Well, 60 Minutes is back at it again.

running a special where they interviewed federal workers who were lamenting the fact they've been let go. I mean, they're all but crying. I'm sure some of them are crying. But it's fascinating how CBS is basically running cover for Democrats and federal workers who are getting paid when they shouldn't, especially considering the lies they published. In one instance, one of the individuals on CBS was saying, we lost our jobs without notice and we have daycare and all of these things we have to do. And turns out she didn't actually work for the government.

She worked for someone else as a consultant. It was like a speech writing company. It's a private company that contracted with a government worker that lost their job when this individual resigned. They are running cover for the Democrat swamp machine. And I'm all here for it because they're losing. This is what the American people voted for. So I got a question for all of you guys. We can kick this off and and often we should kick it off with them.

Your thoughts on these shows. Do you know anybody who is mad? Look, I get it. I've had friends and family tell me that they know some people who are terrified over what Elon is doing. But I mean this. I mean, like, do you know anybody who with legitimate cause is actually upset about this? Is that like a Democrat family member being like, but how will the CIA overthrow foreign countries who I can't find on a map without USAID funding?

What I hear from most people who are like, Elon is evil or he's destroying the government, they're claiming things that make no sense. They're saying, Elon wants to steal your personal information. And it's like...

I mean, he ran PayPal and he's running X. He's got a lot of our personal information. I ain't all that concerned about it. I mean, were we better off when it was Mark Zuckerberg or a plethora of unelected bureaucrats whose names you didn't even know? They all had access to your private information. Why am I? Let me put it this way. There are people who look at the Treasury right now and they're political.

How come we're not complaining about whoever those people are having access to our private information, but Elon is the bad one? It's because they have Elon Musk derangement syndrome. You know, and I know I always preface things with this, but this is the distinction we're trying to make. Elon is no saint. Okay, a lot of people criticize him for having, what does he have, 13 kids with four women? You know,

Elon's got a lot of kids and kids need dads. So I hope he can reconcile that one. He can do the right thing and whatever it needs to do. I'm not going to get into his family business, but there's people who criticize Elon Musk because nobody's perfect.

And a lot of people say, Tim, we get it. You say it all the time. It's like, I know, but this is the distinction between us and the left. To them, you're perfect or you're the devil. To us, well, there's good, there's bad, there's nuance, there's in between, there's gray area. Some people are kind of bad, but have done some good things we really like. Some people are generally good. I think Elon, generally good. But there's a lot of, you know, I don't know, stuff to criticize. That was always allowed.

Well, my friends, it's not just the actions that Elon Musk is taking and his response to CBS that have me giddy. There's been a story bubbling up that I've been looking into for the past couple of weeks. Claims that the D.C. housing market is aflame, that people are fleeing their homes in McLean, Virginia, Arlington and in like Potomac and Maryland.

All of these fat cats who are suckling the teat of USAID and other mass government expenditures are jumping ship, it would seem. Now, I've not found large evidence of a mass widespread exodus. That being said, as the story develops, others are starting to pull up what appears to be a preponderance of evidence that indeed the D.C. housing market is in trouble. You know,

When you got somebody who is unjustly receiving like a $30 million government contract to their company and they own a $3 million home in McLean and then that contract disappears overnight. Well, I hate to say it, but they're going to have to sell that house before they go underwater. It gets seized by the bank, sold at a discount price, and they lose whatever equity they had left. It really does seem right now.

that the implosion is upon us. So, of course, the corporate press is desperate to run cover and it's silly. But the layoffs have begun. They're expanding. They're continuing. And, you know, somebody, this is a liberal that I know,

And I have a bunch of friends who went super liberal. I wouldn't call it far left, but they went culty. And it's because they don't care for politics. They care enough just to repeat the lines. And they posted this screenshot of a guy being like, Trump, I voted for you and I work for the government. Please, I need my job. And I'm like, BS, dude.

Like, that's not the way to go about it. I really doubt it. I mean, it's possible that some government worker voted for Trump and then it was like, please, Trump in a comment publicly on Instagram. Dude, come on. I really doubt somebody who supported Trump and got laid off at their government job is posting an Instagram being like, here's the perfect narrative for Democrats about me being screwed over by the president that I voted for because of the game they've been playing the whole time. Bet you regret voting for Trump now. Yeah, no, look, I don't.

And I do love when people are like, you know, aren't you at all worried about the thousands of people losing their jobs at the government? I was like, millions. I don't know. I think there's more than a million. I don't know how many total government workers there are, but apparently there's 200,000 probationary employees. And I'm like, all of them got to go. The first time in my lifetime, someone's actually said, let's shrink the government.

On top of all this, you have Elon Musk posting about how at the Social Security, there are people who are 170 years old, millions, in fact, who are receiving payments. And we have questions. Clearly, that's not real. I think there's actually like one person who's considered 350 years old. Like they actually have someone on. What's.

What is even going on with this? Yeah. And Musk has pointed out previously with his investigation through Doge that the Social Security numbers are non-duplicative or they're supposed to be. They're not supposed to be duplicated, but basically you can share Social Security numbers with somebody. And so that's where things get really weird. Perhaps that's why when you're doing those identity checks, they don't – you know what's funny?

Those identity checks where it's like putting your social security number in your name and then you got to tell me like which one of these cars was yours, which one of these houses have you lived at? Not because they're actually trying to verify your identity, but because they're trying to figure out which person who has this social is the right person. And then if you put the wrong car, they'll be like, hello, Mr. Jackson. You're like, I'm Mr. Smith.

But that's how the machine is busted. So, my friends, let's take a deep dive today and take a look at how 60 Minutes approached this. It's insane how they're lying and falsely framing this. Elon Musk has offered up the creation of 69 Minutes. He says he'll actually fund it, and he probably will. My only concern about whether or not he would is that does the man actually have time to give someone the money to fund 69 Minutes? I hope he chooses Michael Malice for that show, and they run it on X.

But we're going to talk about this, what's going on with Elon and CBS and all of that, breaking things down. And of course, the favorability polls for Democrats. Before we get started, my friends, head over to castbrew.com and pick up a bag of delicious stand your grounds. Castbrew.com. We are launching franchise locations. But if you're part of a community where you're sharing ideas, it exponentially increases. And that's the game plan, my friends. But let's get started, of course, with the news from time dot com. The worst I've ever seen. Trump's mass layoffs leave federal workers baffled and angry.

Now, with that headline being the basic context, don't forget to smash the like button, share the show with everyone you know. I want to start actually with some of what 60 Minutes had to say about these jobs so we can get into the meat and potatoes of what Elon Musk is complaining about. And then we'll break down where the layoffs are at. We'll start with this.

Mario and awful tweets misleading much 60 minutes, 60 minutes claimed Christina dry was fired this month in the chaotic shutdown of USA ID. What they didn't tell you is Christina wasn't a USA ID employee. She worked for XLA and Jefferson partners providing speech writing services for USA ID administrator administrator, Samantha power who resigned another day, another half truth on prime time. Let me play this from 60 minutes.

People are really scared. I think that, you know, 12 days ago people knew where their next paycheck was coming from. They knew how they were going to pay for their kids' daycare, their medical bills, and then

All gone overnight. All gone overnight for Christina Dry and Adam Dubard, fired this month in the chaotic shutdown of foreign aid distributed by the U.S. Agency for International Development. Let's just take a quick pause right there. 60 minutes. I would like to help you understand the scumbaggery. Foreign aid. That's what they said. Yo.

When they were doing gender studies in Pakistan, when they had a book about gender ideology in Peru, all of these things, that is not foreign aid. Now, don't get me wrong. Some of it you could consider foreign aid, but this is the game they play, the lie, the lie.

The reason why their acronym is USAID is because they want you to say USAID. Because to a layman, it sounds like you're saying general foreign aid to starving children or otherwise. We're not. We're talking about financial resources to activist groups for insane reasons, like gender ideology. I mean, that's a big one. There's more, by the way. USAID. USAID.

More than 8,000 USAID employees were sent home by the administration. Good. They're not looking for competency. They're not looking for if you're good at your job. They're looking for pure loyalty tests. And if you don't give it, you will be punished. Yeah, I'm going to pause you right there, good sir. Loyalty tests? Pretty sure Trump tried firing everyone and ripped the name off the building. I don't call that a loyalty test. I call that you're fired. And that's...

They had to leave the building. And these are folks who had... That's usually what happens when you get fired, ma'am? You have to leave the building? Decades and decades of public service serving USAID across administrations from, you know, George Bush to Obama to the first Trump administration. And they...

We're never able to walk back in the building again. There was no process. No one explained to them why they were being relieved. To my knowledge, they received an email. And then if they didn't leave the building, they were escorted out of the building. That is that's what happens when you get fired. And Elon Musk chimed in. So first, let me just reiterate Mario Novel's point that she didn't even work for USAID.

According to Maru Noffel, she worked for XLA and Jefferson Partners. And she only lost her job because Samantha Power resigned. So once again, this is how they manipulate the public. And they lie. Well.

Elon Musk has chimed in. Here's a clip. 12 days ago, people knew where their next paycheck was coming from. They knew how they were going to pay for their kids' daycare, their medical bills, and then all gone overnight, says Christina Dry, who was fired in the USAID shutdown. Notice how they phrased that, fired in the shutdown, because they knew she didn't actually work for USAID. That's the game they're playing, or at least I can presume that. Otherwise, they would have said she was fired from USAID. Sounds like they knew she didn't actually work there.

Well, Elon Musk chimes in right away saying 60 minutes are such liars. As the community notes states, all employees were offered eight months of pay and benefits. Indeed, they were. Trump offered up full pay and benefits unquestioned until the end of September. Here's my favorite thing about this. This this play that they've made is that when do I just pull up twice?

When they said when Trump said, if you if you reply to this email, so everybody gets an email and it says, how would you like to get paid until September? Just reply, resign and you will get pay until the end of September. Democrats came out and said, there's no guarantee you're getting that money. Don't take the offer.

What do they mean by that? You know, I've met a lot of people who are saying that the Democrats were the Democrats intention was to tell people Trump won't won't pay you. He's lying to you. No, no, no, no, no. That is not what Democrats were saying. Let me stress this again. Democrats came out at a rally and said, don't take the deal. There's no guarantee you get the money with many people assuming the implication was Trump was making a deal he would not uphold.

incorrect. Democrats further elaborated they were intending to have a shutdown of government to stop your payments. What Democrats were actually saying was, if you take this deal and we move to shut the government down in March, you're not getting paid. It wasn't a warning. It was a threat. So

To all the people who don't know where their paychecks are coming from or how they're going to pay their daycare or whatever, I call shenanigans because the Trump administration has already offered up these severance packages, of which I believe the estimates are around 70,000 people have already accepted. Here we go from Time Magazine. I'm having a good day. How about you? The worst I've ever seen. Trump's mass layoffs leave federal workers baffled and angry. I don't care. Now, the federal workers, of course, they filed a lawsuit. I think I have this...

We have the story here from Reuters. Unions sue Trump. Oh, can you get out of here, Reuters? Mass firings of federal employees. It's probably a blocked article. Okay, we actually have the article. Five unions sue the Trump administration on Wednesday seeking to block what they call the possible mass firing of hundreds of thousands of federal employees who resist pressure to accept buyouts. I'm just sorry. I don't understand why I'm supposed to care. I have to be completely honest. In this world...

There are harsh realities. There are wild animals that may stalk and murder you in your sleep when we live out in the middle of nowhere. The idea that you were entitled to my money as an American taxpayer, that you just get to have it, is just so shockingly offensive to me. If you work for like Blockbuster Video, worked for, I think there's still one left, so maybe you do.

And one day they said, we're closing the store down because we ain't selling the products. I feel bad for you. That's the market. It's unfortunate through no fault of your own. The government, they at gunpoint, they take our money. Now, I'm not I'm not one of these like hardcore no taxation people. I think a functioning government isn't totally bad, largely the way we have it today.

Recently, I don't know if many of you have heard, Liberated Brands, I think it's the name of the company, which is like Billabong and Volcom. These are big mall stores that sell clothing, and it's largely urban action sports related. It's big news for those of us who grew up in that era. Bankruptcy.

Shutting down a thousand locations, over a thousand locations. This is a collapse of our malls and our physical commerce. I feel bad for these people. If you work for one of these stores, I'm worried. I'm worried. You know why? Because you did everything right and you worked for a private company that through voluntary exchange sought to support a product for the public. And as it waned, you end up losing your job through no fault of your own.

For that, I say, man, that really sucks. You know, I wish there's something we can do. You know, Dave Portnoy during covid raised 50 million dollars for small businesses to try and keep them afloat. I respect all of that. But if you work for the government where it is propped up by forced taxation and these jobs are paid for through nonsense and you're funding through USAID garbage, you are stealing our money and flushing it down the toilet. And then you go, don't fire me. It's not fair. I'm like, dude.

You are a leech on the system. And I have zero sympathy for anyone, anyone who works in the government. I'm sorry, man. You could come to me and say, Tim, I've worked for the government for all these years. I did this great job and I'm getting laid off and I have a family. And I'm like, look, I can understand that's scary for you.

But the idea that you would enter into these government jobs where you knew and I'm saying it's largely about the bloat we're looking at right now. Like if you're a cop or something, you get laid off because of defund the police. Yeah, I'm gonna be mad about that. But if you are, if you're a good cop.

If you are, which is most, and I don't know, calm down everybody. But if you work for USAID and you got laid off or you work for one of these nonprofits that was suckling the teat of government corruption, I'm sorry. I ain't shedding a tear for you, but I lost my job. I don't care. I literally don't. You guys were leeching off a system and damaging our economy for who, for God knows what.

And I'm supposed to be mad that we've cut off the corruption? Businesses, voluntary exchange. It's sad when a business dies. Government, involuntary seizure of assets to fund garbage nobody wants. I am not crying for you. Sorry. Well, here we go. These unions are suing. They say in a complaint filed in D.C. federal court, the unions accused the White House and others in the executive branch of undermining Congress's role in creating and funding a federal workforce, violating a separation of powers.

The plaintiffs include the United Auto Workers, National Treasury Employees Union, National Federation of Federal Employees, International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, and International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers. I hate unions. I despise unions. Now, hold on, hold on. Hear me out. I like collective bargaining. I like the—this is the trick they do, okay?

unionization, totally good thing. I'm a huge fan, huge fan unions. I'm talking about these big national organizations with special interests that exploit the laws and do nothing for their workers. I have been in two different unions and all they did was put the boot on my face. They didn't help me. They took my money and they did nothing. And they said, but Tim unions got us the, the 40 hour work week, the five hour, the five hour work, work week. I'm sorry, the five day work week, the eight hour day. And I'm like,

I don't care if you make an argument about classical collective bargaining. I'm fine with it. If you have a company and your employees all negotiate against you through collective bargaining, forming a union was supposed to be a group of the employees come together and say, we want to negotiate collectively because that gives us power to make demands of the company. And the company can say, here's what we can and can't afford. And those negotiations are fine.

But now you have these monolithic special interest Democrat voting unions, not so much the last time around, but they don't they don't focus on collective bargaining. They're their own corporations, their labor corporations. They might as well be staffing agencies. You're forced to join them. I'm not a fan of any of that anyway.

I digress. I'm going to mention 10 defendants were named, including Trump, the heads of agencies, the Department of Defense, Internal Revenue Service, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the acting director of the Office of Personnel Management. Last week, some unions sued the Trump administration to block the buyouts. They're doing this because...

Because it is a legal means of reducing bloat. But the unions get a portion of all of that money. This is corruption to the most extreme degree. Your money taken by force, spent on things you don't want it to be spent on. And unions as intermediaries get a piece of every paycheck that goes out. Then they use the money they stole from you to sue your president. It is insanity. Let me say it again.

People get hired to work for the federal government. It's your money. You don't want it spent on these people and you don't want it spent on gender studies and putting beagles heads in cages full of flies that eat their faces. Yeah, that actually happened. NIH gain of function research. We don't want our money spent on this. Most I would say most people probably don't want their money taken at all, but they do take it by force. They then decide they're going to hire people without your consent.

Those people then pay a portion to these unions who use the money they receive to sue the president you elect to try and stop it. Now, ain't that something? And here's where we are. Well, my friends, back to the Time magazine article, of course, because we'll actually read it.

A mid-level probationary worker with the U.S. Department of Agriculture read the letter in disbelief. It was from the USDA's Human Resource Department, explaining he no longer had a job. The letter said the decision had been made based on your performance, but it didn't make sense to him. There's no way to tie me to a specific performance issue because I'm six weeks on the job, says the employee who works at Phoenix and, like others interviewed on this report, spoke with time on the condition of anonymity. He says no one had mentioned any issues with his work before receiving the letter. My dude.

I'm going to give the least amount of sympathy I can to a dude like this. Six weeks on the job, bro. That means that Trump got elected the whole year. He's promising to fire all of these employees. Trump gets elected. And then you're like, I think I'll take a job in the federal government.

Bro, are you kidding? I could not have less. I have opposite sympathy. I have schadenfreude. Okay? You knew what Trump was campaigning on. You knew what the American people wanted. You took this job, got fired, and you're like, oh, I am shocked. Well, I'm not. I'm glad. The USD employs among thousands of federal workers across the country with layoffs that began on Thursday with little prior notice. Targeting probationary workers, those who have been employed by the federal government for less than one to two years are easier to fire. Indeed.

The layoffs have shaken both federal employees and the unions that represent them, prompting widespread condemnation and setting the stage for future legal battles. Many in the federal workforce see the aggressive nature of the cuts as proof that the Trump administration isn't just trying to cut costs, but dismantle the federal workforce and reduce its capacity to serve the public. I feel like right now the administration is kind of demonizing federal workers, says a senior IRS agent from New York who was hired in July and fully expects to receive a termination notice in the coming days. Maybe you can take that, um...

That eight-month severance. Yeah. There's another story that I didn't bring it up, but I do want to bring it up. Because what we're going to segue into now is the second portion.

of CBS's 60 Minutes and the criticism that has erupted. That is, what would have happened to this country if Kamala Harris and Democrats had actually managed to win? Many people are pointing out, based on this 60 Minutes interview, that we'd be like Germany, where SWAT teams raid people's homes for posting memes. Which brings me to, first, an important article, which I will, I'll show you this, where what Trump said.

sparking outrage among Democrats. And then we will talk about what's going on in Germany. And then we'll go in a deep dive into why Trump is right. He is correct. Trump suggests no laws are broken if he's saving his country. Oh, whoa. What? Trump said he who saves his country does not violate any law. Oh, boy. Well, I'm seeing Democrats post quotes of this saying we are so cooked. Trump is Hitler and blah, blah, blah.

I do not appreciate, nor do I respect, the idea that a president would violate the law, the Constitution, legislation, or otherwise. But Trump is factually correct. And you can interpret his statement in a couple of ways. One, that he's saying he intends to break the law because he's saving his country, which is worrying considering saving the country is subjective, although I do think Trump is largely saving the country. But factually speaking—

And Democrats, you can clip this. You can cry about it all day and night. There have been many world leaders, including U.S. presidents, who have broken the law and violated the Constitution for the purpose of saving their country as they interpreted it and their regard historically as heroes. So come at me, bro. Trump isn't wrong. It's it's it's there's the spirit of the statement and the fact of the statement, the fact the fact where you can certainly break the law. You can certainly violate the law, even if you're trying to save your country. The point is he who saves his country is

When Abraham Lincoln saved the United States and he violated the law, like to an extreme degree, suspension of habeas corpus in the corridor from Pennsylvania to D.C., the arrest of the Maryland legislature. I mean, these things are an affront to the Constitution and the freedoms we believe to be true and correct. But at the time, Abraham Lincoln was like law be damned.

Now, do we look back on those actions and say he was a criminal who should be arrested? Certainly there are some, but largely that he's regarded as a hero and he was never held to account by the by the judiciary or the government for the actions he took, which not only violated the law, but violated the Constitution and resulted in the death of so many people. Why? He saved the country in that regard. A man who saves his country. We don't look back on and say they broke the law.

I'm not going to sit here and pretend that Donald Trump is Abraham Lincoln ask at a time of civil war. We're not there. Maybe we're close to a bleeding Kansas. Of course, I've talked about the fears of civil war. Excuse me. But there is a point to be made depending on the severity of the clash. You could look at the deep state USAID and all of these things that are happening.

If we regard this on the scale of serious internal conflict bordering on a civil war, should Trump prevail, there will be no question as to whether he broke the law or not. If Trump loses, he will be considered an evil man who violated the law and he will be put in prison. That's the reality. The phrasing of what Trump is saying, again, I want to make sure it's clear.

You can certainly break the law to save your country. You are violating the law. On the surface, the hard text and the hard numbers of the statement, Trump is wrong. Historically speaking across the world, the history is written by the victors. And should Trump prevail in gutting the deep state and restructuring government? Democrats call it evil. Republicans call it saving the country. That's the important context that people need to understand in Trump's statement. I'm not a big fan of it.

But I'm not going to play this this game that Democrats want to play where they say Trump is Hitler. It's like this country is facing dire straits. Our economy, we're thirty six trillion dollars in debt. We're spread thinly around the world. We can't defend our allies. We're embroiled in a multi hundred billion dollar war in Ukraine. We're dumping ordinances, nuts, special forces, butting up with World War Three. Yo, we ain't doing too hot.

So the question about what happens to this country with mass illegal migration, porous borders, illegal immigrants voting the country, I don't know, could survive much more of this. And maybe that was the intention. And I think what Trump is basically saying is he will do anything to restore America's borders, its economy, security, strength, et cetera. And should he? No one's going to come after him claiming he broke the law by doing so.

But again, we'll see. Now, many people are pointing to the CBS episode, which is not just about the federal workers, but about what's currently happening in Germany and why this this is what we were turning into. Take a look at this clip. I got two clips for you. Is it a crime to insult somebody in public? Yes. And it's a crime to insult them online as well. Yes. The fine could be even higher. Yeah.

— Yeah. — If you insult someone in the Internet. — Why? — Because in Internet, it stays there. If we are talking here face to face, you insult me, I insult you, OK, finish. But if you're in the Internet, if I insult you or a politician... — That sticks around forever. — Yeah. — The prosecutors explain German law also prohibits the spread of malicious gossip, violent threats and fake quotes. If somebody posts something that's not true,

and then somebody else reposts it or likes it. Are they committing a crime? In the case of reposting, it is a crime as well, because the reader can't distinguish whether you just invented this or just reposted it. That's the same for us. The punishment for breaking hate speech laws can include jail time for repeat offenders. That's Germany for you. I don't think anyone's going to be surprised by the history of Germany. Are they?

You know, it's funny because what are we supposed to say? You know, so I do want to come back to this one. Take a look at this. Libs of TikTok has this post from 60 Minutes. CBS joined German police to conduct a raid on a citizen for posting a meme online. It's 6.01 on a Tuesday morning.

And we were with state police as they raided this apartment in northwest Germany. Inside, six armed officers searched the suspect's home, then seized his laptop and cell phone. Prosecutors say those electronics may have been used to commit a crime. Oh, yeah. The crime, posting a racist cartoon online. Ha ha ha!

At the exact same time across Germany, more than 50 similar raids played out. Part of what prosecutors say is a coordinated effort to curb online hate speech in Germany.

Yeah, Germans are Nazis. Their state has been authoritarian the whole time. I don't see anything having changed. Maybe maybe Nazis, not the right way to phrase it. But, you know, maybe it's East Germany that actually won, I guess. Now, a lot of people are saying this is what would have happened to us should the Democrats have won. And that's why when Trump says something to the effect of a man who saves his country violates no law. I wonder what would have happened. I genuinely wonder. I don't know.

What would have happened if Kamala Harris did win and we found ourselves in this country where they made the argument you don't have free speech? The argument certainly exists. And let me explain. There are exceptions to free speech that are tolerated by you or I. And you have to you have to ask yourself how much you're willing to tolerate threats of imminent violence. Threats in general are not considered free speech. There's something we talked about. I think it's called the Miller test.

And the question is, is it artistic? Is it politically, you know, required? Is it obscene? Well,

In the United States, if somebody says, go do this thing at this time and creates an imminent threat of danger, that is not free speech. You are actually allowed to yell fire in a crowded theater. That's a lie. It's a mistake. Whenever you hear these people be like, well, you can't yell fire in a crowded theater. Yes, you can. You literally can. That was, I believe, was Brandenburg v. Ohio. And that was a long time ago. It's amazing people get stuff wrong. But the issue at play is,

If someone let me ask you guys this and you can you can comment, you can chat. Give me a one. If you believe people should be allowed to incite imminent threats of violence or criminal actions, give me a two. If you think, no, there should be some restrictions. And I'm like, I'm like, ruminate a little bit on that one. I'll tell you why. The argument from the left is that.

Hate speech is a an attack on someone. This is the argument they make in Germany. It's an argument they make in the United States. The left does that when you insult or use hate speech, you are actually causing pain to a person, emotional pain. And there's no distinction. They say that. And when you post online something like insert group of people should have this happen to them, you are inciting violence.

So if someone said something like, we should deport, insert group of people, well, you're inciting because racists are going to go and they're going to start taking action on this stuff. That's actually not how it works in the United States. In the United States, you're allowed to express opinions on this one. I see it's actually rather split. The reason I bring this up is that there are free speech absolutists of which they are very rare, very rare, although some of you may be. Free speech absolutists, and it's funny that I argue with people who tell me that they don't exist. They certainly do.

I have had debates with people who say you should be allowed to speak literally anything you want. Instructions, time, place and methods, because words don't mean anything. It's the actions. And it's funny because very George Carlin asked George Carlin has this bit in the 90s where he uses every racial slur in the book and then says, who cares? It's the person and what they do, not the words.

I don't completely agree, but there is a challenge in that if the Democrats actually won, you would have a challenge to the Supreme Court arguing that the use of racist language creates an atmosphere of fear, which is discriminatory and violates the 1964 Civil Rights Act. They'd say something like, do you make money on X? When you post on X, you are providing a public accommodation that is like any other newspaper information in exchange for revenue generation.

If you decide to post things that are racist, you are violating the public accommodation considerations of those groups. Therefore, it's illegal. That's the play they'd make. I guarantee it. I wouldn't be surprised if they try to make that play as it is. They're not likely going to win with this current administration and the Supreme Court. If Hillary Clinton won.

You'd have a six to three Democrat liberal far left Supreme Court. Somebody would come out and say the client here and all of these individuals on YouTube and on X are running businesses where they make money. When did we ever allow a business to publicly disparage one racial group, one religion? We don't allow that. That's the argument they'd make. Think about it.

If you under the 1964 Civil Rights Act, if you open a cheeseburger shop and you put a big sign disparaging a race of people, you will get shut down. They will come. They will find you. They will force you to take it down. They will say you can't do this. It's illegal. Why would the argument be any different for the media? They'd say it's

These media brands, these personalities, but guess what? Through decentralization, we are all running businesses now. Even if you make a dollar, they'll ask you, do you make money on the platform? Yes. Would you like to make more money? I would. When you disparage this group of people, you are. I'm not saying the argument would work or fly, but with a six to three liberal Supreme Court, they'd agree. They'd be like, well, certainly.

You know, you're running a business. Are you selling merch? Most influencers sell merch. Now you're saying you're running a clothing store and you're choosing to disparage insert group. That's how they get you. With Donald Trump winning, we have dodged a tremendous bullet. Now, I do want to get into my favorite element here. But before we do, we want to drag CBS a little bit more on how they approach free speech with a shout out to Marco Rubio. This one's going to melt your face off.

CBS claiming the Holocaust was caused by free speech. Are you kidding me? Here you go. Well, he was standing in a country where free speech was weaponized to conduct a genocide. And he met with the head of a political party that has far right views and free speech in Germany where they famously burned books. Some historic ties to extreme groups.

The context of that was changing the tone of it. And you know that, that the censorship was specifically about the right. I have to disagree with you.

Free speech was not used to conduct a genocide. The genocide was conducted by an authoritarian Nazi regime that happened to also be genocidal because they hated Jews and they hated minorities and they hated those that they had a list of people they hated, but primarily the Jews. There was no free speech in Nazi Germany. There was none. There was also no opposition in Nazi Germany. They were a sole and only party that governed that country. So that's not an accurate reflection of history. Can I just point out that these are the people that constantly say they were burning books.

books. They were they were burning books. They didn't want us to have free speech. And now that we've won, they're saying free speech was used to to was weaponized. Are you kidding me? I get it. It's just one lady. But this is CBS face the nation. This is supposed to be a premier news program. You see, they're going to say whatever they have to say at any time to attack whatever they don't like. They will make it up.

The Nazis burned books. They opposed free speech. When you want to ban these books from schools, you're like the Nazis. Okay, well, look, I'm for censorship of adult content for kids. Have been the whole time. Think that's inappropriate. But I do think we should have free... You're for free speech? Yes, I'm for free speech to a great degree. I'm not an absolutist, but people should be able to express their ideas even if they're abhorrent because I'd like to know that and not associate with them or do business with them. Oh, well, as you know...

Free speech was weaponized in Nazi Germany to create a what? It's like no matter what you say, they're going to say that you guys ever see that meme about racism where it's like literally no matter what you do, you're racist. If white people move into an area, it's called gentrification. It's racist. If white people move out, it's white flight. It's racist. Yeah, we get it.

This is the game they play with narrative control. It's not working because people have cognitive faculties, meaning at a certain point they say, hey, those are contradictions. I'm done listening to you. Welcome to the modern state, my friends. But let's let's let's let's revel in all of this. We do have this from the Times of India. Not super familiar with publication, but Elon Musk teases 69 minutes amid President Donald Trump's attack on 60 Minutes sparks social media frenzy.

Yo, Elon, please do this. He's probably joking, but he said he wanted to create a show called X Media Presents 69 Minutes. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. Okay. Please do it. I saw Michael Malice responded saying, I will do the show. It would be the greatest thing ever. A semi-satirical call out of, I mean, think what we all thought Daily Show was supposed to be 20 years ago.

calling out the hypocrisies and the contradictions in the establishment. Only it's not on The Daily Show anymore. That is weird cookie cutter garbage. And Jon Stewart is one. You know, I will always say this.

John Stewart is a hero as it pertains to the 9-11 first responders, and I will always, always give him praise before any criticism just for that. The man has fought so hard for the 9-11 first responders that I have no problem putting aside anything to shake his hand and say thank you so much.

for what you did for these men and for their families and for these women and for the people negatively affected. I respect that to the greatest degree I can. That being said, he's really bent the knee. In modern politics, he has become a coward. And you know what? I really do mean it on the 9-11 first responder stuff. But that doesn't mean you get a free pass on the cowardice of The Daily Show as it exists today and the opinions he's put out there and the things he stated. I just I won't do it.

But you know what? Not like he's been perfect, but I'd love to see this show. Where are we at? Currently, this is one of my favorite elements of this story about draining the swamp. Washington, D.C. gets Trump bump in luxury home market. Really? Trump bump, you say? The Trump admin, business leaders and others have contributed. So what is this? The Washington, D.C. area has been enjoying a Trump bump. The so-called Trump bump started around November when the nation's capital saw a major increase in demand for luxury homes worth at least $5 million.

And has continued into the new year, according to the agency DC managing partner, Nurit Koum. Usually, houses above $5 million in November, for example, a year ago, they were eight sales or so, she told Fox Business. Between November, December, we had 20 sales above $5 million. A huge jump and a lot of cash. Did you catch this? Did you? I just, I love this timeline.

Fox, we love you. Let me try this in a secondary framing, if I may. A year ago, there were eight sales. This year, there were 20. I love how they're saying this shows the luxury market has improved. And I'm just sitting here being like, so there are more more houses are selling in D.C. Could it be that people are fleeing because they know their jobs are up and the corruption is getting gutted and Doge is moving in? You see, it can go one of two ways.

If the amount of houses available for sale have remained static, then we can certainly say this is the Trump bump. Hoorah. More people are buying houses and want to be in D.C. That would debunk the narrative. But my friends, certainly the narrative could be more houses are selling because more people are selling them. But thank you. Well, to explore this issue, we need only actually look at some other sources to determine what's really going on.

At the same time they published this story a day before, housing markets, a lot of federal workers have been thrown into disarray by Trump's RTO order and layoff fears. So I love Fox saying, look how many luxury homes have sold. That means Trump is helping the market. And I'm kind of like, you know, it means the people are selling more luxury homes. OK, and the other issue is at a discount rate. Man, I love this story. The likelihood, in my opinion, and that's all it is.

When you look at all these stories about interviews with people saying outright they're panic selling their houses. Why would a house sell? Why would more houses sell now than the year before Trump got elected? I love how for no reason they're like that means Trump is driving people to D.C. What what actions has Trump taken that would indicate more people want to live by D.C.? That's stupid.

What likely happened is that people are panic selling their luxury homes for discount prices and a home that's being sold for six million probably went for seven, eight or nine before. And the person who lives there says we're going to lose a lot of equity on this one. But with the loss of these contracts, we're in trouble. Sell now before we're underwater. Sell while you can. So look at all these luxury homes being sold. Yeah. At a discount rate.

I mean, I don't know that that's true, but I mean, we can start digging into these homes and look at their prices. And it looks like, according to Zillow, the D.C. housing market prices have been plummeting, indicating that luxury homes are not seeing a bump, that they're dumping the dropping the prices and panic selling. Take a look at the story from Fortune. The Trump administration's return to office mandate and layoffs are disrupting housing markets with large with big federal footprints.

Trump has said that if federal employees opt to stay remote, they will be dismissed. In addition, Elon Musk's doge is targeting agencies for steep budget and personnel cuts. Since the inauguration, I've met with a few people, including one federal government employee, who are selling specifically because of anticipated return to office orders. Chavez spoke to a client who had plans to upgrade to a larger home, but he canceled those plans because he's worried about losing his job due to restructuring of government jobs.

Washington, D.C.-based Redfin agent Stuart Naranch said a couple he worked with to buy their dream home a few years ago are now thinking about putting the home up for sale as they seem to be closer to public transportation. They both work for the government and want a more convenient commute because they'll need to return to in-person work soon. I got a thread for y'all. This is from Lauren on X.

Snarky vet wrecking ball saying they do things for their state featured in Media Matters for all for the alt-right reasons. She says round two cracks knuckles. First 10 are McLean, Virginia. Second set of 10 are Fairfax. She says she has I have a subscription to Truthfinder that's on pulling jobs. Looking at the homes being sold. This is all publicly available, by the way, on a variety of sites. I will try to avoid any overtly specific information, but I'm only going to show one example of

A senior technical director of health and financing for the World Bank. There's a big list of individuals who are selling their homes and their jobs are all government jobs. So, my friends, when they say the Trump bump, come on, Fox. This is actually the Trump panic. OK, now I've seen a lot of people post Zillow.

And they say, look at all the houses for sale in D.C. You can actually search by time and it does not seem to be a significant increase over any other market. However, new reporting is starting to emerge suggesting that we are seeing a gradual increase in the amount of homes for sale. Volume is going up and value is going down, indicating something real is happening and people are starting to panic. You know, I'm here for it.

Hey, we got YouGov data. Not that YouGov is the end all be all, but we have the story from YouGov. The Democrats in Congress favorability. We can see here 54 percent unfavorable, 38.9 percent favorable and dropping. Well, that's sad for Democrats, I get. But certainly the Republicans must be worse. No, they're actually a solid point better, stable and improving. Largely stable. There's been some dips, but it seems to be that they're on a slight upward trend.

The Republican Party has one point more favorability, according to YouGov. With everything Donald Trump is doing, where we currently are at as of the beginning of February is general favorability for the Republican Party and a decline in favorability for Democrats. So please, please roll around in it, Democrats. I got a story coming up for you guys at noon. You're going to love it. David Hogg, he's been vice chair of the DNC for less than two weeks, and he's always

Already embroiled in a corruption scandal. The way things are going. I think the American people are going to be pretty happy with the direction Trump is taking this country and Elon Musk. And I'm here for it, man. Daily Beast, such liars. Elon Musk joins MAGA crusade against 60 Minutes. MAGA crusade? Are we over this?

I guess SNL just did a bit the other day where Tom Hanks plays a racist Trump supporter on Black Jeopardy. And I'm just sitting here being like, please, please, I beg you. Don't stop. Don't don't stop. Keep doing this. I'd love it if Trump if the Republicans won the midterms, if Trump got the Republican support throughout the midterms, and then he got an additional two years to enact all of these policy changes without interference to Republicans.

Two squishy Republicans deviate, and that's all the Democrats need to start mucking everything up. If the midterms come, and as they typically tend to, we see a swing because Democrats will panic, they'll rally, and then the people who are winning become complacent. If that happens, Trump will be impeached. So I say unto you, I hope they keep playing this game. I hope that David Hogg continues his corruption scandals. And then come time for the midterms, Trump's going to be like, we're abolishing the income tax.

Here's here's here's my here's my shout out to Trump. Trump, you should right now by executive order just sign being like the income taxes hereby abolished because, of course, it won't stand up in court. But I just I just I want to see the Democrats going on TV and being like, we have to take your money. And then, dude, there were there were so many people when Trump when the stimulus checks went out, the covid payments. And it said Donald J. Trump on it. Legit, there are people who are like Trump got me paid. I don't care.

If Trump says, I'm going to take away the income tax and go full tariff or a fair tax sales tax, and the Democrats are like, no, could you imagine? I think Republicans might get a super if Donald Trump, I'm going to say this, I'm going to say this in a strange way, because, you know, they're going to clip me. If Donald Trump tries to abolish the income tax by executive order and then Democrats sue to defend the income tax right before the midterms.

Donald Trump and the Republicans will win, assuming Democrats are defending the income tax, a supermajority if Democrats really do sue to defend the income tax in Congress.

OK, so the idea was given. The reason I did that is because what Democrats will do is I'll say something like I love this game. Liberals and Democrats manipulate people by taking things out of context intentionally. They look for those moments. You could say something like, you know, I was hanging out with my buddy Jim and he said, I just don't like chicken wings. And I was shocked because who doesn't like chicken wings? They'll then clip out me saying I don't like chicken wings, which is a quote of someone else and say, look, Tim Pool said this thing and they'll do it. They'll do it of that. They do it for everything.

So that's how you got to say these things. You have to put commas. Donald Trump should try to abolish the income tax. If Democrats defend it, the Republicans will win.

If Democrats are defending the income tax, a super majority. And then what they'll do is they'll clip that out and just make a jump cut and they'll still believe it. I love these people. It reminds me of that Simpsons episode where he had the babysitter. And I hope I hope you guys know these references because this is classic Simpsons. And he did the interview with like Hard Rock or whatever the show is called. And the clock is behind him and the hands just keep jumping to random times because they've clearly edited to make him say things he didn't say.

Sweet, sweet can. That's what the media does. That's what liberals do. And it's fascinating that if you go back to the 90s, they mock it on The Simpsons. This is what the established media machine does to people. Have you ever spotted McDonald's hot, crispy fries right as they're being scooped into the carton? And time just stands still. Ba-da-ba-ba-ba.

But from here, joining up with others, elaborating on these concepts, asking these questions, making friends is how you build a sphere of influence which shuts down the deep state, the narrative machine. We don't we can't look during the Trump era. We had the silent Trump voter because people were watching Joe Rogan. They were watching Steven Crowder. They're watching Dan Bongino. They're watching Tim Kast, IRL. And they knew, but they were still scared to speak up. Why?

No connections. Total decentralization. A total decentralization is good for a lot of reasons. But when the broadcast tower was telling you Orange Man bad, the presumption everyone had was my office must be anti-Trump. And I'm scared if I speak up, I'll get in trouble. But what happens when you join a community? What happens when you know now, man, I see all the people who agree with me.

This is a lie. Then you have a sphere of influence. And now what I'm hearing, it's fascinating. People at the workplace being like most of my employees are pro-Trump. I don't even know because people were scared to speak up.

Get in the Discord community and you will get access to our uncensored call-in shows. You can call into TimCastIRL, talk to us. We got big plans. Archer Sterling says people get fired all the time, but now that the privileged class gets hit, they can cry. They cry. Indeed, I have no sympathy in the private sector. Like I mentioned, liberated brands. These are companies that I care about. I grew up with. I had a billabong hoodie when I was a kid going bankrupt and shutting down a thousand locations is sad to me. It's sad. But you know what? Those are the rules. That's the game we play. I feel bad for them, but it happens. The idea that this should never happen to government employees is psychotic.

Sooner or later, the money is coming dry. The idea that the government can run in infinitely with your money without question is a psychotic worldview. Cilantro Industrial Complex says my girlfriend's aunt asked during lunch out loud, did anyone here vote for Trump? I'm going to lose my job. She works for large university. Colleges should be should have been defunded along should be defunded a long time ago. Agreed.

I'd say to them, yeah, I did. Look, if I was with family, I got no problem saying it. I mean, look, they know. I go hang out with family and they're like, not only do we know that you voted for Trump, Tim, but you tried as hard as you can to get him elected.

So when you lose your job, I'm going to say I wish you the best of luck. You have no right to be immune from market forces in government funded positions. And the political force that has come is the market change. The market has dictated through the votes that Trump shall be president. And that means the money is gone. You deserve no special protections. When a mom and pop shop gets shut down and they lose their livelihood, you think you deserve something better than them? No, I say no.

Sooner or later, the bill comes due and the government doesn't get to run infinitely off of our money with no checks and no accountability. So you lost your job. That's what happens.

Alabama, Elise says an NIH employee was fired and she has gone viral. Name is Katie Sandlin. She has made a GoFundMe and it's pathetic. She made horrible choices, loved Fauci and is now suffering the consequences. Look, man, if you quit your job to go work for pickle ice cream company and then like six months later you lost your job, I'm going to be like, bro, like, did you really think pickle ice cream was going to take off? Well, but, you know, pickles are good and ice cream is good. And why wouldn't they be good together? And it's like some things you don't mix, to be honest.

How would you even make pickle ice cream? The salt content would cause it to, it wouldn't freeze properly. You'd have to have a much lower temperature. I'm like, if you did something so dumb, how much are we going to bend over for you guys? Let's grab some more here, my friends. What do we got here? Valkyrie says a great example of media clipping is the I think Coolsville sucks clip from Scooby-Doo movie. Just use that for an example. Oh, dude, they do it all the time. One of my favorite is when, who was it? Was it New York Mag? Yeah.

I think it was New York Magazine. I had a quote that was two distinct stories told over an hour. And I said something like...

I wanted to go out and film the protests. They wanted to go out and interview Jesse Jackson. This is doing Ferguson. So I went out to the protests and I did a big live stream. Well, anyway, we end up leaving and then blah, blah, blah, 20 minutes later. So at the end of all of it, they wanted to stick around and film protests later on in the week. And when I went out and filmed riot coverage, we got 35,000 concurrence. It was the biggest concurrent viewership for Vice. When they went out to film these protests,

Guess who got more views? So what they did was they took that quote. Guess who got more views? Deleted everything. And so they quoted me in the magazine saying Tim Pool said I wanted to go out and cover the riots. They wanted to interview interview Jesse Jackson, quote. And then Pool said, quote, guess who got more views? So Vice threatened to sue, I guess. They then wrote in their correction. The quote was removed due to the quote from Tim Pool was removed due to an error.

The reaction then being Vice got mad at me. A bunch of people got mad at me saying Tim lied to New York Mag. And now you see the game they played. They intentionally took me out of context to make a sensational story, which then got a threat to them for their publication. And then they phrased the correction in a way that made it sound like I made the mistake. These people are scumbags. I learned my lesson a long time ago. I know the rules. What do we got?

InteriorAttack8 says, Tim, it was pretty awesome seeing the TimCast sponsor in the ARCA race at Daytona this weekend. Shout out to Cody Dennison. Daytona! Wow. That was so epic. There was a big crash. It wasn't that bad. I'm glad everybody was okay. If you watched, there was a pretty big crash. I can't tell exactly what happened. We'll probably get a follow-up. But I think what happened was...

Cody got bumped from behind, which caused him to drift, slam into the wall, and then all the other cars started bouncing. I don't think anybody flipped over. There was some shell damage in the vehicles and stuff like this. At Daytona in the main event, there was a big crash, I believe. But shout out to Cody. It is an honor and a privilege to see that TimCast car driving at Daytona and in these major events. It's super amazing. It is a dream come true.

When I'm hanging out with friends, we were hanging out at the casino, Allison and I, and the TVs are on, Fox Sports, and we can see the TimCast car driving. We are so lucky to have been able to sponsor Cody and help him out. So shout out. Really, really awesome stuff. My friends, we're going to wind things down for this year's morning show. So don't forget to smash the like button. Smash it. Share the show with everyone you know.

Of course, we're available on all podcast platforms. We're available on Rumble. I want to give a shout out to Rumble, man. Taking the industry by storm and growing and growing. It's been absolutely fantastic. A lot of really awesome moves underway. And I'll just say this to everybody.

Since we've launched on the platform, our viewership has grown massively. So it's been really tremendous to see the Rumble audience coming to watch, which is huge, and our YouTube numbers and all the other platforms have been growing. And I think it's absolutely fantastic.

I genuinely believe that with the work they are doing, with Chris Pavlovsky's leadership at Rumble and the moves they've made, there's a strong possibility that Rumble becomes the premier video podcasting platform. So this is the bet that I made when we worked this deal. And I said, we got to get on this train before we lose it. Spotify, love you guys, love Spotify, but they are trying to play catch up on video podcasting. They recently converted their audio to video podcasts. They want people to go on to Spotify and watch video.

But they're they're 10 years behind. YouTube actually banned and suppressed their video podcast hosts. Insane. Rumble built around this, knowing it was the future. And my bet is they're on top of this better than anybody else. They have they have a lot to grow because they're a newer company relative to these other big behemoths. But they're in the position that matters the most. Rumble is video podcasting and these other platforms are trying to be.

If Rumble can use that lead in this particular space, which is taking over with the podcast presidency, it's going to be big. It's going to be big, baby. Smash that like button. Next segment's coming up at noon. Don't miss it. Thanks for hanging out, and we will see you all then.

If it came to me a couple weeks ago after David Hogg had just been elected vice chair of the DNC and said, Tim, how long do you think it'll be until we get a major corruption scandal? To be honest, I would have been like, isn't this already one? I mean, this dude has no business being in the DNC, but hey, they can vote whoever they want. Perhaps a bit facetious or tongue in cheek to claim that electing the guy would be a corruption scandal. But I suppose the answer was a couple of weeks later.

Because now David Hogg apparently has been using DNC insider information to promote his personal political action committee for which he draws a salary.

So the answer to the question, how long until there is a corruption scandal? It was basically immediately the moment the dude got access to the information. He was like, give me money. The Democrats are done. This is absolutely incredible to see what we are seeing. They're offering up nothing. The Republicans are cleaning house in the federal government. There are layoffs and people generally like what they're seeing.

People, I'm looking at these social media posts on these liberal podcaster platforms. I'm over on Reddit and I like to read what the liberals are saying. And I saw this post from one particular liberal podcasters platform and they're like, do any are there any regular people out there who actually support of what Trump and Elon are doing? Yeah, most people. That's why they're doing what they're doing.

Trump's kind of guy who wants you to love him. Now, don't get me wrong. I mean, he's got some personal motivations as well. But the actions that are being taken by Elon and Trump, it's not really just Elon and Trump. There's a bunch of people in the Trump cabinet. It's popular. Look, when you go to the average American taxpayer and say, we're going to take money out of your paycheck every week. What for? Oh, gender studies in Pakistan. They usually get mad about that. But now on to the opposition.

We know that Donald Trump won a popular vote. We know that his approval rating is above water. It's the best it's ever been in his political career. So people generally favor what he's doing. With the media coming out and the attacks against him, there's been a bit of a dip, but he's still doing really well. A lot of people have woken up, changed their news consumption habits, and they've realized they've been lied to the whole time by the Democratic establishment. Now, as for the likes of David Hogg, I mean, I got to hand it to him.

He sees it for what it is. I've explained it. The Titanic hit the iceberg, man. And these powerful elites are like, look, we ain't saving this ship from sinking, but we can grab as much fine China as possible before we make those life rafts.

What David Hogg has done here is the embodiment of what the establishment was doing to this country. But now it's in your face because the Democratic Party imploded. Their ship is sinking. And David Hogg said, let me in. I'll save you. And as soon as they open the door, he ran in and started just grabbing up fine China and then ran out the door. I love it. It's just absolutely amazing. They're polling worse than Republicans. Their favorability is in the gutter. And this is the best that they can muster.

My friends, it is a heck of a day. I'll say that. So let's read the news. But of course, before we do, head over to castbrew.com and pick up some delicious cast brew coffee. We've got two weeks till Christmas. If you like Phil Labonte, elitist of all that remains, dressed like Santa Claus. I know Christmas has long since passed, but hey, gingerbread coffee. It's still pretty good stuff. And of course, Ian's graphene dream. For whatever reason, y'all are buying it off the shelves.

You know what it is? It's a snowball rolling down a hill. The more he sells, the more we're shocked that he's selling so much, the more everybody wants to try Ian's coffee. Low acidity. I think that's what it's all about. Yo, homies sold a thousand bags of coffee in a week.

Before that, he sold 5,000 in a month. So it's slowing down a little bit, but it's still the best seller we have. I beg of you, my friends, you also have to bystand your grounds. You know, you can't just only buy Ian's coffee. You're making him rich, putting him through college, and you know he needs it. Let's read the news from the post-millennial David Hogg under fire from fellow Democrats for using DNC contact list to fundraise for personal PAC. Quote,

It's a stunning lack of judgment that's concerning to many people. I don't think it's a lack of judgment. I think it's a lack of, I don't know, just he doesn't care, right? It's a lack of connection. David Ogg recently appointed as vice chairman of the Democratic National Committee is facing criticism from within his own party for allegedly using DNC resources to solicit donations for his personal political action committee. The practice, while not against the rules, being frowned upon by his critics within the party.

According to a report by the New York Post, Hogg has sent fundraising messages to DNC contact lists directing recipients to donate to his pack from which he reportedly earns over $100,000 per year. Let's go, buddy. You get yours. I got to be honest. If this dude from within is just ripping the DNC to shreds and gutting them, I ain't going to complain. Bravo, sir.

One of the eight messages sent to the DNC database read, David Hogg here. I was just elected DNC vice chair. This is a huge win for our movement to make the Democratic Party more reflective of our base. Youthful, energetic and ready to win. The text includes a link to Hogg's leaders we deserve pack. The move has sparked backlash among some party officials. One top Democrat reportedly told the New York Post, David Hogg, talk about living up to your name. Wow. Holy crap.

A trough of DNC dollars all for him, and he doesn't seem to give an oink. Hog. Hogging it all? Wow. Talk about a burn from the Democrats. Certainly not the most vulgar, but I'll take it. Hog co-founded Leaders We Deserve in August 23 with a stated goal of electing young progressive candidates. Since then, he has personally earned more than $175,000 from the PAC. While his fundraising tactics don't violate official DNC rules, some officials claim it's an ethical issue. Quote,

It's especially important for all Democratic national officials to focus on raising support for the party and not using their position to raise money for themselves or their personal political packs. Another senior Democratic Party official said it's a stunning lack of judgment that is concerning to many people.

The 24-year-old was appointed as the party's vice chair less than two weeks ago. Hogg gained national attention for his activism against gun rights following the 2018 mass shooting at Marjory Stone. We don't have it in Parkland. Hogg was a student. We get it.

I mean, it's just very frustrating to be in a party in desperate need of increased accountability for our struggling leadership and watch someone who is never held accountable ascend to leadership, said Cameron Kasky, who was also a Stoneman Douglas survivor. Just absolutely incredible. Yo, after all this stuff went down, literally anybody with a brain recognized the lack of character and integrity of this David Hogg.

As the story goes, I don't know if this is true. I'm not, you know.

My understanding is that David Hogg had left the school, and when he heard that the press was interviewing people, he jumped on his bike and ran full speed to start giving interviews to jam himself into the PR. Brilliantly done. Assuming it's true, it's been a long time, but I got to give it to this David Hogg guy. You know, y'all rag on him all day and night, but he knows what he's doing. He is sitting back, he's putting his feet up, and he's tricking liberals and Democrats into giving him large sums of money. It's incredible. Man,

When I was 24, what was I doing at 24? I think I was unemployed. I had left the nonprofit industry. I had a couple grand in savings left over. And then, you know, I was nowhere near as successful as this young man. Now, don't get me wrong. I have scruples and I'm a fan of honor. So I wouldn't find myself in that position. I question the rest of you. How many of you? Well, I got to be honest.

I'm thinking of this question I'm going to ask. How many of you would gut and rip funding from Democrat voters for yourselves? A lot of people might say, yes, I would. The less money the Democrats have, the better off everyone is. So it's not like out of the hundreds of millions that they can muster up in an election cycle, a few hundred thousand is going to move the needle. But hey, man.

If this guy's in a leadership position and the leadership he's providing is just he's exploiting it for his personal gain. It's kind of like watching a bank robber go after like break into your it's like it's like watching a criminal break into your your enemy's home. And you're like, oh, no, stop. You know, like I'm not David, you know, you do you.

because you're creating inner turmoil chaos in the Democratic Party, a party that is already facing complete and inner turmoil. This is the death spiral of the Democratic Party. It's amazing. I guess my question for all of you, you guys can comment is, can the Democrats pull out of this tailspin? You know, we talked about how if the Democrats won, they were trying to create a uniparty state. I know we largely look at the GOP and the Democrats as a uniparty, but Trump really came in and changed it.

If the Democrats won, the Republicans would be iced out. Democrats would likely start winning because they give amnesty and other things to illegal immigrants. They try and restructure and reshape how the rules of this country work. The funny thing is, with the Republicans winning, that may be the case just for the Republicans. We may actually get a one party state. And it's not because Trump and the rest of his his cabinet and supporters won.

are trying to destroy the Democratic Party, it's because the Democratic Party has been destroying itself. Right. If if, you know, we talk about how Trump cleans up the voter rolls, if he cleans up the citizen, if he gets a citizenship question on there, if the census is cleaned up and we actually apportion properly without including illegal immigration, Democrats have a hard time winning. Well, the reality is Democrats in their current iteration are

If Trump were to say we're getting we're deporting all illegal immigrants and that reshaped the congressional districts in the next census, Democrats could still moderate. And that's what the average Democrat wants. I got the polling. I'll pull it up for you. The average Democrat says you need to move more to the center and be more reasonable. You can see people like Jen Cougar trying to do this. That being said, the current iteration of the Democratic Party is just insane.

In a death spiral, they can't shake woke politics. They're doubling down. They've got Elon derangement syndrome now. Yo, Elon isn't really doing that much. It's he's going into departments and he's looking looking at bloat and he's saying, like, hey, we're wasting money. It's not like he's become a general who's marching troops into people's cities. He's doing administrative review. It's it's practically nothing. But these people have no means of reconciling.

No means of moderating. They are spiraling. Ah, poor Cameron Kasky. I got ahead of him. He's always been particularly reasonable, but sorry, buddy. David Hogg has more. What's the what's the word I'm looking for? He's ruthless. He is without Ruth.

Anyway, Hogg responded to the report by saying he was not doing any interviews.

I love this guy. Yo, David, look, you guys can rag on David Hogg all you want, but the guy's got balls to go into the DNC, take their contact list information, inform them,

Immediately sent it out saying, give me the money instead. And then when the press like, what are you doing? There's no interviews. Man, this guy's got balls. I like it. I mean, I wouldn't like it if someone was doing it in the Republican Party. But the Republican Party currently consists of like, I don't know, RFK Jr., Tulsi, Gabbard, Elon Musk, Donald Trump, an eclectic group of individuals. Marco Rubio, you got old school conservatives. You got some neocons. You got some moderate liberal types. We're having a good time over here. David Hogg.

Whether he realizes it or not, destroying the Democrat brand and enriching himself is good for us.

You know, if so, if someone told me David Hogg was actually a sleeper agent for the Republicans, I might be inclined to believe it. He's so inept. His arguments are so dumb. You're like, how could someone so media savvy be so stupid unless he isn't? You see, David Hogg is the hero we need. I'm kidding, by the way. I think the dude's exploiting the DNC for personal wealth and he's not too bright. He's just cutthroat.

The spokesperson later commented, David has already raised money for the DNC since becoming vice chair and many times before. Not the issue, but you got to give it to him. Boy, that's absolutely wonderful. Some Dems already turning on Hogg two weeks into DNC vice chair gig. Yeah, it's basically the same story.

Well, my friends, this is a story we got from January 31st. The DNC's outgoing chair says Democrats should have stuck with Joe Biden in 2024. Uh-huh, they should have. They probably still would have lost. It would have been miserable. But, yo, Kamala Harris? I do think it's funny the Democrats are so nuts they think that Joe could have won. I think they should have stuck with Joe simply because...

You know, he was going to lose, but at least they would have maintained the tiny shred of dignity they had left. Not that there was much, but Kamala Harris, man, Democrats just basically said the party is over. And there are people who actually thought she was going to win. And still, there are people who thought we think that she did win and Trump stole the election because Elon Musk used Starlink and blah, blah, blah. Here we go. In an interview with the AP, Jamie Harrison reflected on why his party lost to Trump. Blah, blah, blah.

I don't know that there's one answer. A lot of people like to come up with things, and they say it's the economy. Well, it could have been part of it. I think every state had their own little nuance. In Michigan, the Palestinian issue played something up here. The gap in which she lost wasn't huge, but when you add up the little pockets where it is, some people because of Gaza, some people because of the economy, some people because she was a woman. And I think in many of those states, those little nicks here and there add up to how she lost. Blah, blah, blah. You know what, man?

I just saw Captain America, Brave New World, and not bad, not bad. You know, not that the Marvel movies are cinematic masterpieces.

what I, I gave it a 6.5 and said it was very enjoyable. And trust me, I'm going somewhere that this is related. And, uh, you know, people were like 6.5 is enjoyable. I'm like, yeah, 6.5 is a C plus, you know what I mean? I think it's good. Not great. It could have been good if it wasn't a sequel to like 13 different films and it was rewritten several times. And here's why I'm bringing it up. They had a character in the film Sabra. She's basically captain Israel. Let me, uh,

Let me pull up this character for you guys. Captain Israel. Sabra is an Israeli superheroine appearing in the American comic books published by Marvel, blah, blah, blah. The alter ego of Ruth Bat-Saraf.

is a mutant and an agent of Mossad. I think that's totally fine. To have a character that is Israeli means nothing to me. I mean, there's Russian characters, there's German characters. You're going to have characters of all type. And she's a Mossad agent. So apparently in the film, they were concerned about actually having her be... She's Sabra, of course, but they never say Sabra. She doesn't wear any of the outfits. She doesn't do any of the superhero stuff. It's weird. And apparently they were concerned because of the issue of Israel...

that, and this is just a rumor, they wanted to include Sabra, she's basically Captain Israel, with her uniform and all that stuff. And they were like, cut that out because people hate Israel right now and we're really worried about how this will impact the film. Yeah, that's what I heard. I don't know if it's true. The reason I bring it up is the Palestinian issue is toxic waste to Democrats. Look, it's toxic to a degree on the right, but on the right,

No one's like no one's going to punch someone in the face over this. You know what I mean? You could find some like pro Trump guy who hates Israel and screams the Jews 24 seven and no one's going to punch you in the face. They're going to nag you on the internet. They're going to they're going to they're going to argue and it's going to be boring. The left firebombs things.

For the Democrats, this presents a particular issue. You see, Donald Trump came out and said he was like the most pro-Israel president. He said we're going to do all this and that for Israel. And even though there are a lot of people on the right, there is a right wing element that hates Israel. Trump didn't care. On the left, however, in Hollywood, they're like, if we have an Israeli superhero and like they did mention she was Israeli and she was Mossad and it was really a light touch. They did not go into it. And I think it hurt the film, to be honest. They're scared.

Democrats are absolutely terrified over these issues. So here we are now with a Democratic Party that can't get its head out of its own butt because there's no unifying message. They don't know if they're for or against Israel. I mean, seriously, they don't know if they're progressive or otherwise. They look. Gallup says more Democrats favor party moderation in the past.

Plurality of Republicans favor status quo for their party. Yeah, because the status quo for the Republicans is moderation. We chillin. RFK Jr. as head of HHS. We chillin. I mean, I got to be honest. Elon Musk going in and doing this Doge stuff is fantastic. He went in there and he found, yo, there are 300 year old Social Security recipients. You got me. I mean, maybe we have some immortal people here in this country.

There's millions of Social Security recipients who are 170 years old. No joke. Clearly, they're not really. But where's the money going? And Elon was just like, yo, it's wild to look at this. And there's no reconciliation. There's no tracking of these payments. Like, what is going on here? Hey, that's based. I like that he's doing it. I'm most excited for Maha. RFK Jr. at AHS, I am most excited for because we are a fat and lazy nation. And it's about time RFK Jr. came in and said, we're banning everything.

Just take it all away. No more candy. Everyone's got to eat vegetables. I'm kidding, by the way, but you get my point. A healthy nation is a strong nation. And it's really funny because I ordered a thousand Pop-Tarts. And today I think we're filming for the boonies. We're going to butter Pop-Tarts and we're going to make Pop-Tart ice cream sandwiches.

Because, look, man, just because I'm saying we should be healthy doesn't mean every so often you can't have a treat or make something silly for entertaining content. I don't recommend people make Pop-Tart ice cream sandwiches every single day, but it's going to be fun. Now, I'm a responsible individual. I exercise. I eat the best I can. And I'm constantly trying to find ways to improve my health. You know, I've done like elimination diet type stuff. I've tried certain diets, exercise all the time. I

I found the obvious thing. I know it's kind of obvious to everybody. Sleep is all that matters. For a lot of people who are morbidly obese, really, the answer may be you're not getting enough sleep. It's not the only thing. Some people eat too much. Some people don't exercise. But if you're eating and exercising and you're like, I still struggle with weight loss, you're probably not sleeping enough. You got to sleep and quality of sleep too. I got this. It's not a blindfold, but it's like it goes over your whole face.

And the covering of the ears, I find, improves my sleep quality because I have one of those sleep trackers. So this is what really matters. We're going to goof off today and make ice cream, Pop-Tarts, whatever, because it's a fun thing to do. But we're also skateboarding.

The healthy stuff that we're seeing now with Maha is the most important thing to me. I want America to be healthy. You know, I saw a commercial this morning for weight loss injections, and I'm like, that is disgusting. Sorry. Look, a lot of people like it. I don't care. You know, look, man, I'm sorry.

A lot of you out there are going to be like, look, it helped me. I needed it. And I don't care. I don't care. I despise it. I despise it. I'm going to be honest with you. OK, I'm not trying to disrespect you. I'm just saying I despise that we become a nation of people who are like, I have too much fat. So I'm injecting a chemical into my belly that makes me nauseated and not hungry. I say satiated. Dude, we are a nation of weak willed, frail individuals.

You know, for me, when I decide that something must be done, it shall be done. If I say I don't look like I got off carbs for two years, I was like, no carbs, cut them off.

And then when I got the dental work done, literally the only thing I could eat was carbs. So now I'm moderating and bringing it back to my diet and testing how it's affecting me. And I got to be honest, it's not so bad. What I have found is that if I do too much carbs in one sitting, it nukes me instantly, probably spikes my blood sugar. So I am trying to navigate this and be healthy. It is willpower. I am terrified of a nation where people are like, but I just have to eat. Give me the injection. Yo, where's your willpower?

You need to sit down and say, I dictate not a craving, but this is what the nation's becoming. That's the Democratic Party, in my opinion. A lot of Republicans, too. But I'll tell you this, my friends, as we round this one out. This is about David Hogg. I love you, buddy. Keep on being you, because if you do, we win the midterms. So I'm looking forward to it.

Based on the moves this guy is making and what we've got happening on the Trump side and with Maha and all this good stuff, I'm feeling pretty good. So I'm gonna wrap it up there, my friend. Happy President's Day, everybody. It's a holiday for a lot of you. You got time off. You're enjoying it with your family. And it's a day we respect. We got a few holidays in this country. Some of them are political holidays. Some of them are moral, religious. And today marks the celebration of George Washington's birthday, which eventually became President's Day, where we honor the past presidents for better or for worse.

Serving this country is respectable. I certainly don't like the corruption. But today we say this unto you, presidents. Thank you for the service. Thank you for what you do for this country or at least try to do. And we can certainly exclude all the bad ones. But there are a lot of great heroes in the presidency of this year, United States. And ultimately, it's more about the idea of the president and not necessarily any individual president who may have been good or bad.

That being said, they're planning on protesting President's Day. And in fact, over at, well, checking in on our liberal friends at MSNBC, they're actually saying we should be rid of President's Day outright. No more President's Day. Why? Because we don't want to celebrate Donald Trump. These people's brains have turned to jelly to such an insane degree. They want to get rid of President's Day.

OK, yo, I hope they continue this. I really do, because they're going to lose the midterms. David Hogg is corrupt. No more holidays for you because Trump is bad. Wow. Well, I'll play the clip for you guys. And then we'll talk about these protests. Make sure you follow at Tim Cass News on X, breaking all of the most important stories in cultural politics.

The other day, we had Roman Nation, born and bred of the TimCast Discord server, now a podcast appearing on TimCast IRL. Not to mention Nate Cain, a whistleblower who says after he exposed the Clintons, somebody tried to kill him. That's available at Rumble.com slash TimCast IRL.

You can always join the Discord server at TimCast.com. But here's the clip now from MSNBC. I had to listen to it and now you do. But let's be fair. There's a bit of schadenfreude in watching them freak out. All right. So the headline here is presidential historian says President's Day is ridiculous. We should scrap it. What?

What do you mean? It is a little bit silly. I mean, we have had some real duds, so I'm not sure we really want to be celebrating all presidents. And the tradition actually comes from celebrating birthdays, which is a celebration that we inherited from celebrating the king. And I'm just not sure that that's exactly what we want. Yeah, I mean, I just I'm not sure that we necessarily want to celebrate the people. I think that we want to have a certain respect for the office. I totally get that.

And some have done extraordinary things. But by celebrating all of them, I do think it causes us to think of the president as somehow other when in reality they are a citizen just like everyone else. So you mentioned this earlier in the show, the idea that Trump posted something just over the weekend where he quoted Napoleon Bonaparte esque.

saying he who saves his country does not violate any law. It feels like exactly the example of what you're saying we should push against. Yeah, that's exactly right. I mean, I think if we think of a president as someone to celebrate just because they exist, which is what the king was and that's why they celebrated the king's birthday, then you kind of it does evolve into that argument that they can do no wrong. I love it.

What a time to be alive, my friends. Look, President's Day started as Washington's birthday, and it's not actually his birthday because the third Monday in February to celebrate those who served. She's not wrong. I actually agree with her. And you can see that we share a similar view of this thing. The problem is I recognize that Joe Biden gets celebrated on President's Day, too. I'm going to cry about it. We shouldn't celebrate presidents because then you celebrate Trump and Trump is like Napoleon Bonaparte. Oh, man. You know, I mentioned this in the morning show.

I'll say it again while we're here. Trump is spiritually correct in his statement and factually wrong. It reminds me of how they say people take Trump seriously, but not literally. Trump supporters take him seriously, but not literally. And liberals take him literally, but not seriously. What does it mean that you would say a president who saves his country breaks no law or a man who saves his country? As I explained in the morning live stream, just to reiterate for those who missed it,

Trump is correct in spirit. Certainly you can break the law. A president could break the law. That's just one plus one equals two. So Trump in his efforts to save the country may break the law. I'm not a fan of that.

Abraham Lincoln broke the law to the most extreme degree imaginable, suspending habeas corpus in a corridor from Pennsylvania to D.C., the arrest of the Maryland legislature. I mean, the invasions that we saw outright, the conscription, many argue would be against the law. Those, I'm going to say, well, I don't know. But arresting Maryland legislature, that's crazy. And that's what the government was doing. And a suspension of habeas corpus like

Like they were literally just grabbing and arresting people without charge or trial. One guy got held for years. Do we look back on Abraham Lincoln and say, man, that guy was a criminal who broke the law? He should have been criminally charged. No, we say he saved the country. That's the point I believe Trump is trying to make. That throughout history, when a country is in peril but is rescued by an individual, we don't look back and say, look at all the crimes committed. I am not a fan on the surface, though.

of Trump being like, I'm going to break the law to do what I think is right. No, we have to win this one morally and ethically and through the system that exists, which is extremely difficult. And so far, Trump's done that. We don't need lawbreaking. But I digress, my friends on this, the most auspicious of days. I say that all the time because Trump just keeps winning. But here we go. Protests are being planned on President's Day, at least in Phoenix and in other areas.

Protests are set to take place on President's Day. Here's why. Oh, yeah. They say across major U.S. cities, these demonstrations are being organized by the 50501 movement. 50 protests, 50 states, one movement. Cringe. And, you know, guys, can I do better PR for you? 5051 movement. You're going to tell people that and they're going to think 5051. That's terrible branding. OK, OK.

They don't want to call it the resist, but you could call it the 50 states. Like literally if you said it's organized by a group, the 50 states. Like that's just easier branding. I digress.

The protests are a response to what Organize described as the anti-democratic and illegal actions of the Trump administration. This marks a second nationwide protest by the group following an event held on February 5th. The protests follow a series of executive orders signed by Trump, including actions led by billionaire Elon Musk, which have been criticized for their aims to diminish the role of the federal government. Why are they defending the federal government? It's just the weirdest thing imaginable.

We are going out and protesting because we are concerned by our current president's actions, Wilson says. We figured it was a nice little punch. It started on Reddit. Oh, did it? The idea for a day of protest in each state originated on Reddit by a user named EvolvedFungi in late January, who I assume most of these users are just Intel agents running sock puppet accounts. But the concept quickly gained traction on various social media platforms. The first nationwide protest by 5051, which again, terrible branding, 5051.

How do you even say this? People are terrible at this. It occurred on January, February 5th. And while it did not attract the hundreds of thousands of protesters seen on January 21st, the day after Trump's first inauguration, thousands of people participated. So in other words, nobody really cares. The majority of population likes Donald Trump. Trump won the popular vote. His approval rating is above above water. And we're happy with what he's doing. But by all means, you're allowed to complain about it.

We are still very much calling for the removal of Elon Musk. We find it very concerning that there is a non-government official that has access that he does. And we would like to see the strengthening of anti-discrimination legislation. The group is also advocating for an investigation into Trump's presidential appointees, especially those connected to Project 2025, such as Russell Vought, the architect of the conservative agenda. Wilson says the 50-51 movement plans to hold more protests in the future. By all means, please do.

The protests are being coordinated with Political Revolution, a group founded in 2016 after Bernie Sanders' president campaign. 50-51. Guys, I got to stress this, because when you say 50-51, it sounds like 5-0-5-1, but it's actually 5-0-5-0-1. It's terrible.

The group consists of volunteers who have been on the front lines of justice, marching in support of Black Lives Matter and rights, LGBTQ plus advocacy and disability rights, the organization says. The group says it's not affiliated with any political party and they describe Monday's press as a call to action. For what? For what, man? Look at that. They got a 7000 member discord. That's crazy. Boasting more than 102,000 members on Reddit.

Additionally, Smart Girls, an organization founded by comedian actress Amy Poehler and producer Meredith Walker, has promoted the upcoming protests. Oh, cringe.

Local and state Democratic lawmakers have also supported the protests. During the February 5th protests, several Michigan State House Democrats joined demonstrators at the state capitol. Well, I hope they keep it up. You know, I said it before and I'll say it again. Man, we are going to sweep the midterms if they keep doing this stupid stuff. It's President's Day. It's a bank holiday. People get to take off. They get to spend time with their families. You get a three-day weekend. But no, Democrats say no. No.

Donald Trump is now president, so we shouldn't celebrate this day. By all means, y'all can go back to work then. If you don't want to celebrate Donald Trump, don't go to work so that I can get a delicious meal on this day that is normally a holiday or I can go to the bank, I guess. Look, man, don't be silly. People are allowed to protest. I got no problem with it. But I love how it's just so cringe. We're like, maybe we shouldn't celebrate President's Day anymore because Trump is president. And I'm like,

Are you how are these people so thick? It's so obvious. They're only saying because of Trump. It's the stupidest thing in the world. Do they not realize that Trump won't be president four years from now? Oh, they probably think he will be. So I guess we'll see. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone. You know, we got more segments coming up today. Stick around and we will see you all shortly.

Tom Hanks appeared on Saturday Night Live portraying a Trump supporter who is racist and SNL is getting dragged and roasted over it because apparently Saturday Night Live didn't get the memo that Trump is popular. His approval rating is very high, higher than it's ever been. And he won the popular vote.

But how about we explore this? And I'll show you where the liberals are currently at in their shattered brains. You know, it's pretty wild that they can't seem to understand that they're not popular. During the first Trump administration, Trump actually won. And they played off this, yeah, but Hillary had the popular vote. Therefore, Trump is not actually that popular. He's a minority president. The reality was,

A lot of people actually did like Trump. A lot of people didn't like him. But the people who liked him were paying more attention to what was going on than the people who didn't. In 2020, when Biden won,

Biden had a strong approval rating for a little while. And after Afghanistan, he was underwater. Trump wasn't really around for a couple of years, like he wasn't really that big in the press. DeSantis was rising up. But more and more people were getting fed up with the lockdowns. And Trump was actually becoming secretly more popular. Hence, when Trump ran for his reelection in 2024, he won the popular vote, indicating a shift that occurred in this country. And we were right to stand up for what we did.

The New York Post says Tom Hanks roasted over disgusting portrayal of Trump supporter SNL 50th anniversary special. It was silly. It was dumb. Let me play the clip that they have for the New York Post. I don't think it's all that substantive, but speaking of church, can I say something? If more folks went to church, we wouldn't be in this mess we're in now. You know what I mean, Doug? I'd like to shake your hand, sir. Here we go.

No, no, no. Oh, no, no. It's just a handshake. Yeah, it's just a handshake. Yeah, all right. You're welcome at Black Jeopardy anytime. All right. Well, thank you, my brother. Now, maybe I'll start a show for you to come on and we'll call it What Jeopardy? No. We don't need it. We don't need it. I don't get what they're trying to do with the portrayal. It's just like a guy who's wearing a Trump hat and he's racist and this is how they see it. This is how they portray it.

You know, it's funny is a lot of people in New York supported Trump. He he made a lot of ground. He gained a lot of ground. And SNL supposed to be for America. This is what they don't seem to understand. Trump won the popular vote. His approval rating is above water. He's got a positive approval rating. Who are you talking to? You know, man, I guess there's no point trying to convince people you can bring a horse to Harvard, but you can't make them learn. Can you? New York Post says.

America's sweetheart, Tom Hanks, was crucified by conservatives over his disgusting portrayal of a simple Trump supporting racist on the SNL 50th anniversary special. Well, to be fair, nobody watches SNL except for these weird lefty types anyway, so that's probably why they're doing it. The two-time Academy Award winner returned to the stage Sunday night as Doug, a dumb MAGA hat-wearing contestant on the recurring bit Black Jeopardy, where the butt of the joke is Hanks' character and the black contestants discovering their similarities.

Okay. During the sketch, Doug, who first appeared in the comedy show in 2016, refuses to shake hands with the game show host Darnell Hayes, played by Kenan Thompson. Don't like that. Whoa, whoa, whoa, Doug Blurtz. Maybe I'll start a show for you to come on. We'll call it White Jeopardy.

The skit outraged Trump supporters who quickly bashed it as tired and a disgusting trope. The show wonders why their ratings are in the gutter. Former RFK Jr. aide Link Loren posted, Trump won the popular vote. This tired trope of MAGA is racist. It's disgusting. SNL is an unfunny show for snobbish liberal elites. Conservative commentator Benny Johnson raged the show writers have learned nothing. He is correct. I am mad about it. Like, I don't care. I don't want, you know, look,

My position has always been you do you woke enterprise and I just won't buy it. Like you make a video game where a pink haired woman with a shape with the side of her head being shaved with a prosthetic hand in World War One fighting against, you know, the Austria-Hungarian Empire or whatever.

I ain't going to buy it. I don't care that you made it. You can make whatever you want. People make walking simulator video games all the time. I just don't play it. Yo, I go on PlayStation all the time. It's not even about being woke. If your game is bad, I ain't touching it. If your show is stupid, I won't watch it. So when SNL keeps making garbage content...

Yeah, I don't care. Like they're allowed to do it. I'm not mad. Like if they did a segment called like Trump is really dumb and he's portrayed by Alec Baldwin. Oh, wait, they did that 700000 times. Yeah, they're allowed to do that. It's just stupid. I won't watch it. The onion is allowed to be garbage, too. I just don't read it. Babylon is actually funny. SNL decided it was a good idea to depict Tom Hanks as a racist Trump supporter in a MAGA hat afraid to shake a black man's hand. Donald Trump just won a landslide election has never been more popular with Americans and African-Americans.

Popular conservative social media account Libs of TikTok labeled it propaganda and lambasted it as dumb. The three and a half hour special was chock full of jabs at the sitting president and his bold policies. During the opening monologue, SNL alum Steve Martin joked that he had just been on a boat in the Gulf of Steve Martin, a dig at Trump's decision to rename the Gulf of Mexico to America.

Fellow Canadian comic and one of Martin's oldest pals, Martin Short, then joined him on stage with Martin ribbing him about his immigration status. Do you have your passport on you? Ice, get him. Well, my friends, let's check in on David Pakman, see how he's doing. Over at the David Pakman subreddit, there's an actual question posted with 229 upvotes. Do you know any normal people who support what Donald and Elon are doing? Is it only white supremacists? David, what have you done? Haha.

Oh, David Pakman. The dude used to be normal. But David's whole MO—you know, let me tell you about David Pakman. Ten years ago—I mean, like, 13, 14 years ago—he had on a woman from the Westboro Baptist Church and some hackers, part of a sect of the Anonymous Hacker Group. For those that don't know what Anonymous is, it quite literally means the word. So when a video emerged and it says, you know, we oppose the government doing this thing, Anonymous—

It literally meant it was a random person who didn't leave their name. It didn't mean there was a group of people planning anything. But the media loved this idea that there was a hacker group of like 13 people with supreme hacker abilities called Anonymous. Now, that's not how it works. Anyway, they had on these guys from a group that was actually called LulzSec at the time. At the time, they weren't LulzSec. I believe they're just calling themselves Anonymous.

And it was a wild time with synonymous stuff. Crazy to watch this stuff happen. But anyway, they hacked the Westboro Baptist Church in real time. David got a ton of attention for that. David's goal, in my opinion, having known the guy for this long, is that he largely just wanted to get the viewership. He was trying to figure out how to recreate these moments and get these viral sensations. And thus, you end up with content that is convoluted and misleading.

You end up with people actually suggesting no one actually likes what Trump and Elon are doing, except for white supremacists. Is that the world your audience lives in, David? Maybe it's just Reddit. I don't know. But that is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. No wonder they watch shows like SNL and they're like, oh my God, racist. It's funny.

One guy says, I have a friend who thinks the mass firing to make the government better. He's also dependent on that VA for medical care. Yeah. Now let's see what happens when his waiting time to see a doctor has doubled or tripled. Hey, wait a minute. Thought we were supposed to be in favor of government health care. Oh, yeah. When the government doesn't function properly because Trump can get elected, that's democracy. Your wait times can double or triple. That kind of worries me about what you guys are going to implement with universal health care.

One guy says, I know normal people who turn a blind eye and refuse to believe what's going on. These people aren't hateful and don't necessarily wish harm. They just are. They are just skeptical. Guys, you are you are in a bubble. OK, I can just pull up the aggregate approval rating. Regular people, meaning not you. They support what Trump is doing. Take a look at this one from the David Pakman show subreddit. I love this. I love reading this stuff. You guys, you got to go to these subreddits and read what they're talking about because Reddit is hilarious.

We need to boycott any establishment that lets in patrons who wear MAGA apparel. MAGA Nazis should be socially ousted, not let into establishments, and generally should not feel comfortable going out in public sporting their support for Trump. Donald Trump is the popular mandate president. He won the popular vote. He is above water in the approval ratings, and you are acting like everyone else is crazy.

I heard a saying the other day used among the bartenders that really stuck with me. You let one Nazi into the bar and suddenly it's a Nazi bar. I'm a pause you right there. But when you let a commie in, it's not a commie bar. Oh, shut up. All of us non Trumpers need to organize mass boycotts of establishments that allow openly mega customers in so that if they continue doing so, they financially bleed. This needs to be a nationwide thing. How do we get this going? And it boycotting is not a form of harassment, folks. It is just so cringe.

Let's take a look at what they say about Bill Barr. Bill Burr, sorry. Bill Burr says billionaires should be put down like rabid dogs. Yeah, okay. That dude, I'm going to say this. Bill Burr on his show told people they should go and harm people. That's against all the rules of every platform. Now, on Apple and Spotify, they wouldn't ban it because they're basically RSS feeds, meaning they're not really hosting it. But how is it that this guy is not facing any repercussions from saying such a psychotic thing? All right, first comment is...

If Rogan can say that Democrats are part of a cabal that track people and make them sick with vaccines, I really don't think there's anything wrong with what Bill is saying. He is the Joe Rogan. OK, roll with it, baby. Did Joe actually say that? That doesn't sound like Joe. I don't know about idolizing people. Didn't Rogan start somewhere somewhat like this? Then he isolated himself and got super rich and his whole perspective changed. Burr is correct about this. I just don't know how I feel about falling from one charismatic person to another. Billionaires do largely nothing.

It's the stupidest thing imaginable. You know, I know some billionaires. I've met them. It's not what people think. Certainly there's wealth. But typically, billionaires, you don't have a billion dollars to do whatever you want with. That's the stupidest thing. Most wealthy individuals have substantially less liquid resources to implement projects than their actual net worth.

I can't speak for Elon. I'd estimate, I bet he pulls in like $20 million in cash a year or something like this. He's the richest man in the world, though. Yeah, but it's all tied up in SpaceX and Tesla. Now, he was supposed to get a $70 billion pay package, but no sane human being has that in cash. It's like not even easy to do. So I think Bezos gets like $83,000 a month. He gets like a million-dollar salary a year plus a million in bonuses.

He has a lot of what he has through financing these things. How does he have a mega yet? Because he finances these things against his stock in these companies and the schedule by which he can pay up. Don't get me wrong. They have a lot of money, but the real issue is not being a billionaire. It's the degree of control you have. Thus, the power of a billionaire in this world is tremendous.

But Trump, as a billionaire, more importantly, as the president, has substantially more power. Vladimir Putin, not a good dude, has substantially more power than any billionaire, not necessarily the president, but political leaders rival the power and influence. Having wealth on paper doesn't doesn't move the needle all that much. So ultimately, my friends, I give you this. Is this the state of the left, David? Is this the audience you foment?

Would you would you please just make a video saying Trump's approval rating is plus three point four? I'll tell you what Trump's what David would do. You can go to his approval rating, which is a question of the job he is doing. And you can see that Trump is doing very, very well. OK, let's try favorability.

Oh, no, Trump is unfavorable. What you're going to see with the likes of Pacman and other liberals is they're going to say something like, even with everything happening, Trump is still unfavorable while he's improved. He's still under what favorability is different than approval rating. Favorability is do you like the guy approval rating is? Is he doing a good job? And I got no problem saying a lot of people don't like Donald Trump. He's greatly improved. Look at this.

coming almost to even. I mean, it's within the margin of error. But the people look at it and say, I may not like the guy, but he's getting the job done. So live in it, I guess. These people are insane. I'll leave it there. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Go to TimCastPremium.com. Sign up for Rumble Premium. Use promo code TIM10. Let's go. You know, honestly, I did have CNN's Caitlin Collins boosting Luigi Mangione's legal defense fund on my bingo card. Like if you came to me and said, Tim, do you think that a CNN $3 million a year host would support a far left terrorist who murdered a guy? I'd be like, yes.

Is that a trick question? Why are you wasting my time with such silly nonsense? Of course they would. And then you'd go, oh, I'm sorry, Tim. I probably shouldn't have asked that question because we all already recognize that CNN is a failing network desperate with crackpot lunatics who don't understand reality. And we get it. Anyway, where was I? CNN's Caitlin Collin boosts Luigi Mangione's legal defense fund, deletes post after backlash. You see, there's this thing in media, right?

There's like ethics. And one of them is do no harm. This really breaks that if I were to pull up like all the ethics and break it down for you, you can report on something without exposing certain information. That is, if there's an individual who works for Trump and like, I don't know, he kicks a dog and you're like that person kicked the dog and it's very bad. We should expose that person. Right. That one's pretty easy. Right. You say this person committed a crime by kicking the dog. Here's who the person is.

Do no harm. Well, in this circumstance, I think it's fine to expose people who are engaged in malfeasance. But let's say there's a policy at play that's going to get a guy fired from his job. Trump is enacting a policy and there's somebody who works for the federal government who is a Trump supporter who privately expresses their fear to a friend.

News organizations can convey that an individual working has expressed fear without revealing that person's name. Famously, however, CNN has doxed many people and threatened them over this stuff. We know that their political intentions are activist.

I guess the point I'm making is it's fine if Caitlin Collins wants to report that there's a massive fundraiser for Luigi Mangione. There's no reason for her to provide you with the information on how to donate. That's what she did. Yeah. From the Post Millennial. CNN anchor. She gets $3 million a year, by the way. That's what I saw in a report. $3 million. And it's remarkable because she's just not good. Look, let's be real. I can insult the lady and stuff like that, but

She's not anchor material. Kind of crazy. She's very dry, and she needs elocution lessons. Now, me probably need elocution lessons, too, so we can take those lessons together, Caitlin. I won't enjoy it. But I'm not a primetime cable anchor host, so, you know, whatever. She boosted the legal fund for Luigi Mangione, which the funny thing now is, like,

In this, as I have shown you this page, the website is now available for you to see. Not a fan of that. I don't think the Postman needed to post it either. The question here, though, is the intent. We believe the intent of Caitlin Collins was to actually promote the information, although I certainly understand the irony and paradox of here is it now as we have criticized Caitlin Collins and she deleted it. More people are learning about it. So it is what it is. She promoted it after the backlash ensued online. The anchor promptly deleted the post from X.

Caitlin Collins, the White House correspondent for CNN, as well as the anchor for the outlet, promoted the legal defense fund for Mangione, who has been accused of assassinating this. We understand. Here's a certain saying CNN reporter Caitlin Collins promoted a fundraiser for Luigi Mangione. She has since deleted the public relations post. She wrote Luigi Mangione's legal defense team has launched a new website today with a link to the website, which I won't read, but is visible. I get it. Again, there is a difference of her telling you this and giving the website is it's promoting it.

The Defense Fund had posted a Valentine's Day message on the new website for Mangione, which said, I am overwhelmed by and grateful for everyone who has written me to share their stories and express their support. Powerfully, this support has transcended political, racial, and even class divisions, as mail has flooded MDC from across the country and around the globe. While it is impossible for me to reply to most letters, please know that I read every one that I receive. Thank you again to everyone who took the time to write.

I look forward to hearing more in the future. The message from Mangione added, it was the first public statement since the killing in November. Collins later posted on X saying, this is not true. I posted that his attorney's created a website, which is newsworthy and other outlets have also reported on. In no way did I share a fundraising link for him. You did?

New York Post picked up because you did. To be fair, I didn't share a link either, but it is visible. And I get that. I get that. The question at play is that Caitlin Collins basically just said there's a new website. Here it is. You know, like the New York Post wrote, she deleted a post after promoting the defense fund and they didn't actually link to it. The argument she's making is she was just reporting. Look, here's what it comes down to.

I would respect that from Viva Frye. OK, Steven Crowder. If like Crowder said something like on X and he said Luigi Mangione's team has actually launched a new website promoting the fundraiser and then showed it with those and then like had the website displayed. And then he came out and said, I probably shouldn't posted it. I was trying to explain that they were doing. I wasn't meaning to promote it. I'd believe him because I know that he opposed that stuff. Caitlin Collins said,

lies all the time to pursue leftist and liberal policy agenda. So when she posts it, we're like, dude, nobody believes that you were just trying to inform us that it was happening. Now, why then would she post something like this? Well, it's who she is. It's who she is. Why would CNN hire someone like her? Jim Acosta left. Jim Acosta clearly was a liar. All he did was lie. Why would they hire these people?

Could it be from ad week, week of February 3rd, cable news ratings, all three networks see across the board declines? I didn't know CNN could decline more than it already has. I mean, at a certain point, what is it? I feel bad for people like Caitlin Collins. $3 million. What if I said, you can only feel so bad. What if I went to you and said,

You, good sir, what's your dream job? And you were like, I always wanted to be an astronaut. And I said, here's what we're going to do. We're going to put you in a spaceship, do all the tests. You're not actually going to go to space. No one will ever watch you. Your name will never be known, but we'll pay you $3 million. You'd be like, I guess the money's good, but I want to be an astronaut.

You know, Caitlin Collins, she wants to be an anchor, right? But nobody watches it. At what point are you sitting there talking to your wall? Like, okay, here's what I see. You guys see my face. I'm looking at you, right? I see a camera lens, right?

I'm talking to my wall. But then I go through the metrics. I meet people in person. Caitlin Collins and CNN, like the ratings are so apocalyptically bad that I can't imagine anybody recognizes this woman. I imagine that Caitlin Collins is walking on the street in New York and like someone will go, oh, hey, it's what's your name? I saw you once and you were crossing the street going to that bodega to get coffee that one day. Oh, you're on TV. I didn't I didn't know that. She's going to be like, oh.

Someone's going to be like, excuse me, miss. And she's going to think, oh, they're finally recognizing me. It's like, you know, you dropped that. Oh, I can't imagine that lady walks around. My point is, at what point do these anchors on CNN, MSNBC with no ratings just get frustrated with talking to no one and go, why am I doing this? Here's that week.

Blah, blah, blah. Fox News did well, but did see a 4% to 6% decline. Yikes. They're going to mention that MSNBC's primetime lineup averaged 1.15 million total viewers. Wow. Wow. Wait, what's this? 118,000 in the key demo. Oh. And then they go on to say that daytime dropped. But here's where it gets really bad. Here's where it's really bad. Check this out. MSNBC dropped 3% to 7% respectively. Wow.

They lost 7% in their key demo. Fox lost 6% in their key demo. Fox averaged 258,000 viewers primetime. That's kind of crazy that we're beating them. Don't get me wrong. They get way more views on the internet, so I get it. Here's CNN. They got 508,000 primetime. Wow, they can't even get the old people. 115 in the key demo. Sustaining double digit drops of 26 and 29% respectively. Guys,

Fire. Caitlin, you know what, man? CNN, I guarantee you CNN, I can boost your ratings. CNN, I can get your ratings over a million. I can get your key demo ratings over 300, 500,000 overnight easily. I tell you what, I could do it.

First thing you got to do is you got to get rid of Caitlin Collins. Then there's the questions of who do you get? Bro, there is a whole spattering of individuals who will generate more viewership. Like easiest, Viva Frye. Imagine, I don't think Viva would want to work for CNN, but imagine if CNN said Viva will give you $3 million to do the show instead. Guaranteed his ratings would be higher than Caitlin Collins. No question. Now, look, if you came to someone like me, it's just never, never going to happen.

Probably the same is true for Viva. Shout out, Viva. But there are a handful of prominent personalities with hundreds of thousands of followers that I guarantee you do a better job of producing a show than what she does or anyone else for that matter. And their ratings are in the gutter. And that's not even just her. But they're paying her $3 million. Could you imagine how many people out there watching this right now could do a better job than her and would gladly do it for $3 million to course correct CNN? Why won't they do it?

Probably because it's CIA and then, ha ha, we got you there. We got you there. That's really it, my friends. And now the AP, they got blocked from the Oval Office. And there's a rumor going around that Trump might take Caitlin Collins' White House press credentials because she keeps interrupting him. And it's so cringe, dude. Trump was signing an executive order. And then as he's signing it, she goes, Mr. President, I'm asking a question. The question is blah, blah, blah. And everyone's just like, are you kidding? And then Trump's like, excuse me, please be quiet. We haven't asked you to talk yet. And then it's like, oh, snap.

She's trying to do what Jim Acosta does. It is cringe, okay? Just disrupt and be annoying for the sake of attention. Ugh. CNN, you deserve everything coming your way. I'll leave it there, my friends.
