Two Chinese nationals have been charged over potential agro-terrorism. They were trying to smuggle in some kind of fungus that can destroy our grain crops. It's not the first time we've got a story like this. Several years ago, in fact, numerous times, Chinese nationals were trying to smuggle in viruses or smuggle out our medical research, including cancer cells.
Now, I had a conversation recently with a lib who told me that Russia is our greatest adversary. Now, I think Russia is certainly an adversary of these United States. We're not we're not friends. Maybe we could be. I don't know. But we're not. However, the stories that we get typically are not Russians smuggling things out of this country. We have allowed.
Chinese security threats loyal to the Communist Party. I'm not even talking about like a regular Chinese person. These are people known to be loyal to the Chinese Communist Party. They're allowed in this country. And over the past 30 years, we've given away our manufacturing base and been ripped to shreds by these unfair practices that China, largely the Chinese Communist Party, has engaged in. Donald Trump is calling it out. Now we have the story from ABC News.
Two Chinese nationals charged with smuggling potential agro-terrorism fungus into the U.S., says the DOJ. Two Chinese nationals have been charged with allegedly smuggling into the U.S. a fungus called Fusarium greminorum, which scientific literature classified as a potential agro-terror weapon, the DOJ said Tuesday. This is crazy. I don't even know what this is. A petri dish? Is that what that is?
Yongqing Jian, 33, and Zunyong Liu, 34, citizens of the People's Republic of China were allegedly receiving Chinese government funding for their research, some of it at the University of Michigan. The complaint also alleges that Jian's electronics contain information describing her membership in and loyalty to the Chinese Communist Party, a DOJ press release said. It's also known, my friends, that Zunyong Liu,
There are individuals in the United States working for our university system that secretly receive money from China to smuggle out our research to them illegally, illicitly. It's creepy stuff. Quote,
It is further alleged that John's boyfriend, Liu, works at a Chinese university where he conducts research on the same pathogen. And then he first lied, but then admitted to smuggling Fusarium greminorum into America through the Detroit Metropolitan Airport so that he could conduct research on it at the laboratory at the University of Michigan, where his girlfriend, John, worked, according to the press release. I'm going to go and say I don't believe it.
I don't believe this is simply a case of some dude being like, we just wanted to do research. I think we, you know what? It doesn't matter what I think. We have to err on the side of this was intended to destroy crops and cause economic damage to the United States. With Donald Trump's trade war or whatever you want to call it, the tariffs, China's playing hardball. They know that if Trump launches heavy tariffs and maintains them, their manufacturing is going to shudder.
They rely on us, but they're pulling from us our labor market. They're extracting from us. So how about they destroy our food crops, a large portion of the exports of our country? What little we do have indeed. And I don't know for sure, but I don't think it matters. The U.S. government must operate under the pretense that this is an attack.
or was intended to be a malicious strike on the United States. Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a statement, the DOJ has no higher mission than keeping the American people safe and protecting our nation from hostile foreign actors who would do us harm. Thanks to the hard work of our excellent DOJ attorneys, this defendant, who clandestinely attempted to bring a destructive substance into the U.S., will face years behind bars, the attorney general said. The FBI says it causes head blight.
A disease of wheat, barley, maize, and rice. And is responsible for billions of dollars in economic losses worldwide each year.
The alleged actions of the Chinese nationals, including a loyal member of the CCP, are of the gravest national security concerns. These two aliens have been charged with smuggling a fungus that has been described as a potential agro-terror weapon into the heartland of America, where they apparently intended to use a University of Michigan laboratory to further their scheme, said U.S. Attorney Jerome Gorgon.
Today's criminal charges levied upon Young King John and Zin Young Liu are indicative of CBP's critical role in protecting the American people from biological threats that could devastate our agricultural economy and cause harm to humans, especially when it involves a researcher from a major university attempting to clandestinely bring potentially harmful biological materials into the U.S. U.S. CBP Director Marty C. Raybourne said, now I'll tell you why.
This is an attack. I think this was terror. Why? If you're working for a university and doing research, you're not smuggling anything in. There's no way you are. This is like if you're claiming a legitimate research project, they know about it. What kind of research are you going to be doing clandestinely with this fungus? So much so that you had to sneak it into the country.
Are they going to have a lab set up to contain this particular strain of fungus? Is there going to be an allotment of funding and tools for this fungus? All while the university has no idea you have it? Probably not. In which case, under the guise of being a researcher, they were trying to smuggle in these path, these, these, these funguses. They said Gianna was scheduled to appear Tuesday afternoon in federal court in Detroit for her initial appearance on the complaint. The DOJ said,
The affidavit alleges that John and Lou were dating and also researching the biological pathogen. And when questioned about smuggling the pathogen into the U.S., lied to authorities at the Detroit airport. Interesting. On July 27th, 24, Lou entered the United States and told authorities he was visiting his girlfriend and then returning to China to start his own laboratory in China.
He allegedly said that he had no work materials, but upon a secondary screening of his luggage, authorities found tissues concealed in a note in Chinese. Interesting. A round piece of filter paper with a series of circles drawn on it and four clear plastic baggies with small clumps of reddish plant material inside.
He told authorities he didn't know how the materials ended up in his bag and suggested someone placed them there without his knowledge, officials said. But after further questioning, he admitted to placing them in the bag. He wasn't arrested at the time. Liu stated that he intentionally hid the samples in his backpack because he knew there were restrictions on the importation of the materials. Liu confirmed that he intentionally put the samples in a wad of tissues so CBP officers would be less likely to find and confiscate them and it would continue his research in the United States.
The University of Michigan put out a statement late Tuesday afternoon.
We strongly condemn any actions that seek to cause harm, threat national security, or undermine the university's critical public mission. The school statement said, it is important to note that the university has received no funding from the Chinese government in relation to research conducted by the accused individuals. We have and will continue to cooperate with federal law enforcement in its ongoing investigation and prosecution. Yes, but how many Americans are in on the take? How many Americans are secretly getting paid by China?
to do research like this, and they claim on the books they're not actually getting paid. Take a look at these stories from Yahoo News. Suspected SARS virus and flu samples found in luggage. FBI report describes China's biosecurity risk. Really? March 30th, 2020.
In late November of 2018, just over a year before the first coronavirus case identified in Wuhan, USCBP agents at Detroit, once again, the same airport, stopped a Chinese biologist with three vials labeled antibodies. They were smuggling viruses, MERS, Middle East Respiratory Syndrome, and SARS. Then they got caught.
Here's another story from The New York Times. Stolen research. Chinese scientist is accused of smuggling lab samples. Let me explain, y'all. They like to come out and say that Russia is our greatest adversary. And maybe, maybe because of that view, we don't let Russians do these things. But the idea that China is able to get away with this, that this is that they have the what is it called? A thousand talents. Let me see if I can pull this up.
It might have been the Thousand Talents Plan. Take a look at this. Here we go from Wikipedia. The Thousand Talents Plan or Overseas High-Level Talent Recruitment Program is a program by the CCP to recruit experts in science and technology from abroad, principally but not exclusively, from overseas Chinese communities. Let me show you this. There was a professor who took money from China, arrested, and I think more than one, to be completely honest.
Harvard University. What is this? 2020. I'm not going to read. I'm going to pull up and see what it says. Harvard University professor and two Chinese nationals charged in three separate China related cases. Dr. Charles Lieber, 60, chair of the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Harvard University, was arrested this morning and charged by criminal complaint with one count of making material false, materially false, fictitious and fraudulent statements.
Hi, I'm Chris Gethard, and I'm very excited to tell you about Beautiful Anonymous, a podcast where I talk to random people on the phone. I tweet out a phone number. Thousands of people try to call. You talk to one of them. They stay anonymous. I can't hang up. That's all the rules. I never know what's going to happen. We get serious ones. I've talked with meth dealers on their way to prison. I've talked to people who survived mass shootings.
Crazy funny ones. I talked to a guy with a goose laugh. Somebody who dresses up as a pirate on the weekends. I never know what's going to happen. It's a great show. Subscribe today. Beautiful Anonymous. He will appear this afternoon before Magistrate Judge Marion B. Bowler in federal court. And so they say, according to documents, he had, take a look at this.
He's received more than $15 million in grant funding from the NIH and Department of Defense. These grants require the disclosure of significant foreign financial conflicts of interest, including financial support from foreign governments or foreign entities. Unbeknownst to Harvard University, beginning in 2011, Lieber became a strategic scientist at Wuhan University in China and was a contractual participant in China's Thousand Talents Plan from about 2012 to 2017.
China's thousand talents plan is one of the most prominent Chinese talent recruit plans that are designed to attract, recruit and cultivate high level scientific talent in furtherance of China's scientific development, economic prosperity and national security. So I'll say it again. These kind of attacks have been ongoing for some time.
China's not likely to stop just because we caught two of these people. And I believe it's incredibly likely that the attempt to smuggle in this fungus was an attack on the United States. Damage our economy, damage our agriculture. It is not about this. People don't understand this. They think war is a bomb goes off somewhere. What is the purpose of a bomb, a shooting or otherwise to damage a system? Right.
So if they're attacking civilians, they want you to know they are. Typically, when it comes to warfare and you're engaging in overt kinetic conflict, you are saying, I want to make sure the people know we're doing this. But much of warfare is about cutting off water supply, destroying roads. And sometimes it's not about making sure they know. Right now, we are in cold conflict with China.
And Russia and many other nations. It tends to be the case that there is always conflict going on in some capacity. We are competing with each other. Though we may not be at war directly in terms of bullets flying. China wants to supplant the U.S. global economy. They want to be the unipolar global. They want to be the unipolar power. So how do you do it? You don't go bomb ships. You don't go to war. You don't fight a land war or a naval war.
China is likely trying to stagnate and damage our economy, limiting our growth and ability to maintain a system of governance. Then we collapse and they take over. So you can do that in many ways. Psychological manipulation like TikTok, for instance, spam blasting people with videos to make them go insane. People then hyper focus on the only thing they see. It's exactly what we saw with BLM and Facebook. The other thing you do, jam up their economy.
With a fungus like this, you could cause massive damage to our agricultural system, which is a large, if not one of the largest exports that we do have. So our economy slows down. Our growth stagnates. We're not having kids. The economy falters and the U.S. drops from the top position and China takes over. I guarantee you China is attacking this country. We know for a fact they are cyber attacking us every single day.
We know about numerous instances where they're stealing our intellectual property, where they are smuggling viruses into the country. This question is about COVID and what COVID did to the global economy. So with a story like this, I think it's plain to see China is not a friend of this nation. They are our principal adversary. Sure, Russia's bad.

So as it turns out, the FBI was serving a warrant for human trafficking. At least that's what one local witness said. Now, the far leftists who end up writing just said ICE was kidnapping people. This is the absurdity that we have to deal with. These people have no idea what they're talking about. They don't watch the news. They don't check the facts. And they actively protect human traffickers.
Now I want to play some clips from Nick's video and talk about this, but I think it's important we get the context. I'm going to show you, because Nick puts this towards the end of the video where the witness is like, yeah, it's human traffickers and ICE. And I'm going to show you what the rioters are saying, as apparently it sounds like police were firing pepper balls or some type of other less lethal munitions at the rioters. Check this out. This could have been more than just an ICE raid.
Yeah, I mean, the people think it's nice. I kind of just, I'm not too sure. One officer at FBI said it's on the website, it's a warrant for, like, human trafficking and stuff. But people are saying it's ICE, and ICE was here. They just kind of left.
So one van went that way, the other went that way. So there could have just been a huge drug bust inside this restaurant right here. It could have, and it could have been ice, but I'm not too sure. Could have been all three of them. It really could have. If it was ice, then, you know, it's sad. But I'm not too sure. I can't speak on it because... This is what I cannot stand. But if it was ice, it was sad. What do you... Like, ice isn't... Okay.
If you got drug dealers and human traffickers, ICE is going to pick them up too. It's not always the FBI. It's not always local police. ICE isn't just grabbing little old ladies with their babies. Sometimes perhaps because they're here illegally. ICE is going to enforce that. It's the law. But we were talking about right now. What we are seeing is ICE.
ICE is going after the worst of the worst. And so this is the thing, like even this dude says the FBI was saying it was like a human trafficking thing. I don't know. Maybe it was ICE. Maybe it's both. Maybe the criminal aliens human traffic.
Have you considered this? I was just here for a door dash and then I showed up and I couldn't get my order because, you know, people are blocking it off. You ever have to move cocaine through this restaurant? I don't know. No comment. Wow. So it could have been everything here. So all of these people, the news hasn't broken yet. We're here on the streets. All these people could be wrong in their misconceptions as to what actually happened. Of course, the drug raid inside that restaurant right there. It could have just been a drug bust inside that restaurant right there. We don't really have anything. Yeah, but Nick, they like drugs, too.
A lot of people like drugs.
And basically we tried, the crowd grew and we tried to get them out until nobody got arrested. Apparently nobody did get arrested. One person in the crowd, they could let go after they got arrested. And now we're taking over the streets. So it does come out that there was like a drug bust or a human trafficking raid right there. Would that be something you'd be in support of? I feel like that's never good, but at the same time...
Yeah. Sounds like you need law enforcement. Check this out. Jumping to the earlier portion of Nick's video, check this out. FBI on the scene.
Our streets! Our streets! Very annoying to listen to, right?
These people are nuts. There you have people here pushing the cops right here. These aren't cops. These are FBI. And it looks like tactical FBI in some way. They're decked out. There's the rioting. Police! Look! Look what they're doing!
Wow. Well, shout out to Kash Patel and Dan Bongino having the FBI go and stop human trafficking and drug smuggling. Now, I'm going to be honest. I'm making assumptions. I don't know for sure. But let's let's let's weigh this out. OK, so.
ICE isn't right now prioritizing random nobodies. ICE and the FBI are prioritizing criminals. Now, this is law enforcement. We don't live in a country where we have it's certainly not a perfect system. It's a good system. It's got a lot of problems. And so the weight is likely going to be that is if we're going to weigh the scales.
Yeah, they're probably arresting people that they have a legitimate right to arrest. And these far leftists show up having no idea what's going on and defending these people. Bro, they're going to get arrested and they're going to go to court. And the court system ain't perfect. And sometimes innocent people go to jail and all that. But this doesn't solve anything. You're not going to stop the arrests from happening. What's the point? You're not going to intimidate the FBI or ICE or anybody to stop what they're doing, especially under Kash Patel and Dan Bongino.
So homie Nick Shirley, he ends up talking to this lady. There's a lot in here that I recommend you guys watch the full thing if you have time. But he ends up talking to this lady. Let me see if I can. This is wild. I think maybe talk to the lady a little earlier. Here you go. Listen to this. Listen to this. What just happened? They just stole people. They just fucking kidnapped people and they drove away. They gave no warrants. They gave no badge numbers. They gave no names. They said, I don't have a name when we asked.
Look, she's wearing a mask. ...the fucking American military industrial complex. And what do they do? They come out here, they have the audacity to kidnap and then to shoot us with tear gas when we decline to consent. Fuck them.
That's it. I'm a fascist. I'm a fascist now. No, I'm kidding. Lady. Okay, first of all, did you hear he said we have the worst AQI, the air quality index? Yeah, there's wildfires. And they had the nerve to shoot. Lady, they're not kidnapping people. It's called an arrest. Y'all, it's wild to me. Like,
This is what you get in these Democrat jurisdictions. They don't want criminals arrested. You know, there's this story, man, out of the Pacific Northwest, like three little girls were found murdered. And it's just it is the thing of nightmares. What is going on? These people, I don't know how you deal with it, to be completely honest.
I don't like it when innocent people are locked up. I don't like it when innocent people are, you know, attacked or this might my concerns of the death penalty here. Let's play. I think I think this is where he wraps the interview. But my point is, in that regard, when arrests happen, they will take the person to the law enforcement building that the like at the FBI is going to go the FBI holding or county jail or lockup. They're not being disappeared or kidnapped.
She's wrong. She's wrong. We can see it's FBI. Maybe it's both. Maybe to be fair. These people. What is this? Look at this thing on the side of this car. I honestly don't know what it is. But, and? I don't know.
You know, I've been on the ground for... Sorry, tear gas and pepper spraying. The people have FBI here and camouflage up here. A car right here as well. I don't know how many heal they just took, but I was just literally driving and hopped out of the car and this happened. Oh!
Our streets. Our streets. You know, and now you can see clearly it's FBI doing their FBI thing. You got sheriff here and more rioting. They're all wearing masks. Like, dude, what world these people live in? He's gotten thrown a few times by the police. And he's keeping on going back to them, too. This guy right here just got pushed by the police after he's pushing at them. Police threw him down and he keeps going after them.
I don't know if we're looking at Summer of Love 2.0 to be honest. There you go. I'm gonna turn that down because that's called an LRAD, a long-range acoustic device. It's meant to be like an irritant. Super loud. You can see their pepper spraying. Look at these guys. It's so dumb. Oh man, gassed. You see that? This is wild.
Y'all, I'm going to say it right now, man. I've been to a lot of protests, a lot of riots. This is a middle ground I've actually never seen before, that the police are allowing them to throw objects at them, and they're running up to them. I think it may be because this is FBI, and they're not going to engage like local law enforcement normally does. So they're largely ignoring and allowing this. I mean, I get it. They're pepper spraying, but y'all, this is wild. Wow. This is a garbage can right there. I don't care. Just drive right through it. Ha ha.
That looks like fun, to be honest. Like, being an FBI guy on the side of that truck. You know, not getting attacked by the riders. I'm just saying, like, riding on the side of the car. Nah, they're the locals. And then, uh, chaos. I think it's important people see this stuff and hear this stuff. So shout out to Nick Shirley, because we need more people on the ground doing it. It's a dangerous job. They could turn on him in an instant. This is, it's kind of wild. Because, like I was saying, I've seen a lot of protests. This was a little bit more than you normally see.
It's not the worst we've ever seen. Obviously, you're watching it. But it is kind of crazy to see them throwing stuff at the cops and the cops aren't doing anything about it. The FBI, I should say. That's kind of wild. I don't know if this means we're in for a summer of love, but what I do want to say as I wrap this up, these people have no idea what they're protesting. They're defending human traffickers, accused human traffickers. And I'm like, listen, man,
There's a challenge, right? Let's say the cops show up and then they arrest you and everyone's watching like, oh, you're getting arrested. They don't know why you're getting arrested. Court of public opinion. It matters. People assume just because you've been arrested, you're guilty. That's not always the case. Like sometimes innocent people get arrested. But what is the alternative? OK, if you've got people who are dealing drugs, who are human smugglers, traffickers or otherwise, this is what's going to happen. The feds are going to pull up. They're going to arrest a person. That person is going to go to court and they're going to we're going to figure it out. People rioting.
I don't even understand what they're hoping won't happen. Like, do they want the accused criminals just to keep doing whatever they want? Look, man, when it comes down to it, I'm going to side with the law enforcement apparatus. And I know all the libertarians are going to be banging the table. Listen, the far left and the Democrats, like the liberals who support them, have let murderers go from prisons. OK, under this pretext, typically we can we can learn from this.
Cops usually get it right. Not always. Not always. And that is a problem. That is a problem. However, when you start releasing violent criminals and offenders who are getting arrested, you get more crime. You get more theft. You get more robberies. So I don't have a perfect solution for you. But I do think if the idea is the feds come, you get arrested, you get a lawyer, you go to court. That's better than just saying anybody can go do whatever they want. We'll figure it out later.
Because then what? We got to live around traffickers, smugglers, drug addicts. And there's no law at all. There's no country. Check out Nick's video. I'm gonna wrap it up there. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Nick Shirley on YouTube. Shout out. You can follow me on X and Instagram at TimCast. Thanks for hanging out. We'll see y'all in the next segment. Yesterday, I interviewed the CEO of Moms for Liberty.
She told me about how she was just a regular mom in the parent-teacher organization. She started this organization because she was concerned about the things she'd been seeing in these schools. And she got many moms to join her mom organization. The FBI then began the intimidating phone calls. Scott Pelley on 60 Minutes claimed that doesn't happen if it doesn't call you, which is absurd because they do.
I was in D.C. in 2017 when Donald Trump was getting inaugurated. The FBI called my phone. I ignored it. Then they sent me an email saying they wanted to talk about what I had witnessed. Yeah, these things happen. Now, these moms aren't doing anything. It's completely legal speech they're organizing. And sure enough, the feds were intimidating them, asking them how their mental health was. Did they own weapons? The implication, of course, is that they would take your children from you.
Now we have this story. We knew it to a certain degree, but this is where it gets insane. My friends, there is a conspiracy in the government targeting a variety of conservative values or more importantly, anyone who opposed the liberal orthodoxy. It's not it's not a conspiracy theory. It's a conspiracy fact.
And I thought about this. And, you know, the media can lie and they can say, oh, you're crazy. We know it's true. It's formally reported that they were doing this. I mean, aside from hunting down the J-6ers, some of whom were peaceful, had no idea what was going on, kicking their doors in at three in the morning at gunpoint. We know about parents going to a parent teacher meetings being called terrorists. Now, this The New York Post.
Extent of FBI's targeting of radical traditionalist Catholics greater than Biden officials claimed GOP senator reveals. Documents released by Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa on Tuesday appear to contradict former FBI director Christopher Wray's claim that a controversial 2023 memo targeting radical traditionalist Catholics was a one-off in the work of a single bureau field office.
Extended the FBI's targeting of radical traditionalist Catholics greater than Biden officials claimed GOP senator reveals. The Biden era FBI chief told House lawmakers in July of 23. That's a weird subhead they put right in the middle there. That the memo, which described the purported overlaps between Catholics who oppose abortion rights and would be terrorists as an opportunity for threat mitigation and source development, was a single product by a single field office. However.
The new FBI files obtained by Grassley, thanks to Kash Patel and Dan Bongino, show the bureau produced at least 13 additional documents and five attachments that used anti-Catholic terminology, as well as a second memo updating the FBI's Richmond field office case against radical Catholics.
Now, as much as we are concerned, I did have to pause and think about this. I, too, have had my suspicions and fears about these radical traditionalist Catholics. Look at this guy. Look at him. Those eyes. Plotting. Proselytizing. Praising. I'm just kidding. Shout out, Seamus. Radical Catholics. Director Ray's testimony was inaccurate, not only because it failed to reveal the scope of the memo's production and dissemination, but
but also because it failed to reveal the existence of a second draft product on the same topic intended for external distribution to the whole FBI, Grassley wrote in a letter to current FBI Director Kash Patel on Monday demanding more documents. I love how they're like, we demand more documents and Kash is like, oh no, here you go.
The second FBI memo released by Grassley was also drafted by the FBI's Richmond office and repeated the unfounded link between traditional Catholicism and violent extremism. The backlash over the whistleblower disclosure of the initial memo led the Richmond office to never release the second version, according to the Iowa publication, Iowa Republican.
However, the first anti-Catholic Richmond memo was widely distributed in February of 2023 to more than 1,000 FBI employees nationwide, according to Grassley's findings. This raises serious concerns that FBI field offices may have relied on the Richmond memo and placed groups in their areas of responsibility under suspicion of
Based on reporting from the deeply biased sources in the memo, the senator informed Patel, I'm going to say it again. There is a criminal conspiracy operating in our law enforcement. I don't think you need me to say it. This is just more evidence. Bravo. Shout out. I told you guys, Cash Patel and Dan Bongino are doing great work. You're not going to get everything you hope for, everything you wish for. But this is massive and insane.
If Trump didn't win and if he didn't put Kash Patel in charge, we wouldn't be getting this stuff. Kash Patel. I can't believe it. I can't believe it. The FBI has always seemed like some foreign monster machine. And now I'm sitting back being like, Kash is getting it done. And there are people that are mad over the Epstein things. And I'm like, no, I get it. I get it. But let the men cook. It's only been a couple of months. Like I said, Dan Bongino is not going to throw away the biggest live show in the country and
To do nothing and fail at his job. This is tremendous. Exposing the criminal corruption. It is happening. Bannon, I was told, Bannon was apparently saying, Midsomer, you're going to see some arrests. Maybe, hopefully. Check this out.
They say the first anti-Catholic Richmond memo was widely distributed in February of 23 to more than a thousand FBI employees. This raises serious concerns that FBI field offices may have relied on the Richmond memo. Additionally, the new documents revealed the Richmond FBI officials working with the Bureau's field offices in Louisville, Portland and Milwaukee as they drafted the memo further belaying Belaying Ray's testimony. So he lied under oath? Is that what he did?
Grassley and the numerous conservatives and Catholics have criticized the FBI for largely relying on the far left Southern Poverty Law Center's hate group classifications when putting together the memo. I continue to investigate the Richmond memo and the culture at the FBI that allowed it to be produced and approved. The senator informed Patel. This is scary stuff. This country, it's supposed to be a freedom of religion, right? You're supposed to be allowed to believe what you want to believe, even if you're a nut job.
The Democrats scream First Amendment, free speech, blah, blah, blah.
They don't practice it behind the scenes. This is what you get when you vote for the Democratic Party. So I'm done playing this game. You know, I was saying last week we had that liberal on the show and she's saying, like, I'm going to stand for liberals. And she's Canadian, so she didn't vote. But she was like, I would have aligned with Biden. And certainly through her voice, she does defend and support the Democratic Party. And this is what they do. They are psychopathic monsters.
I don't care if you're a Buddhist, Muslim, Jew, Christian, Confucius or whatever it is, Hindu. I literally don't care. I don't want you to be violent. I don't want you to shut down people's rights or whatever, you know. But I don't care if you if you want to believe these things. Just don't be a violent person. Right. If you live in this country and you're Catholic, you're going to church. I don't care.
I actually like a lot of the Christian moral values and teachings. And so largely, I'm just like, sure, there's church, you know, churches all over the place. The FBI is going after him. It's fascinating. Now, look, liberals want to play this game. A vote for us. Trump's a fascist. And what were we getting under the Biden administration and under Trump's corrupt DOJ when he had Comey and Ray? That's his fault.
Trump didn't realize the extent to the depravity. But what is fascinating is this criminal conspiracy had been bubbling up for some time. They didn't think Trump was going to win. They thought they were going to take it and they'd be able to cover up everything they did. Thus, the panic. There's really great video. Trump, of course, as many of you know, he's investigating the pardons from Joe Biden.
Fox News took all of the pardons and all the signatures and then overlaid them. And they're identical, except for one, Hunter Biden. That was interesting. They were saying on Fox that, this is Ducey, that the Hunter Biden one was a little messy. Sounds like Joe did pardon Hunter. Makes sense. Hunter actually was facing criminal charges and sentencing. So Joe probably said, I'm going to pardon my son. But these other ones that are identical signatures, they're identical.
This looks like auto pen. This looks like someone else loaded up a machine and forged Joe Biden signatures. The extent of the corruption is actually rather terrifying. But I'll tell you, my friends, if you're a mom, if you're a parent, if you're a Catholic, if you're conservative in any way, they were calling you extremists. They were calling you dangerous. They were calling you terrorists because it was their intention to stage some type of communist Chinese Chinese Party style, Chinese Communist Party style takeover.
They wanted to run this country the way the CCP runs China with an iron fist. You pledge your loyalty to the machine, but we stopped them. It's not over. I was interviewing Seb Gorka and he was saying that the deep state is still very powerful and he's not wrong. The things that we are seeing every day, Kash Patel is getting the job done. So is Dan. But there is still a battle ahead of us. It's scary, my friends. Trump's got to win.
In twenty twenty six, the Republicans got to win the midterms and then Trump's successor, whoever it is, has to win in twenty twenty eight, because if the Republicans don't hold the system through twenty thirty, the Democrats will open the border, flood this country, manipulate the congressional seat count and the Electoral College count and make it so they never lose again. Well, good job to the FBI and and Grassley. Smash that like button. Share the show with everyone. You know, we got more segments coming up for you. Stay tuned and we'll see you all in the next bit.
Trump's big, beautiful bill. It's likely going to pass. Made it through the House. It's going through the Senate. The opposition in the Senate is minimal with Rand Paul being the principal actor saying, hey, hey.
We don't want to add trillions of dollars to the deficit. We got to cut the budget. Donald Trump says this is going to be fantastic. There's we have from the White House 50 reasons why it's great. They're saying it's a big it's a massive reduction. It's going to do a lot of things for the Trump agenda. Things you want to see happen. Trump needs that spending package. He needs these funds allocated. But Elon Musk's calling it a disgusting abomination.
saying that it's bloat, it's anti-Doge, it negates the work that they were doing. It has a lot more to it than that. Marjorie Taylor Greene
posted that she didn't realize in the House that this big, beautiful bill includes a provision that restricts the regulation of AI at the state level for 10 years. I mean, this bill is reported, I think it's around 1,100 or so pages long. Nobody read it. They don't know what's in it. Now I will say this. Mr. Filibanti reliably informs me that
There is this provision in the big, beautiful bill that would take suppressors off of the NFA restricted items list. And now I'm kind of like, just, you know, I know they're talking about adding 2.5 trillion to the deficit over the next, I think it's, what is it, next 10 years? But I want to buy a bunch of suppressors. So, you know, we weigh this one.
So right now, this is the big fight. And the question is, who's right? Donald Trump and his allies are saying this is going to cut down on costs. It is a large reduction, while the corporate press and Elon Musk are saying it's adding massive bloat. Then you've got questions about what is actually in the bill. Here's my favorite part. Everybody's talking about how with all this going on, Donald Trump's approval rating is better than Obama and Bush for the same time in their second terms. Okay, fine.
I'll roll with it because it sounds good. But, yo, the polls are what's the right word for it? Manic. Manic. One pollster has Trump up 13. The next has him down seven. In the same time period, a 20-point swing. Make it make sense. Yeah, I didn't think so.
So let's get into all this. We'll talk about it, my friends. Before we do, shout out to Steven Crowder and the Mug Club. You guys rock. Thank you guys for hanging out in this noon hour in the Rumble Morning lineup. As I transition you into the afternoon, I'm your host, Tim Pool. You can follow me on X and Instagram at TimCast. you know,
Some certain famous chefs might be pretty upset with my cooking. And so one of the challenges is constantly going and you're checking the grill. We have one of those big green eggs. They're awesome, by the way. We put the food in it. We open it up. And then I'm constantly checking it, opening thing up and down with these. I got these things right here. This IQ sense, little wireless thermometers. You stick them in the meat. Download the app, the app. You program it for what you're cooking and it will tell you when it's done.
That is absolutely amazing. Chef IQ Sense, it's brilliantly simple. The cooking sensor goes into whatever you're making, kind of like a meat thermometer, but it's wireless and way smarter. It continually monitors and predicts precisely when your food will be done. So you can kick back. You got people hanging out, doing whatever it is you need to do. And this will send an alert. The Chef IQ Sense will send an alert to your phone when your steak, chicken, seafood, or whatever are cooked to order just the way you like it. You set the temperature. That's super cool.

Let's jump into that first story from The New York Times. Elon Musk calls Trump policy bill a disgusting abomination. Now, I'm of two minds on this one. I am. I hate the omnibus bill. I hate the mass spending that they always do. I loved when Matt Gaetz said single item spending bills. They found a way to get rid of him from Congress. But shout out to him in his new show. And what do we get now?
Donald Trump gets in and once again, we're looking at omnibus spending. One big, beautiful bill, he says. But I'm of two minds on this. You know why? I am not a revolutionary, my friends. I am not. I'm a reformer, which means frequently we will compromise. So what do we have here? I don't like how the government mass spends. I don't like how they strip our buying power and our savings away through mass spending and deficit spending. But I want Trump to win.
I want Trump to win. And these next few years are extremely important. Now, many people may say, but Tim, they always promise to make these cuts, but they never do. And they're going to keep doing it, perhaps.
However, the attacks on our institutions from the far left and Democrats, the way they defend human traffickers, the way they defend MS-13 gang members, the way they went after Catholics in that new FBI report. You see this one? The way they tried to the way they literally called parents terrorists. I was in there being like, OK.
This is the status quo and how they do spending bills. It's not even a grand departure from what Trump normally I'm sorry, from what the government normally does. So that's why I kind of roll my eyes. I don't like what they're doing and I oppose a lot of it. However, I want Trump to win. So it is tough. It is tough.
Democrats are going to try and win back power in 26 in the midterms. They will immediately impeach Trump. If they win the presidency in 28, they're going to open the border, flood this country with illegal immigrants, shift the 2030 census, and they'll never lose another another election. So it's hard to say.
Now, I think this bill is going to pass either way, but let's read the news and break down what we got going on. The New York Times says Elon Musk lashed out on Tuesday against the far reaching Republican bill intended to enact President Trump's domestic policy agenda, posting on X that it was a disgusting abomination and telling House members who voted for it, you know, you did wrong. The tech billionaire criticized the bill, one of Mr. Trump's top priorities in a series of about 10 posts in them.
Musk re-shared commentary from lawmakers like Rand Paul and Mike Lee of Utah, two Republicans who had sided with him in opposing the rising U.S. deficit. I'm sorry, but I just can't stand it anymore. Musk wrote an X. He called the domestic policy bill massive, outrageous pork filled, adding that it would massively increase the already gigantic budget deficit and that Congress is making America bankrupt. He is correct.
He did not target any specific members of Congress, but hinted that he might support efforts to unseat those who backed the bill in the 26th midterm elections. In November next year, we fire all politicians who betrayed the American people. That includes Trump. Trump is gung ho on this bill. He's saying, let's roll, baby. And my attitude on this is I think Trump knows full well the bill is bad, but he's thinking there's a handful of things in there I need and want. I'll take it.
It's tough. I wish it was as easy to be like Elon or like Trump and just say one way or another, this is exactly what must be done. Either we trash the bill or we support the bill. But I have concerns beyond just this. What happens if the Trump administration does not succeed in their priorities? If we stand on principle today and say, you know, look, uh,
I think Thomas Massey is fantastic. Thomas Massey and Rand Paul, my favorites. And they obstruct. It's what they do. And I've often disagreed with them because I do think, I don't think we have such an easy solution to this issue. And I don't think things are always as simple as stand by your principles, stop the increase in the deficit, and we'll be good. Okay, maybe, maybe. I don't know for sure. What I can say is,
I feel like if Trump doesn't get the agenda items he needs, Democrats will find a way to seize power and undo literally everything. So what is that saying? Don't make the perfect the enemy of the good or whatever or something like that. I'm always mixing up. But the general idea is this is bad, but it's status quo. But it gives Trump the opportunity he needs to get a lot of stuff done. Now, I'm not saying that the end result of this is we should support the bill. I want to clarify this.
You know, a lot of people will say things like, you know, Tim, once again, in the middle on this. Well, it's because I don't know what to tell you and I'm not here to tell you what to believe. I'm going to weigh the pros and the cons on this one. And then you're going to use your judgment to make that determination.
Maybe people would prefer if I was just banging my gavel. Look, I got a gavel right here. And I was like, Trump can do whatever he wants. But I'm like, yo, that AI provision in there that says states can't regulate AI for 10 years. Trump is cutting the leash on AI because we're terrified of what China might do and it can destroy us. This is why I don't run for office. So.
My friends, Elon Musk accuses Trump of driving America into debt slavery as he escalates the war with the president. The billionaire tech giant and former first buddy once glued to Trump's side bombastically claimed overnight that Trump is plunging the U.S. into debt slavery in an escalation of his war with the president. I don't think they're mad at each other, to be completely honest. But I certainly think Elon is upset over this bill.
They say the one big, beautiful bill act passed the House last month, but is now held up in the Senate where some Republicans agree with Musk's criticism of the legislation.
While Musk opened up the pathway for criticism earlier this month, he really began tearing into his former best friend with a series of posts on X Tuesday and Wednesday. Besides his billions, Musk is also highly influential because of his notoriety in Maga World and his control over one of the most popular social media platforms in the U.S. With 220 million followers on X and control of the algorithm, Musk could easily turn the tides against Trump and his agenda with tweaks to what his followers and all X users can see.
Indeed, he called it pork filled. Well, let's take a look at where I think I have the tweet from Elon, but we get it. Donald Trump addressing Rand Paul's obstruction. He says Rand votes no on everything, but never has any practical or constructive ideas. His ideas are actually crazy losers. The people of Kentucky can't stand them. This is a big growth bill, is it? Well, let's take a look at the corporate press. Not that I trust them.
NBC News reports GOP bill for Trump's agenda would add $2.4 trillion to the debt over 10 years, budget office says. The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office also found that the House passed legislation would increase the number of people without health insurance by $10.9 million by 2034. The sweeping Republican bill for President Donald Trump's domestic agenda is projected to add $2.4 trillion over 10 years. To be fair, that's $240 billion a year.
The figure is slightly higher than an earlier version of the bill, which with the CBO projected at $2.3 trillion. The budget office also estimated the package would increase the number of people without health insurance by $10.9 million by 2034 because of spending cuts to Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act. And I'm going to tell you right now why that's not correct, because there's no babies. So in nine years, you know, there's going to be substantially less people. I'd imagine that number would go down.
The long-awaited new score factors in a series of last-minute revisions GOP leaders made to placate holdouts before the House passed legislation last month.
Changes include a higher state and local tax deduction, which is BS, by the way. Do you guys know about the salt stuff? Basically, Democrat states have really high taxes. And what they're saying is we want it to be that if you pay state taxes, you get a deduction on your federal taxes so that the tax burden is lower per person. That means that blue states, which have really high taxes, are going to basically give their people a tax break. And red states are going to have to foot the bill for the federal taxes.
So red states are saying, why should we pay more to the federal government than you? It's like, OK, I'm going to say this. Actually, I'm in favor of it. You know why? Red states need to just raise their taxes. This is what was predicted. If this rolls out, red states will just increase their taxes and tell all the people, don't worry about it, though, because of salt deductions. You don't got to pay those taxes to the Fed and we get to keep it.
Indeed, if that actually happens, I doubt it. They say overall CBO and the Joint Committee on Taxation found that over a 10 year period, the legislation would decrease revenues by 3.7 trillion while cutting net spending by 1.3 trillion.
The legislation is now in the hands of the Senate, where top Republicans want to pass a revised version by July 4th. It is unclear what changes they will make or how those revisions would affect the deficit. The score contradicts claims by the White House and GOP leaders that the bill won't work on the national debt. Okay. Now they're talking about Elon Musk and all that, but I got this post here from the White House. 50 wins in the one big, beautiful bill. Listen.
I don't like omnibuses. They slide garbage in there. OK, they put in weird stuff and we're like, why are they getting funding for that? Why can't we ever get something that we want? Because they cut deals in Congress and they say we need the bill passed and they go, if you do, then I want funding for my district. Spending goes up. That being said, it would be important to take a look at what's in it that we may actually like. Let's take a look.
So here are 50 reasons why Trump's one big beautiful bill is the best chance in a generation to pass critical reforms. One, it delivers the largest tax cut in American history. This means an extra $5,000 in American pockets with a double digit percent decrease to their tax bills. Americans earning between 30 and 80,000 will pay around 15% less in taxes. Oh yeah? But your spending power will decrease rapidly, so that's kind of a moot point. However...
Tax cuts, tax cut. You'll see it more in the immediate. But with government overspending, deficit spending, this means the buying power is being extracted from your savings. So unless you don't want to live in a world where you can't save, I suppose the answer is people will just buy Bitcoin with their paychecks right away to escape the ever inflationary U.S. dollar. But if that's the case, the U.S. dollar is going to hyperinflate faster than you all realize. But let's read more.
Two, it makes the Trump tax cuts permanent, preventing the largest tax increase ever. If the bill doesn't pass, Americans will see the largest tax increase in history. I don't like that. The tax, it's a double edged sword. The tax increase is to pay off the deficit spending they were doing last time. So now they're going to take more money from us to cover the money that they were spending on things we never wanted them to spend in the first place. That's the problem with deficit spending. Debt slavery.
It raises Americans' take-home pay by as much as $13,300 and wages by as much as $11,600. These are good things, sure. It reverses the spending curse plaguing D.C. The bill delivers the largest deficit reduction in 30 years with $1.6 trillion in mandatory savings, the largest single reduction in mandatory spending in our country's history. The counterpoint to that is that it increases spending by something like $3 trillion or more.
It delivers. No tax on tips and no tax on overtime. This makes good on two of President Trump's cornerstone campaign promises and will benefit hardworking Americans where they need it most, their paychecks. Now, I will say this. Despite the fact that this is...
This is going to be deficit spending, and it's going to decrease buying power. The benefit of more immediate cash in your pocket is more economic activity, which could lead to inflation. But more economic activity means more work, more opportunity, more wealth generation. And the idea for a lot of these bills and these plans is we made deficit spend, but
If we increase economic activity, we're going to generate more taxes through that economic activity. So maybe, maybe no tax on tips, no tax on overtime is fantastic. What I will say is we need a law that says no taxes on salaried work past 40 hours. This is the challenge with salaries. If you're a salaried position, you're expected to work as many hours as you need to for that position. These are jobs that don't necessarily require hours of labor.
So that means I get to work 100 hours a week or something like this. And I got to pay taxes on all of it. You know what I'm going to do? I'm going to pay myself an hourly wage. Tim Pool is going to get, can I do that? Can this get rid of, I'm going to talk to my accountant. Can I just, as the CEO of the company, take an hourly wage? We'll convert my wage to hourly and then bracket it for 40 hours a week. And then no taxes on overtime.
No, seriously, why not? Some people have pointed out that rumble rants and super chats might actually be considered tips. I actually think they are. When I was doing field reporting and I would say, donate if you like the work that I do. My accountant actually said a good majority of the money received in that capacity is a gratuity. You have to pay tax on it, but it's taxed differently. The thing is,
When you do a live stream like this and then you guys rumble rant or super chat or whatever it is you're doing, I'm not giving you anything in exchange for that money. You're just posting the money. So it's considered a gratuity for work already being delivered as opposed to standard transactions, which require what's called consideration. That is, if I say I will give you this gavel for, I don't know, your your Gatorade.
There is a value exchange in that, and you've got to pay tax on it. However, I said you can just have it. That's free. That's a gratuity. No tax on tips, baby. So we're going to exempt all of our super chats and rumble rants, and then I'm going to pay myself an hourly wage so only the morning show counts, and then the rest is overtime. I don't know if you're allowed to do that, but anyway.
They say it provides historic tax cuts for seniors. It finishes the border wall. I love it. It boosts Border Patrol and ICE agents on the front lines with the largest border security investment in history. That's good news. It increases the child tax credit to $2,500 per family. I dig that as a new father. It protects Medicaid and Americans who truly need it. It eliminates waste, fraud, and abuse by ending benefits for at least 1.4 million illegal immigrants who are gaming the system. Wow. There's a lot. I'm going to go quick. All right.
It says it implements popular work requirements for able-bodied Americans receiving taxpayer-funded benefits. I'm for it. It eliminates hundreds of billions of dollars in green new scam tax credits. It reverses electrical vehicle mandates. It ends Biden's war on American energy. Streamlines, what is this? It streamlines onerous permitting processes.
So that American can get building again. It refills the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. It repeals and rescinds every green corporate welfare subsidy, stops illegal immigrants from getting tax credits and remittances sent to foreign countries. Wow. It supports small business, increasing the Section 199A deduction of 23%.
Thank you.
The bill makes sure American farmers aren't crowded out by foreign imports in liquid fuel production markets. It holds woke elitist universities accountable by increasing the endowment tax. I like that one. Protects hardworking taxpayers by canceling Biden's illegal and unfair student loan bailouts. I like that one, too. Ends taxpayer funded sex changes. What?
It's a once in a generation chance to revolutionize our nation's defense capabilities and protect the homeland against new threats by funding President Trump's Golden Dome. It enhances the capacity of America's naval fleet, providing billions of dollars to the Navy, modernizes air traffic control. We need that one. Strengthens SNAP benefits. OK, I guess. I don't know. Implements critical program integrity and cost containment provisions to Medicaid to strengthen it for future generations. Yeah, we need reforms there.
Safeguard Second Amendment rights by removing tax and registration requirements for firearm silencers and eliminating silencers from the National Firearms Act. Pass the bill. Don't care. Definite spend. Pass the bill. I'm kidding, by the way. But look, yo, guys, do you have any idea the amount of suppressors I am going to buy when Trump signs this? I'm going to walk in to my local gun store. I'm going to look around and say, I'll take it. And they're going to go, which one? I'm going to go all of it.
all of the suppressors. Yo, that is the thing I am most excited for. I know, I know. People are mad about deficit spending, but I want silencers. Suppressors, I mean. Suppressors. What did they say? They said silencers. No, that's wrong. Eliminating silencers, that's so awesome. I'm so excited about that. Anyway.
It provides critical disaster recovery funding to farmers, producers, and ranchers. I like that too, but I want a suppressor. It provides funding to rebuild America's military. You know...
I don't really care all that much about spending a lot on the military. I want veterans to get paid well. I want veterans to get paid. I want disabled veterans to get benefits. I want wives and husbands and families that lose their parents and caretakers to conflict and crisis to receive these benefits, servicemen and women. And with Donald Trump...
opposing largely these foreign interventions, I have no problem with that spending. However, I do have concerns about what happens when Trump leaves if we set this massive budget and then a Democrat gets in and gets a hold of it. Therein lies the conundrum. It expands health saving accounts to give Americans greater choice and flexibility. It gives $10,000 bonuses annually over the next four years to Border Patrol and ICE agents on the front lines. I'm definitely for that. It incentivizes scholarships that empower American families.
It repeals Democrats' insane attack on the gig economy. Thank God, man. Reforms and streamlines the federal student loan program to drive down costs. Let's do it. Strengthens accountability for students and taxpayers on federal student loans. Implements critical reforms to Pell Grants. Increases timber sales on federal lands for it. It authorized the sale of expanded spectrum megahertz to strengthen rural broadband. Let's go. It creates permanent fees that illegal immigrants must pay for their applications. Let's go.
Protecting family farmers, ending abusive financing practices in Medicaid, reigns in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and rolls back harmful Biden air regulations that increase cost administrative burdens with limited flexibility for states. I don't think it's so simple to just come out and say it overspends, it's bad. I look at it, I'm like, oh, they're overspending? What else is new? The question is, what do we do? Everybody's addicted to this because nobody wants to ever back off, okay? I mean...
I could be that guy that says outright, I don't care if Trump wins. I don't care if Democrats take over in four years and reimplement everything Trump cuts. Just don't pass the bill. That's tough, isn't it? That's why I don't have good answers for you. I just want Trump to win this one. And I'm hoping that if the Trump administration secures the next four, five, six years, then with solidified control of a system and a unified vision for this nation, we can cut the bloat in the areas we need to have them cut.
The challenge right now is we are still in the midst of a major culture war where if by 2030 Republicans don't have control and they may not, Democrats are going to screw with the census and then we're just locked in forever. The world is not so easy to navigate. This is why you don't see me running for office. If I was going to, you know, the people who claim to be leaders, if they ain't telling you this stuff, they're not real leaders. They should be telling you this may be bad, but we're doing it for these reasons.
That's why we have to do it. And then you may just realize that we're all addicted to a system where eventually it's going to implode. Now what? I don't know, man. We keep spending like this. We can only maintain it by holding up the petrodollar, which means some kind of global policing, which is why Trump wants the Suez Canal. He wants the Panama Canal. He wants the Northwest Passage. Trump wants to be able to police the trade routes of the of the world's seas and oceans.
He wants to control the global reserve currency and make America great again. So let me know what you guys think. I wish it were simple, but it ain't.
And we're going to be joined by a good fellow, George Fishman from the Center for Immigration Studies to talk about currently what's going on. I got a lot of questions about immigration, where we're currently at, what they know, and what we're seeing. So that interview will be in just a few minutes. For those that are watching this prerecorded, it'll be up at 4 p.m. at youtube.com slash timcast as well as rumble.com slash timpool where you can watch this interview. So don't miss it. Don't forget to smash the like button, share the show with everyone you know. You
