the game of saying that Donald Trump is this saint. I think he is very much driven by ego.

I don't think he's a comic book villain, but I don't think he's purely altruistic. I think he's a guy. He puts his name in big gold letters up on a building. I think he's the best president of my lifetime. His foreign policy is unparalleled, but not this. This is a mistake. TikTok is the most censorious platform. It wasn't just they just banned us outright, but certain videos would disappear.

Facebook was the next worst, but it seems like Mark Zuckerberg's come around to Donald Trump's way of thinking. Okay, fine. If Trump wants to try and pull an executive order off, we're happy to try and make TikTok work, but we can't see what the algorithm does. And I think it's a weapon being used against us. Go to TikTok and what do you see? You've got these people who are trying to pull an executive order off.

who have crackpot woke ideology worldviews with massive followings. So Donald Trump wins with some memes and then TikTok gets to carry on poisoning the mind of our children. Ask yourself this. Why is TikTok not allowed in China? Let me ask you again. TikTok is not allowed in China. Why? Well, in China, they have something called Douyin.

And as the story goes, Doyen more likely features science, math, reading, strength, honor, integrity, and TikTok promotes gender ideology. Weird, woke, critical theory videos. So what happens over a long enough period of time, even if it's only 10, 20, 30 percent, if the content has these ideas, it will be a major detriment to the American people.

Now, some argue, but Tim, what if the ideas are correct? Well, Americans have a right to argue to Americans. But China's interests is not in making sure our young people are having healthy debates. It's to cause chaos that will ultimately destroy this country. And hey, the same is true for Iran and Russia. They get no freebies.

Here's a story from the New York Times. The move is under discussion as the Chinese-owned app faces a Sunday deadline to find a new buyer or shut down in the U.S. Wrong. They don't have to shut down. They're choosing to shut down. TikTok could simply pull their app from, I'm sorry, TikTok's app would be pulled from the stores, still available to American users. Instead, they're saying, nah,

We'll just shut it down. Why? The rumor is they want to shut down to shock the hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs on the platform in this country. Though there are an estimated 100 to 170 million users, a couple hundred thousand are considered entrepreneurs making money. They want to screw them over and say, don't look at us. Blame Trump. Blame the Democrats.

That's how it goes. Now, I'm going to say I don't think it's possible. I don't believe there's an executive order that could actually do this. Trump can't executive order out a law. He can executive order out enforcement, depending on who has the enforcement capabilities. The New York Times says the possible executive order is

It's under discussion as TikTok faces a deadline on Sunday to be banned in the U.S. unless it finds a new owner. The popular video sharing app is owned by ByteDance, a Chinese company. Republicans have said for years that they see the app, which has been downloaded to millions of smartphones, as a national security risk. It is. It has become a rare issue that has united both parties in Congress. If the Supreme Court upholds the law, which will ban the app unless ByteDance sells it to a non-Chinese company, special treatment from Mr. Trump might be the only way for TikTok to continue operating in the U.S. in the near term.

The law requires app store operators like Apple and Google and cloud computing providers to stop distributing TikTok in the United States. Now, listen, my friends, Facebook bans us all the time. OK, it's hard to operate on the platform. Revenue is in the gutter. And I have never called for Zuckerberg to be arrested or to be forced to divest because it's an American company. We filed lawsuits. Investigators investigated. We uncovered these weird portals and plots.

Bad companies do bad things. We challenge them. TikTok has a Chinese owner and we don't want Chinese influence. You know what I can argue about? Face CIA book, they call it. Please. But at least we're fighting our own government with our rights, our free speech, our lawyers, etc. We can't compel China to do anything. And they are more censorious on ideas that are good for America. They say an executive order could try to direct the government not to enforce the law or to delay enforcement to complete a deal. And Trump can do that.

a move that past presidents have used to challenge laws. It is unclear if an executive order would survive legal challenges or persuade the app stores and cloud computing companies take steps that could expose them to huge penalties. Here's why I think it won't work. The law would require Apple and Google to remove the app from their stores. Trump could issue an executive order saying, do not enforce action against these companies, but it would still be on paper, right?

The executive branch enforces law. So Trump could say executive order to the DEA, stop enforcing laws related to marijuana. It's not that it's ending ending the laws. It's that he's instructing his law enforcers to not take action in that regard, which he can do.

It's not really ever used to such an extreme degree, but yeah, sometimes. There was, I believe Obama did something like this related to enforcement of marijuana laws in certain areas, but it never really, it's like, not really, was what a lot of people said. Donald Trump might say this. Here's the problem.

the fines and fees will still exist. And that means four years later, it could be a bomb dropped on Apple or Google. So unless Congress acts, an executive order like this won't change the minds of the private companies that will privately take enforcement action. I say good riddance to a bad problem.

TikTok was playing fast and loose the whole time, promoting gender ideology garbage to kids. It was only when Republicans threatened to ban it that TikTok came around and promoted some Republican voices. Donald Trump says, this is good for me. I'll take it. And I got to be honest, it's good for a lot of us. Trump winning was good for us. But we can't sit back and just say, change your mind when you feel like it.

What happens if during the midterms, TikTok sits back and then says, if you want to win, here's what we want. Stop banning our purchase of farmlands. And then the Republicans say, we have too many young people voting using TikTok. You see the problem? Do not give them this leverage. But it's probably going to happen. We'll see.

They say, well, there is some speculation the app will still work if it's already been downloaded. Yeah, the law also. But the rumor is they said they're going to redirect American users to a wall saying your app has been disabled. Something like that. And blaming politicians. They say one person close Trump's team said some of his allies had loose discussions about buying TikTok, but provided no details. Mr. Biden, whose term ends Monday, a day after the ban is set to go into effect, is also under pressure to find a way to save the app.

The New York Times reported late Wednesday that TikTok's chief executive, Sho Chu, is expected to attend Mr. Trump's inauguration on Monday and was offered a seat on the dais. TikTok declined to comment. Maybe what I'll do is I'll go to the inauguration and go to the guy and say, why did you ban my company? There's many others who got banned. There's no way to challenge those bans. The accounts are just gone. It's a trash platform. I'll say it again. You are allowed to criticize me as biased. I would not withhold that information from you.

They we we never liked TikTok. We decided, like every other platform, to start using it. They banned us for no reason, with no recourse. Many other people fell in the same boat. We all got mad. Why are pro Trump voices, voices critical of critical theory being banned on the platform? Republicans made a move to say we don't like what China is doing. We can complain about X and Facebook. We don't like what they're doing either. And they turned around or I should say Twitter was bought by Elon.

What can we do about a foreign country doing this and persisting in doing this? Here's the game, man. This is the game. They say Trump changed his mind. He said we won with young people. Sure. But this is still giving China access and control to influence in this country, which is a mistake. We'll see how it goes. I'll leave it there. Next segment's coming up at 4 p.m. at YouTube.com slash Timcast. Breaking down how the insurance companies are not completely at fault in the fires.

Many of you may be wondering why I think TikTok should be banned. Well, not so much banned, but at least divested from China. You see, I've been talking about it quite a bit and this story exemplifies it. Oh, so perfectly.

Non-binary elected official takes month-long mental health leave after being misgendered in Massachusetts City Council. The first South Asian non-binary elected official in Massachusetts filed a complaint with Worcester's DEI office over misgendering. Okay. Um...

TikTok, for a long time, has been an extremely woke platform. This country is sick. Wokeness is bad for this United States and for its young people. And TikTok is an unaccountable platform that largely propped this stuff up. I'll give you one piece of anecdotal data, anecdotal evidence. It is Dylan Mulvaney.

An individual who got 10 million followers or whatever. And if you take a look at the early history of this individual, you can see the content originally created nothing to do with being trans. Which, as the creator, Mulvaney, started producing different videos. Eventually made one coming out as non-binary, which got a lot of traction. Then made another one about being trans, and it got way more traction. That's indicative of an algorithmic push. Meaning...

You can argue that we can put it two ways. TikTok operates in such a way that those that show interest in a thing create an algorithm, basically give the algorithm, the talent, show more of this thing, right? However, considering it is illogical, makes no sense. And we can see from LexisNexis data that it was propped up. It appears to be more likely algorithmic by choice.

My assumption is that the TikTok algorithm chooses those things to prop up. Now, maybe it's because they think it's popular or maybe it's because they're poisoning the mind of young people. Either way, it's poisoning the mind of young people. How can you have an elected official take a month long leave over being misgendered? Well, social media is poisoning the minds of young people. That's it. And I guess people make the argument. They're saying, Tim, you're saying people are too stupid to figure things out for themselves. No, I'm saying advertising works.

If it didn't, Coca-Cola would stop spending billions of dollars on ads. See, the idea is you put something in front of somebody, they know it exists. Now, I believe in free speech for sure. I don't think we need algorithmic advertising on crackpot ideologies that make our young people mentally unwell. But let's read the news for you guys. Here's a story from the post-millennial, a non-binary South Asian city councilor in the city of Worcester, Mass., has decided to take a full month off over alleged misgendering. Oh, it's alleged as well.

From other others in the council, counselor at large through Nguyen has claimed that transphobia and discriminatory and toxic culture has forced Nguyen to leave their position and take a month's leave. This came after a debate during Tuesday night city council meeting that addressed remote participation by some of those in the council. Nguyen prefers to be referred to as they them. Nguyen has I'm hoping pronouncing that right.

has been attending meetings remotely and per the Telegram and Gazette, called the council unsafe during a discussion regarding their frequent remote attendance. The debate followed Mayor Joseph M. Petty's filing of an order asking for the public hearing to review the limitations and options of the remote participation of public officials. Nguyen attended the Tuesday meeting discussing remote attendance remotely. In video, Nguyen can be seen wearing a keffiyeh, a scarf representing affiliation with the Palestinian cause against Israel.

That city council are filing a complaint with Worcester's Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and they're taking a month-long break. They say it's for emotional and mental safety.

Worcester City Councilor at large, Tu Nguyen, taking a month-long mental health break, accusing the mayor and council of a toxic culture. Nguyen uses the pronouns they/them and says it's not safe to show up to meetings in person. I really, really wished I felt safe enough to show up on the... What are you talking about safe enough?

Enough! Stop entertaining this. Nobody feels unsafe, okay? There's no threat to anyone's safety. Stop entertaining it. Tell them if you do not show up, you will be expelled from this body. I'm sick of this stuff. We need a dad in this country. Seriously, a father is going to be like, sit down and shut up and do your job.

but I don't. Last night when talking about remote participation, Nguyen accused the mayor and another counselor, Kathleen Toomey, of using the wrong pronouns. Nguyen also says counselor Candy Marrow Carlson repeatedly called them it. I have faced transphobia with being this gender. I want to do that lady. And recently learned

that I have been dehumanized to a point where I'm being referred to as it by my colleagues on this council. Councilor Toomey says early on when the councilor was elected, I did make an honest error in addressing the councilor and may have done so a few times, for which I apologized. There has never been any intentional or consistent misgendering. I have been mindful to address the councilor respectfully in the manner in which they identify over the past three years. I have spoken with

city staff who've confirmed that. We are not a serious people, my friends. Listen, if we are going to keep allowing a foreign adversarial nation to effectively leaflet in this country all day, every day to 100 and some odd million people, there's evidence. I saw one report saying 170, but one website said 112. Let's just call it 170. That was in the news, right?

We are not a serious people. China doesn't allow us to do this to them, and we allow them to do it to us. And this is what you get. Counselor Nguyen was referred to as an it. So what? By a counselor. Counselor Christian King troubled by what he's heard. I condemn and disavow any sort of political hostility based on someone's being.

Now, Councillor Meryl Carlson telling us, while I do not recall making the statements in question, I acknowledge that it was a challenging and emotional week where difficult conversations took place. These claims, however, misrepresent my character, my record, and the values I have consistently upheld. We did reach out to the mayor, and we also reached out to Councillor Nguyen, but did not hear back from either. The city manager's office confirms an investigation is underway. Relax.

Amazing. You know, I love I want to say this white people, you make it really hard to defend white people. You know what I'm saying? I'm kidding, by the way. But it's funny because you've got white conservatives that are like these leftists hate white people. And I'm like, have you ever listened to them? If you let me put it this way.

I pulled up this chart years ago. It was a viral chart showing that white liberals are the only group with an out-group preference. Another chart emerged recently that showed liberals actually favor, they empathize with inert objects. I'm not exaggerating, okay? Conservatives tend to care about friends, family, and people, and liberals tend to care about inert objects. That's what the study said. My friends, did you ever ask yourself why it is that white liberals have an out-group preference?

How would you feel about white people if you were surrounded by a bunch of white liberals all day? You'd probably be like, man, these white people are crazy. What's wrong with everybody?

That's exactly what's happening with so many of these people. Don't get me wrong. This lady is not white and she has this crackpot ideology all the same. I'm kidding, by the way. But the joke is that liberals surround themselves with each other and they despise each other. So they're sitting there pretending like they care about each other while trying to one up each other on wokeness. And it turns into this garbled nonsense. A month of leave.

You know what I say to Massachusetts? It's Massachusetts, dude. It's a liberal bastion. They deserve all of it. Dude, if it was me, I'd put my feet up on the table.

Oh, you can't actually see my feet. I put my feet on the table and I'd say, oh, my. Does it have a problem with the way that I speak? Well, there's nothing it can do. Like you want to play dirty games and insult me and impugn my honor. It goes both ways, lady. I can play any game. Oh, man. Oh, I'm so sorry. I just accidentally see it just happens.

I'm not going to sit here. Okay? I'm not going to sit anywhere. Anybody who comes to me and tries to impugn my honor, thinks they get a freebie, a free pass, they can insult me. I'm going to give a shout out to Amber Duke because she was on The Hill Rising. And this woman was like, you have Nazi writings. And then Amber Duke basically said, I refuse to do the show with her ever again. Beast.

Don't sit there and take it. Massachusetts City Council is going to say, well, I'm sorry, I don't understand. I mean, I didn't do this. It does not reflect my character. If it were me, I'd be like, yeah, that sounds like something I would say. I'll say it again. Is your recorder on? It is mad at me because of words that I use. I wonder if it's going to cry. Like, dude, come on, get out of here.

I try to be nice to people, but I'm going to make a point on this. This person is a bully and abusive. You don't get to be abusive and accuse other people and then try and complain about them. It goes both ways. You insult me. I can insult you. We don't play those games. If you want to insult me and then act like I don't have any right to say anything back wrong. I don't get it. Let me tell you this.

This has nothing to do with trans or non-binary. It really doesn't. It has to do with refusing to do your job over words people use. Me, I don't care if you're non-binary. I don't care if you use they, them pronouns. As I've long stated, I just, I usually use the pronouns of people when they ask. Like, I don't use neo pronouns. I'm not going to go like ferber, berber or whatever. But I don't care about they, them, she, her. We've had drag queens on the show. They say she, her. I say, I don't care. I don't.

It has nothing to do with that. If you come to me and say, I would request you be respectful and refer to me as such. Me, I say, okay, I'll try to be respectful. This person is intentionally disrespecting the other people and then demanding special treatment. No dice. I'll leave it there. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone you know.
