In news that is shocking to no one, questions are arising as to whether or not Joe Biden actually signed some of his memos and executive orders because it appears they're all the auto pen feature. For those that don't know what that is, basically in the world of business documents and business in general, it's
We use DocuSign. Did I just give a shout out to that company? Are there other companies that do that? I don't know. Basically, whenever there's a document to be signed, you get sent an email and it's like, sign it electronically and you click a button and it just puts a signature there. The funny thing is, I'm just going to say it. I'm pretty sure everybody knows the auto-generated signatures for you. It's not your real signature, but no one cares. So, you know, the funny thing is,
The only issue that really is at play contractually with using these DocuSign services is whether or not you're willing to lie in court because we have signatures, right? And you'll draw yours out and Trump's got a really fancy one. But someone will send you a DocuSign and you'll just click the button and it'll create a cursive version of your name and go, yeah, sure, whatever. You know, it's not really your signature. You're just agreeing to sign a document, which is like,
You're going to go to court and you'll be like, Your Honor, that's not my signature. And they're going to say, well, certainly not. It's an auto-generated cursive name. But did you sign this? And then you can decide whether you're going to lie or not.
So I guess back in the day, not only did they have signatures, but they had seals. You know, they had like a brass ring and it had like an engraved and they would like stick it in the wax. So now the question is, was Joe Biden the actual president or were some random people just signing his documents for him? OK, well, there are questions as to whether or not Obama and Trump may have done the same thing with some saying they did. So it's not really that big a deal.
But no one would be surprised to find out that Biden's staff were largely doing the work for him and he wasn't really the president. Aside from that, the other big news, of course, is the collapse of ActBlue and the continuing Doge layoffs. HHS just offered a $25,000 buyout to their staff. The bureaucratic machine is crumbling, as it were. And for those that missed the story from last week and the weekend, ActBlue.
The Democrat fundraising machine seems to be falling apart. So the big picture, Donald Trump, first thing he does when he gets an office is doge. Democrats are apoplectic. And the question is, why? Why do they care so much about USAID? Well, perhaps it's because we do live or have had lived in very much like a Chinese Communist Party state. Only we didn't know it. I mean, we kind of did, but most people didn't. The funny thing is,
You have the oligopoly. You have the autocracy of the deep state, as it were. The general idea mechanisms in government funneled your taxpayer dollars to politicians to ensure that no one could defeat them in races. And the machines were all set up. I mean, the political machines, not the physical machines to make sure they won. That is, well, it wasn't so militaristically absolute, largely because.
You, as an independent personality running for office, would never be able to go up against a politician who had direct access to the media narrative machine and unlimited funding that originates with government spending, navigates its way through NGOs, and then ends up in your pocket. Now that Trump is crushing all of that, it would seem the Democrat machine is done.
Well, I got other big news. Aside from all of that, it would appear that BLM Plaza is being dismantled right now and X is down. So a lot of people think that X is currently under attack. We'll see. We'll see. Excuse me. But I was still able to get the tweet of BLM Plaza being shut down. Thanks to our good friends over at Patriots.
But let's do this. Let's get started with this auto pen signature scandal, which may not really be a direct scandal in the Biden administration, though I do think it is indicative of Biden wasn't really president.
Trump and Obama both did similar things, according to Fox News. The question then becomes the bigger scandal is we are allowing the executive branch to be run by people who are not the president. Now, I don't think that Donald Trump had strangers signing documents. I think Joe Biden did. But if they're both using this auto sign feature, then we've got a bigger problem because how are we supposed to know?
But let's jump into the news before we do, my friends. You gotta go to castbrew.com. Why? Because, well, we got delicious coffee. Everyone's favorite, Ian's Graphene Dream in stock. Only 63 bags left, my friends. If you are listening to this, this is your last chance. I don't know when we're going to get a restock of Ian's Graphene Dream because y'all are buying it faster than we can make it. There are currently only 60. I can't believe this dude sold 1,000 bags in a week. Yo.
Ian's Graphene Dream, ground coffee, 63 bags left. Get them while you can. You can always buy Appalachian Nights. I mean, we sold a couple hundred of these bags last week, but Ian's hotcakes, as it were, hotcakes.
People buy hotcakes like crazy, apparently, and that's where the saying comes from. Don't forget to also go to TimCastPremium.com. Sign up for Rumble Premium, my friends. You can click the link in the description below to get you transported right over to our Green Room podcast. Hang out behind the scenes with Hotep Jesus. Last Friday, talking about the grifties. Then we got the older millennial, and we were talking about sports and such, as well as TikTok, and why TikTok is evil.
You got to be a Rumble premium member, my friends. We need Rumble to win this one because the great battle is not over. I'm going to let you in on a secret. I talked about this on Friday. There are a lot of prominent personalities on the right that are doing YouTube ad reads for pharmaceutical drugs. And my jaw is on the floor. I'm not kidding. I'm seeing prominent right wing hosts with millions of subs doing advertisements for prescription medication.
And I was talking to Dr. Robert Malone after we wrapped the culture war last Friday. And I was saying, I think the next big move, people think we won. They're like, it's over. We won. The media is being crushed. I'm like, dude, not only are they going to put tens of millions of dollars into these liberal personalities, put them on billboards everywhere in the country. The right has been running afoul of federal trade law and FDA regulation. And I don't know that it's going to be the Trump administration that goes after these people. Probably not. But.
YouTube will hands down. So you got somebody with three million, four million subs. And I'm not I'm not kidding you. They've done these commercials. And some of you probably know what I'm talking about, where they've advertised prescription medication to individuals. And OK, so Dr. Malone was saying you can't do that. Like he's like the FDA. It's illegal to advertise. I could be I could be wrong, but I believe he said it's illegal to advertise a medication to someone who does not suffer from that, you know, from that illness or whatever.
That's why when you see pharmaceutical commercials, they'll be like, Phenaptiparadone is for people with bipolar 1 disorder. Like they outright say this drug is for this thing. Talk to your doctor to see if it's right for you. I'm not a fan of any of actually I love that commercial because of how sick and twisted it is. But I'm not a fan of pharmaceutical ads as it is. I'm telling you right now, these people have been getting paid to sell drugs.
And it's not just one. I saw one of these commercials that people with an ad read and it's three different prescription drugs. And I'm like, dude, there's no way that like that's crazy, man. And they're marketing them directly as having drugs you don't need. I'm not kidding. And so I'm not going to get into great detail. But Dr. Malone was like, I can't believe the FDA hasn't cracked down. Here's what I think is going to happen.
You wonder why they're not getting banned right now. And these ad sales guys are like, Tim, you should do these ads. I'm like, I will never do that ad. For one, I won't do pharmaceutical drugs. We don't believe in that. They shouldn't be doing that. And it's not even legal. Yeah, but everyone does it. Now I'm like, oh, OK, so everyone's going to get banned. And they are. Don't get me wrong. You
YouTube is going to find a reason to ban everybody that I get. But they got one right now. And the narrative is going to come out that prominent personalities on the right were selling prescription drugs illegally. And that's going to be the narrative when they do get taken down. And they're going to say it's not political. You shouldn't have done this. Now, the reason I bring this up is, for one, it's crazy to me that people are breaking the law.
They shouldn't do that. At least I believe, to the best of my understanding, it's illegal. But outside of that, they are coming after us. And the battle is not done. So make sure you join Rumble Premium because it is not over, my friends. We need to win the free speech battle. And Rumble is the premier video podcasting platform. It really is. I'm not kidding. YouTube is largely views on Mr. Beast and stuff like that, music videos, podcasts.
And they do have a strong video podcasting component, but they've censored and shadow banned what's called the tiny room ban, many of their video podcasts. Spotify is trying to play catch up, but their views are nowhere near rumbles. I'm not kidding. It's true. And YouTube, while it does have natural viewership and is very big...
It's in spite of the suppression. So Rumble's done the best job so far. We're going to win this one. Now, before we get into all the news, I want to jump to our good friends over at Patriots. Win, my friends. Don't forget to smash the like button. Share the show right now. Take that URL. Paste it everywhere. Let's get 1 billion users today. Let's get 1 billion concurrent viewers. Before we get into the news about the auto pen, we do have breaking news. Black Lives Matter Plaza is being shut down. Libs of TikTok says the world is healing.
Well, Twitter, I'm sorry. I always do that. Don't you? X is currently down. I don't know why, but some people think it's a DDoS. I don't know. These things happen. But it appears that in the past hour, Black Lives Matter Plaza is being shuttered. And we have the video. Look at that. There she goes. For those that are just listening, you got a bunch of construction crews sitting right on top of Black Lives Matter Plaza. And this is the end, my friends. And I'm glad to see it.
um it's time to put an end to all this woke sycophantic desperate cult-like garbage there's another story too which uh is in the space of uh wokeness and it was the lead singer of against me at bernie sanders rally with this just like really disgusting song about god and things i'm not going to repeat you know i i record a segment up at noon but um
It's just another big story. And the left is desperate and has nothing to attach to anymore. And so I revel in this. You guys had every opportunity to stick to your core values and prove yourselves to be honorable. But the woke machine, the Democrats, they have exposed themselves as having no core morals or principles. And I'm happy. Basically, they took all the people of this great nation, threw them into a sieve and shook as hard as they can. And the woke people went flying out.
They had no morals to stick to. They stood for nothing and they fell for everything. And that's it, right? They say, what's that? If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for everything. Is that how it goes? You'll fall for anything. Well, these liberals did. They easily believe or lie and pretend to believe the Democrat nonsense. They fell for every woke activist garbage nonsense and destroyed themselves. So here's the story, which was, excuse me, bubbling up over the weekend.
Biden used auto pen signature on many official White House documents, raising concerns over his awareness. And this story published March 9th. Ladies and gentlemen, that was my birthday yesterday. I'm officially 39 years old. I am an old man over the hill or at least on top of it.
So yesterday was my birthday. And if you want to get me a birthday present, you need only subscribe to this channel and share the show. And you can say, hey, you should watch this show. And your friends are like, why should I watch it? Because it's Tim's birthday. And that's it. And they'll be like, that's the best reason I've ever heard. All right, here's the news from the New York Post.
Dozens of executive orders signed by former President Joe Biden were authorized with identical auto pen signatures, raising crucial questions about whether he was fully aware of what he was signing. OK, first of all, I love this. So either he was just clicking sign, sign and not reading it, as you all know, you've done.
Or someone else was doing it for him. But I just love the idea of him sitting there, like his eyes half glazed over, like this picture right here. And they're like, just tap the spacebar, Mr. President. He's like, and he just hits the spacebar and over and over again. And I just like sign, scroll, sign, scroll. He never read it.
The Conservative Heritage Foundation's oversight project uncovered the situation, prompting Biden detractors such as Republican Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey to suggest it could be used to challenge the legitimacy of orders that the 82-year-old former president signed, especially given the concerns about his cognition. I'm here for it. Also, shout out to Andrew Bailey. He is one of the most based AGs. He's been going off. And we're here for it.
I am demanding the DOJ investigate whether President Biden's cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval. I agree. If true, these executive orders, pardons and other actions are unconstitutional and legally void. That being his pardons, all those preemptive pardons gone. One of the auto pen signed orders from Biden was an August 2022 directive meant to safeguard abortion access during emergency situations, Heritage said.
Another was a December 24 order to close government offices January 9th, 25 to honor the late President Jimmy Carter. The Post conducted a random brief scan about three dozen signatures of executive orders in the Federal Register from President Trump, Obama to Biden at various times in their presidencies. All three men's different signatures did not appear to change, although the Post review was briefer and less comprehensive than the Heritage Foundation's. Interesting. So what are they suggesting?
Auto pen signatures are produced by machine instead of done by hand. Scores of presidents standing back to at least Harry Truman are believed to have leaned on the modern auto pen. What are they, stamp things? We gathered every document we could find with Biden's signature over the course of his presidency. All used the same auto pen signature, except the announcement the former president was dropping out of the race last year. I actually think that proves, or at least is indicative of the inverse. That is, the one that wasn't Biden,
Was his resignation. I don't think I think they did that for him.
The oversight project divulged examples of Biden signatures on two executive orders that it surmised came from auto pen and contrasted with an image of a signature to the latter letter announcing he was pulling out the 24 race. Biden's signature on the two executive orders essentially looked identical, while the signature on the letter about withdrawing had slight differences. Blah, blah. I don't need to explain the differences. Biden had been engaged in public signing ceremonies on numerous occasions, but his presidency remains unclear exactly how much he used auto pen.
Reps for Biden did not respond to the post request for comment. So this is interesting. It is being argued that everybody did this. It's not a big deal. Trump did it. Obama did it. And everybody had some form of this going way back. Seems to make sense. So I'm just going to pause. Does that mean that every president has been having unelected individuals sign papers in their name? Because I got questions. Now, I will also add the top layer to this.
If you want to make the argument that Trump didn't, I got no problem, none whatsoever. So let's do this. We'll take Trump's first term. We'll take Joe Biden's only term. Maybe Joe Biden runs again. It's a non-contecutive term. I doubt it. And we will take a look at how many times they used auto pen and we will void all of them. How about that? Is that fine? Because I don't care if it was Trump or Biden. If they did not sign this and we can prove it fine. But I will add on top of this.
I believe it is reasonable to conclude, my friends, that Joe Biden, who is cognitively impaired and in decline, as even now Jake Tapper and CNN admit, did not sign these. And so, OK, Barack Obama auto pen signed things. I mean, Obama is not an old guy. OK, or at the time he was not super old. I don't think he was sitting there. Eyes have glazed over. I think it's I think it's probably his. And he's just like, yeah, it's fine.
Trump, similarly, Trump is spry. Yeah, I know they want to make the argument Trump's in decline. He's not. Did you? What was that? Let me let me let me let me see if I can find this before I quote a fake meme, because what do we have here? Donald Trump celebrates Irish and America ahead of leaders visit. Trump continues Irish American Heritage Month. This quote from Trump must must be read. Can I get the full quote? Please tell me they have the full Trump tweet from Donald Trump. They voted for me in heavy numbers.
OK, come on. Where's the tweet from Trump? Donald Trump celebrates. If I can't find it, that's too bad. But what do you say? They're great people. They're great. Nobody's showing his full remarks. It's because he's too funny. That's why. Wait, wait, hold on. There we go. We got it. I got it. I got it. OK, OK. Anyway, here's why I think Trump is spry.
While signing the order, Trump told reporters in attendance at the White House, Irish Americans voted for me in heavy numbers, so I like them even more. You have to like it. I know you're not. I know you're not supposed to, but you have to like that. It's funny.
And people were like, you have to like it. You're not supposed to, but you have to. And we know he's not talking about the Irish, but everybody took it to insinuate that he was basically saying, you're not supposed to like the Irish, but you have to.
And he's got a bunch of quips like that where people are like, oh, come on, dude. He's clearly spry. OK, that being said, like I mentioned, Democrats, I can hear you whinging and screaming and posting fake news. I already said we can do a review of Donald Trump and Joe Biden because and check to see if they actually knew what they were signing. And I'm going to tell you, Joe Biden won't be able to prove it.
Donald Trump's going to be like, yes, I did. Yeah, I did that. And he's going to be able to answer questions where you're like, he's clearly old, but he's clearly with it. Come on, everybody. Everybody knows Joe Biden ain't with it. He ain't there, ladies and gentlemen. So the questions I have over the auto pen thing are with the position that we're in now with elderly presidents. You know, I'm going to go ahead and say Donald Trump should not be using auto signatures at all.
My understanding is as of this term, he's mostly used those big marker pens or whatever. He's been handing them out and being like, this is the pen from this one and this one. But considering the scandal, considering we know that Joe Biden was in cognitive decline, I bet we could easily prove he did not sign some of these. And probably it's true for all presidents. OK, and that's why it's like maybe it's not the biggest scandal in the world targeting Biden. It's a scandal. Nonetheless, it's only just coming out now. Let's put an end to this practice.
because we have the story from The Independent. And they basically said the same thing. Fox News found that every president does it. I love how when this story starts, because they're a leftist rag, they try to defend Joe Biden. They say former President Joe Biden is accused of using the same automatic signature to sign a raft of documents while in office. A new report says the same. Right. They're trying to start the story off. This is called information vaccination. We talk about all the time. Get certain information in front of the story to change the person's perspective on it.
So the example, if the easiest one is the very fine people hoax. If you did not know that Trump condemned neo-Nazis, like so many people, they saw the clip of Trump saying they were very fine people on both sides. And then they were like, oh, my God, he defended Nazis. Then when anyone tried to claim he didn't, they'd say, I saw the video, not realizing they didn't see the full video. Information vaccination is.
You show someone the full video the moment it happens before it's a story. So then the average person says, oh, Trump said, and I'm not talking about the neo-Nazis, the white nationalists. Then when the fake news comes out, they go, hey, wait a minute. That's fake. I saw the video. You see the point. So this is another tactic in that they want to make sure they start the story off by saying other presidents have done this. Presidents, including Donald Trump, have been using automatic signatures to sign documents since the Obama administration. Well, perhaps even longer than that.
You see how they try and frame it so that it's actually Biden didn't do anything. OK, here's the scandal. The scandal is not.
entirely that Obama and Trump did this. It is kind of scandalous, but it's more so a, hey, I don't know if we should be doing that. The bigger scandal is they covered up Joe Biden's cognitive decline. They now admit he's in cognitive decline. And when you combine that with a machine that will plant his signature on documents without needing him, there are questions as to whether or not Joe Biden was functional enough to actually sign these documents.
It is not a question of is Trump cognitively sound or Obama. The issue is we know Joe Biden was not. Therefore, we don't know if these are legitimate signatures because he did not sign them. A robot did. Hence, the smaller scandal is maybe presidents shouldn't be allowed to do that.
I would say so. The exact number of documents reviewed was not immediately clear. But my friends, it is all just coming crumbling down. The Democrat machine, the deep state machine is in free fall and I am here for it. I hope you are all to the best birthday ever. Can I tell you guys about my birthday? Get a little personal for you. Yesterday was my birthday and it is a glorious, glorious time. Man, I think this might be it. I don't know that life gets any better. I hope.
But I don't know, from here, it might all be downhill. So it is my birthday and I hung out with the family, my new niece and my own child. And that was very, very fun. Had a baby, got married. And while I'm sitting here enjoying the best days of my personal life, and forgive me if it sounds like I'm gloating because I know not everybody's living so well. But, you know, here I am.
We've got to deal with rumble going on. We're launching new marketing campaigns. We're running. We're just taking the world by storm. And while all this great personal stuff is happening with the family and again, my birthday, Donald Trump is crushing the deep state.
And I'm just I'm floating on cloud nine. I don't know what's up with cloud eight or 10, but nine seems to be the good one. And I am there so I can turn on the news. And it's just like every day. It's like Trump does great thing. And then it's almost like the news anchor goes, happy birthday, Tim, winks at me. And I'm like, wow, these are things are great. Here we go. D.C.'s Black Lives Matter mural be erased.
You know, we had some dark days, didn't we? We had some dark days. But I already showed you the video of them erasing it. And this is a component of their machine. It's symbolic. It's not like it's the biggest thing, but it's symbolic. Now we have this. And I'm loving that the source here is Times of India because I got to be honest, I just Google these things and they pop up.
Five ActBlue-funded groups behind Tesla protest. Elon Musk alleges Tesla protests politically motivated. Names Jore, George Soros, and Reid Hoffman as backers. Let me pull up this. I got a tweet I didn't pull up. I'm going to pull it up now. Oh, that's right, because X is back. I was trying to pull up this tweet.
This video for the show, but Axe has been down quite a bit, quite a bit. So let me see if I can find this one. Here we go. We have this tweet from Jacob and he says, maybe it's sarcasm, but this Tesla protester just admitted to getting paid. So let's let's slow down. Let's slow down. Why are we in the ActBlue thing?
So the big story of the past weekend was that ActBlue is in chaos. Seven senior officials have left the group. There's questions about funding. For those who don't know, ActBlue is the digital fundraising platform for the entire Democratic Party and their NGO apparatus. I'm sure there's other services, too, but this is a big one. James O'Keefe uncovered that there were hundreds of thousands of dollars in contributions from elderly people who don't have that much money.
Several other investigations have been launched, and now there are investigations into ActBlue as to how a random 70-year-old man in Connecticut was able to donate $300,000 in one year or in like a couple years, sometimes doing like 15 donations in one day in small number amounts. And when these people were asked, they say, I don't make donations. So where's the money coming from? The theory? With USAID being shut down.
Money was being granted to various NGOs, which would be funneled offshore and then cycled back through phony accounts through ActBlue to various candidates. That was the sub the subversive. Then there was the standard versive, which is some of these NGOs would then make contributions with the money they received to various politicians.
Meaning it wasn't so much that it was a secret, but nobody was looking. And then, of course, there's the superversive, where the individuals would straight up announce massive contributions in marketing materials to these individuals, largely with grant money coming from various government sources. That's the theory. With the gutting of USAID and the freezing of payments and Doge's work, the working theory now is that ActBlue is no longer able to sustain itself.
Let me tell you this story, my friends, that we've talked about quite a bit. Various nonprofits. Actually, let's not even play the nonprofit game. Let's talk about like Gavin Newsom. Gavin Newsom was under fire because it was reported he had promoted a firefighter fund of some sort that said, donate here to help wildfire, wildfire firefighters, wild firefighters.
Fire, wildfires. Anyway, I digress. And when you click the link to donate, instead of going directly to the website, it funneled you through ActBlue. And this is the dirty game. When you would donate to anyone through ActBlue, they would tell you your donation will be delivered to these people minus a small fee for processing. And now many people say,
Yeah, but so what? Right there, the money is going to the cause, except for the processing fee, which goes through ActBlue. And of course, ActBlue is going to shave a little off the top to run the books. Let me get let me simplify this for you. Donald Trump wanted to host the G7 during his first term at Trump Doral. He said he would host them at cost, saving the government money. I and many others said no way. Conflict of interest. Here's why.
If Donald Trump's Doral golf course is not booked and available for booking, he loses money. He still has to pay the people on staff. They've got to be there. It's a reduced staff, of course, but there's still a loss of money on utilities, property tax, etc. At cost means he's still saving money. Not losing is better than losing. So it's still a conflict of interest. When ActBlue.com.
And says, like, hey, you want to donate to Tim Pool? And then you run it through some service and then it comes to me and they take three percent or whatever the number is. They're using that to pay their staff and hard infrastructure costs funnel. They're shaving money off the top of your donation in their pockets. That's the Act Blue scandal. Well, now they seem to be in disarray and they may be crumbling.
Which is where we get to this story, where Elon Musk claims that several ActBlue-funded groups are behind the protests. It's one big happy family tree, son. And some would suggest it's straight up treason. Ha ha!
Elon Musk has claimed that a coordinated campaign is being waged against his company, Tesla, alleging that multiple activist groups are behind recent protests against the electric vehicle giant. In a social media post, Musk suggested that the organizations involved in these demonstrations are funded by ActBlue, a major Democrat fundraising platform. Well, I give you this clip. Take a listen. You have an opinion on that or you just get paid? Yeah, I get paid to be out here. You get paid to be out here? Yeah. Yeah.
Amazing. So some pack. You really are going to pay for this? Yeah. Absolutely. Oh. 100% I'm getting paid for this. I think... Bettering your business takes working with the best. With the James Hardy Alliance, you gain access to leads, training, networking, and support from the number one brand of siding in North America. Achieve new levels of success by joining the James Hardy Alliance today. I think it's interesting.
The way he says this, I'm going to play this clip for you again, and I'm gonna give you my thoughts. The question is, is this protester outside of a Tesla being sarcastic? 100% I'm getting paid for this. Or is he being serious? You have an opinion on that or you just get paid? Yeah, I get paid to be out here. You get paid to be out here? Yeah. See, that did not sound like sarcasm. Yeah, I get paid to be out here. Probably does. And then when he gets asked again, maybe he's like, hmm.
Amazing. So some pack. You really are getting paid for this? Yeah, absolutely. Oh, 100 percent. I'm getting paid for this. So I'll tell you what I think. I don't know. This tweet says maybe it's sarcasm, but this Tesla protesters just admitted to getting paid. The left is going to argue he's clearly joking. He's being sarcastic. He's protesting. Yeah, they do pay people to do things like this. They do. The question is, are they legally required to disclose that they are paid to be there or not?
I don't know. You probably could just say nothing. But this is, quote unquote, campaign work. I think they're being paid. I think a lot of the protests are paid. But let me explain. I've told you guys this story before. Let me break it down. They don't. When you see a crowd of a thousand people, they're not paying them all. People are like, I saw buses load them in. Hold on. Paid protests are when they hire two people.
who will then go to a university or a park, flyer, rally people to create a mass protest. You don't need to pay a thousand people to show up. They're bored. They'll do it anyway. Now, some people say, yeah, but Tim, buses came in and people came off. That's right. That's right. The buses were paid for. The individuals that came off of them were not. That's the important point. They're not paying people to protest. They're paying for the protests to happen.
That's obvious. And the response the liberals are going to give you is, well, yeah, of course. I mean, we got to have permits and organizing. So of course we were going to do that. Musk further named high profile individuals, including billionaire philanthropist George Soros, LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman and hedge fund investor Herbert Sandler as financial backers of the groups. These allegations come at a time when Tesla is facing criticism from activists. OK, look, there's there was a cyber truck just torched the other day or a couple of days ago.
Tesla charging stations have been torched. Tesla shops have had their windows smashed out. They've been shot up. Someone was arrested, a trans woman, for trying to plant bombs. So I don't think it's all incidental. Now, I'm not saying that anyone's paying people to go and commit acts of terrorism. I'm saying the low level stuff doesn't seem to align with the high level stuff.
I think it's possible that there is paid organization to rally hate and anger at Tesla. What's their stock currently? Let's take a look. Because Tesla stock has been going down. But to be fair, stocks in general are way down. Wow, the market is so far down. Oh, my God. Holy crap. Jeez. Spotify is down in one week 20%. Wow.
Jeez, man. Anyway, where's Tesla? Tesla is down quite a bit. In the past month, Tesla is down 30 percent. Yikes. In the past week, 20, 19.83 percent. The market is taking a hit. Blame Trump, blame tariffs. I am going to celebrate those tariffs until the sun goes down or until the cows come home or whatever the saying is.
But I do think a lot of protests are coordinated by activist organizations. You don't need to hire 2,000 people. You just hire two campaign organizers, and they act like that's normal. But let's talk about more. We got more, my friends, of course. We got the House Republicans seeking details on ActBlue's donation fraud. Interesting.
Don't forget, my friends, to smash that like button if you are watching and share the show with everyone you know. Hey, it's my, well, yesterday was my birthday. And as it was a beautiful Sunday, I hung out with the family, watched TV shows and movies with the wife and the daughter, and we made pizzas from scratch. Homemade stuffed crust pizzas. That's all that really matters. But if you want to get me a birthday present, just share the show. And more importantly, more importantly, two things you can do.

Now, I'll give you the quick hit on the investigation in Act Blue as we wrap up the paid protester saga things. And let's do this. Let's do one like equals one investigate Act Blue. Get that going. And this is from December. The examiner said that the House Judiciary Committee chairman, Jim Jordan, said,
and Brian Steele are seeking information from fraud detection company SIFT over its work with ActBlue. ActBlue is the main source used by Democrats and aligned groups for taking political donations, and it's been under scrutiny over alleged fraud and irregularities that the donations made on the platform. In October, Steele issued a subpoena to ActBlue for documents related to their donor verification policies. And on Monday, the two committee chairmen sent a letter to the company, which provides ActBlue's fraud detection and prevention services for information and documents about its work with ActBlue.
This has been going on for some time. So the reason I bring this one up, we don't know that it's because of USAID being targeted that ActBlue is in trouble. It may actually be that the investigations from last year are just now hitting core infrastructure. The theory, of course, I mentioned is that people think ActBlue money was going to NGOs and then finding its way after the fact into the pockets of politicians through ActBlue. And a portion of that, of course, was shaved off the top for ActBlue.
not to mention certain payments and services to the company itself. I wonder if these investigations last year triggered a stop in the fraudulent moves, because once the eyeballs are on you, you can't keep going. And thus, a few months later, they cannot afford to keep people on anymore. So it all comes crashing down. So what do we got? The auto pen scandal is Biden functioning. Was he? And did he sign these documents? I doubt it. We've got
USAID is gutting. Act blues collapse. And then, of course, Trump has not stopped. This story from two days ago. All HHS workers given $25,000 voluntary buyout offer, source says. Oh, here we go. All employees in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services were notified Friday of the option to voluntarily resign in exchange for a $25,000 payment. A source familiar with the situation told CBS News.
The department-wide email offered a voluntary separation incentive payment, the source said. Employees have been given until a deadline of March 14th to reply. Friday's offer is part of the Trump administration's effort to slash the size of the federal workforce and shrink the government's budget through mass layoffs and financial cuts. That process has been primarily carried out through the White House's Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE, led by billionaire Elon Musk.
Federal agencies announced more than 62,200 job cuts in February, a number which surged U.S. layoffs to their highest mark since July 2020. Let's go. I got other news for you, my friends. The rumors circulating right now is that Donald Trump is going to effectively end the federal government. I know, I know you may be saying, wait, what? End the federal government?
The rumor is Trump is trying to do as much damage to the federal system as possible so that states become the principal stakeholders and power structures in this country. What's fascinating there is this will make everyone's lives better. This will radically—this is the reversal we need. You know why? Some have suggested—we were talking about this yesterday. Okay, but if Trump basically guts the IRS, 45,000 potential layoffs coming, income tax erased, maybe we go to a tariff-only system. Who knows?
what's going to happen at the state level? They're just going to raise your taxes. Well, why would the states raise your taxes? That's not what's going to happen. Ladies and gentlemen, if the feds get gutted, the states will lower your taxes. You know why? They will be competing with each other. That's right. They already do this.
But because state taxes are relatively low compared to the federal government, most people don't really think all that much about it. Depending on where you live, it matters, right? If you live in any tri-state area, for instance, or the border between any two states, then certainly it matters. If you are in Chicago, you're thinking we got headquarters in Wisconsin, Illinois, or Indiana, right?
Then you've got Delmarva, obviously. But then you've got Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia tri-state. And for us running this business, it's very easy for us to choose a different state to be in. Not to mention, it's the quad state technically with PA only 40 minutes north of where we're at. So we could choose to set up our HQ just north of where we are in PA. And it's still, if we do it near Gettysburg, we're only what, like an hour 42 hours from DC? Not all that hard to do. Not to mention lots of big airports. So for us,
We can take a look at which state is doing right by the small business and by business in general and then choose to go there. I think West Virginia is going to be doing some really awesome things moving forward. And we are actively challenging their law on the banning of independent contractors. So West Virginia still may be the best state in this regard. If Donald Trump does what we think, or I should say this, if the rumors are true, y'all are going to be happier than pigs in ish.
As the saying goes, federal government regulations slashed rapid market competition. Different states are going to be offering up different incentives, trying to generate as much revenue as possible and able to. And it will be mass market expansion. I believe the decentralization is the best thing. Look, it's not all bad. I'm not anti-government. I am not anti-tax. I'm largely anti-tax, largely anti-centralized government.
The issue is the federal government is supposed to be small. It's supposed to provide for the common defense. And take a look at a system like that would operate. The federal government guarantees our rights under the Constitution, guarantees that for the national defense, handles with border security and things like that. But the states handle their own stuff. Imagine if it actually functioned that way and states were actually competitive and the federal government was substantially weaker.
The federal government could only operate as how the states wanted it to operate. And wars were not a thing. It would be beautiful. New York would have to get rid of a bunch of its laws. They'd have to try and compete with neighboring states. And interesting things would happen.
Federal funding would evaporate for many of these states and they would cease to operate as wards of the federal government. I know what the urban liberals already saying. They're saying, ha ha, Republicans. This means that you will be left wanting because you're the largest recipients of federal grants. We don't want the welfare. We don't need the welfare and the welfare is bad.
What we need is for West Virginia to say we're going to cut regulations and it's going to be easier to open a business here than anywhere else. Why? Well, because then you've got Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia, not to mention Tennessee and other states that are bordering West Virginia, where people can be like, hey, look, we can we can jump two miles over the border.
from Ohio into West Virginia, and we are going to save 13% per year off of these regulations and these taxes. That's the game that's supposed to be being played. Instead, what happens is you get these politicians that are just like, we get federal grant money, so who cares? We don't need to worry about it. Who cares? Okay, let's stop. Let's shut her down.
How hard have U.S. agencies been hit by Trump and Musk's Doge layoffs? How hard indeed. Ladies and gentlemen, the latest. The Trump admin has yet to give a total number. Here are the details so far. The VA is planning to cut more than 80,000 workers from the agency, according to an internal memo.
I'm a little worried. Don't get me wrong. They say the VA's chief of staff, Christopher Cyrex, sent the memo to senior agency officials, telling them the goal was to return the agency to 2019 staffing just under 400,000. Are you kidding me? Since 2019, they added 82,000 people? What the? Well, I hope the VA works, okay? And I've heard complaints about it, but I hope things are going well because if anybody deserves to be taken care of, it's our veterans.
The Pentagon says it will cut 5,400 jobs. That is not enough. They've got 950,000 civilian workers. Ultimately, they want to drop it by 5% to 8%. Sure. Which is going to end up being around 80 some odd thousand. So it's going to be between 45 to like 80,000. Hopefully they were anticipating 50,000 USAID. I'm pretty sure all of them.
They say they claim USAID oversees humanitarian assistance. Stop lying. Gender studies plays is not humanitarian assistance. All direct hires. So there's only going to be about 1600 put on leave and 1600 personnel will be cut. The IRS.
Now, is this an old story? They say they start they started the process of firing 12000 employees, largely affecting workers hired under the Biden admin as part of an effort to target fraud among wealthy taxpayers. Lies, lies and more lies. You don't need 87000 employees to go after a handful of billionaires. You don't. You need law firms and then you contract them out. Overall, the tax collecting agency is about 100000 employees.
The 12,000 cuts include 7,000 probationary employees and 5,000 workers. And the estimates are of the remaining 90,000, half may be fired. Oh boy, the CIA has fired a slew of recent hires this week. Three people familiar with the matter said cuts that current and former U.S. intelligence officers warned would risk damaging U.S. national security. Oh no, Reuters could not determine the exact number. Makes sense.
At least 75 career DOJ lawyers and FBI officials who normally keep their roles from admin to admin have either resigned, been fired or stripped of their posts. Amazing. Oh, man, look at this. Department of the Interior of the Interior around and around 2300 workers were laid off. This is fantastic. Guys, I hope this list is just very fun for all of you. Overall, the department employs more than 70,000 people and oversees 500 million acres of public lands, including dozens of national parks.
Oh, man, the Department of Ag. I'm just loving it. Can you just give me a big list of everybody got fired? 3,400 probationary employees of the Department of Ag. Department of State. What do we have here? The Trump admin has asked U.S. missions worldwide to prepare for staff cuts. Some embassies have been asked to look through, look into reducing both U.S. as well as locally employed staff by 10 percent. HHS. Well, they're saying 1,300 at the CDC, 1,165 at NIH.
FDA is planning to rehire around 300 people. And the Department of Health and Human Services, they're saying around 5,200 employees have lost their jobs. 7,000 from Social Security. Oh, boy, NOAA lost 800. This is crazy. 700 from the Department of Energy. The EPA placed on, they fired 388 probationary employees. The agency has also placed on leave nearly 200 employees who work on environmental justice programs.
The FAA fired more than 300 out of 45,000. It's not really a big deal. The Department of Education, this one's great, because they say that at least 160 recent hires have been notified of their termination. Trump has called for the dissolution of the entire department and its 4,400 employees. And the rumor last week was that Donald Trump was going to sign an executive order to bring about its end. I don't know where we're at with that yet. Let me double check. Trump Department of Education.
Let's see where we're currently at. Trump takes aim. He wants to dismantle it. So he has not yet done it. But there are a bunch of stories about it may be about to end. Comptroller of the currency, the OCC. Did any of you even know that existed? They want to they say fired 76 probationary employees. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. This is nuts. And it really is how extensive this was. I want to give a hand to Elon Musk for all of this. Fire more people, please.
Roughly 140 to 200 of the agency's probationary employees. So basically, when they nuked federal probationary employees, it hit a bunch of agencies. The GSA, they got more than 12,000 workers. GSA leaders have been told that staff and spending is expected to be cut across by about 50%. The Office of Personnel Management lost, let's see, Handles Human Resources were fired. All probationary employees, about 100 people.
National Highway Traffic Safety. Oh, man. They laid off 4% under Joe Biden. They grew by 30%. So, yikes.
Still not very big. It's only 800 people. The SBA, 45 probationary employees at the SBA were fired in a letter seen by Reuters. This has been it's been so great, my friends. I've been having a good time. And I'll round this off by talking about the tariffs, the economy and oh boy, the markets. Let's take a look at stock prices because it is bad news. I've been saying, man, I'm
Trump needs to get a handle on this stuff. But I got to be honest, the market's going down and a lot of people are getting rich. You see, anybody who was paying attention when they were all saying the market's going to take a hit, it's going to get bad. Yeah, short sellers came in and they're probably making bank off of this. So if you're not familiar with how a short sale works, I'm not the financial guy, but I'll give you the general explanation. Basically, what you do is you got Jim to my left and Bill to my right. I say, hey, Jim,
Let me borrow that $10 stock from you and I'll pay you back. I'll borrow it from you. I'll give back to you at some point, all right? And Jim says, here you go, buddy. So I'm borrowing that. I then look at Bill to my right and say, hey, Bill, you want to buy this for $10? And he goes, sure. He pays me $10. Now he's got the stock. I get $10. And then I'm hoping the price of the stock is going to go down. So next week, the stock value goes from $10 to $5.
Jim then says, hey, you got that stock back? Can I have it back? I go, yeah, no problem. I reach out to the market and I say, I got five bucks. Buy a stock for five bucks. Hand it back to Jim. Everybody's been made whole and I'm holding an extra $5 bill. That's a short sale. The scary thing is,
You have infinite losses. So let's say I borrow that stock from homie, from homie Jim. I'm holding onto it and I say, hey, Bill, you want to buy us 10 bucks? He buys it. Next week, the stock's at $30. And I'm like, oh crap. That means I need 30 bucks to, I'm going to lose $20. I only got 10 from that guy. Let's say that jumps to a hundred. Oh man. Now I'm up, I'm down $90. Let's say you had a million of these. Real brutal.
So shorts are dangerous. But if the if the tariffs are coming in and you knew it, then you could short and you'd probably make millions upon millions of dollars selling the stock now, buying it back and then give them back to the homie at the lower cost. I'm going to say about the tariffs, my friends. We also have this from AOC and Ana Paulina Luna. They want to cap credit card interest rates at 10 percent. And the libertarians are apoplectic.
Ah, my libertarian friends, they're crying, oh, the tariffs, but my cheap Mexican made cars. I'm so happy. Could not be happier. There were some reports that skateboards were through the roof. And I love the reaction from people like, I don't care about your industry and the jobs that your people work at.
So I tweeted at Austin. Austin Peterson tweeted something about the tariffs being bad. I said, they're good. I love them. Skateboard costs are down. And then he made a snide comment where he was like, I'm glad I didn't think about skateboards. I was trying to buy a minivan for my family before prices went up. And I'm like, ain't that the myopic libertarian worldview?
Your industry and your jobs don't matter as much as mine. My worldview is more important than yours. Let me draw disdain for what I view to be an inconsequential element within the market. The skateboard.
Taste the real Amsterdam. Explore the real Barcelona. And discover the real Johannesburg. Along with many more destinations around the world. Secure your real deal today and seize the moment with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. Restrictions apply. See terms and conditions at klm.com. I'm ready for my life to change. ABC Sunday's American Idol is all new. Give it your all. Good luck. Come out with a golden ticket. Let's hear it. This is a man's world.
I've never seen anything like it. And a new chapter begins. Carrie Underwood joins Lionel Richie, Luke Bryan and Ryan Seacrest on American Idol. New Sundays, 8, 7 central on ABC and stream on Hulu. And it's funny because what he's basically saying is the American worker doesn't matter. That's what he said to me.
So my response to the tariffs was it's great. Prices are already coming down and skateboard manufacturing is starting to return to the United States. U.S. companies are becoming more competitive. And this means that the Chinese and Mexican made skateboards are now too expensive, too expensive. With the tariffs coming in, we have to send wood to China to make the board and bring it back. The costs of that are becoming tremendous. So why would anyone want to buy a Chinese made skateboard when they're no longer cheaper? They're now more expensive.
People have begun to look for ways to get skateboards made for their shops.
This is not about a toy or a piece of athletic equipment. It is about the multibillion dollar industry, which was gutted from this country and every single human being who lost their jobs to outsourcing. It's not about the skateboard. It is about the outsourcing. But of course, the myopic libertarian view is if it saves me $5,000 today, who cares if it destroys the country tomorrow? Sorry.
Many of many of these libertarians don't care for this country. There's you know, I guess we can call them the Lulberts. Graph go up. Graph go up. Let me tell you what I like about the Mises caucus. Not everybody, but generally is they recognize libertarianism is a good thing. So long as we secure our borders, you cannot as a country compete with slave labor.
The American worker wants to manufacture insert product, any product, be it a car or a skateboard. They cannot compete with slave labor. So the companies will always run their manufacturing in nations where they get slave labor because the cost of a slave is nothing. And if the cost of transportation is only 10% of employing an American worker, we know where that's going. So I'm
Very happy with where we are. Very happy. But I'll save some of this for later segments for now. I will grab some super chats from all y'alls. So get your Rumble Rants super chats in and smash the like button and share the show. All right. Moonlight says, Tim, did you watch the new Jubilee video? Sam Cedar gaslights and farm clips 20 conservatives. No idea. And farm clips. I don't know what that is.
Sam Cedar gas lights. Is that when he lied about stuff? Is that what I'm not surprised what they do? You know, Greg do the, he says, Tim, if I remember correctly, the Uber laws were made. So people that work for the ride share companies, 40 plus hours wanted benefits, but were denied benefits because they were not full-time employees. And I have, I don't respect that at all. Um,
The issue is not about workers benefits. It's about states losing tax revenue because the states get employment tax and they were upset that it wasn't being paid to them. So West Virginia in the smarmiest scumbaggiest of ways, you know, look, I got to be honest. I think many of the Western politicians want the state to be impoverished. They want it to be a playground for D.C. individuals. I'm not kidding. They they're like, look,
If you live in D.C., you can drive an hour, an hour, hour and a half out and you are in beautiful rural West Virginia. We don't want the state to succeed. We don't want the people who live to benefit and build bigger homes. We want the property to be cheap. So we have summer homes just outside of D.C. And that's what they do. Many of the houses out here on the river, Airbnbs.
They they're they're massive properties that are half the cost. And so it's like I can live within an hour's commute of D.C. and have a riverfront property with 10 acres for dirt so long as the state keeps failing. I think they intentionally do that. And so what ends up happening is they say, I got an idea. Let's make it so that if anybody wants to contract in any way with West Virginia, they have to be in West Virginia.
So what the state told us is that all contractors must operate within the state. You cannot contract anyone outside of the state. So how does that translate? Elad, for instance, he lives in New York. He works here insofar as you notice, sometimes he appears on Timcast IRL. I never know when he will be here. He does not get paid for his appearances on the show.
However, he does frequently license content to us. And so he is our de facto on-call reporter, meaning I don't know what he's covering. I don't know when he's going to cover it. Sometimes he covers a story, sends us the footage a day after. And we grumble and we're like, don't know if we want to buy it this time. But we usually do. I'm not trying to drag the guy. I'm pointing this out because the state of West Virginia said a lot as a full-time employee.
Full time. And it's like the dude's here once every other month. We don't know when he shows up. He just hits up Serge and says, hey, I'm coming by because I'm in D.C. And we're like, OK. He'll hit us up and be like, hey, I covered this protest. Would you want it? We'll be like, yeah, sure, let's run it. West Virginia has basically said you cannot buy the rights to content. You can't contract talent. They are trying to intentionally burn the state down. Now, what's interesting is this new –
artificial dye ban is massive. But hold on. It's passed in the legislature and the House and the Senate of West Virginia. And it is a ban on artificial food dyes in food and in schools. Crazy. The governor could still veto it. We like the governor. He's pretty based. He was the former AG. And West Virginia is nuking DEI. So we are confident. However, money talks and BS walks. I want to say this. If you're listening out there, we got to get word to RFK Jr. and to the Maha movement.
We need to make sure West Virginia has all of the support the country can muster to make sure this law gets signed. It says that by January of twenty twenty seven foods with artificial dyes cannot be sold. No more tartrazine coal tar derivatives. What are those little red dye mites? I got to get the name of it. Red dye mite. They are called cockennial cockennial mites. The bugs that are used. So disgusting. Cockennial mites.
For red dye. Meet the bug you eat every day. Remember when they said you will eat the bugs? And you were like, no, I won't. Well, you do. Here you go. Hey, Texas, meet the red bug. You had no idea you were eating regularly. That's right. Look at that beautiful little bug. You eat that every day. It's got an aluminum derivative in it. Some like aluminum compound that is bright red. And they breed these things and mash them up.
And then they put them in cakes, licorice, jams, canned cherries, and more. Why? Well, because they're bright red. And the little insects that you eat every day. So all the people said, I won't eat the bugs. I'll never. You're eating the bugs every single day. Every day. You have a Pop-Tart? Eat the bugs. Anything with red dye. I think this is particularly red dye 40, right? It says, take a good look. You're probably eating it. Coccineal mite. How amazing. The coccineal mite. Is that red dye 40? Let me make sure.
Red dye 40. Let's see what red dye 40 is made of. Allura Red. Usually supplied as a red sodium. Maybe it's not red 40. Who gave it something to name? What is it made? 1980. Amaranth. Interesting. Amaranth is the name of red dye number two. So where does it... Cotton candy, cherry flavored drinks. Allura. Let's see. Heavily studied chronic exposure to dyes. Oh, wow. Look at this. Let me just...
Let me just show you guys. They say that Allura Red has been heavily studied in food safety groups. Remains in wide use. However, chronic exposure to the dye has been shown to increase susceptibility to bowel disorders in mice. We do have a massive rise in colon cancers. Maybe that's something. So I don't know. Here we go. UK studied Tartrazine Allura Red, Ponchu 4R, Quiniline Yellow, Sunset Yellow. Interesting. Sodium Benzoate.
They found a possible link between the consumptions of these artificial colors and sodium benzoate and increased hyperactivity in children. Perhaps. Either way, I do got to round things out, wrap things up. We just need to make sure that all the major food producers that are threatening West Virginia, because you know the lobbies are going to come in. They're going to say, I don't want to spend billions of dollars changing our food products. If West Virginia doesn't get the support it needs, we could see this bill vetoed. So we need Maha to come in here and help out.
My friends, that's going to do it for the morning show. Smash the like button. Share the show. Join Rumble Premium. Use promo code TIM10 to get $10 off your annual membership and watch the Green Room podcast. We are back at noon with another segment. Follow me on X and Instagram at Timcast. This was from this Friday. Take a look at this. That, in fact, was a man in a pogo stick front flipping over a Cybertruck. So follow me on Instagram. All right, everybody, we got more coming up. You can also go to boonieshq.com, pick up a skateboard. We will see you all at noon, and thanks for hanging out.
There is a panic in news media as X is down. And so this basically means that the overwhelming majority of media personalities and political commentators are shaking, unsure of what to do. How can we possibly report the news without the opinions of strangers? Okay, in all seriousness, it's an excellent aggregator and platform for conversation. And often we find ourselves seeing news break on the platform itself. In fact, it's
I wanted to pull up a story from Laurel Loomer where she appears to have tracked funding that Elon Musk sent to a coding nonprofit that got rerouted and sent to protesters against his own dealerships. I don't have the full details because X is down. I can't actually pull up that story, which I think it's, I don't know, kind of ironic in a way that, yeah,
Or circuitous. I love that word, by the way. But basically, X is down. Some suspect it is a cyber attack of sorts, a DDoS. I'm not so convinced. I don't just jump to cyber attack whenever anything happens. But the fear is that as people are committing arson against Tesla dealerships.
Perhaps, my friends. This outage actually is a cyber attack. Well, at the same time, in a story I covered in the morning show, we'll get a little bit of a deep dive into. We'll look at... We gave a deep dive. We'll look a little bit into this. Elon Musk is saying...
that there are powerful billionaires funding the protests against him. And at the same time, suspect who was accused of arson over Tesla, a Tesla arson, we'll call it that, released. Police chief is outraged. So let's just say there are a lot of people out to get Elon. There are a lot of people that are angry that X is providing a platform for, let's just call it free-ish speech. Because it ain't absolute free speech, but it's pretty dang good.
And here's the story. Most of you probably know because you're sitting here spamming the refresh button on your X account. App won't load. Nothing anybody can do about it. Cannot retrieve posts at this time. Well, so be it. Not appy. Haha. Twitter down. X users. I love how they still say Twitter. X users hit by another worldwide outage. It's thousands unable to access a social media app. Tech website Down Detector has been bombarded with 8,000 new reports after X faced problems today.
Many of those already logged into the admin website have been presented with a message. Something went wrong. Try reloading. Earlier, the outage was announced. User reports indicate the outage site announced user reports indicate problems at X. Since 925 a.m. today, complaints have skyrocketed with 10,883 reports of X outages on the website. Came back briefly, disappeared briefly, seems to be flickering in and out. Some suggest it could be a cyber attack.
We have this from Cybersecurity News. They're not saying they know exactly what it is, but X experienced a global outage today, leaving many users unable to access the platform. Reports of the outage began to surface around 3.20 p.m. IST, international standard time, with users encountering error messages such as something went wrong. Down Detector, of course, is now at 21,000 reports and rising.
The impact of the outage varies across regions. In the US, the majority of affected users reported issues with the app. We get it. We get it. People in India don't really care all that much. The exact cause of the outage remains unclear. However, the outage sparked concerns with the platform's reliability and security, especially given its importance in modern communication. Now, what's fascinating, my friends, is that embedded ex-posts and videos, all that's still playing, it appears to be an issue with front end, not back end.
Back end meaning like the servers and everything are still working, you can link to them. But if you try and load up the graphical user interface for the average person, you get nothing. Sebastian Berdua says, this may go down in history as the age of blissful ignorance. So many experts on Romania don't even know where my country is on the map. I can sometimes tolerate ignorance, but never subversive attacks or offensive comments. Thank God it's quick and easy to ban on X. I don't know why they posted that, but there is a tangential relation, I suppose. Yeah.
Despite the disruption, some users turned to humor, posting memes and jokes of the situation on other social media platforms. One user posted a photo of a cartoon man with a giant head floating amid crying people, saying, posting this on X so people know about X being down. Another user asked, at Elon, what happened to my friend? Well, my friends, Elon believes that powerful billionaires are out to get him. Fox News reports.
Elon Musk is blaming nationwide protests against electric car company Tesla on left wing billionaire George Soros, billionaire Democratic mega donor and LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman and others claiming their bank rolling the destructive protests. The protests at dealerships and other locations have occurred, even as some Tesla vehicles and charging stations have been damaged and destroyed, though it is not clear the protests and the vandalism are linked. Musk, Tesla CEO.
took to X on Sunday to say the investigation found five ActBlue funded groups were responsible for Tesla protests. An investigation has found five ActBlue funded groups responsible for Tesla's protests, Troublemakers, Disruption Project, Rise and Resist, Indivisible Project, and Democratic Socialists of America. Musk then named five ActBlue funders he believes are responsible for funding the protests, including Soros and Reid Hoffman, among others. My question then would be, my friends, why would they just target Tesla?
Tesla dealerships, I mean, you don't accomplish anything in terms of attacking his legacy and infrastructure, shorting Tesla stock, disrupting Twitter. Those are bold claims, my friends. And if you're going to claim that these big, powerful interests were not directly doing it, you need more than just guesses. What I would say is I don't know who's involved in what.
But there is there there there is good reason a lot of these powerful individuals who make money at the deep state would have obvious reasons with Doge to go after Elon Musk. The New York Post says a Colorado police chief blasted the release of a suspect on bond who allegedly threw Molotov cocktails at vehicles and spray painted Nazi cars at a Tesla dealership after yet another arson incident occurred at the same business.
Just after Friday, Loveland police officers responded to an arson call at the local Tesla dealership where they found an incendiary device between two cars on the property had caught fire and put several occupants inside Tesla at risk. The scene smelled strongly of gasoline and several vehicles were damaged by what appeared to be thrown rocks, officers said. It's incredibly challenging to keep our citizens safe from copycat behavior when there are no repercussions to lawlessness, Loveland Police Chief Tim Doran said.
Lucy Grace Nelson, 40, who formerly identified as Justin Thomas Nelson, was arrested last month in connection to four incidents of vandalism and explosive device use at the Tesla dealership. She... This is laughably insane that the New York Post and Fox News still do this. You're scumbags, okay? This...
This guy firebombed or was arrested for trying to firebomb, they say, a Tesla dealership. And they're like, better respect the individual's requests for pronoun use. Justin was booked into jail with a $100,000 cash bond and released the next day, according to Chris Padgett, the police department's information officer. I couldn't be more disappointed with a criminal justice system that would release an individual on a PR bond who placed incendiary devices at a Loveland business.
This decision is not just troubling for our community, but reflects a broader problem faced nationwide. The latest arson incident on Friday did not immediately appear to be directly connected to Nelson's release, according to officers. Loveland's criminal investigation team is gathering evidence from the incident, along with the ATF. The Tesla dealership has been vandalized. An explosive device had been found on the scene three separate times. There is a funny meme where it says, we are at the point in the matrix where leftists are blowing up electric vehicles.
Ain't that something? Where's Greta Thunberg? Greta, the far left, they're supporting climate change. I mean, like, no, they're literally supporting the climate changing. You know, Elon, on the other hand, is trying to reduce emissions. They said the Tesla dealership had been vandalized. Explosive device had been found in the scene three separate times. Officers said they had caught her at the local Tesla dealer with explosive devices and vandals of materials late at night. Why are they playing this game?
Listen, when we're dealing with alleged terrorists, OK, innocent until proven guilty. Right. It's important that people know this is a large biological man. OK. The reason why is that if you see this person and they keep saying she and her and women are doing this, people will be looking for women.
That's the problem with lies in the media. I don't care if a person wants to identify however they want. You live your life. You do your thing. But the media needs to say, this is a trans woman. That's fine. If they said, this is a trans woman who did this thing. I bet, okay, people need to know what they're looking for in threats. If someone says, this person is suspected of terror, and then they're wanted for an arrest at some point, and they say a woman, and she and her, people are gonna be looking for some woman.
They're going to be like 5'4", on average, 5'5", with breasts, not a six-foot-tall guy with ripped shoulders. This is the problem when the media does this. Information matters. Police officers said they found cans of spray paint, gasoline. We get it. We get it. Okay? Anyway, let's bring it all home, right? I don't know about these singular incidents, whatever, but there is speculation emerging on various social media that X is down because of organized cyber attacks against it.
X went down and then came back and then went down and then came back. There are stories where it's like X was briefly down, but they're back. And no, now there's an update being like, actually, it's down again. People are saying this is indicative of a distributed denial of service attack. But who knows? Who knows? Glitch? Maybe. Some people are saying that if it was a simple glitch, the team would have fixed it right away and the service would be back up. But the fact that it's going down and coming back up indicates there is a push and a pull going on. I don't know.
But I'm going to say, if people are willing to firebomb car dealerships, maybe they'd be willing to click a button on a botnet and take down a social media platform, should they have the power to do so. But we'll see, my friends. X should be back up soon. These things never last for very long. And we'll see. Thanks for hanging out. We've got more segments coming up. Stick around. Follow me on X and Instagram. X when you can. Thanks for hanging out. We'll see you on the next segment.
It's the end of an era, my friends. D.C. has begun destroying Black Lives Matter Plaza. DDOT will be in charge of reconstructing Black Lives Matter Plaza, which I would argue was built illegally. And the same as in New York, when they spray painted right in front of Trump's building on Fifth Avenue, Black Lives Matter, all of it was illegally done.
The Democrats in these jurisdictions feel they can appropriate taxpayer dollars without cause or without function of governance. They can just take it for their political messaging. Now, my friends, if we are going to allow partisan political groups to steal from the coffers for their campaigning, we don't got no country. But my friends, support for Black Lives Matter is in the gutter.
People don't much care for it anymore. So this is an easy move to make. Let me get started by showing you this video. Now, X, of course, is down. Let me see if we can try and get this. It still says Twitter.com. It's not going to load, I guess. Are we getting it? Is it loading? Come on, X. X has been down all day, but we got it. We got the video originally from Ford Fisher. Workers are dismantling Black Lives Matter Plaza. Let's go, ladies and gentlemen.
There it is. Construction crews have begun the process by which way, which they will dismantle
Black Lives Matter Plaza. Now, for those who don't know, this is a big street in D.C. They blocked off, painted Black Lives Matter on it. The whole thing was basically an anti-Trump cultist crusade. And because people are cowards, they never stood up to the structures of the democratic system and the institutions that were doing these illegal things. But now times have changed. I'm going to tell you, first and foremost, this is not about Black Lives Matter. This
Too many people in this country are cowards, refuse to stand up, refuse to speak up. I don't blame everybody. Some people deserve more blame than others. But now that we won the popular vote, it all gets shut down. This is what I was trying to tell you guys. And you got it. I know you understand this, y'all that are listening, because you're sitting here, you're saying, I'm going to be active. I'm going to be engaged. I'm going to pay attention to what's going on in my life so that bad people can't get away with bad things. And we've been here from the get go. In fact,
There are a lot of people, a lot of people have been here from from the beginning of this longer than me. So what ends up happening is when Donald Trump steps up and he says, I'm running, a lot of people were opposed to him. What ends up happening is the entirety of the infrastructure Saturday Night Live. They're lying. You've got SNL lying. You've got all the big liberal pundits lying. You got the corporate press lying. And so there are a lot of regular people who are like, I don't know a whole lot about these politics, but I'm going to say nothing and let them do it.
Because they were scared. They thought that this is the they genuinely believed the Democrats had won the historical narrative. This is why the far left protesters always come out and say you are on the wrong side of history. Turns out they were. So long as we keep this up and we win, they will stay on the wrong side of history. So, my friends, I beseech thee.

Work began Monday to transform Black Lives Matter Plaza. The evolution of the plaza was announced on Mayor Muriel Bowser's ex-account, adding that it is part of D.C. America's 250 mural project, where we will invite students and artists to create new murals across all eight wards. Washingtonians' commutes may be impacted by some areas, and some areas will be closed for short times during this phase that will take place on weekdays and weekends. With efforts to minimize disruption and maintain accessibility—you know, it's funny.
Um, we basically live in the DC Metro. I've never been there. Never been to Black Lives Matter Plaza. So it all started back in 2020 during the mass riots where, I don't know, 30 plus people were murdered in cold blood and police stations were burned down. The Democratic institution said, we support this and we're going to build monuments to it. Not no more. Now it is gone. Not just figuratively or literally, but both.
Literally that they're tearing it down because the popularity is in the gutter, but figuratively because majority of the country opposes Black Lives Matter. Let me make sure that is clear for all of you. Do you support or oppose the Black Lives Matter movement? 44% oppose. Only 41% support it. I can tell you why. I can tell you why. Take a look at this. Because the people know. They know. They know.
So Breonna Taylor is killed. George Floyd dies. And then all of a sudden, support for Black Lives Matter hit 52 percent with 30 percent opposition. Then something happened. Riots took place. And as the riots started to happen, we started to see support begin to drop right here from the peak. It dropped down. And I remember it was so amazing. I was like, look at that. Fifty two percent support. And then a week later, down, down six points, down 10 points.
Derek Chauvin's conviction saw a drop in support for Black Lives Matter. Ahmed Arbery's shooting verdict saw additionally a drop in support for the verdicts. So let me tell you, my friends, let me tell you. Right now there's a big push to get Derek Chauvin pardoned. I don't know why. It seems like a weird time to call for this. Maybe like the anniversary of the George Floyd incident.
Would make sense, which was in June, I believe, early June, March. I don't know. Slow news cycle, I guess. But Ben Shapiro says Trump should do this. And he's not wrong. Trump should do this. I don't know if right now makes a whole lot of sense. Pardoning Chauvin at the federal level wouldn't change any of his state charges. But let me tell you, when Chauvin got convicted, support dropped. Why?
For one, people started to learn the truth about what was going on with the George Floyd killings, that he had fentanyl and meth in his system, that he was chewing on a speedball, hard drugs behind the wheel of a car. Now, by all means, a lot of people don't like what happened. And a lot of people still believe the fake news or whatever they think. A lot of people don't care if it's fake or real. They are mad. They don't like cops. But regular people said, hey, something ain't right about this.
And then you get the Ahmed Arbery shooting verdicts. And that's when we saw the leveling out and then inversion of support.

This is the guy that was a felony burglary suspect caught on camera burglarizing a home. Yep. I'm not making that up. This is all in the court case. There was no question as to whether or not this dude was suspected of felony burglary. He was he was on camera. Most people don't know that.
The question in the Ahmaud Arbery case was whether or not the McMichaels, two guys who went to prison over this, had a right to detain him to perform a citizen's arrest. Now, hey, the police told these guys not to pursue. But here's the issue. You want to know why we live in the country we live in? I will break it down for you. A dude is suspected of terrorizing a neighborhood. And it's tough because you don't want to go after innocent people. But this guy, Ahmaud Arbery, does not live in this neighborhood, doesn't live there.
They said he was jogging in construction boots. That was a lie. It's insane how evil these people are. Dude was not jogging. He was seen entering a home suspected of felony burglary. I'm saying suspected. He never got convicted or anything, but he's on camera in the house looking around and he leaves. They said, oh, it's just trespass. He was just looking around. No. When you enter a home that's burglary, people think burglary means stealing from a house. Nope.
In Maryland, for instance, if I tie a string around my property, a string, okay, that's it. And you step over that string. That is, I believe it's fourth degree misdemeanor burglary. Trespass is when you walk onto the property, there are no barriers, and there's a sign saying you're not allowed to be here. That's trespass. Here's how it works. Somebody walks onto my property, boop, boop, boop.
There's no signs anywhere. They did not trespass. They walked on no property. There were no signs. I go, hey, you, you get out of here. You're not allowed to be here. That's trespassing. They go, whoop, and they turn around and leave. Not trespassing. They were warned they left. Let's say I say, you got it. You got it. You got to get out of here. It's trespassing. And they go, I ain't going nowhere. I will trespass you. So be it. Then the cops can come and say, sir, you're being warned because I'll even give another warning. You're under arrest.
If that person steps over, I got plastic chain and they step over it. Felony burglary. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. In Maryland, it's misdemeanor burglary. Going into your house, I think, is when it upgrades to a felony. Crossing a physical barrier on someone's property is burglary. So in this instance, dude went into a house. The house was under construction in the interior, but it was largely a finished home.
Some people think he was trying to steal power tools. I don't know, but he did. So he was suspected of burglary. The police went around and told everybody this is a burglary suspect. They were being terrorized for some months by a guy who was breaking into homes, stealing things from cars. They didn't know who was doing it. One day they see this dude who does not live there running down the street. And they said, hey, that's the guy they suspect of burglary. The McMichaels grabbed their guns and chased after him. Police said, stop, don't do it. They probably shouldn't have. But isn't that crazy? This is why we're in the country we're in.
Somebody comes to your neighborhood and burglarizes cars. A gun was stolen, enters homes. If you go after this person and they fight you and they die, you go to prison. OK, that's not I'm not saying definitively that's the bad thing. Right. Let me clarify.
Chasing after someone you suspect of a crime with a shotgun, don't be surprised if they get into a fight with you. And I maintain this position the whole time. First of all, the McMichaels and the other dude, Brian, what's his face? I forget his name every time. He was only filming and he went to prison. This Aubrey case is crazy. But my point is this.
If someone was chasing after me with shotguns or the shotgun and a handgun and had a car behind me, I might have to fight him, too. Right. Like, let's say you literally were just jogging and they said, you're the guy we're after. Am I going to stop for a dude with a shotgun screaming at me? I don't know that I would be honest. The issue is there's no there's no proper way to take care of your neighborhood when the police can't stop the guy and there's nothing you can do about it.
So I'm not saying there's a right or wrong. I'm going to tell you what you should or shouldn't do. I'm saying it's sad the guy died. I don't like anybody dying. Ahmed Arbery, the pickup truck was in front at the end of a road. This other guy was filming unrelated to the McMichaels. The McMichaels were in the prison. Arbery ran around the pickup truck and attacked. That's a fact. He did. They fought over the shotgun. I think it was Travis McMichael. And the shotgun went off, blasting Arbery in the chest, killing him. When this case happened, people said...
I don't support Black Lives Matter anymore. Because there was one simple question. The one dude who filmed. I got to get his name. Okay. Guy who filmed Ahmed. The guy who filmed went to prison. William Roddy Bryan. Right. His name was William Bryan. He had a video.
He was not with the McMichaels. He saw the guy and was filming what he was doing, which arguably is the right thing to do. I'm not telling anybody to do anything, but if there's a guy suspected of burglary and the cops told you it's him, just filming him seems like way smarter than trying to chase after him with a gun. That guy was charged and went to prison effectively for the rest of his life. When that happened, people said, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a minute. Why is that guy in prison? Why did that guy get life?
Something does not make sense. And that's when people said enough. So my friends look into it. I ain't playing those games. Tear this stuff down. They know it. People don't like it. And it's bad for business. So it's gone. Not that it's like, you know, Muriel Bowser and the Democrats still run DC. You don't get me wrong, but they realize they're on the wrong side of history.
There's a lot more to break down and all that for sure, but I'll wrap it up there. Smash that like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Get in the Discord. Get on Rumble Premium. Thanks for hanging out. We'll see you on the next segment.
It's the end of days for the deep state. Marco Rubio says the Trump admin will be canceling 83% of programs at USAID and intends to remove the remaining ones to the State Department. At the same time, the deep state is striking back with what limited resources they have as that slush fund it were called.
Lee Zeldin found $375 billion being funneled to climate change groups. They are now suing, trying to get $20 billion of government grant money unfrozen. You have to wonder what it is they're doing with that money for political reasons. Let me keep it simple for everybody. If you're a climate change nonprofit, you are de facto Democrat. And if the government was granting this money to climate change nonprofits, de facto money funneled to Democrat causes.
Let me tell you a little bit of those methods. It's not so much about, you know, the government grants, let's just say 10 bucks, small number, to a climate change nonprofit. The climate change nonprofit then says, if we donate this money to a Democrat, we'll win. Not that simple. There are many things they can do. For instance...
They can fund protests. The government gives, let's just say the government gives a million bucks, hypothetical, to a climate change nonprofit. They then hire a couple of organizers at $60,000 a year. Yep, that's good money for an organizer who then goes to colleges, rallies protests, and then marches through the streets. These people will say, we're not going to be political. We receive government grants. But they will allow at these rallies in which, hey, we're just organizing a protest, that
Then Democrat steps in, speaks in front of the rally. It's all one big dirty game, my friends. One big dirty game. All of these companies, these nonprofits, they work together. But right now, it is done. Now we know USAID was basically shuttered. The remaining programs are going to go to State Department. USAID is over. CNN reports...
The Trump admin is canceling 83% of USAID programs. And that ain't humanitarian aid, my friends. That was a lie. The move to have the remaining 1,000 USAID programs administered by the State Department would cap the quick and drastic dismantlement of the U.S. independent humanitarian organization. You see how these scumbags phrase USAID? Independent humanitarian organization. That was funded by the government and funding politically left progressive ideas.
You know, I saw this clip from Family Guy. I don't know if it's real, but it made a good point. It was Peter Griffin, and he was like, you know, you got to trust Hollywood. They always make great films where a guy with right wing views eventually figures out he was wrong and adopts left wing views. Right. And they're like, yes, of course. Then they named several movies. And he goes, can anyone name a movie where a man with left wing views adopted any kind of right wing views? Huh? Huh? Anyone? Anyone? And that was it.
And then I guess some creepy guy pops up, but he's like Metropolis. But it's a really great point. Hollywood functions that way. And it became what we call default liberal. We're going to change the game. No more default liberal. Believe what is true. Maybe that's right wing. Maybe that's left wing. Who knows?
Quote, after a six week review, we are officially canceling 83 percent. We get it. We get it. The 5200 contracts that are now canceled spent tens of billions of dollars in ways that did not serve and in some cases even harmed the core national interests of the U.S. He claimed without providing details on the canceled contracts. Are you kidding me? They're like Marco Rubio. Please provide a list of all of the contracts and everything they did. Well, you can go to Doge for that. They're available on X or their Web site.
Well, now the deep state strikes back, my friends. Climate change nonprofit sues EPA over billions in frozen funds. And if they got allies in the courts, they're going to try and get this money, these billions of dollars, so they can use to wage war against the popular administration. New York Times reports a multibillion dollar dispute between the EPA and several nonprofit organizations escalated on Saturday when one group sued the EPA and Citibank seeking access to grant money that has been frozen under Trump.
Climate United, a nonprofit, claimed the EPA and Citibank have illegally withheld nearly $7 billion award. Wow. Last April, Citibank has housed the funds as part of a green financing program to finance projects that address climate change. If federal law enforcement orders it frozen, thank you and have a nice day. Okay. Now, there is a question about whether or not
The government should have the right to freeze funds in this way. The only thing that's different here from the private sector, certainly if you came to me and said, I don't like the idea of the executive branch just shutting down someone's bank account. No, no, I agree on that. We're talking about it's the government money. OK, now it's basically our money, in which case I'd prefer it. They didn't spend it. In fact, I'd prefer if they refunded it.
But if the argument is the government is transferring this money due to a grant and has decided not to pay it out, cry more. They don't have to. I don't you know, you have a legal dispute. OK, contract versus fulfillment. Go to court over it. If I if I hire a contractor and.
He doesn't do the work and then demands money. And I say, I ain't paying you. We go to court over it. And I'll go to the judge. He didn't do any work. If he does the work and he screws up and break something. And I say, bro, your workers damaged this. You got to pay for it. He says, no, we go to court over it. So now they're going to go to court over it. And I think that's absolutely fine.
The funds are part of a larger pot, $20 billion, that had been swept up in a controversy after Lee Zeldin, the EPA admin, called the green financing program a scheme that was purposefully designed to obligate all of the money in a rush job with reduced oversight. Now some of the nonprofits say their bank accounts are frozen, that they are struggling to pay staff. Oh, man, but I love it.
Climate United had planned to loan the money to developers across the country in support of solar power, electric trucks, energy efficient, affordable housing projects. And said the freeze has meant small businesses and developers are unable to draw down funds they were promised. We're not trying to make a political statement here, said Beth Baffert, chief executive of Climate United. This is about math for homeowners, truck drivers. You see the game they're playing with this one? An EPA spokesperson of the agency does not comment on any pending litigation. Oh, boy.
We have received and are currently reviewing the suit, Citibank said in a statement. As we've said previously, Citi has been working with the federal government in its efforts to address government officials' concerns regarding the federal grant program. Our role as financial agent does not involve any discretion over which organizations receive grant funds. Citi will, of course, comply with any judicial decision.
Climate United is one of eight nonprofits that collectively received $20 billion from the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, also known as Green Bank Funding, during the Biden admin. The money was appropriated through 2022's Inflation Reduction Act and had been held in recipients' accounts as Citibank since late last year. The nonprofits had been unable to make withdrawals for more than two weeks.
The funds were frozen after Mr. Zeldin issued a statement linking the grants to a hidden camera video release in the final weeks of the Biden admin by Project Veritas, a conservative group known for using covert recordings to embarrass. You mean journalism? Cry more. In the video, Brent Efron, then an EPA employee, likens the agency's efforts to spend federal money on climate change to throwing gold bars off the Titanic. A lawyer for Mr. Efron said the client was not referring to the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund.
Zeldin has called for Citibank to return the funds to the EPA and suggested potential fraud. The DOJ and the FBI subsequently launched investigations. Denise Chung, a top federal prosecutor in D.C., resigned after determining there was not enough evidence to order the funds frozen.
Earlier this week, Mr. Zeldin referred the program to his agency's acting inspector general for investigation, suggesting a link between the fund recipients and Biden administration allies. Some of the nonprofit organizations have received letters from the DOJ and the acting inspector general seeking more information. In a letter to the EPA sent Tuesday, lawyers for Climate United detailed the organization's efforts to meet with the agency to discuss the program. I'm going to pause there, my friends. Administrative civil war. What we're looking at is
prosecutors resigning at SDNY in D.C. because they're in on the take. I'm not saying all of them are everything. What I'm saying, there are going to be prosecutors who are Democrat aligned, who want that money to go to their allies because they're waging civil war administratively. And so when Trump says this is a scam and you know it, they go, I quit. I'm out.
Let's see who's on the wrong side of history. If Trump can't maintain a strong economy and allows Democrats to take control in 2026 and then 2028, Trump will have been a blip. He will have been the wrong side of history. But if the Trump admin can shut down the bureaucratic state and restore the power to the people, then this will have all been the right side of history the entire time.
And that's why I say to you, my friends, we can't just sit back and read the news. OK, if you're sitting back and you're reading, it's all you're doing. It's better than nothing. These various nonprofits, the money will find its way.
Even if, take a look at this, you say to some guy, hey, we need a chief executive to run a nonprofit. We'll pay you 300 grand. Then they take 100 grand of that and they donate it. Yes, my friends, once again, right wingers are infuriated this time because trans punk rock star Laura Jane Grace sang at Bernie Sanders's rally on Friday. And why are they outraged by this? Because Laura Jane Grace's song, this is the singer from the band Against Me, was extremely graphic. I got to be honest, it's so vulgar that I can't actually say it on YouTube. Isn't it funny when they do things like this?
They claim there's nothing wrong with the books they put out to children. Or right now they're saying right wingers are just infuriated by the song for no reason. And I literally cannot show you the lyrics on YouTube. To put it simply, the song is, well, for a lot of people on the right, an affront to God. The song is about the genitals of God.
And the sexual functions and actions described in extreme detail by the song. You have a lot of people on the right angry. But oh boy, I'm so excited for this controversy because, you know, I would consider myself to be an OG fan against me. Now, I know...
Laura Jane Grace's take on OG fans, because I am an OG fan. OG, of course, for those that don't know, means original gangster. But it basically just means like original. So, yes, I've been listening to Against Me since I think Reinventing Axl Rose came out, which is the big album. I don't know that they've actually had as much success against me since then. I think technically they did when Laura Jane Grace, who used to go by the name Tom Gable,
I'm pretty sure that's right. Changed his name and transitioned. And then they saw a big bump. But this is also a very interesting story. So let me start from the beginning. Yeah, I was a teenager, punk rock. And man, the acoustic EP songs, Reinventing Axl Rose, talk about great music.
For those that were, I don't know, angsty teenager anarcho-leftists, you had the classic song, Baby, I'm an Anarchist, for which I can still play on the guitar. And then, of course, you had much better songs, in my opinion, like Pints of Guinness Make You Strong, which is just about an old woman whose husband died from alcoholism, presumably alcohol poisoning, and never came home. And I'm going to show you the lyrics and explain the true backstory. Probably not, but at least from my perspective. So I can say this.
So you get a controversy where a transgender singer is sexually graphic in front of a crowd of people, which I presume largely is adults, but it's a Bernie rally. So there's probably some kids there. Totally inappropriate. And this is exactly the point many of us have in terms of, I guess, calling out the woke left and the problems.
Now, of course, I pulled up Pink News. Let's see how they frame these things. And then I'll show you how the right is breaking it down. And then let me talk to you about growing up urban Chicago, anti-flag, punk rock, you know, GHB, the virus, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
And let's read this. Trans punk star Laura Jane Grace sings at Bernie Sanders rally infuriating right wingers. I don't know. How about the other headline from the Daily Mail? Trans punk rockers slammed for ungodly lyrics during onstage performance at Bernie Sanders rally. Quote, pure evil. I don't know if they're going to show the lyrics in here. I can't tell them to you on YouTube. I'm not kidding. YouTube would probably at the bare minimum demonetize the video.
But they may actually take it down for or no, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I don't think the lyrics are going to take it down. It'll get it age restricted.
There's a trans punk rock star, Laura Jane Grace, made a surprise appearance at a Bernie Sanders rally recently infuriating the usual anti-trans right wing brigade who were quick to take to social media to denounce her performance. Oh, I'm so excited. So let me just not bear the lead. I believe Laura Jane Grace largely weaponized being trans for money. And this coming from somebody who was deeply influenced and was a fan of Tom and against me before the transition. I viewed at the time.
When when the lead singer said they were going to be transitioning, I said, you know, it doesn't they got some songs, you know what I mean?
And I said, okay, like, it is whatever. You know, shout out. And Lord Jane Grace actually has some mutual friends. I know people who know Lord Jane Grace. Never met the person, never talked to them or anything like that. And I was just like, hey man, do you? I ain't got no beef. You know, I know other people who are trans. I ain't got no beef. You know, I'm gonna mind my own business. Largely, I'm not okay with how they do it to kids and all that stuff. However, for those that are actually real fans and have been to the shows before,
I would say that the honest take here, the honest take, oh boy, I'm going to break it down for you. Tom, lead singer of Against Me, was in the gutter. The band was not doing really well. They had massive amounts of debt. They failed. They failed. They had this bump of punk rock success, very small, but in the core of, I guess, punk rock. And it didn't translate. It didn't make it. And so there was a point where
On stage, Laura Jane Grace, who at the time was Tom, said that he was in massive debt. The band was failing, super depressed. And then I got an idea, trans. And then all of a sudden they saw a big bump. All of a sudden, a bunch of their songs actually did a bit better, but only a bit before disappearing once again. I'll tell you what this is. This performance where Laura Jane Grace gets on stage and starts singing about God doing something.
deviant things or asking questions about grotesque bodily functions. Maybe I shouldn't say grotesque because a lot of it, but described in a grotesque way is probably a better way to put it. I'll tell you what it is. This is a person who has been a hypocrite the whole time, who, I mean, lost me as a fan a long time ago due to the hypocrisy of the messaging. And this is another example of I have lost relevance and I will do anything, anything to take it.
And that's the sad reality of Against Me. Let me read a little bit of the news for you. And then I'll back up everything I'm saying because this is a band that I listened to when I was a teenager. The musician and lead vocalist of the band Against Me appeared at Fighting Oligarchy rally held by Bernie Sanders Friday, March 7th. The Vermont left-wing senator and former presidential candidate began the campaign at rallies in Kenosha, blah, blah, blah. You got to do what you got to do. The country's in trouble and I want to play my role, he told large crowds.
Following her performance, Grace used social media to thank Sanders, who has been in Congress since 91, for the opportunity to perform, adding that she has deep respect for the campaign. But her set, which included a live rendition of Your God, God's Dick, wasn't met kindly by anti-trans right-wingers who accused Sanders of aligning with Satan. I ain't going to tag Laura Jane Grace for aligning with Satan. No, mine's much more based in the physical realm, as it were.
Notoriously transphobic social media account Libs of TikTok, which is run by Haya Raichik, shared a clip of the rally, calling it absolutely sickening. One person responded, these are disgraceful people with no respect for anything. God will not be mocked. Other right-wing influencers described the performance as pure evil, slinging transphobic insults at Lord Jane Grace and calling Sanders backwards. You see, this is always the problem that I've had with the right. They...
It's so moralistic and spiritual. It doesn't actually speak to, I guess, the urban moderate or the people who grew up listening to this stuff. That is to say, there are by all means do your thing. But from where I come from, when I see a bunch of people saying like, I can't you've offended God. I'm like, OK, well, I get it. Like, I believe in God, you know, whatever. But that ain't it.
It's so surface level to say these things that it just doesn't really get at it. So let's start from the beginning. I can't talk to you necessarily about the entire history of Against Me, the band for which this individual is the lead singer. What I can say is that like...
uh, Tom, the lead singer who is now Laura Jane Grace. And I'm doing that not to disrespect Laura Jane Grace, but because there are stories where Tom speaks in the first and third person and says of himself, him and these things. So just bear with me. And so Tom at the time was saying that there are no OG fans. Nobody came to any original shows. Nobody actually came into the music. And I'm going to say this. Uh, I was, uh,
Like 14 years old. You know what I mean? I was 11 or 12 at the release of the first acoustic album, I think it was. And so, sure, fine, take that. But with reinventing Axl Rose, when it actually was able to reach my ears...
My friends and I at 16 were blasting the album on repeat all day, every day. I could play every song off the album and I still can. Do I have any picks on me? I'm not actually going to play the song, but I can prove it. You hippie leftists who are claiming I do. I can prove it. Here we go. Okay. Anybody who knows, knows what that song is, you know exactly what song I was playing. So, and you only needed those first little bits.
So, we grew up listening to this, and then there was the Disco Before the Breakdown EP, and that's where you get a song, the Disco Before the Breakdown, where you're like, hey, it sounds like this dude's gay. No, no, no, I mean like literally, because either he's dating someone who's ugly or fat, or he's singing about being gay, because it has the lyrics, I know they're going to laugh at us when they see us out together holding hands like this. They wouldn't understand it if we told them all the reasons. Pause. Pause.
So here's the thing about Laura Jane Grace. Laura Jane Grace is a biological male married to a female and has only married females, as far as I know. And so a lot of people call into question right away being like, so this person's got gender dysphoria, wants to be a woman, wrote lyrics about wanting to be a woman, but marries women. So trans being that literally that's what they call it. They call it trans being. So let me let me let me let me let me let me pull up this. What do we have here?
Who is Laura Jane Grace? Well, that's Laura Jane Grace right there. That is a little cropped a little bit from right fest. They've they've had very minimal success. So let's start here. It's it's possible, whatever. I mean, some people are just fork and trans lesbian, whatever that is. I don't know. But.
So I know people who have been to shows for Against Me, and they have a song called Tonight We're Gonna Give It 35%, and that is—I can't remember which album it's off of, but I used to play it all the time. I'm pretty sure I can still play it. It's only four chords anyway.
And it's about signing a record deal and how you're realizing how naive you are and how wrong you are about the industry. Because these are like young punk rock people. And I'm not going to speak to the true mentality of Lord and Grace at the time. But they're very much like the machine is busted and capitalism is bad and we're anarchists, baby, throw a brick. And then it's like, what? We're going to get signed to a major record deal and get a million dollars. Let's go. And that's when I was like hypocrites.
And so for me, growing up, being a teenager and hearing all these songs, I was like, I get it, I guess. It's like you want to be angsty and rebellious until the man comes and says, we got money for you. Then you say, I'm on my knees in a bathroom praying to a God I don't even believe even believe in. Please don't let me screw this up. Oh, yeah, that that deal you're getting that money is going to be so sweet. And I'm just like, I get it. I get what people are.
So after this, they had Reinventing Axl Rose, which had moderate success. And like in the core, I guess in like the core audience space for punk, it was a big deal. But in the mainstream side of things, not really.
There was a certain point where Laura Jane Grace on stage in Chicago at a show basically saying that he was super depressed. Record sales were in the gutter. The band was failing. They owed like a million dollars in debt. And this is what I've heard from a bunch of fans because my friends from Chicago are basically like, dude, we were there.
Basically, dude was saying that going trans was like a desperate bid to save the band. And then a lot of people are like, surprise, surprise. The trans woman is married to a woman. And it felt like a guy with a history of depression who was desperate for recognition, who had barely struggled to make it and finally saw a modicum of success was seeing it all slip away and would do anything, anything to keep it.

Now, I'm not saying that's true, but from what I've heard from fans is that
Their attitude is, dude all but admitted it. That they were in the gutter. Then after going trans, there was a slight bump. Some of the most viewed YouTube songs, I think literally their most viewed songs are after the going trans thing happened. And then they quickly disappeared. Here we are once again. Here's my criticism. Certainly the lyrics are disgusting. Obviously the song is disgusting that was played at the Bernie rally. But I don't think...
Laura Jane Grace, Against Me or Whatever, performed this song because they hate God and will mock God. They did it because they are depressed, have been depressed their whole life, his whole life, her, whatever, and desperately needs attention and is thus getting it now some like nearly 20 years after the release of the first album with minimal to no success. And it is sad. It is sad. I used to stay on Hollywood Boulevard.
right by Hollywood and Highland. And I would play some of my acoustic folk and punk rock songs, as well as covers of Against Me, and I would busk. And I've told the story about busking on Hollywood Boulevard before. I'd make like 30 bucks in an hour, and then I'd go and deposit it into a Bank of America ATM. And I'd be like, just got to keep stacking it up, save like a dollar or two to go buy some like croissant or something at the CVS on Hollywood. And
And, you know, the songs that I would play were many of them were against me. Easy songs to belt, simple to play four chords. And one of my favorite songs to play was this song. Tonight, we're going to give it 35 percent, which I could be wrong. But my general understanding as having been a fan, especially with the disc for the breakdown release, August 1st, 2002, I
It's a song about this band that's supposed to be anti-establishment punk rock now about to get signed to a label where they're going to cut a deal. And let me show you some of the lyrics. The second verse, if you can even call it a verse, is more so whatever telling a story.
But here's the line at the end, the breakdown. Can you live with what you know about yourself when you're all alone behind closed doors? The things we never said, but we always knew were right there. It's got me on my knees in a bathroom praying to a God I don't even believe in. Well, dear Jesus, are you listening? If this is the one chance that really matters, don't let me F this up. If you told me about this when I was 15, I never would have believed it.
My understanding of the song was that they had finally hit something and they were about to sign with, I think it was the label that Anti-Flag was on. And they were like, oh, man. Oh, geez. Everything I thought. I don't care. I want the money. I want the fame. I want the success. And then it was all disappearing. Do we have Pints of Guinness? Let me pull up this one. Let me tell you how sad this is. Pints of Guinness make you strong lyrics. I'll show you how sad this band is.
This is one of the best songs ever written. This is and it's a shame the song isn't bigger, but it's it's like it's it's it's acoustic punk. It got redone. The acoustic version is by far one of the best songs ever written. It is. And that's why it's so sad to see. This is what has become of Tom, a.k.a. Laura Jane Grace.
This song is amazing. And I'm not going to sit here and read you the whole thing and play the song, but I really recommend if you have time to listen to the song, Pints of Guinness Make You Strong. It is not vulgar. It is incredible. Evelyn sits by the elevator doors. It's been 37 years since James died on St. Patrick's Day in 1964. She could not hold it against him.
This is the songs about working class guy in the 60s who would go out and drink on Fridays every week. And look at this. Just like James, I'll be drinking Irish tonight. And the memory of this of his last work week will be gone forever. Evelyn, I'm not coming home tonight. It's about a guy who's an alcoholic. And every week he gets drunk to forget about the week. And then he dies in
In his wallet, she kept on her nightstand an A.A. card and a lock of red hair. She kept secrets of pride locks so tight in her heart. It killed a part of her before the rest of gone. Tom, Laura, whatever you call yourself. This is the it's so sad. It's so sad because I'm a teenager and I'm hearing some of these songs and they're not all overtly political.
Baby, I'm an anarchist, man. OK, that one's a little naive. It really is. But it does talk. It does talk to this like at the time for me, punk rock antiwar watching these people. Solidarity is a four letter word. These people think that they're you know, it really resonated in the Bush era of the war, war, war machine. And then Obama. And I loved it, though. I think a lot of the lyrics are naive.
To see this, to see a song like Pints of Guinness, which is beautifully written. And I got to tell you, it's funny. My mom loved it. I remember playing it and she's like, what is this song? And she's hearing the lyrics about, you know, it's apparently about dude's grandmother and his grandfather. His grandfather died an alcoholic drinking Irish. And it's just like, man, telling a story. And the song's good. Song's good. And that is what they've become.
In the pathetic, pathetic desperation, the please, please look at me desperation. You could have had an epic cult classic album and gone down in history. Instead, you said, please, I'm so desperate for you to look at my face. I will do literally anything, including singing disgusting lyrics about God's genitals and the functions they rob for sexual reproduction. And that is, my friends, sad. It's sad.
It speaks to a larger psychological phenomenon we see these days. Maybe it's existed in people all along. What I see from this is, and I see from so many people, I was, you know, I love browsing the liberal subreddits like, you know, Kyle Kalinsky, Secular Talk and David Pakman. And I was reading a thread from David Pakman's, shout out to the David Pakman subreddit, where they were saying that they can't stand the clickbait.
And the fake headlines from David Pakman, because he does. Like, for instance, the one I highlighted a couple weeks ago was where he said Trump worst approval rating in February, all disaster already. And it's like, bro, Trump's approval rating is net positive in aggregate. It's it's within the margin of error. I think that's fair to say, because real clear politics has him slightly up 538, had him like down point three, which is now defunct anyway. But in aggregate,
Donald Trump is within the margin of error of above or below water, which, to be honest, is still his best, his best career track of all time. And it's coming down from a high, which is the best of all time. And you've got these liberal personalities being like, it's the worst of any postwar president ever or whatever. Aaron Lichtman was named Alan Lichtman. And David makes a headline where it's like disaster already. And then people click it and it's not true. No, here's a better one. Trump said.
And it's funny because you go to the you go to the David Peckman subreddit and you'll see the headline, you'll click it. And the top comment is, yeah, here's what really happened. And I'm like, ain't that funny about the videos that David's put now? Donald Trump said that Democrats will be very surprised this midterm and they'd be very surprised Republicans can do very well. In fact, many of these blue states will disappear off the map completely.
Anybody with two brain cells to rub together knows exactly what he's saying. He's saying that the blue states are going to turn red, that the map will have no blue states. The blue states will have been gone. What did David title his video? Trump threatens to wipe the blue states off the map. That's like, no, he didn't. That's a lie. That's fake. Now he wants the clicks.
This is the era we are in, my friends, and it's what you can expect from bands like this and from people like him. Now, surprised was I to see this morning that despite the story was from Friday, one of the big stories of the day, which is all over the news and social media and trending is against me. Hey, bravo, Laura Jane Grace. You were just vulgar enough to make your mediocre failing band get a news headline like you always hoped for. I am.
infinitely disappointed and saddened. And, you know, I know the reaction from these individuals. I know what they're going to say. They're going to say, ha, screw you, Tim, you bigot, blah, blah, blah. And if this probably won't get addressed because who am I, right? But the reaction to me when it does come is going to be like, ha, you bigoted right wingers. I don't care. I can play
Probably every song off Reinventing Axl Rose on my guitar right now. And I know all the lyrics. Talk about an amazing album, a transformative album. And coming from the pop punk era of the 90s and then actually learning about real punk, finding this band with acoustic songs, the acoustic version so much better and the meaning behind them. And I was just inspired. 16 year old me, huh? And where are you now?
You do whatever you want. Pander to these to these sick, twisted degenerates, whatever you think. But I'll tell you this. Not the only ones, not the only ones who do this. They are so desperate to stay on the left because they're scared of what right wing means. They're not true to themselves. They were never true to themselves. Me. I wrote a song called Will of the People. That song stands true to what I believe today as the same as I did when I wrote it.
We put out a song called Genocide that I wrote largely when I was 14 years, about 90 percent of it. I've played that song acoustic across the country at open mic nights and even some small cafe shows where I maybe made 90 to 100 dollars in ticket sales. How fun were those days?
And we recorded this song and made a modern version of it. It's actually one of our better performing songs charted on Billboard. And the lyrics to this day still resonate. I don't need to change any thought in my brain because I know who I am. The lyrics, of course, in that one, which I wrote again when I was about 14 or 15.
They're shadows, shadows of the current enterprise, the institutions made to control your minds inside breeding and concocting all the lies that they use to control your minds. And I wrote that a long time ago, and I only just recorded it two years ago, despite the fact it's a 30 year old song. And I tell you, man, I don't need to get up on stage and change who I am and scream vulgarities in a desperate bid for an intention for attention. I don't need it.
We put out a song called Hunger Inside and we did no promo for it. I just said, you know, we made a song. We put it out. I don't know. It's got 70,000 views. We didn't promo it. I didn't shout it out on this channel or anything. The other ones we did and they did really well.
That's the thing about these people. You realize they were fake the whole time and they never had real convictions and they still don't. I'm going to leave it there. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone. You know, admittedly, it's a slow news day. That's why you're getting news about 2000s era punk rock. But, you know, whatever. It has effect today. Smash the like button. Blah, blah. Follow me on Instagram. Thanks for hanging out. We'll see you all in the next segment.
