Have you ever spotted McDonald's hot, crispy fries right as they're being scooped into the carton? And time just stands still. Ba-da-ba-ba-ba.

Hello, my friends. It's been pretty incredible watching how Democrats have reacted to Donald Trump's victory, the moves he's been making. And so I just want to start very simply with we've all watched their polling collapse, their narrative collapse. And there's a recurring theme in media right now that there's no explanation. None of it makes sense. But also at the same time, Democrats have no message. They don't know what they're protesting against. So they're going to go with they like fraud and abuse.

Let's put it this way. Even if they were right about Elon Musk, people don't like waste, fraud and abuse, and they've positioned themselves against the narrative. And so simply put, Trump controls the narrative. The narrative machine is broken. They don't have anything. And the perception of the American people is, as we've long known, the government is wasting all of our money.

So when Donald Trump comes out and says, we found fraud, we found waste, and they start naming these programs, what happens? Well, the American people get pissed off because they can see their grocery prices and they can see the reporting. It's true. But then Democrats come out and it's, you know, I got to be completely honest. It is a bit cringe, to be fair. Many of the protests we're seeing from Democrats, they're all really old.

And so we end up with this older generation trying to preserve a corrupt system that funnels money into garbage, fraudulent NGOs and stupid crackpot programs all around the world. So, as I said, even if they were right that Elon Musk is simply going in government to gut the regulatory agencies that come after him. Well, they've lost the narrative battle at this point.

We've seen enough to be fair. We've seen enough. I think so. You've got illegal immigration. You've got people being killed by many illegal immigrants. These stories are terrifying. And the media claimed we were lying. They said the right wing's lying. Immigrants commit less crime. Oh, we didn't say immigrants. We said illegal immigrants. That's a difference. The media said the economy is better than ever. What are you talking about? We said, dude, we can see our grocery prices. And now Donald Trump has won.

And what they call the podcast presidency. So let's let's take a look at the big picture here and we'll start to go through all because last night, just the other day, we saw Elon Musk with Donald Trump in the Oval Office, as well as little X.

That's a little little X's is what they call him. I think his name is pronounced as Elon's son, by the way. XAI. I could be wrong about that. Trying to get his name right, but I could be wrong. And a little guy was picking his nose in the Oval Office. But what are you going to do? I feel bad for the kid. He's going to be an adult someday and he's going to be like, oh, man, he's on TV for the whole world to watch as his dad was gutting the bureaucratic state. But the big picture, I think, with all of this, of course, is that the machine's broken.

The Democrats are spiraling out of control. Voters are quitting. They're they're their least popularity ever. And the only thing they can muster up is, I guess, Elon is bad. You know, I got to be honest, guys. It's one thing when they tried playing the orange man bad game. I get it. The problem now is Elon is not nearly as prominent as Trump. There's nothing to protest. He's a government employee.

So you get people like Schumer and Elizabeth Warren and Maxine Waters coming out being like, Elon is bad. And it's like, OK, well, you know, Trump could fire him, I guess. Could you imagine if like every Democrat came out and started protesting just like John Smith, the head of, you know, insert department and being like, we don't like this guy? You'd be like, well, I mean, he's not elected official. What is the public supposed to do about a government employee doing audits?

You want to protest Donald Trump that I get. You see, the problem is Trump's popular. He won the popular vote. They know it. So what they're trying to do now through their Elon derangement syndrome is target Elon. The only problem is there's no voting Elon out. To be fair, there's no voting Trump out. But you could impeach Trump, I guess. I suppose they know they wouldn't win that fight. So they're going to go after Elon. But let's just go above board. Let's go surface level. Let's go exactly what we're looking at right now.

Waste fraud and abuse is legit. It's real. One story going around is that there was like a single page document that was requesting a billion dollars that tried getting through. And the guy I remember who the guy's treasury was. He was like, wait a minute. Now we're not going to do that one. But all the rest are fine. That's what we're actually seeing being worked on.

So I have questions, I do, about where we go as a nation if the Democratic Party has become gutter garbage and they have nothing to protest. But, yo, I got some videos to show you that are going to make you laugh. Maybe cry. I don't know.

But we'll talk about the current state of the Democratic Party. People are quitting and Elon Musk is their scapegoat. Before we get started, my friends head over to cast brew dot com. Hey, we got coffee and it is good. It is good. Appalachian Nights has for a long time been everybody's favorite. It's pretty crazy when people tell me it's the best cup of coffee they've ever had. But something changed. Something changed when Ian launched his graphene dream. You know, Ian has long dreamt of graphene.

And Ian was like, I need low acidity coffee because it hurts my stomach. So we did some research. We looked at which coffees had lower acidity and we made a blend. We put it together. And here we are. And now people are saying it's fantastic. You know, some people are saying, like, I like to work out and I want to have some coffee, but it'll upset my stomach. This one doesn't. So Ian sold over a year's worth of coffee in a month. He sold, I believe, like a year and a half worth of what I mean, like a year's worth is

Our average sales over the past, Casper's been around for a couple years now, and it's absolutely insane the amount of graphene dream this man is selling. Y'all are putting Ian through college. I mean, figuratively, but you do know he needs it. But Ian's selling coffee like hotcakes. My friends also, click the link in the description below. But let's just jump into the news. Of course, my friends, Elon Musk vows to root out the highest paid corrupt D.C. bureaucrats as he stuns America alongside Trump.

Not the boldest of headlines, to be completely honest. We know what he's doing. He gave he gave a great discussion. He was asked many questions. So I want to I want to jump into how Democrats are reacting. And I want to show you the current aggregate polling for Democrats, which is miserable, but miserable. But of course, smash that like button and share the show. Take the URL to this video posted on every social media platform. It really, really does help.

and smashing the like button is always good. It always does help us out. Let's do this. We'll come back to what Elon has to say, and we'll jump back in time. A week ago, as more than 1,000 gathered outside the Treasury Department to protest Elon Musk's government influence, nobody elected Elon defend democracy. Stop hating each other because you disagree. That's a sign I find pretty funny. Stop the millionaire grift. Hey, hey, sir, Elon's a billionaire. Okay, there's a difference.

I do think I have a video pulled. Look at this photo. Isn't this not like the greatest photo ever of the end of the Democratic Party? Let's let's let's go through it. You've got Al Green with his gold supervillain cane. He's preparing to impeach Donald Trump. You've got the guy next to him sleeping. Maxine Waters looking confused and belligerent. Hey, this lady right here. I don't know she is, but she seems pretty happy. I can respect that. I got no beef.

You've got this guy who looks completely and utterly confused. Chuck Schumer trying to raise his fist angrily. It just doesn't work. Then you've got this guy. And I mean, no disrespect. I feel kind of bad, but he doesn't look like he looks like he has no idea what's going on. You know, this guy also appears to be sleeping. This guy appears to be sleeping. I'm kidding. They're probably just blinking. But it is funny and it is kind of sad.

CNN, Democrats mobilized to take on Musk after weeks of struggling to find a message. I love the admission from CNN. This encapsulates modern politics oh so well. The Democrats have literally nothing. Trump was right about the economy. Trump was right about immigration. Trump was right about the war in Ukraine. Trump was right about every maybe not literally everything, but most things Trump was right about. And that's why he won a popular mandate. That's why his approval rating right now is averaging around four or five points, the best of his political career. To be fair, the day after he got elected, he had like a plus 13 approval rating. But

Come on. Now that Trump is actually actively working, what do we see? Aggregate approval above board. Best of his career. So the Democrats have nothing. Seriously, Trump is a fairly moderate individual telling people that you want the government to stop stealing their money is a popular concept. Mass deportations has I think it's like the polls show an aggregate of 70 percent approval among the American people.

And, yeah, the economy is not in good shape. So Trump is cooking and the American people are like, let the man do his thing. Now, of course, there's still weird cultists that align with Democrats who are going to keep protesting. But this nails it. Democrats have no message. What are they even fighting for? Honest question. Man, for kids to get sex changes, I guess. I mean, they're really fighting for that.

Trump issued an executive, several executive orders, and the Democrats have a Democratic activist. Judges are blocking them. They so this is where it gets really crazy. This is the this is the implosion of Democrats and the bureaucratic state. Trump comes out. He's like, kids shouldn't get sex changes signed and sent. And a bunch of states said, no, we're going to make sure those kids do get sex changes. And it's just like, OK, well, that's not popular.

70 plus percent of people think children should not be getting sex changes. But the Democrats are. That's the hill they've chosen. Then Trump says we are going to mass deport illegal immigrant criminals. And the Democrats once again say, no, why stop? Let the criminals go. That's not popular. The American people don't like the idea of criminal murders and rapists going around and attacking the American people and they should be deported.

Oh, boy. Then RFK Jr. comes for his appointment hearing, his confirmation hearing. And he says, we've got chemicals in our food and water that's making people sick. We should stop. And the Democrats unanimously voted against him. So, oh, boy. And then, of course, you have Elon Musk going after waste, fraud and abuse with the the decree.

from the American people. We voted for Donald Trump when he said we're going to have Doge. We're going to shut this stuff down. Elon is our avatar in that regard. And the Democrats are going after him. So let's start from step one. As we know, people have been quitting the Democratic Party quite a bit. They have no message. Let's take everything they're fighting and then come to understand what it means to be a Democrat today. One, you

You lie about the economy and everybody knows. But let's let's not say that's an official position based on what they're actually fighting against. The official position of the Democratic Party today, the mandate of Democrats is bloat in government, taxpayer dollars spent on psychotic, corrupt nonprofits and garbage around the world. More war, sex changes for kids and criminal illegal immigrants murdering people. I wish I was joking.

But if Democrats are opposing all of the enforcement against these corrupt things, sounds like that is their message. So Elon Musk comes out and says, I don't think that we should be spending 40 million dollars on gender programs in Ukraine. And the Democrats are like, stop. No, we should. Actually, I got to give a shout out to Freedom Tunes. Guys, the spoon man is a genius. Seamus Coughlin of Freedom Tunes put out one of his funniest cartoons ever.

And it's Elon Musk with Doge. And they're like a USAID office. And basically, he's going through the list of all of the things they're spending money on. I'm not going to give away the ending. I will give away a little bit because I want you to watch it.

Basically, every every program they have is like a nursery rhyme. He's like, why are we spending 40 million dollars on 1000 cases of Smarties for Iraqi slumber parties? And it's a bunch of stuff like that. It's it's it's it's absolutely hilarious. And the ending is very, very good. Bravo to two Freedom Tunes.

But yeah, this is a I do have a video of the Democrats being absolutely insane. But I think it's worth repeating what the Democrats actually stand for. So before I play this clip, which is probably going to make you laugh and cry, let me just stress one more time.

The Democrats are protesting against gutting the fraud in the in the government, the theft of your taxpayer dollars. They're protesting against the law enforcement, against criminals who are raping and murdering people. Yeah. And they're protesting against Donald Trump saying we shouldn't give children sex changes. I mean, this is what the Democratic Party favors. These are the things they want. OK, I guess. Man, look.

I do have other articles pulled up where, you know, they voted in David Hogg for their vice chair of the DNC. And he's like, we're going to get more young people. And I'm like, wow, the Democrats are really done. Alex Brusewitz, who is a strategist, he works with the president with Donald Trump, said something to the effect of I can't believe we successfully trolled the DNC into actually putting David Hogg in a position of power. You know, conspiracy minded version of me. I'm pretty worried. Let me tell you.

When you have this many victories, I'm like, is this what the deep state really wants? Like the you know, we are worried about single party rule in this country. If the Democrats won, you'd get this psychotic anti American weird crackpot communist garbage in control of everything. But because of their crackpot garbage, they're

The Republicans might end up sweeping every election for a decade if the Democrats aren't adapting. They're not adapting. And this is great. We said at the election when they lost, we're like, wow, maybe now the Democrats may begin to moderate. There's got there could potentially we don't know for sure. Maybe they double down. Seems like that's what they're doing. But at the time, it's like there's a possibility that Democrats say, hey, we're going to

We've got to get rid of all this garbage. And you see people like John Fetterman in public messaging trying to play that game. But then when it actually comes down to it, he votes for far left garbage. They can't help themselves. They are addicted to whatever this is. I hope you're ready for whatever. Oh, what just happened? I hope you're ready for whatever this is. Are you on? Which side are you on? Tell me which side are you on? Which side?

I'll tell you, not that one. Oh, no. I'm sorry, everybody. I'm sorry you have to listen to this, but I'm going to keep playing it. Holy crap. Tell me.

Look at this lady down here in the bottom left. She's like rocking back and forth. She's getting into it. Okay, I'm sorry. This is two minutes long. Can we skip ahead? It's still going. Oh, man. You know, I wonder what history is going to write about all of this. I mean, I'm going to slow down a little bit. Let's get serious.

50 years from now, when the schools are playing these videos and showing kids like this is what happened in 2025, I'll be a very old man. I'll be like, I was there. And I genuinely wonder what they're going to say.

to, uh, two kids about this era where in this video, this is Tim cast news, by the way, follow us on X at Tim cast news. He wants us to bow to him, but we want him in jail. Democrats are now writing and performing songs to protest Doge Elon Musk and Donald Trump. First of all, what side are you on is a longstanding leftist, liberal, progressive, whatever protest song. And, um,

I got to be honest, it doesn't work when you are this cringe, right? The idea of the song, What Side Are You On? was supposed to be singing a song when you were behind a popular narrative. So I got to be honest, when I hear them singing, Which Side Are You On? and it's this, I'll be like, I don't know what side you are, but I'm on whatever side you're not.

OK, I'm going to be a little mean. This is a bunch of like it's a bunch of boomers. OK, I'm not blaming all boomers. I know boomers. You're listening. We love you. You made Star Trek The Next Generation the greatest thing ever. Voyager was OK. But these these people, these are your like liberal family members who can't absorb real information. And so they sit here singing. It is cringe. And what's going to happen?

So, you know, who am I, huh? This Tim Pool guy wearing a beanie and a hoodie, skateboarding like some kind of some kind of rep scallion. Well, there is something to it, I guess, in that. Look, man, I'm just going to do my thing. You know, the question is, what does it mean to be cool? You know, cool. It's funny that we use that word. It means cold and you're chill, right? You relaxed. You were confident. You weren't agitated and shaking. And that was cool, man. He's cool.

Why do young people want to be cool? It's a positive attribute. It means or what we say you got the Riz. That's what the young people say these days. But let's think about what young people are trying to do. What are they trying to accomplish? Young people want to fit in. They want to be involved. They have a fear of missing out. So I'm going to I'm going to I'm going to throw out to the Democrats. Thank you so much. Please keep doing this. Why? Because right now we have a young impressionable generation and young people are trying to figure out how to navigate this world. Succeed.

So here I am. I'm going to be 39 in one month. And I've thought about when I was younger, what motivated me and why I did the things that I did. And I thought about where I am today and how the things that I do are actually quite different.

Thirty nine. Think about that. Middle aged. It awaits. You know, a lot of people have said, no, Tim, you're not middle aged yet. You have a couple more years. And I'm like, yeah, you know, I get it. But I may I may not be at the top of the hill, but, you know, I'm getting there. Right. Come on. I'm almost 40. It's an old man. Not really. But middle aged.

When I was younger, it was adventure. It was drive. I was bouncing around the country, eventually bouncing on the world, seeking out blood and treasure, as the saying goes. Not literally, but it means it means success. It means prize. It means advancement. And these days I'm in the same place. I'm in the same place. I thought about how we motivate a younger generation to embody merits, responsibility, the drive for progress and all of these things. And what do I see?

The Democrats are not something you want to be. They lose. They don't have access to wealth, fame, money, blood and treasure, as we used to say. They just lose and they lie. So here's here's the simple form of things.

When it comes to politics, we're largely looking at a rudimentary concept of what conveys emotion, nothing too complex. For a show like this, maybe it's a bit too esoteric for the average person. And I don't mean any disrespect, but we get into the nitty gritty of things sometimes are, you know, you have to be really involved to understand what you're watching. I imagine if the average person tuned into the show, they'd look at this and be like, I don't even know the picture of. And so that's why people like Barstool Sports, for instance, I'm a big fan, actually.

Dave's Pizza Reviews, the simplest form of content. It's really good. He's a funny guy. It's entertaining. And I love watching pizza. Man, you really get at the raw human emotion with that stuff. So I digress. For a young person who's 15 years old, they don't care about politics. Some do, but very few. As they're getting older and starting to take on responsibility and they have to pay their own bills and they're wondering why health insurance is so high, why eggs are too expensive and why they're struggling to live and be an adult.

You have in the earliest form a young person looking at what is simple. Are they cool? What does that mean? Do people look up to them? Do they succeed? Do you want to replicate what they're doing? When young people look at what Democrats are today, I don't believe there is going to be a 15 year old who sees this photo and thinks one day I want to be Chuck Schumer. But then I throw it to Elon Musk, who's standing there with the dark MAGA hat on.

dressed down a little bit, not like bad, but he's not wearing a suit or anything. He's the richest guy in the world. He goes to he's planning to go to Mars. He builds spaceships. He catches spaceships. And I'm like, you know, Elon Musk, I would not describe necessarily as the coolest guy in the room. But let's be real. If we were going to do a cool factor, meaning like, do you inspire confidence? Do people look up to you? Elon's up there.

We wouldn't put him in the cool category of celebrity rock star or anything like that. But there's a lot of young people.

guarantee it. They look at Elon and they think, man, I wish I could do something like maybe I wouldn't act so weird and jump up and down like him. But imagine being the richest guy in the world standing next to the billionaire president. You have just successfully caught literally as a rocket ship 30 stories tall was coming. You caught it. And people are crying at technological marvel. Elon Musk does inspire confidence.

So I think it's fair to say the understanding of cool, which is more charismatic. Are you a charismatic leader marching in front of everybody? You know, Elon, I'm not trying to be mean, Elon, but you're you're you're left wanting in some in some of those departments. But in terms of capability, success and advancement, he's got it in spades against the Democrats.

So I'm happy to see the Democrats are doing this. Please, please keep doing it because a younger generation is going to look at what the Democratic Party is and what they represent. And they're going to be like cringe. That's the simplest way to put it. The Democratic Party is cringe. And Elon and Trump are based. Based does not mean you are the coolest guy wearing like a studded leather jacket riding a motorcycle. No, it just means that you are basically doing good and it's accepted and cringe is you know what cringe means. Like we're embarrassed for you. But I don't want to leave it there.

Let me let me show you where Jimmy Kimmel is. Ah, Jimmy Kimmel. This one's only 20 seconds long. Let me ask you, I want you guys, you can comment this one. Jimmy Kimmel has complained about basically everything that Trump has ever done. This is supposed to be the entertaining, successful element the Democrats have. And, you know, Jimmy Kimmel is not supposed to be a Democrat, but he is. Late night TV hosts are supposed to just poke fun at the system, but they don't. Jimmy Kimmel is basically he's just a Democrat activist. OK, so.

So, when we look at Chuck Schumer and his other Democrats rocking back and forth singing, which side are you on? And we're all like, yay. I don't want to be whatever that is. Some young people might be like, one day I hope to be a comedian, famous, and on TV. I'm sorry, though. Although I think it's fair to say Jimmy Kimmel's got substantially more charisma than Chuck Schumer, it's still going to leave us wanting. Why?

The other problem here is when you have no message, the only thing you can protest against is success. And Trump is successful and popular. So I'm going to ask you now, what do you think Jimmy Kimmel is about to complain about? I gave you a hint already, but comment. What do you think Jimmy Kimmel is going to complain about?

If you would have guessed that Trump is doing well and working hard, you'd be right. No joke. Jimmy Kimmel did a monologue where he basically said Trump is working 24 seven. I mean, can you imagine? Seriously? Jimmy Kimmel is telling a generation. Well, he's not talking to that many people. His ratings are in the gutter, but he's basically telling his audience. Ha ha ha ha. Trump is so dumb. He works. Wow. Here's the clip.

It was a busy day for Donald Trump today. He was on TV from morning until night. He is, it's like the Jerry Lewis telethon with this guy. All day, reporters in there taking, he's taking questions, have meetings, he's tackling all the most important stuff. He did the same thing yesterday, all day. He canceled the penny, he changed the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America, and he finally got tough on paper straws. It was a busy day for Donald. Heavens me.

Imagine coming out and being like, could you imagine this guy giving press conferences every day, letting the press know what's going on, signing executive orders, doing what he promised he would do to the point where the American people, when polled, say Trump is keeping his promises and his approval rating is through the roof. I mean, what a loser. Jimmy, Jimmy, it's so hard. I feel bad for this guy. Yeah, back to the wrong horse. You know who else backed the wrong horse is Taylor Swift.

Oh, yeah. I'm really excited to get into Taylor Swift's story. We tried to when Milo is here. But I think, you know, we had Milo on TimCast IRO. The full episode is up on Rumble, of course. And Milo's very funny.

So when we were filming the Green Room show, which the previous Green Room episodes are on TimCast.com, all the new stuff is going to be on Rumble Premium. And we're going to try and move over as many as we can as quickly as we can. It's a lot of work to move and re-upload everything. But when Milo was here, I was like, I told my crew, start filming right away.

Because Milo is absolutely a hilarious guy. He's very funny. He's he's he's witty. He's got great jokes. But the thing about Milo on a talk show is that Milo has a lot of ideas to express. And and I mean, it's all with all due respect to Milo. It doesn't convey itself well in a topical news program as much as it would in a genuine conversation with Milo. So we wanted to talk about the Democrat response to Taylor Swift getting booed. And I don't think we got all of it out there. So I'm going to pull this up.

Because she backed the wrong horse. Before we do, though, I have the civics polling for the Democratic Party. I love civics. They're a great polling agency because they they basically have the polls going on forever. So the Democratic Party ratings with five hundred and seventeen thousand seven hundred and forty five responses goes back to January of 2015. It's great stuff. Great stuff. The Democrats at the start of this were 41 percent favorable. You know, we get it. Even people who like.

Vote Democrat might necessarily like them. And then you can see these milestones in these dates, notably Biden exits presidential race. When Biden left, approval for the Democratic Party went up and there was this little grace period until Election Day. Well, not Election Day. Sorry. It's what do we have here? The DNC, when the Democrats unilaterally chose Kamala Harris, their approval rating tanked.

Right now, it is almost at the lowest point it has ever been in civics aggregate. Now, when you look at the hard polling with the actual hard polls that came out recently, they have the worst polling they have ever had at 31 percent. And you know what? The Democrats said, I got an idea. Let's bring David Hogg on because he's popular.

From Politico, why some centrist Dems fear David Hogg could do more harm than good. I've been having a good time these past couple of weeks, my friends. I tweeted out that Donald Trump's first month was the best month of my life. And it was it had only been a week and a half. And so I got I got a variety of responses. Some people were like, Tim, it's been a week and a half. Calm down.

My favorite was when someone was like, what has Trump even done to make this the best month of your life? And my response was, I got I got married. I didn't say Trump did anything. Trump's first month was my best month. Everything's coming up Milhouse. Come on.

No, but in all seriousness, Trump has been taking decisive action on immigration. I absolutely respect it. People of Chicago, New York, L.A., Martha's Vineyard have been deeply upset over Joe Biden opening the floodgates and telling illegal immigrants to surge the border, allowing migrant caravans in and then CBP helping facilitate that. Trump's turned that around instantly. Pete Hegseth. I am so excited for this guy. Look.

I didn't know too much about him. I'd watched him on Fox and Friends periodically. Seems like a good dude. Don't know a lot about him. I don't immediately just come out and accuse people of being evil right away. I won't do that for a Democrat, although I don't trust the Democratic Party. So when he was chosen, I said, the one thing I can tell you, it's really simple. First, I trust Donald Trump to pick somebody who's going to be loyal and

I trust Trump to pick somebody who's going to oppose the wokeness. And Hegseth has done just that. He's a real boots on the ground guy. And you know what they hate about Hegseth is that he wasn't one of these military industrial complex shills. He was an actual vet who worked with with nonprofits to help veterans. And I love this. This video came out the other day where he was in. Where was he? Where was he? I don't know. He was doing PT with actual troops. I love it. But the best thing is.

With Elon Musk's doge and Pete Hegseth as sect F, he said, we welcome Elon Musk to come and audit the Pentagon. And you would not get that with his other military industrial complex stooges. So I'm excited for the people Trump has chosen. So this past these past three weeks in all seriousness.

They're trying to block Tulsi. They're trying to block Kash Patel and RFK Jr. I'm done with these games. Not much I can do but complain on the Internet. But seriously, they delayed Tulsi Gabbard's vote because it snowed a little bit. Yeah, yeah, yeah. OK, come on. So I believe we're live right now. But in a half an hour, they're supposed to vote on Tulsi Gabbard. They better the Republicans better bring in Tulsi Gabbard.

She is fantastic. I've been a fan the whole time. She called out Hillary Clinton, supported Bernie. I was right there with her because I was I was for Bernie at the time. Bernie betrayed all of us. And where did Tulsi Gabbard end up? Though I disagree with her endorsement of Biden, she really tried to help the Democratic Party and keep them from going nuts. But they went nuts anyway.

I donated to her campaign the maximum because she's the last sane Democrat at the time, I guess. Not only was she she was in the National Guard, I believe she was a major at the time. I'm not sure what her rank is was, but I'm like, I respect it. I disagree with her on some issues, but this is the moderate, sane Democrat personality who's that we need. Now she's going to be director of national intelligence, and I am all here for it. And of course, the machine state, the Democrats are opposing her. So.

So let's look at what we've got with Donald Trump or FK Jr. Make America healthy again. I am. He's my guy.

You know, look, I wasn't going to vote for him for president, though I largely agree with him on so much. I don't like the weird woke stuff he tried playing early on. He's a Democrat. I love I love protecting the environment. I really, really do. I love the outdoors. I think we must be good stewards of the earth. I don't think Democrats are. I think they're lying. I actually think when Republicans say drill, baby, drill, they're better stewards of the earth than the Democrats really are. So I respect RFK Jr. on the Maha stuff.

Probably one of the most important issues to me is the health issue, the garbage in our foods, the chemicals, the dyes, the sugar, all of the nasty garbage. I am I am sick to my stomach seeing these stories about people who take drugs to try to lose weight. They're blocking him.

They're Kash Patel. Did Kash Patel say abolish the FBI? No. He said, let's get the FBI to go solve crimes and to do their job as law enforcement, as cops or cops go solve crimes. You've got a lot of anarchist libertarian types who are saying abolish the FBI outright. Kash is moderate. He's saying have them do the work they're supposed to be doing. I respect that. He's been absolutely fantastic. Plus, his confirmation hearing was was masterful. That dude, he knows how to do his job.

So I'm looking at everything Trump is bringing to the table, and it is absolutely fantastic. So in all seriousness, let me say it like this. The first three weeks of the Trump administration have been the best that has been the best I have ever seen any president do in my lifetime. He has exceeded my expectations. I thought he was going to be marginally good because of what he did in his first term with Bolton and Pompeo and things like that. Trump came in this time around and said,

The times they are a changing and we are getting excellent, excellent presidential action. Don't get me wrong. These judges are trying to block him, but I don't blame Trump for what the deep state is going to try to resist. I respect the moves he's making. And I'm a big fan of Elon Musk. I must say this, my friends. Elon Musk is a guy who must be real, is worthy of deep criticism. Elon, I hope you hear it. There's a lot of things to criticize you for.

But I'll tell you this. No one is doing more important work than Elon Musk. And I don't care if Democrats are going to try and claim like, oh, you're sucking on his boots, man. You're a loser. You're licking his feet, blah, blah, blah. Let me just tell you, Mars colonization.

Deeply important, some of the most important work being done for this planet and for human civilization is reusable rockets and human space exploration, asteroid mining, Mars and moon colonization, moon bases. What's the Artemis project? These are the things that they're going to do. Two things. Make sure humanity can't go extinct in the event of a catastrophe on Earth. OK, making us multi planetary in any way means we are extinction proof.

Not literally, but you get my point. It makes our species resilient. I respect it. But here's the reality. The research being done by Elon Musk because he wants to go to Mars is going to create a net benefit in every other technological field. Technologies are being developed, which will be used in other places. A lot of people may not know this, but the original space race, the Apollo missions, required the development of technologies that ultimately benefited us across the board. They

They had to create and develop tons of things. I'm not going to get specific, but I think a lot of different plastic variations that we use, though I'm not a fan of it. It's used in food. Plastics really did revolutionize things to a great degree. Go to an antique store. Everything was metal or glass.

With plastics, I do take issue with how all of our food is in plastic. It leaches in and it causes us problems. But we've been able to develop lightweight, cheap and effective translucent materials and hard materials for various use, making products cheaper and more easily attained and shared and develop new technologies. Plastics have been absolutely wonderful to a certain degree.

Elon Musk, I believe, as a single individual, is doing more important work than basically anybody else. That's not to say there's not important work being done by anybody else. But you combine the scientific efforts with the gutting of the waste, fraud and abuse in our government. And I am deeply inspired. And I think Elon's doing great.

Does that mean he's perfect? No, there are people who are censored on X who probably shouldn't be. But I understand the guy's trying to navigate the realities of the real world. And I wish it were so simple. It's not really. But I respect the work that he's doing. I digress. Let me just say, simply put, Trump as the leader of this movement is the best president of my lifetime. And he was already when I interviewed him, I explained this. I was like the foreign policy stuff you were doing.

Now I'm looking at the first three weeks in and I have never been more optimistic, more hopeful, not just at the efforts of Donald Trump, but at the failures of the Democratic Party that I have to wonder if it's on purpose. Political reporting that centrist Dems fear David Hogg could do more harm than good. He already did. Listen, I beg, I beg for a moderate Democrat party that is sane and honest. It doesn't exist. And I don't know when it will exist. And I certainly ain't going to fight for it.

You lost RFK Jr. You lost Tulsi Gabbard. Good luck. You think David Hogg's going to bring you back to life? That dude is going to burn the DNC down. In fact, it's so insane. I have to wonder if David Hogg is secretly Republican. They say the fallout is quickly becoming a headache for Democrats. Oh, boy.

David, David Hogg became the latest foil for Republicans when the young activist with a flair for far left rhetoric was elected vice chair of the DNC. The fallout is quickly becoming a headache for Democrats. Long a backwater in party politics, the vice chair, an office that typically comes with little public attention, has become the focus of a barrage of stinging headlines from the out from the right in recent days over Hogg's previous calls for abolishing ICE and defunding police. I'm here for it, baby. Thank you, David.

I appreciate it. You know, I'm just going to I'm going to it's time I told you the truth. David Hogg is one is one of ours. He's he's been a Republican the whole time and he's infiltrated the Democrats to destroy their public image. I'm kidding. But you could believe it, right? The dude is so miserable, miserably bad for Democrats and any sane person would know that. So you have to wonder if this was not just intentionally done, as it were.

They're going to say the most worrying. Here's a quote. The most worrying thing is if he carries into this new job, his belief that saying what he is saying, but louder is the way to prevail in red states, said Matt Bennett, co-founder of the center left group Third Way, because it isn't. If he believes that it is, that's going to be a real problem for our candidates in those places. I like the idea of Democratic Party reform, so I'd like to give a shout out to groups like Third Way or whatever.

Although I think there's some like there's some overlap, like the third way has been someone said something before. I could be totally wrong that it was another euphemism for fascistic, like authoritarian, nationalistic policy. Anyway, I digress. I think what they're trying to say is that you can be a moderate liberal type without being a stupid Democrat. I just don't think you're going to salvage this, guys. I just don't think so.

You need to be targeting people like me, people that desperately want a sane, rational Democrat party. Because look, Charlie Kirk's Republican through and through is always going to be. I stand alongside him. I sit with him at TPUSA and we interview him and praise the work that he's doing because the Democrats are insane. Imagine if I could sit down with Charlie Kirk and say, well, you know, we have a Democrat who doesn't want mass abortion for literally any reason at any point in birth. We have Democrats who don't believe in open borders.

Imagine if I could sit down with him and talk about that stuff. The reality is we don't have that. We have Republicans who are moderate and Republicans who are staunch conservatives, and we have Democrats who have lost the plot. That's where we are. But I can't I cannot I cannot ignore this story. And we've got about 10 minutes before we go to your chats and read some comments from you guys. So get your chats in now. Smash the like button, of course. Check out our Green Room show. I'm just going to pause real quick. The Green Room show is so amazing. I'm super excited for it.

because it's much sillier and much more raw and real conversations. We've had some great conversations, some disgusting ones with Milo. But check out the story from Glamour. Why Taylor Swift getting booed at the Super Bowl was even more chilling than you think. Oh, my. They can't learn, can they? They can't learn, can they? Do you think there's a 17-year-old man right now? I know, OK, I'm not going to call a 17-year-old a boy, right? They're on the cusp of the age of majority where they will be voting.

And so I expect each and every one of these young men become young men, 17. OK, they are going to be voting in the midterms. They will be voting in the next election. They are entering the age of majority where work and politics are starting to play an outsized role in their lives. And they're going to look at this and they're going to be like, you people are weird losers. Taylor Swift got booed. Grow up chilling. Oh, wait till you read this.

Since Donald Trump took us from glamour, since Donald Trump took office, there have been several times I felt chilled by the rapid increase in misogyny seeping in our culture. But watching Taylor Swift at Super Bowl 59 getting booed by a crowd of thousands on Sunday night was a new low.

It was just a football game, people might say, or Swift, who is famously dating Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelsey, got heckled by some rowdy Eagles fans excited to be at the biggest sporting event of the year. So don't take it so seriously. But I was there at the game when Swift's face appeared on the jumbotron and almost instant and distinctly male dissent erupted around me. Swift, of course, was there to support her boyfriend and was far from the only celebrity in attendance.

In fact, the screen showed a new famous person, McCartney and Hathaway Lady Gaga, nearly every time there was a break in a play when virtually no response from the crowd. Swift was different. As soon as she appeared on screen, the crowd seemed to delight in jeering and heckling her, and the mood shift was palpable. I watched in real time as Swift, alongside her friend Ice Spice, took in the response, her brow furrowing in confusion and then apparent discomfort.

Looking at the camera, she distinctly said, what is going on? And girl, same, because we were all wondering what the hell was happening. I can tell you. She said Kamala Harris was calm and better than Trump. She made a heavy endorsement and many others knew they weren't getting involved in that. But hey, you backed the wrong horse. Everybody's mad at you about it. Glamour wants to call it misogyny. Ain't nobody was booing Anne Hathaway or Ice Spice. They were booing you, Taylor Swift. But wait, there's more from The New York Post.

Travis Kelsey's reaction to Taylor Swift getting booed at Super Bowl 2025 revealed. Let me just play this. I know many of you have probably seen it, but it bears repeating. Look at her eyes. It looks like she said, what is going on? They're booing you. They don't like you. They don't like you, Taylor Swift, for a variety of reasons. One is they don't like that she's become a centerpiece of football simply because she's dating a guy in the Chiefs who got obliterated in the Super Bowl, mind you. Take a look at this.

Travis Kelsey reportedly felt, quote, helpless after his girlfriend Taylor Swift was pelted with booze during the Super Bowl 2025 matchup between Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles. On Sunday, the 14-time Grammy winner and 35 years old appeared in the Jumbotron and was booed. Quote, Travis was aware of Taylor getting booed and he felt helpless seeing the look on her face got to him. Ha ha ha.

He always protects her and it broke his heart. He was already having a tough night. And the fact the stadium was predominantly Eagles fans didn't help. Travis knows that this hurt her and anyone can see this. The insider claimed that many Eagles fans feel that the Fortnite singer is a traitor of sorts, given that she's from Pennsylvania and a former Birds fan. A lot of people pointed that out. They said the booing was from Eagles fans because they feel like she betrayed them.

Yeah, OK, sure. Whatever, dude. Probably, probably. I don't want to dismiss you guys, but I think a lot of it has to do with she represents Kamala Harris. That's who she chose. That is the horse that she has backed and she's going to get booed because of it. And that's ultimately where we end up. The chilling booing of Taylor Swift. My friends, there is still so much ahead of us.

Can you believe it's only been what are we going on? Two and a half weeks, three weeks, three weeks. We're nearing Trump's one month anniversary. The first hundred days, they say, will be tremendous. And it's been amazing. Trump got a falsely imprisoned guy from Russia returned just the other day. He's negotiating more peace. The conversation conversation yesterday we had is this. And let's break it all down.

In this world, we have enemies. China certainly wants to see us crushed. They want to exert influence. They wanted to take the Panama Canal. Trump is reversing these things. The war in Ukraine threatens to destabilize the planet. Our guest the other night was saying that Russia, we're trying to prevent Russia from making a move on NATO allies. The only he's like, we don't want them up against the border of NATO. And I'm like, NATO put us up against the border with Russia.

Estonia, Latvia, and, uh, is it, is it, is it Lithuania? Let me, uh, it's been a while since I, I went deep into the borders of Eastern Europe. Forgive me for not being a master of geography, but it is, uh, Estonia and Latvia, right? Okay. Uh, Lithuania is also on the border with Russia through, uh, Kaliningrad. And, uh, actually let me do this. Let me pull up the Ukraine battle map. It's a really great map that shows you exactly what's going on. And, and, uh,

We'll pull this up and take a look at the the dimension of war, what Trump is doing and where we're currently at. So here we can see the blue is where Ukraine is staging an offensive and the red is what Russia has captured. So I don't want to get too much into the nitty gritty of Ukraine conflict. But here's Estonia. Here's Latvia, Lithuania. You can see Russia is right here. Did you know that that north of Poland and southwest of Lithuania was Kaliningrad, a Russian oblast? Crazy, right?

It's a piece of Russia that has never broken away. The arguments from Mark, and with all due respect, he was a nice guy. I'm not trying to rag on the guy, was that if we don't go to war in Ukraine, support the Ukrainians, Russia would be up against our borders. Estonia and Latvia are NATO countries. And we did that. So we're already on Russia's border. Now, I think we're bringing in Sweden. We brought in Sweden and Finland. I don't know. It's been a while since we tracked this stuff. I do not believe Russia is going to take Ukraine and then invade Poland.

That seems silly. In fact, our involvement in the Ukrainian conflict and our pressure on the Ukrainian government to get them to join NATO and the EU exacerbated the conflict with Russia because Russia has a warm water port in Crimea, which is where their Black Sea fleet is located in Sevastopol.

So when the U.S. and NATO started making these moves in Ukraine, Russia said, you want to play ball? We'll play ball. I don't think Putin's a good guy. I think he's a bad guy. And I think for the most part, he's responsible for starting this hot conflict. That being said, we should not be involved in the hot conflict. It's going to put us on the brink of World War Three. We're on the brink of World War Three. I look at Donald Trump.

negotiating peace and trying to bring an end to this war. Pete Hegseth recently said that a return to Ukraine's original border is very unlikely. I predicted this. Not that I'm a smart guy, Ernie. I'm not saying that. I'm saying when I look at that battle map, I can see what any average person can see.

And that is Russia has taken the land bridge to Crimea and they will not tolerate a Western power that takes Sevastopol from them. Certainly they can start building other ports on their in their access to the Black Sea. But Crimea has long been their base of operations. They've got materials there. They've got data, information, intel, infrastructure, et cetera. They walking away from that.

What is likely going to happen in negotiated peace settlement to end the war with Ukraine and Russia? I believe that Russia is going to take the land bridge. They're going to take the territories they control militarily. That's Zaporizhia. That's Kursan. It's Mariupol, Luhansk, Donetsk. They're not giving that up.

That's going to stay. I don't see that breaking because this is their direct land access to Crimea and the Black Sea. Previously, they had access to Crimea only through Kerch, the Kerch Strait, and this one physical bridge that had been bombed and is an active conflict. That is a critical weakness Russia is not going to tolerate. I don't think they should have the territory. I don't think they're right for invading. None of that is the case. But if there's going to be a peace settlement, that's likely what's going to happen.

I digress because I don't want to get off on a tangent about Ukraine war. What I want to say is Donald Trump is negotiating these peace agreements and he is likely going to create economic stability in the United States. He's going to create economic strength in the United States. The tariffs that he is bringing out with steel. Let me let me tell you how the Democrats lie because they do even even Mark the other day. And again, he's a nice guy. He's a good guy. He came on and I'm only calling out these things that I think he was wrong on. He was right on a lot of things. I'm not trying to be mean.

But he said the concern with tariffs is that it's going to the price will just transfer to the American people. And that is a lie. Not from him. I think he's just believing he's incorrect. But the Democrats in the corporate press, they are lying to you about how tariffs work. Donald Trump wants tariffs. OK, let me make it very simple. He says 25 percent on steel coming into the United States. And the Democrats say that's just a tax on the American people because the steel manufacturers are going to raise their prices. OK, they're lying.

If a steel man, let's let's let's let's let's erase steel and let's go with widget, a fictional object used in economic arguments. Let's say that Canada makes widgets and sells them for a dollar apiece to the United States. Trump says we're going to put a 25 percent tariff. The Democrats argue. So all they're going to do is they're going to charge a dollar twenty five for their widget. Now, here's the problem. You can buy American made widgets. They cost a dollar ten.

So the Canadian cheaper ones, which were competitive in the market, that's why we have them made in Canada or Mexico is because cheaper labor or whatever. So let's say let's say Canada is selling widgets for a dollar in America. They're a dollar ten because American labor costs more. Trump says we're putting a tariff on the Canadian widget. Canada says in order to make the margins make sense, we're going to have to increase the cost per widget by 25 percent to cover the tariff. If they do that, they become noncompetitive, uncompetitive.

Americans will then say, I ain't spending a dollar twenty five on a widget. I'll buy the American made one, which is exactly the point. The market dictates now only in the scenario where we do not manufacture things. Will that tariff transfer to the American people? But the pressure will create a market incentive. This is protectionism. If China is making steel and shipping it to the US and it's and they're charging 25 percent above the

One single venture capitalist goes, guys, with that tariff in place, we now can launch American steel. It's going to be 7% cheaper than the Chinese made steel due to the tariffs, creating an economic advantage for American made steel. Let's open a factory.

They go to Trump and they say, give us a guarantee that at least for these four years, those tariffs will stand and we will we will build steel steel mills and factories and produce it here in America. We'll do it in Michigan where we can hire at a lower rate because the economy is not so good, making us competitive with foreign made steel. We can sell it a premium to the American people funding the creation of American jobs. That's the game plan. In reality, when they were threatening sanctions on Colombia,

Casper.com. We sell Colombian coffee. I have no fears, none whatsoever. In the event they come to us, the Colombian is going to cost a little bit more money. I am not going to be able to come out and say we're going to sell our Colombian at a 25 percent markup because we wouldn't be competing. There are already other coffee companies that suffer way more than us and way less.

We try to deliver a quality product that we have tested ourselves, blended ourselves with Casper Coffee. I'm a big coffee guy. I love coffee. My family owned a coffee shop. We're opening coffee shops. Not that it's the hardest product in the world, but I was like, we want to be a premium organic, mostly, coffee company with well-designed product. We make sure our bags are more expensive. And this means the product will be a little bit more expensive. But I know this.

If they put us in a position where we can't afford it and we can't sell the product, that price isn't transferring to you. You'll just buy coffee from somebody else. There's so much coffee to buy. Plus, there's Kona American in Hawaii. So, my friends, when they tell you that Trump is going to raise your taxes, they're lying. When they say that Elon is out for himself, they're lying. To be fair, when they say that Elon is largely targeting regulatory agencies that targeted him,

Think about that means for a second. When Elon said we want free speech and then Biden sent the federal government after his companies to target him. It's not fair to say he's going after the regulators. It's fair to say that he's saying this was an abuse of government power against someone was operating legally. Look at Delaware, for instance. I am a Tesla shareholder. I voted for Elon Musk to get his pay package. I am personally offended that some judge in Delaware said my vote doesn't count. How dare you?

That is not the way this country is supposed to operate. Elon Musk started Tesla. Well, he bought Tesla originally and then built it into what it is today. He has made it extremely valuable. I don't have that much stock in the company, but I bought some because I spread it around and I've seen returns that I'm happy with. I own three Teslas. Yeah, I know. Well,

You know, as it is, I got cars. I believe in the work that Elon Musk is doing because he wants to help the environment. He wants space travel. He wants technology. He plays video games. He believes in free speech to an extent. None of us are absolutists. And I ultimately think that he's a good dude. That's it. He

Humans are imperfect. Elon Musk is going to do things you criticize him for. But I respect the work that he's doing. I think it's important. And I am so pissed that this judge said he can't get paid for the company that he built. I'm offended by that. And you know what? Democrats, they're fleeing these corporations. They're fleeing good riddance. This is not the way it's supposed to operate. I am sick of these scumbag Democrats and their activist judges burning this country to the ground.

Elon Musk is the richest guy in the world. I don't care. I'm not jealous. It's the craziest thing. I can't imagine what it must be like in the head of a liberal podcaster who's upset they don't get more views than Joe Rogan. To be fair, we've heard him complain about it. You know, my mentality has always been, uh,

Got a big show, I guess. Have built it up over time. Never been the biggest. We have one of the biggest live streams on YouTube, a couple of them. I'm even in the stream right now with YouTube. We've got 30,000 live. And with Rumble, we have 8,000. It's a big stream. It's a big morning show.

I don't look at Dan Bongino, who gets 170,000 and get angry and bang on the table like, why does Dan have more? I go, wow, Dan's really good at this. He's way better than me. I can only be better than myself every day. I can't tomorrow be better than Dan Bongino or Charlie Kirk or Joe Rogan.

They're they're they're big dogs, man. They do great work. I deeply respect it. When I and I think you guys agree with this. When I look to prominent personalities, successful individuals, I don't think it's I'm so angry that they're so successful. Why aren't I successful? I think, man, what are they getting right that I'm getting wrong? And how can I be better than I am tomorrow? How can I be better than I am tomorrow than I was today?

But I tell you this, these Democrats, not all of them. It didn't used to be, but largely these liberal people, they look at Elon Musk and they bang the table and they say, he's an idiot. He's a moron. It's not fair. I should be rich. And I'm just like, the way I view the world is we are navigating this algorithm, this maze, these calculations, and we are trying to be better every day than we were yesterday.

Elon Musk figured it out in spades. I want to find that same route in my industry. I would love it. Actually, I got to be completely honest. I would not love it if we had the biggest show in the world. Don't tell it to an investor. But I genuinely fear like, you know, Joe got so famous, the dude would give an opinion and it was headline news. And yeah, money is great, but there are risks that come with that responsibilities. But largely my fear is once you're at the top, there's nowhere left to go.

I enjoy the day to day grind. I enjoy every day trying to be better than I was yesterday. That's what makes life worth living. And so the reality is we strive to be the best. But ultimately, my point is this. There's different ways to view the world. And ask yourself this question. Are you someone who looks at who you are today, looks up to other people, finding their success and thinking to yourself, how can I be better? How can I be as good as they are? I look to, you know, with Dan Bongino.

Him getting these massive numbers, 170, 190,000 live viewers. And I can see the comments. It's legit. You can see this. This chat is impossible to follow. And I'm like, I got to figure out how I can be better so I can I can be more like like him.

And that means maybe it's just that he's got a more broadly appealing opinion. I can never do that. I'm going to tell you exactly what I think. And if it differs from these other big streamers, that's the way it's going to be. I look at Joe Rogan. I'm not going to be Joe Rogan, but I am going to try and figure out how to run my business better than I did yesterday and how to build something meaningful and substantive for all of you so that we provide a service to the community.

Are you that kind of person or are you the kind of person who gets angry and bangs the table saying it's not fair? Dan shouldn't get these viewers. It's not fair. Dave Rubin shouldn't be getting these views. Are you jealous or are you inspired? Let's grab some super chats because I only have like two minutes left. I'm going to be hopping on with Steven Crowder. I don't know if I'm supposed to say that, but I'm going to be hanging out a second. So I do have to wrap up. I'll just try and grab a couple of these super chats and some rumble rants.

Restless Medic says the only people have a problem with audits are those who have something to hide. The judges that are blocking this have proved they're not unbiased and should be removed. Then the demons have nowhere nowhere to seek cover from. Yeah, I really I really don't think there's a legitimate cause as to why they're trying to stop the audits. Let's be real.

All right, let's go. You know, I see someone in the chat said, Tim's super political. That's why it's harder. No, that's totally true. This is my passion. I've looked at the videos that I've done and I'm like, you know, if I did a video game show, if I commented on culture, probably would be bigger, more mass appeal. If we did one bite pizza reviews, dude, I got to mess. I love those pizza review videos. I know you do too. That's why it's so popular. But yeah, we get way more views. And that's why, and skateboarding is not the most popular. Skateboarding is not popular at all.

So, you know, we're getting there. We want to have our form of like easy content for the average person.

But this show is who I am. It's the things that I care about deeply. It's politics. It's it's it's cultural stuff. And so that's the reality. But in terms of the political space, we have one of the biggest shows. That's that's something to be proud of. I want to be better. I know you guys do, too. I'm inspired by by the actions and the success of others. Not jealous of it. Well, no, no, no. To be fair, I'm a little jealous. Absolutely. But not in the way where I resent the people who are successful. The the the envy isn't always bad. Greed isn't always bad.

We look at these things and we say they're deadly sins. But I put it this way. Greed is bad when it's driving you. Greed and envy are bad when they drive you to destructive ends. But if you feel within your heart, you see someone successful and you feel I wish I had what they had. And your reaction is I will work harder than I've ever worked and I will succeed. Right way to do it. The envy of Democrats is I will destroy them. They shouldn't have that. That's evil.

Greed, the desire and drive to have more that this drive isn't always bad. Greed represents the evil element of you take from others. You are destructive to those ends. But the desire to every day be better and build and create that drive is good. There's a dark side and a good side to everything. Let me make sure I grab at least one of these rumble rants. If you're watching on Rumble Premium and let's see what we got.

CC Thumb says, Tim, congratulations on all of your family news. Also on the Rumble news. By the way, I was a legacy Timcast member. I was able to change over to Rumble Premium in three minutes. Props to you. Dude, Rumble, you guys rock. It's been absolutely fantastic. Timcast members, legacy members, if you log into Rumble using the same email address, you're instantly premium for free so long as you're a member of Timcast.com.

Rumble's doing great stuff. I'm really excited for this. Timcast IRL yesterday has overnight...

I believe around like 40% more views than we normally get by multi-streaming. And we picked at 72,000 concurrent viewers. A lot of really great, important stuff is coming. We are super excited. And you guys are helping make that possible. We are going to work every day to make this company, the members content, the Rumble premium content we're delivering to you better, bigger, epic. And with Casper franchising and play,

I'm hoping that one day when I die, I will leave behind something that shows that that will inspire the next generations to be honest, to believe in hard work, not to be envious to destructive ends, but to be inspired to do better than you did yesterday. I know you guys all agree with these with these these these ideas, meritocracy, success and hard work.

When you are successful, you will stand alongside the giants you once envied, not as adversaries, but as champions. So I'll say it once more. When I look to these bigger podcasters and streamers and I can feel in my heart, I wish I was as successful as they are. I'm inspired to work harder. I'm not hoping they fail. I'm like, man, I got to figure out how to do that, too. I know I can be better every day.

You know, maybe it's because I watched Dragon Ball Z as a kid. No matter what happens, Goku's always getting stronger, just stronger and stronger and stronger and skateboarding. But I know that you guys can be better than you were yesterday. And I hope that is a is a component of the story we leave behind. Maybe in 100 years, maybe in 50 years, there will be 1000 cast brew coffee locations all across the country and the world. And the ethos of this business will be to work hard every day to build a better future for those who come after us.

I'm going to wrap it up, my friends. Thank you all so much for hanging out. We're going to have more segments coming up. Go check out up a checkup on Steven Crowder because I'll be joining him in a moment.

Thank you all so much for hanging out and we will see you all in the next segments.

One of the things that Trump has heavily focused on, of course, is Elon Musk's doge ripping out fraud, waste and abuse. Or is it waste, fraud and abuse? Whatever. You get the point. Democrats are actively fighting against Elon Musk as he tries to gut the waste, fraud and abuse. I heard one story. I don't know how true it is. But apparently someone set like a single page in like one piece of paper invoicing for a billion dollars.

And this was actually discovered. And they said, what is this? What's going on? But nothing was ever done about it. Elon Musk said early on that he discovered the Treasury Department was basically rubber stamping any and all invoices, zero oversight, zero accountability. And he's also pointed out that retirements are processed in a mine, like literally in a mountain shaft on paper. So let me just pause during the election.

When we kept saying the economy is not good, famously, Don Lemon of CNN, formerly of CNN, goes to Atlantic City and he interviews people on the boardwalk and he says, who are you voting for? One guy goes, I'm voting for Trump. He goes, why are you voting for Trump? The guy says the economy. And then Don Lemon says the economy is actually really good. And the guy laughs like, oh, OK, buddy.

What's fascinating is that if you were, say, like a regular human being who had gone to the grocery store, you knew the economy was, in fact, not good. But Politico says Democrats were tricked.

Well, to be fair, Democrats get tricked a lot. But the one big thing Trump can do right now, which he is literally doing to help get prices down or at the very least increase your buying power, is stop giving money away for free to corrupt NGOs. And these programs are on the road for God knows what gender studies plays and no gender TV shows. And they really love the gender stuff. Mike Pence points out that USAID was funding a whole lot of art and culture.

Well, the reality is politics is downstream from culture and everybody knows it. And that's why Democrats had largely been funding arts, you know, cultural programs, things that are fun. People like these things and it influences their minds. The reality was the economy was really bad and we all knew it. The economy was miserable. Immigration was not good. We have immigration problems. We have economic problems. But Democrat voters keep eating it all up now.

earlier, did a live stream discussing how the Democratic Party is basically imploding, how they're going after Elon and the bigger picture on all this one. But this is just one small component of the big story as to why a lot of Democrats have basically just said, yo, I am out. I am quitting the party because they were tricked, to be honest. Now, the Democrat politicians were the ones doing the tricking. So when they say how Democrats were tricked into believing the economy was good,

I think it's fair to say how the voters, how Democrat voters were manipulated and lied to. But here we are. And at the same time, the two big issues in the election, of course, it was the economy and it was immigration. Still, the media won't back down. Inflation heats up, adding pressure on Trump. Once again, liberal pundits are still blaming Donald. It's been three weeks. Now, to be fair, Trump's a boisterous guy. And he said, day one, we're going to get the prices down. And he didn't do it.

But I mean, any sane person knows Trump talks a big game. He cranks it up to 11 and then walks it back. I think Trump's got a heavy task in front of him. But regardless, right now, we know. I mean, you and I knew the whole time immigration was bad. I should say illegal immigration was bad for this country. Unfettered mass migration in tune of millions of people was destroying the labor market. And this meant, you know, the economic experts are dumb.

Sure, I'm going to tell you what. The economy was bad for a variety of reasons. The two big factors that people were concerned about was mass migration and prices. And Democrats lied, lied about everything like they're doing now. They don't even really have anything against Donald Trump at this point. They're literally just coming out and saying Elon Musk is bad. He's the real president. OK, well, fine. Let Trump cook, maybe. But let's break this down. We'll talk about how how the Democrats were tricked.

But the big picture here is we talk about what is obvious to all of you that, you know, the economy is not doing too well. Trump's got a big task in front of him and Elon is working to gut the fraud. Democrats are still lying. The corporate press is still lying. And that's why it's dying. They are lying. It's why they're dying. Politico writes before the presidential election, many Democrats were puzzled.

by the seeming disconnect between economic reality, as reflected in various government statistics and the public's perceptions of the economy on the ground. Many in Washington bristled at the public's failure to register how strong the economy really was. They charged that right-wing echo chambers were conning voters into believing entirely preposterous narratives about America's decline.

What they rarely considered was whether something else might be responsible for the disconnect, whether, for instance, government statistics were fundamentally flawed. You know what I love about this is that when we came out and said the stats are wrong, these are not correct. Democrat liberal pundits called us liars. They said, you're just trying to scare people. I despise these people so much.

They just lie. That's all they do. They lie about everything all the time. It's like, bro, when they were claiming the economy was good, I was like, just go to the grocery store. Are you kidding? You think what's funny is I likened it to that family guy joke where Peter Griffin's in the elevator with one other guy. He farts and he goes, it was you. It's like, dude,

Obviously, you can't blame like who are you trying to convince? That guy knows he didn't do it. You're not lying to him. The American people go to the grocery store every day and they see the prices. And then you go on TV and say, actually, everything's better than ever. You're fine. And they're like, I can't buy eggs. I don't feel fine. And you know what really, really makes it worse for the average person? What the Democrats were doing to them was psychological and emotional abuse.

You got a dad. He's got two kids. He goes to the grocery store and he's pushing his cart and he's like, eggs, I can't afford this milk. I can't afford this. What am I supposed to feed my family? Then he turns the TV on and they're like, the economy is better than ever. Trump is lying. And you know what? A lot of these people thought a lot of these normies, they don't pay attention to politics. They were like, I must be a failure. Something is wrong with me.

They all the newspapers, the media, they're all saying the economy is fine and everyone can afford their groceries. But I can't. I must be a failure. That's what they were doing. Battering the voters, making them seem. And, you know, it wasn't it wasn't the intention to batter the voters, but it's what they were doing. The reason why they were lying was they were trying to psychotically convince people to vote Democrat. That's the funniest thing. Don't trust your lying eyes when you're at the grocery store.

Now, Politico says they were tricked. And this is what, you know, what bothers me is they were claiming that right wing echo chambers were conning voters. Right wing. They said Tim Pool's right wing. I'm like, I went to the grocery store and my salami was $15. True story. I tell this all the time. We used to buy these little packs of salami.

And we have snacks for guests and for the staff in the refrigerator downstairs. We have a kitchen here. We have I bought I bought like a thousand Pop-Tarts is great. Probably not a good thing to eat. And I saw the price double from like seven to 50. It was like 1390 something or whatever. And they told me I was right wing for pointing that out. That's what bothers me. Scumbag liberal pundits.

I'll leave them unnamed, I guess, you know, but there's many of them. And they're like, Tim Pool's far right and conservative for pointing out groceries cost more. What are we talking about? That's not a liberal or conservative position. I went to the grocery store and it cost me more money. Why are you yelling at me? This is what it's been like for a decade. That if you point out like, uh, Trump didn't call Nazis fine people, you're right wing. What? No, I...

I'm a rather liberal guy, to be completely honest, but you're lying. Calling out Democrats for being liars makes you a conservative. That's what it means. People say, Tim, you say liberal all the time. What does that really mean? I said, well, let me tell you. Liberal means you lie or go along with the lie. And conservative means you call out the liars. Apparently, reality has a right wing bias these days.

They say what they rarely considered was whether something else might be responsible for the disconnect, whether, for instance, government stats were fundamentally flawed. They were one of the numbers supporting the case for broad based prosperity with themselves misrepresentations. What if, in fact, darker assessments of the economy were more authentically tethered to reality?

On some level, I relate to the underlying frustrations having served as a comptroller of the currency during the 1990s. I spent substantial chunks of my career exploring gaps between public perception and economic reality, particularly in the realm of finance. Many of the officials I've befriended and advised over the last quarter century, members of the Federal Reserve, those running regulatory agencies, many leaders in Congress have told me they considered it their responsibility to set public opinion aside and deal with the economy as it exists in the hard numbers.

For them, government stats are thought to be as reliable as solid facts. Turns out the government was lying to you and they believed it. What's fascinating is what kind of person actually could believe it. Seriously, if you're a run of the mill voter and you turn the TV on and see the economy is better than ever.

And then you look at the grocery prices you're spending. You're like, no, it's not. Maybe that's why Donald Trump won a popular mandate, because you're liars. And simply, no matter how many times you said the economy was great, it wasn't. Man, it's just it's it's it's pure vindication, to be completely honest. It's been a long time coming, but it's months ago. We were we were screaming into the wind.

shocked at Democrats as we kept saying the economy is not good. What is going on? How is the government putting out these stats? My friends, this may surprise you, but the government was lying. Those numbers have time and time again suggested to many in Washington that unemployment is low, that wages are growing for middle America and to a greater or lesser degree, economically. You know, I'm going to pause. I'm going to shout out the Krasensteins.

They only get the focus of my ire because they're actually willing to engage. So for that, I will give them respect. There's a lot of other people I could call out. Maybe we should, like Brian Tyler Cohen, David Pakman, Kyle Kalinske, Crystal Ball, these liberal pundits that lie every day about basically everything. You know, Crystal Ball used to be sane and rational, and so did Kyle Kalinske. I don't know. Their brains got fried. Crystal puts out this thing where she's basically like,

uh, going after Elon Musk. And I'm just like, you know, you're allowed to criticize Elon. That's fine. But since when did these, these anti-war anti-establishment progressive types start to defend the CIA? I'm like, bro, that's when you've lost the plot. Okay. I don't care about policy politics. We're going to make a statement. We're going to make a statement that says the intelligence agencies lie to us, manipulate us,

have controlled our government with puppet politicians. We don't like any of it. I've never liked it. Is that a conservative thing now? Look at this story. This is remarkable. I want to show you again how Democrats were tricked. Told you. Yeah, we told you that was the case. And it sucks, doesn't it?

I also want to give a shout out to Politico for lying through their teeth about basically everything all the time. The Hunter Biden laptop story, lying about Ukrainian interference in the 2016 election, which they simultaneously claimed was true, but also was Russian disinformation because these platforms exist to manipulate public opinion to the benefit of the deep state bureaucracy. I want to put a rant yesterday. We're hanging out with Mark Dubowitz.

And he was saying that he believes the CIA and the FBI. There's good patriotic Americans that are trying to defend this country and there's enemies. And he's not wrong. I agree. But the people elected Donald J. Trump's president and the deep state elements from the CIA, the FBI conspired against the people in a seditious conspiracy to destroy him and target the people who are who are upset about it. Now, on January 6th, the people who fought with cops, it's a bad thing.

They should be arrested. They should be charged. But a lot of people were walking around and they got hunted down by the FBI. So these people are upset. They feel like we voted for Donald Trump to restore America, to deal with these lies, the manipulations, an unelected bureaucratic machine that is running our government against the wishes of the American population, funneling money into their crackpot garbage, probably fraudulently in most cases. And then Biden wins.

These people are upset. And what happens instead of saying, guys, we won. Thank you. And have a nice day. The FBI decided they were going to do nationwide manhunts. And again, if you were violent towards cops, I got no sympathy for you. You go to jail. But they weren't going after Antifa who beat cops either. They ignored the thousands of far leftists who ransacked the country. These people are the embodiment of corruption. So I went off on this rant. And here's why. I'm bringing it all together. I'm bringing it all together.

You have a machine state of unelected individuals in intelligence and law enforcement that defy the orders of the president. And they do it because they think they're smarter than you. They say you should let us do whatever we want because we're going to do it right. But you know what the problem is? Maybe a long time ago, a group of well-intentioned patriotic Americans say we really do have to engage in horrible, horrible things to make sure America is prosperous and safe and free.

And you end up with shady spies. But in the initial iteration, you may have had intel agent spies and such where they really are going up against the Cold War and fighting the good fight. The problem today is with an unelected bureaucracy running the machine state, I'd imagine the majority of these people aren't actually interested in combating China. Many of them are subservient to China because the kickbacks are good.

Many of them are funneling USAID funds into their own pockets and you have bloat and corruption. But the machine will not allow itself to be stopped. On the surface, we can say an intelligence agency that runs the country without being elected because they know better than us is a rogue state, rogue state actors. They've been doing. You can say I think it's fair.

That maybe they really do keep stability for us and keep prosperity, but it doesn't matter because the American people's will be done. And if the American people are kept in the dark and don't know what's going on and that obscures the goals that they should be pursuing, that is the fault of those who would cover up this information. So I gloat. I gloat, my friends, at their failures and their collapse. When the Democratic Party loses, when the economic machine is collapsing,

When they still try to lie. NBC News, one of the worst. I gloat at your failure. Absolutely. Going back to Politico, blah, blah, blah. What we uncovered shocked us. The bottom line is that for 20 years or more, including the months prior to the election, voter perception was more reflective of reality than the incumbent stats. Our research revealed that the data collected by the various agencies is largely accurate. Moreover, the people staffing those agencies are talented and well-intentioned.

But the filters used to compute the headline stats are flawed. As a result, they paint a much rosier picture of reality than bears out on the ground. Ah, how about this? The machine state is lying to you, telling you everything's better than ever, when you can tell that it's not.

Take as a particularly egregious example what is perhaps known the most widely reported economic indicator, unemployment. Known to the experts as the U3, the number misleads in several ways. First, it counts as unemployed the millions of people who are unwillingly underemployed. That is people who, for example, work only a few hours each week while still searching for a full-time job. Second, it does not take into account many Americans who have been so discouraged they're no longer trying to get a job. And this we've talked about quite a bit.

Finally, the prevailing stats do not account for meagerness of any individual's income. Thus, you could be homeless on the streets, making an intermittent income and functionally incapable of keeping your family fed. And the government would still count you as employed. They often talk about when people stop looking for work, they're no longer accounted towards these numbers.

I don't believe those who went into the past election taking pride in unemployment numbers understood that the near record low unemployment figures, the figure was a mere 4.2% in November, counted homeless people doing occasional work as employed. But the implications are powerful. If you filter the stats to include as unemployed people who can't find anything but part-time work or who make a poverty wage,

The percentage is actually twenty three point seven percent. In other words, nearly one in every four workers in America is functionally unemployed. Jeez, man. I hope every Democrat hears that as they're standing up going, we won't rest. Man, the Democratic Party is splintered. Their approval is at what is it, a thirty one percent? It's almost record lows, record lows.

Let me just let me just reiterate what this is being reported as now from Politico. And I think the reason they're doing this, because, you know, we consider them to be liars, of course, is they need to have a course correction on narrative. Now that the Democrats have lost, they need to now approach the whole scenario as the economy is bad. You know why? Because they're going to blame Trump. Did you know that one in four Americans is functionally unemployed? What's good? What's going on, Donald Trump? That's what they're going to that's the game they're going to play.

They're going to say Trump was supposed to fix the economy. And now one in four, they are going to now accept the reality of statistics, as we've long known. But they're going to say this when that here's the game they're going to play. When Joe Biden was president, they reported unemployment at around seven percent. But now when Trump is president, unemployment is being reported at twenty three point seven. You see how the game is played? Not that unemployment changed, but the way they interpret the numbers. And what's funny is Politico is outright saying they interpret the numbers incorrectly.

That's not what's going to matter. I guarantee you, you're going to get pundits like Pacman, like the Krasensteins, Brian Tyler Cohen, Kyle Kalinske, Crystal Ball, you know, and they're going to come out and they're going to play these dirty games. How much do you want to bet?

They're going to come out and they're going to say Politico is now reporting that functional unemployment is at twenty three point seven. They'll wait a little bit to when it's advantageous and say Trump's now been in office for three months and Politico had already reported that unemployment is is functionally at twenty three percent. What happened? Why? That's the game they're going to play because they have nothing.

As I mentioned in the previous live stream, the whole play was they're targeting Elon Musk as he tries to weed out the fraud and abuse. They're targeting Donald Trump. But more importantly, they are they are more unpopular now than they have ever been. My friends, it's not getting better anytime soon. They're going to keep lying. And you've got to watch out for it, though. This is but one simple article that I bring to all of you and not the sexiest. You know, maybe if I I don't know.

There's probably better stories that attract more viewership. That's the challenge I find, to be clearly honest, when I do segments like this. The challenge, of course, is that there are a lot of people who are going to choose the drama and the rage bait.

Breaking down how the media this is what I care about, how the media lied to you is manipulating you. This is important. So please consider sharing this segment wherever you can, because understanding how Politico is admitting functional unemployment the whole time going back a year or longer under the Biden administration and to now is functionally twenty three point seven percent, knowing that will essentially vaccinate you from the lies that will that are going to come out soon.

When they come out and say now unemployment is being reported functionally at 23 as Politico, and they're not going to give you the full context. So I hope you consider sharing this. Ladies and gentlemen, it is done. Tulsi Gabbard has been confirmed as the director of national intelligence. And boy, is it cathartic. You know, I'm a big fan of Tulsi Gabbard. I have been for some time. And for those of you that have followed my career, you know that when she was running for president as a Democrat, I was on board. I think she's fantastic. She's got military experience. She was the last moderate.

The Democrats could have had. And she wasn't even super moderate. She's fairly progressive, though. I disagree with her on some policy issues. I thought that Tulsi was what the what what was needed to save the Democratic Party from itself. Well,

The Democrats nuked themselves. They spiraled out of control, went woke, got broke, and Tulsi jumped ship and joined the Republicans. She's a Republican now. I love how the headline for the Daily Mail is. Senate confirms MAGA hero Tulsi Gabbard as Trump's intelligence boss, as top Republican knifes the president, but liberals suffer predictable meltdown. Mission accomplished. You know what this means?

Tulsi Gabbard is going to oversee all of the intelligence departments. She's going to deliver that intelligence report to Donald Trump for his briefing. And I am here for it. Now, some people are critical of Tulsi for a lot of reasons. You're allowed to be. I mean, she was for gun control. She was anti-nuclear power. She's come around in the past eight to 10 years or so. So it's fine. Maybe like four to five years. But there are some people who are critical of her foreign policy stances. The Democrats are liars, so we can ignore them.

But there are people who believe that while she may be anti-interventionist for the most part, she still is pretty interventionist when it comes to Islamic jihad and things of that nature. What I will say is this. We're going to read through this story. We're going to go down what she's going to be overseeing. Breaking news, major success for Trump and for the American people. But more importantly, isn't it funny? They're calling Tulsi Gabbard a MAGA hero. Listen, my friends.

When a progressive Democrat joins the Republicans and a Republican president and they're they're they're calling that MAGA, they're they're they're telling you outright. Donald Trump's coalition are people of all different political backgrounds politically. But we understand one important thing. Reality has a right wing bias. If you live in the real world, if you believe in honesty, integrity and doing the right thing, you're conservative now.

The Democrats, meanwhile, are lying about the economy. Still, they tricked Democrat voters. That's what Politico reported. And they're calling anybody who doesn't agree with them blindly in their weird cult a MAGA or far right. Indeed, that is where we're at. Let's let's read the story about Tulsi Gabbard's confirmation. Now, it went largely along party lines, but Mitch McConnell betrayed Trump. And look, man, a lot of people want to give McConnell credit.

because he helped flip the Supreme Court. He blocked Garland. And OK, sure. OK, fine. But this dude is not a good dude. He's establishment. He's going to keep playing that game. And I'm offended that he would vote no. So I say this, this guy, time to retire, McConnell.

I can respect he's done some good things, but I'm not a Republican. I don't like Republicans. I don't like largely what Mitch McConnell has done in the past. He's done a handful of good things in the past few years that I can consider. But we're in a new era, a coalition of moderates, liberal, conservative coming together under the Make America Great Again banner. And we want to see it. And that means a former Democrat, someone who tried to save the party as DNI, is a good balance against Donald Trump.

I'm looking forward to Kash Patel and RFK Jr. next. So here we go. Senate confirms. There's also breaking news, too. You can see which we'll get into. Trump and Putin have started negotiations to end the war in Ukraine. I mean, win, win, win. Let's go. Here's the story. The Senate voted to confirm Tulsi Gabbard is the country's top U.S. intelligence official, despite some lawmakers sounding the alarm. Oh, cry more.

The Senate voted 52 to 48 to confirm Gabbard and become the next DNI. Notably, the longtime former Republican leader Mitch McConnell voted against Gabbard's appointment to the role. He was the lone Republican no vote on her confirmation. Democrats slammed her judgment leading up to Senate confirmation and raised doubts over her ability to keep information safe. All lies, I might add. Quote.

Every single Democrat, I am really proud to say, will oppose this awful nomination because we simply cannot in good conscience trust our most classified secrets to someone who echoes Russian propaganda and falls for conspiracy theories. Chuck Schumer proclaimed on the floor just before Gabbard's confirmation vote. I hope that they got this corrupt political machine.

It's all just not true. It's just all lies. Falls for conspiracy theories and Russian propaganda. Sorry, the machine state has failed and the people have spoken and y'all deserve to retire off into the sunset and leave us alone and let us fix this country. Schumer wanted to note how Gabbard has said things like the Ukraine invasion was caused by the United States, not by Putin, and denied former Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad's use of chemical weapons, despite all of the intelligence. Oh, I'm excited. Let's break this one down.

I'm not a fan of the general rhetoric that the U.S. is the U.S. and the Ukrainian invasion of Russia was caused by the United States. But it's an opinion statement that is not incorrect. It's an opinion statement that is the U.S. and Russia were deeply involved in a soft power conflict in Ukraine and Russia escalated to kinetic warfare. Russia was wrong for doing this.

But Russia, this is what happens in war. To say the U.S. wasn't involved in the escalation would be completely incorrect. But in my view, I say this. There's a line. Russia crossed it. We're playing a soft power battle. Russia is going to lose. It is fair to say that it was predictable that Russia was going to escalate because they wouldn't back down. And that is the power battle of the world. But Russia is responsible for their invasion of Ukraine at the start of this war. That's just it.

I understand what Tulsi is saying, however, that if NATO wasn't meddling in the government of Ukraine, this wouldn't have happened. That being said, so was Russia. Russia just lost. I want the U.S. to win soft power battles. I really do. I'm not a fan of USAID, and I don't think that we should continue that stuff moving forward. I understand that when it comes to great escalations of warfare, playing with soft power financial incentives is the preferable option to bombing people and blowing up civilian targets and irradiating fields. We don't want any of that stuff.

So if I if I had to choose, then I said conflict remained in the realm of economics and politics. It's preferable.

The escalation beyond that is Russia's choice to do. And they take the blame for starting that war. It doesn't mean the U.S. wasn't involved and there was an escalation. My point is this. The U.S. should not have been involved in it. I think this USAID, U.S. soft power battles shouldn't be happening for the most part, for the most part. I'm not going to act like we shouldn't be engaged in conflict. Like there should be congressional declarations. Intelligence is not all bad. I get it.

Why are we getting involved in this way in these countries? We shouldn't be creating these circumstances. I'm not for it. And so the U.S. is now deeply involved in a kinetic conflict. We shouldn't be involved either. When Russia invaded, we should have been like, we're not going to get involved in this. The war would have been over in three days. I'll tell you, my friends, it's not easy. It really isn't. To deny that the U.S. was escalating soft power conflict and winning would be insanity. It would be you'd be lying.

The U.S. has been trying to drown out Russia and cut their economic access to Europe and the Mediterranean. And Russia, it's predictable the direction they were going to go. So I don't know. There's no easy answers. I can put it like this. I don't want to speak to the past because I'm not I'm not good at it. I don't have a great moral, great moral clarity for all of you.

What I can say is moving forward, we should be defunding USAID, focusing on our border, our people, our manufacturing. And we should be using straightforward economic moves to strengthen ties in the international community and recognizing if we lose, we lose. If Russia's got gas problem, we need to find better ways to compete. And going to war and destabilizing governments is only going to cause warfare and problems. But I'm not going to pass the buck. Russia decided we won't tolerate soft power. We go hard kinetic warfare. Russia is the aggressor.

And it's complicated, isn't it? Everyone's going to choose their sides on this one. I want the U.S. to win these influence battles. I don't want war to start. I recognize the U.S. plays a role. Didn't start the war, though.

Though Gabbard has countered those remarks by saying Putin is to blame for beginning the war and admitting Assad committed heinous acts. They also question whether allies would share. The thing about Assad's use of weapons, this is the game they play. When we're early on and we hear that Assad was using these weapons, but it's just a spattering of intel. We're not entirely sure.

Tulsi or anyone else might come out and say, I don't believe that's true. We'll see what the evidence shows us. If later on you then say, oh, wow, the evidence showed us it happened. They'll say, aha, but you denied it at first. And it's like, well, yeah, because we were investigating. So spare me this, dude. It's lies. They also questioned whether allies would share intelligence with the U.S. if she were put in charge of the 18 agencies and organizations that make up the intelligence community. Cry more.

McConnell, who sided with every Democrat, released a scathing statement saying the office of the director of national intelligence is a key participant in the process that informs every major national security decision the president makes. The O.D. and I wield significant authority over how the intelligence community allocates its resources, conducts its collection and analysis and manages the classification and declassification of our nation's most sensitive secrets. Indeed, they do.

In my assessment, Tulsi Gabbard failed to demonstrate that she is prepared to assume this tremendous national trust. The final vote came after Gabbard, a former a former Democratic lawmaker and lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve. I said the Army Reserve. I thought I thought it was National Guard. Same thing. I don't know. Had her nomination moved favorably out of the Senate Intelligence Committee along party lines. Several Republican lawmakers would express concerns with the past comments came around in the end and voted to advance her nomination. Bravo. Bravo. Bravo.

Let me lay out Mitch McConnell for you. Western Lensman says Mitch McConnell voted for three out of the four. Pete Buttigieg, that's Austin Lloyd and Merrick Garland, but not Tulsi Gabbard. Yeah. Listen, Mitch McConnell is not a good dude. OK, we should be calling him out. I think that's fair. Tulsi Gabbard is the right person for the job. Now we have the Wikipedia here. It currently still says Laura Shio. Shio, how do you pronounce that? Is the I'm going to hit refresh. No, Tulsi Gabbard.

The incumbent acting director of national intelligence, they still have on Wikipedia as Laura Hsiao, I guess. Are we waiting for something with Tulsi? Wikipedia? It's not been updated yet. That's amazing. Maybe the defunding of USAID stripped Wikipedia of its source revenue as well. So we'll see. Over to French at GPT. We got the list of the intelligence agencies that Tulsi is now going to oversee. And boy, am I here for it because the Federal Bureau of Investigation Intelligence Branch will now be under her purview.

As will the CIA and the NSA. These are good times, my friends. The DEA, Homeland Security Department of Energy, Treasury, State, FBI, National Reconnaissance Office, the NRO. I'm looking forward to it. This is a victory for Trump. It's a victory for you and me. And the deep state is furious. You know what, though?

And what I can only describe as the best sign in politics, the best signal being sent. The New York Sun reports Google searches for criminal defense lawyers surge at Washington, D.C. with Trump in the White House. I want to give you guys a moment to just revel and gloat and laugh and

Perhaps you have the champagne of beers who would like to crack open and have a celebratory drink. I don't recommend drinking alcohol, but, you know, beer is a classic. And as we sit back and we look at the data that people in D.C. have begun searching for criminal defense lawyers, I am loving it. I wonder why these investigations are currently underway. And that's probably why. But it's good fun. It's good fun. Here we go from the New York Sun.

Search results for the defense attorneys are roughly five times higher in America's capital than anywhere else in the country. OK, well, let's pause. Let's pause. OK, you may be saying, but Tim, isn't D.C. just a crime ridden area to begin with? I mean, the reality is that the D.C. metro and Baltimore metro are effectively the same thing.

You know, there's space between them, but we live out here. We live out here. And we love going to Arundel Mills. They've got a great mall. They got the good rolled ice cream. You know, they pour that cream on the cold thing and, you know, whatever, the cold stone. And then they roll it up. A lot of fun. Plus, there's the Maryland Live Casino if you like playing poker, of which I do. And I got a shot at the sports book, one of the best. Massive theater screen watching UFC fights. It's really great. And everybody will tell you, crime is really, really bad in the area.

So maybe you drive down to MGM, a national harbor, beautiful, beautiful place with great fruit. And they tell us that once a week, someone at MGM National Harbor gets stabbed. There's a story where three guys in the casino saw a guy win money, big money, and they followed him to his room, shot him through the door, kicked the door down, had him open the safe. When he fled, they were shooting at him and he ran on the stairs, blood spraying everywhere.

crazy stories. So anyway, kind of not doing myself any favors by saying like, yeah, it is a bad area for crime. The issue is, however, more recently, this search has spiked. Mark Mitchell, Rasmussen Report says over three times more people in D.C. are Googling criminal defense lawyer than anywhere else in the U.S. It's more recent. And that implies something.

There are many places in this country that have very high crime. You'd expect them to be searching all the same. But we're seeing a spike since Trump got into office. That implies a lot of these people were committing what we would describe as what would simply be described as fraud as it pertains to USAID and government spending. And I hate to say it,

Actually, I don't. I love to say it. These people are probably panicking because they recognize that they're now going to have to hire a lawyer to deal with the criminal charges that are coming their way. New York Sun says people living and working at Washington, D.C., working at D.C., in D.C., appear to be very nervous about their potential legal exposure with Trump back in the White House after the new president campaigned a message of seeking retribution against those he thinks wronged him during the Biden years.

A Google feature that tracks search trends shows that searches for the term criminal defense lawyer started to soar in America's capital city in January. I love it. Conservative commentator Mark Mitchell showed a screenshot of the trends on X and noted the concerns about the need for legal counsel appears to be so high that searches for the term were nearly five times higher than in Utah, which had the second most searches for the term in the country. I wonder why Utah, to be honest.

During the campaign, Trump called for investigations and prosecutions of his political rivals against, say, people like Cheney. Liz Cheney. After months of calling for retribution, Trump said his retributions will be through success. However, concerns about the 47th president using the levers of government to punish his enemies led Biden to issue a wave of preemptive pardons to people such as Cheney and Fauci.

You know, Bradley Courtright, who wrote this, I must inform you, good sir, the issue at play is not that people fear Trump's retribution. It's that USAID was dumping money and just giving it to whoever asked.

There's a story that I keep mentioning. I don't know the full details. You guys just look this one up. But it's scuttlebutt that apparently there was like a single piece of paper that was sent to the Treasury Department requesting like a billion dollars. They had no explanation for why. And someone looked at it like we're not doing that one. Elon Musk pointed out that in their Doge investigations, they found the Treasury Department was instructed to just straight up pay out whatever was requested. Why? Well, in Fox News, they called it the minimizing complaints.

They don't want to deal with it. They're just going to pay it. I tell you a story, man. I worked for an ABC News Univision joint venture. You know this. And let me just I'll keep this story vague, you know, but let me just say I worked with a handful of people, contractors who would submit invoices and it was all approved. I say, hey, we're going to be working on a travel project. We're going to be working on a drone project. We were working on some tech stuff and some VR stuff. And so we hire contractors. And I remember at the end of one year,

We were wrapping things up in the budgets. And someone came to me and said, we just want to ask you a few questions about the budgeting for the year. Are you still working with these people? And I was like, I haven't worked with those people in eight months. And they went, what? We have an invoice for them right now. And I said, yeah. When we got approval for this, it was a one-month deal to have them come in and do a specific job pertaining to working on VR tech. And then they were like,

They they've been invoicing us every single month and we've been paying it. And I was just like, why didn't you ask? And they were like, we were told it was approved. Absolutely incredible. That's the reality we live in for the corporate world. Now take a look at government in this big corporation where I work. They had hundreds of millions of dollars in investments and they weren't tracking their money. Yeah, they went out of business. Surprise, surprise.

The government, however, just borrows until it's facing a complete and total collapse and bankruptcy. And the biggest line item on the budget is the interest on the debt. No one cares because it's a game of hot potato. No one's going to take responsibility or accountability. So what happens? And the U.S. government, when someone submits an invoice, they just say, pay it. I don't care. I don't know. I don't care. Government's too big.

We don't know where the money is coming from. We don't care where the money is coming from. And we don't know or care where the money is going. But Donald Trump says, send in Elon Musk. We're going to go after the waste, fraud and abuse. Surprise, surprise. What happens when you're an NGO or a contractor who works in the D.C. area? You are begging people not to vote for Trump. The real reason is that, you know, you defrauded the government and Trump's going to find out. And then Trump does get in. Elon Musk goes in and you beg judges and they do. You beg, beg, beg, beg, beg.

And the judges say, OK, we're going to stop Trump from digging. Well, in the meantime, y'all better lawyer up because they know that sooner or later the dam will break. They're going to find out that a contract. I guarantee you this man, at least one. But we know many more private contractors and consultants in D.C., in Loudoun County, in Arlington or in Maryland. I guarantee you submitted invoices they knew to be bunk because they were just crossing their fingers. Government would pay it.

Some justification of, you know, retainer fee for ongoing services requested. And then they just pay it because they don't know where it's coming from. But they knew there was no service being rendered. And so when Elon Musk goes in and they start ripping through all these payments, there's going to be a knock on your door and they're going to say, excuse me, sir.

The government paid you $17,000 this month for an invoice you sent in. What services were you rendering? And they're going to be like, well, well, I was available and waiting, but they never called. And, you know, that's my time, you know, that I have to set aside. And, you know, I charge money for it.

In other words, you are sitting by the phone doing nothing and billing the government. Yeah. How much you want to bet? That's a lie about you're playing golf. I'll put it this way. We don't need much more evidence than these people have panicked and started Google searching criminal defense lawyers to know that there is fraud, waste, abuse, etc. And these people have been getting away with it forever off your backs. So when you go into work every day and you're working construction, you're a police officer, you're a firefighter, you're a contractor, whatever.

You're a delivery guy. When you bring that pizza and drop it off and they give you money and then you got to tell the government and give them a cut. It's going to some dude who's playing golf and not working. My question for you comment, because I want I want everyone to say it. Should those people go to jail? Yeah. Yeah, I know what you're saying. I can hear you from here. Everyone's screaming. Yes, please arrest these people. So I want to give a shout out to the sun and to those doing the search to realize.

There's a bigger game of foot that Trump is going to war with. Do you think these people will roll over and just let Trump destroy their lives? They're going to pull in every favor. They're going to spend every penny to make sure their cash cow continues. But I got to tell you, they lost the fight already. And now it's just how tight can you hold on? Trump hit the button on the airlock and you're about to get sucked out into space. So the best thing you can do is call your lawyers, tell them, you know,

You know, in all confidentiality, I may have sent in a bunch of invoices over the past seven years to the government to pay me and I wasn't doing any work. What do I do? And they're going to be like, you're going to jail for fraud. The fraud is the criminal act. I say right here, we have a preponderance of evidence of illegal activity just because one person I wouldn't use. Let me say this. A single individual who calls a lawyer that's not evidence of a crime and you can't use it as such trends when you see a massive spike in the area. And we won't use this data against any single individual.

It's a preponderance of evidence to suggest that Donald Trump should absolutely begin investigating criminally. The DOJ should say, we're going to start scrutinizing these payments. In no instance should we go to court and say, did you search for a lawyer? Never. But when we can see so many people panicking, perhaps we should take a look for where there's smoke, there's fire. It doesn't mean anybody's broken the law. Maybe you got just a little bonfire in the backyard. That's fine. That was always allowed. But I'm willing to bet...

Celebrity Anthony Mackie, who is starring in the new Captain America movie, made some comments about Captain America not really representing America and things of that nature. And oh boy, did it spark a boycott from conservatives. We're now getting some preliminary data, my friends. And while people largely don't like the movie, which kind of bums me out, I don't dislike Anthony Mackie. I like Marvel films. I want to go see it. But I'm hearing the movie is not all that good.

More importantly, though, I think people are over the politics. Let me tell you why. It's one thing for the reviews to be bad. But even with bad reviews, people still go and see a lot of these movies and they tend to do all right.

After Anthony Mackie came out and said he made comments about Captain America, there were calls for this boycott. And now we are seeing it in the trailer data. The view count for Thunderbolts, a movie coming out in May, 10 million. The latest trailer for a film that's literally coming out. What, tomorrow? Tomorrow, the early previews, not even a million, half a million. I think I think I got to be honest. I think people when they boo Taylor Swift.

I think people are outright saying, I'm sick and tired of you talking smack to me for being American. We like our country. We like this place. We want to make it better. So Anthony Mackie, with all due respect, I don't hate the guy. He's not as bad as some of these other woke actors, makes these comments, tries to clarify them, but no good. Let me show you the story. Give you some context as to what he said. This is back on January 28th, and then I'll show you where we're currently at a couple weeks later.

They say Captain America actor Anthony Mackie is facing backlash from conservatives, many of whom are calling for a boycott of his new film. The anger towards Mackie came after a clip was shared online of him speaking during a recent promotional event in Rome for the new movie. Mackie said his character represents a lot of things, a lot of different things. And I don't think the term America should be one. What? Yo, Captain America, man. What do you mean it doesn't represent America? That's messed up.

Celebrities are often accused of being woke for expressing progressive ideals, which has resulted in some stars being condemned. On Monday, Selena Gomez faced pushback from supporters of Trump after she shared a tear filled, a tear filled video. Oh, man. You guys remember the Selena Gomez thing where she's like, I'm crying because Trump is deporting rapists. Why is he doing it? It's like, lady, why are you defending these people? We're over this. We're not playing these games anymore, man. No one's trying to be a dick.

During a promotional event in Italy, the 46-year-old Mackey said Captain America is about a man who keeps his word, who has honor, dignity, integrity, someone who is trustworthy and dependable. But he specified that he did not think the superhero was reflective of America overall, saying his character represents a lot of different things and I don't think the term America should be one. What? Captain America doesn't represent the values and the moral tradition of Americans? Is that the game you wanted to play? Okay, look, I'm not going to boycott the film, okay? I like Anthony Mackey. He's been in a lot of great movies, you know, in shows, it's whatever.

I'll criticize him. It's not as bad as some of the other woke actors, as I said. But let me show you this on YouTube. Welcome, my friends, to Marvel's YouTube page. On the same day, Thunderbolt's trailer was dropped 10 million views two days ago. Captain America Brave New World two days ago, 500,000. Yo, that is bad news. A random clip of your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man got half a million views. Okay, so.

And the Young Avengers debut clip of cartoons or whatever, 612,000 views. We can go back and look at the Captain America Brave New World videos. They are bombing. The elevator fight scene with Chris Evans has 367,000. You got Captain America at Nellis Air Force Base, half a million.

Look at this one. The Fantastic Four trailer, 25 million views. To be fair, this clip from Brave New World is 968,000. But I just got to say, they released, this was a Super Bowl trailer, Thunderbolts. And a lot of people pointed out, you know, Thunderbolts, we were here at the party and someone said, why are they putting a trailer for Thunderbolts, which comes out in May, when Brave New World is literally coming out this week?

That's a good question. I think Anthony Mackie may have accidentally flubbed pretty bad. We got this one from Bounding into Comics, too, which basically calls him out. Captain America Brave New World star Anthony Mackie unintentionally torpedoes Hollywood's representation arguments, says his younger self looked up to Superman's character despite differences in skin color. You know, it's always been the weirdest thing to me.

that there's this argument from the woke where it's like, if you're a young black man growing up in America, you can't look up to a superhero if they're white and you need a black superhero. And I'm like, I don't know. My favorite superhero growing up was Static Shock. You guys remember the show Static Shock? There's a WB kids show. A lot of morals were put in it. There's one where like the main character, Virgil's friend turns out to be gay and his dad is mean to him. Yeah, it's a little bit woke, but that was my favorite superhero show.

It was cool. I loved it. Static Shock was a kid who was he had a gang in his neighborhood. I'll give you a simple version. There's other versions, too. But like this is the WB cartoon version. The gang gangs are basically like you're with us or you're against us. And if you're here, you've got to be in the gang. And they give him a gun and tell him he has to go down to the docks. There's gonna be a gunfight and he's involved. He goes, I'm going to go down to the docks.

He goes there. He throws the gun. He doesn't want to be involved. There was a shipment of chemicals that were being sent in in the in the scuffle with police. They fire tear gas and flashbangs, which basically compromise the chemicals in these crates. Everybody gets sprayed. I love the story. They called it the Big Bang. And the chemical blast gave everybody superpowers, largely criminal gangbangers. Not Virgil, though.

The main character didn't want to be in the gang fight. So when he got superpowers, he became a superhero. I love that story. Virgil Hawkins, he was a black teenager. Never once when I was growing up was I like, I wish I could be like Static, but I'm not black. I was just like, oh, this show's awesome.

I loved watching it. And then, of course, DC adopted the character. They advanced him. And they did really cool stuff with Static as a character in Justice League and in the future and how his character develops. Super cool. Big fan. Big fan. So I get super annoyed when I hear this stuff where it's like, you know, Anthony Mackie said outright he liked Superman despite his skin color. Of course. Because it's a weird place to be if you're like,

You're looking at someone and thinking you can't relate to their honor, their integrity, their strengths because of the color of their skin. Certainly that's the way it used to be. Don't get me wrong. But we don't want to live in this world. And now Anthony Mackie is basically saying that. So they're calling him out. He's criticizing America.

But I was basically saying none of this stuff mattered. I think, you know, and they're different statements. Don't be wrong. I think what we're seeing with Anthony Mackie is basically, oops, people are boycotting my movie. The reviews are bad. I'm a proud American. He's been trying to walk this one back. I feel bad. I don't hate the guy. But I got to tell you, I got to tell you, it's I don't see it working. The reviews are bad. I don't think that's why people aren't watching the trailer.

I actually thought the trailer was good. The first trailer, they changed the name. They've done reshoots. They don't seem to know exactly what the film is. I'll tell you the problem. For one, Captain America is Chris Evans. Captain America is Steve Rogers. I know they in the comics they had, you know, Falcon adopts Captain America is what they're trying to do. They're trying to pass off the brand to another actor.

You know, we call this hand me down, hand me down superheroes when they're like, everybody likes Spider-Man. Let's make a black Spider-Man. It's like, OK, Miles Morales is not a bad character. And some of the movies they did with him, they're pretty good. And he's in the game, too. But how about instead of hand me down superheroes, you make new ones? Falcon is actually one of the more offensive elements of this.

So Falcon introduced in Captain America 2, Anthony Mackie. Awesome character. I love it. He's got a backpack, a jet suit with wings. He can use the wings as a shield. He's got a jet propulsion and he flies with the wings. And then he later added a drone that he uses. I'm like, this is a cool character. He doesn't have superpowers. He's just physically fit and he's got cool tools. I like that stuff. And now they're like, no, we're getting rid of all that. Yeah, he's Captain America now. I'm like, no, he's not. Steve Rogers is.

This is what they do. This is what people complain about. Stop taking existing superheroes and race swapping them or or handing them down to minorities to act like you're progressive. Falcon was already a great hero, is a cool character, and he was fitting really well. They should have just made a Falcon movie. They don't want to because they want to sell the Captain America brand, despite the fact that Chris Evans is out. Thus, you're going to get a movie flop, especially when the lead actor goes out

I'm going to say it again. I feel bad for him because I don't think he understands this. He's not like Mark Ruffalo that's just loud mouth and saying all this stupid stuff. I think the problem is Anthony Mackie came out, thought he was going to say it, and it's burning him bad. And now his movie's going to flop, and that's kind of a bummer. I'll go see it, to be completely honest. I think the dude tried walking it back, but it is brutal. It is absolutely brutal. When Thunderbolts gets 10 million views in two days, in theaters in May...

And Captain America, which is coming out now, gets half a million. I don't want to just sit here and say that I think all of it is due to a boycott. I think people may just be disinterested in all of this woke stuff. It's not overtly woke, but doing a hand-me-down kind of is. Disney has been reported as overhauling their DEI efforts. That's the lesson to be learned here, my friends. It's time to stop and get back to making movies people actually want to watch. I got to be honest. Thunderbolts doesn't look good either.

You look at the OG Marvel. Phase 1, they called it. These stories were standalone of original characters. The problem now is the Marvel Cinematic Universe has become a hodgepodge of schlop nonsense. Okay? Anthony Mackie is now Captain America, and there's Adamantium, and there's a giant hand coming out of the Earth, and I'm just like, dude, I am so over this. Same thing happened to the comics. You guys may remember they did the House of M storyline. Basically, Scarlet Witch is like, I'm going to erase all of the superheroes and take away all their powers because, yo, your universe is nuts.

Back in the early days, when they were putting out these comics, it made sense. You wanted to know what happened next in the story. So you bought the latest edition and you read the comic and it was awesome. Now there's 87 versions of Spider-Man, 87 versions of the Hulk. And it's just like they get into the movies and now it's multiverse. And who's the villain? What's the villain? And it's just a mess. They can't keep track of their own characters, their own storylines. What they should be doing and they should have always been doing is the movies should be standalone and overlap less.

Doctor Strange 2, for instance, instead of bringing back the original characters like they had in Doctor Strange 1, which was a great movie, they give them a five minute cameo and then make it once again a multiverse Avengers level film. And I'm just over it. Everything's Avengers now. Every movie is Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield and Tom Holland all in the same place. To be fair, I like that. That was cool. They brought back Tobey Maguire. It was actually really awesome.

But instead of just making a standalone Marvel film, they're trying to do this hodgepodge garbage where everything's Avengers level now. Bro, we get it. The Avengers was a special thing. You do movie, movie, movie, movie, and then you bring all the characters together for one movie. Instead, every single movie is now all the characters. Boring and confusing. So I'll tell you what, my friends, it's not just getting woke and going broke. It's just they're spiraling.

But I'll wrap it up there. I basically decided I wanted to record this because I'm going to go see the movie tomorrow. Maybe it'll do better than we think. I think it's going to kind of bomb. But we'll see, man. We'll see. I don't know that I'll go see it tomorrow, but maybe see it over the weekend. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone. Become a member at TimCast.com.
